Congratulations on reopening.

Everything was wonderful. What impressed me the most was the staff. They were always smiling and did their best to help, which made my stay very comfortable. The meals were delicious, but the rice at breakfast was too firm for me to eat... I think it’s just a matter of preference, but I ended up leaving some (sorry). If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

My sister and I stayed here the night before a golf trip, and it was amazing! From the outside it looks like a castle, so we wondered what kind of Hotel it would be, but the Room was spotless, the bath was spacious, and the front desk staff were truly wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was exactly to our taste... It was such a great place that we even promised each other, “Whenever we stay the night before again, we’ll definitely choose here!” We caused trouble by making various mistakes and even getting locked out of our Room, but you handled everything so politely without showing any annoyance—thank you very much. You also helped us with a forgotten item for a separate matter, and we can’t thank you enough. We look forward to staying with you again!

This was my first trip to Chichibu and Nagatoro. The lobby was gorgeous, filled with green marble. The Room was luxurious, spotless, and wonderful. The restaurant had a great view, with Mount Hodosan faintly visible—truly spectacular. The food was exquisite, including a Japanese-style hamburger steak made without the four harmful ingredients and fresh sashimi. The large public bath was spacious and very clean. The water temperature was on the hotter side, which warmed me up and helped me relax. I also appreciate that you took photos for us at the end. It’s a Hotel I would love to stay at again.

It was great that I was able to find an Accommodation in Yamanaka Onsen, considering the rental car parking, my husband’s Accommodation, and a place for me to take a nap while I was on the KAGASPA Trail with him. Check-in was from 15:00, but you kindly let me in early so I could rest—thank you. Since I didn’t have time to enjoy the Onsen or anything else, I’m sorry that I can’t really share much feedback.

The views are beautiful, and the peaceful setting lets you enjoy a special getaway. There is also a sauna, and each Room has its own bathroom and toilet, so even large groups can stay comfortably with plenty of privacy. We tried the BBQ once, but it wasn’t quite what we expected. Since delivery is available, you may be fine without meals included. The butler’s service was excellent as well. For older guests, the beds may feel a bit too high.

Stayed for 4 nights with a friend's family! We were 3 adults and 3 children. At check-in, it would have been nice to have insect repellent at the entrance. Some items we wished for: a quick floor wiper, toilet cleaning set, a net to remove bugs or debris from the pool, extra outdoor chairs for BBQs, various sizes of plastic bags, shelves in the bathroom and rooms to place small items. A cleaning robot was available but having something handy for quick hair or dust cleanup would be great. It would also be helpful to have cleaning supplies like detergent for quick toilet cleanups. The dryer stops working after several uses unless you clean the filter. It would be helpful if we could receive detailed information about kitchen supplies via email before our stay. We brought our own food for BBQs but additional chairs and tables would make it easier to place food and sit comfortably while eating. There were insect repellents and mosquito coils provided but having a fly swatter as well would be useful. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and cotton pads available! The extra supply of toilet paper was also great! Since we stayed with friends, having separate bedrooms was ideal. Overall cleanliness and stylish design were impressive! The building itself is beautiful with an amazing atmosphere—just a few more thoughtful touches in service could make this place perfect! As someone who pays attention to details (being a homemaker), I feel enhancing comfort here could elevate this already wonderful space into an exceptional one—especially since it's such a special trip destination! However, bugs are quite noticeable here; addressing this issue might help improve overall satisfaction significantly!

Everything was excellent overall. The location is right in front of the ocean, and you can walk to the beach. We enjoyed a luxurious stay with our dog. The BBQ ingredients were also very delicious. It would be nice to have lights by the pool and a microwave. We would like to visit again.

The living room is spacious, there are many guest rooms, a large TV, a pool, sauna, and barbecue facilities. It was enjoyable without needing to travel abroad. It was unfortunate that the knives were not sharp enough to prepare fish. I would love to stay here again.

