The Room with a garden was fully equipped with a toilet and more than exceeded my expectations. The delicious Buddhist vegetarian cuisine and all the experiences were completely satisfying. I was surprised that there were more international guests than I expected.

A favorite place! Owners can relax, enjoy healthy and delicious meals, and be soothed by the beautiful scenery, while dogs can experience an extraordinary time off-leash. The joy isn't just about the meat—the vegetables were incredibly tasty, and the morning fruits were a delightful treat. The rice was so delicious that it made us crave steaming bowls of it. I even wished there was a vegetable and fruit assortment to take home as souvenirs! The owner is wonderfully bright and friendly with a warm personality. This glamping facility is filled with thoughtful touches everywhere. I'll definitely visit again!

We stayed with 5 adults, 4 children, and 2 dogs, and the place was so spacious that even with a large group we were able to spend our time comfortably without any inconvenience. We also had unlimited access to the large public bath, and since it was just our group, we could relax and enjoy ourselves freely. We used the Shuttle Service to the Hotel due to the snow, and the staff were very kind. We would love to stay again when traveling around Yamanashi. There were toys for the children as well, so they never got bored and were very satisfied. The dogs also had an easy time walking since everything was carpeted, and they happily ran around! We had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji too—it made for an amazing trip. Thank you very much!!

The retro atmosphere was wonderful and made for a great memory of our trip to Sado! Perhaps because it’s still new, the Room—including the bathroom—was very clean and comfortable. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Sado, and I would recommend it to others as well.

It exceeded our expectations! Everything was so spotless that it made us wish we could live in a house like this. The pool and BBQ were amazing, and we’d love to stay again!

We stayed with 4 adults and 1 toddler. For access, the location didn’t show up even after entering the map code, but we were able to arrive by searching “Kururi Sanso” on Google Maps. The road felt just barely manageable for a larger car, so going in a kei car was the right choice! The Accommodation itself was wonderful, and we had a very comfortable stay. The pool, mist sauna, and pizza oven were all amazing—we wish we had stayed two nights. We definitely want to visit again. If I had to mention anything, it would have been nice to have two bedrooms. Also, the pizza peel felt a bit small for the pizza oven, so serious pizza lovers might find it easier if they bring their own. The electric bug-zapping racket was also very helpful—great to have! The pool was so good that we went in three times and ran short on towels, so it would be nice if there were a few more spare towels. Also, although it wasn’t mentioned on the website, there were plenty of wine glasses provided, which was great. Next time we’ll come during the colder season. It was the best Accommodation we’ve ever stayed at.

Before arriving, we got a little lost, but friendly locals kindly spoke to us. Even before check-in, we felt the warmth of the people and it made us smile. At the entrance, the cool sound of wind chimes welcomed us. We were impressed by how beautifully maintained this historic building is—many original elements remain, yet everything is kept in excellent condition. Thanks to the staff’s thoughtful explanations about the origin of the transom designs, hidden features within the building, and local history, we enjoyed our tour far more deeply than we could have on our own. The garden in the Omi-associated “Donketsu-ryu” style was unlike anything we had seen before. With many tall trees, we could enjoy a beautiful layered view not only from the first floor but also from our Room on the second floor. There was also a pond shaped like Lake Biwa and a tea-room-like space—an outstanding setting that made us want to relax outdoors in other seasons as well. We were also very satisfied with our meal at “Kokarokkon,” which came highly recommended by the Facility. Not only was every dish exceptional, but we were moved by everything—from the displayed art and attentive care from the staff to their explanations of each course and enjoyable conversation. This was a wonderful Accommodation filled with history, gardens, great food, and warm hospitality. We would love to visit again during a season when it’s comfortable enough to spend more time outside.

Although I’ve visited Okinawa many times, this was my first stay here.\nWe chose the Pool Executive Suite (2 Bedrooms), and it was incredibly spacious and open—best of all, we could use the pool anytime!\nThe kids were thrilled, and the adults joined in too; we ended up swimming and playing over and over.\nHaving a washer-dryer in the Room was a huge help—we’d wash and dry our wet clothes right away, then head back to the pool again the next day.\nIt was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t see the ocean because of all the trees in front of the pool, but at night it was fun spotting bats flying around, cats wandering by, and looking for other unusual creatures.\nSince no one could see us, we were able to truly relax without thinking about anything.\n\nThe beach just a short walk away was full of nature, with gentle waves—it was truly beautiful.\nWe snorkeled as a family, and we really appreciated being able to borrow beach chairs and parasols.\nWe went to watch the sunset, and after being told we might be able to see fireworks, we went out for that too. We visited the beach several times—the sound of the waves and peaceful atmosphere felt cleansing. It became our best Okinawa trip ever.\n\nAs for meals: breakfast—the Japanese set meal was absolutely delicious. We chose Japanese breakfast all three mornings of our 3-night stay.\nFor dinner, we tried à la carte at the restaurant once; everything was excellent and we were very satisfied!\n\nIf I had to mention one small point:\nThe Room Facility is perfect overall, but despite having a kitchen and cooking tools, the refrigerator is extremely small—like one you’d find in a Business Hotel...\nWe couldn’t chill wine in it, so we asked to store it in the Hotel cellar. Considering how well-equipped the Room is otherwise, I wish there were a slightly larger refrigerator.\n\nThis is a pleasantly intimate Hotel overall, so I would recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet stay.\nAll staff members were attentive and wonderful.\nIt turned into our best Okinawa trip ever—we’d love to return someday!

We stayed with a family of four and one dog. The Facility was amazing—