We stayed with 4 adults and 1 toddler. For access, the location didn’t show up even after entering the map code, but we were able to arrive by searching “Kururi Sanso” on Google Maps. The road felt just barely manageable for a larger car, so going in a kei car was the right choice! The Accommodation itself was wonderful, and we had a very comfortable stay. The pool, mist sauna, and pizza oven were all amazing—we wish we had stayed two nights. We definitely want to visit again. If I had to mention anything, it would have been nice to have two bedrooms. Also, the pizza peel felt a bit small for the pizza oven, so serious pizza lovers might find it easier if they bring their own. The electric bug-zapping racket was also very helpful—great to have! The pool was so good that we went in three times and ran short on towels, so it would be nice if there were a few more spare towels. Also, although it wasn’t mentioned on the website, there were plenty of wine glasses provided, which was great. Next time we’ll come during the colder season. It was the best Accommodation we’ve ever stayed at.

The moment we opened the front door, the view that greeted us felt like a scene from abroad. The location was even better than the website, and we were truly impressed. On the way back, the Aqua-Line was closed due to an accident, so we took the Tokyo Bay Ferry from Kanaya to Kurihama instead. The ferry was comfortable too, and it made us feel as if we’d gone on an overseas trip with our dog. The toothbrush came with toothpaste already on it, so next time we’ll bring our own toothpaste. Since the bath doesn’t have a reheating function, you need to get in soon after filling it.

We stayed with a family of four and one dog. The Facility was amazing—everything was so well equipped. We had a great time in the full-scale karaoke Room. The sauna Room, large bath, and cold plunge tub were all excellent. The hair dryer and shower head were ReFa. The spacious living room has a projector, so you can enjoy streaming on a big screen or play games like Nintendo Switch. The kitchen is also large and had plenty of dishes, seasonings, and just about everything we needed. There are three toilets, all very modern. For sleeping arrangements, there are two twin-bed Rooms on the first floor, plus one bed in the third-floor loft along with futon sets for larger groups. From the loft you can step out onto the terrace, which also serves as a dog run— we could play with our dog while sitting in chairs and enjoying a beautiful ocean view. There is also a Room for pets. There is another dog run on the first-floor terrace as well. A washing machine and dryer are available too. Near the parking area there was a vending machine Room with various items such as frozen takoyaki and yakitori. The parking area is spacious. The roads are narrow because houses are close together, but even an Alphard could pass through without any issues. The building’s tile exterior was very beautiful as well. Although homes are close together, the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable to stay in. The karaoke Room is soundproofed; we went outside to check just in case, and it was fine. There isn’t a supermarket nearby, so we stopped at one called Picasso on the way to buy groceries—alcohol is available too. We had so much fun that it felt like 10:00 checkout came in no time at all. We had an amazing time overall. Next time we’d love to come back around summer and enjoy a barbecue too! Thank you very much!

This Accommodation was even more wonderful than I had imagined from the website. The furniture choices and layout were excellent. There were plenty of amenities, towels, and tableware provided, so we were able to stay very comfortably. The free-flowing natural hot spring bath was also incredibly relaxing. Since the tub is large and holds a lot of water, adjusting the temperature was a bit difficult—that would be my only minor drawback. During our stay there was a minor issue with the building, but I believe it was handled appropriately in the end. When I visit Hakodate again, I would love to stay here again.

The pool was honestly too cold in March, so it wasn’t really possible to swim, but I think it would be perfect in summer. I appreciated the discount because of that. The Room, Facility, and stocked supplies were all high quality, and I was very satisfied. The tea and coffee were also delicious. It’s on a hill, so the view was great. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby, which was convenient for buying anything we ran out of.

We chose to stay here as it was difficult to use a Ryokan due to our large family. The Facility and equipment were very well-maintained and clean. The children had a great time playing table tennis and basketball, but please note that the Room for these activities does not have air conditioning, so be cautious of heatstroke. For dinner, we purchased ingredients around Odawara and enjoyed a BBQ. It was a very enjoyable experience. There were two baths available; however, one of them did not provide Onsen water, so we deducted one star from our rating. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. Despite being in the mountains, Yamato Transport provided same-day delivery service for luggage like clothes, making everything smooth and convenient. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience!

Stayed with four colleagues, making a group of five men. The sauna was authentic and spacious enough for all five of us! The temperature was high, and self-pouring löyly was available. Since there was no cold plunge pool, we filled the jacuzzi with water to use instead, but the water temperature felt a bit warm and less satisfying. Other than that, everything was perfect! The pool was enjoyable, and the barbecue grill was user-friendly and convenient. We also had fun with karaoke. The beds were soft and comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. Would love to stay here again!
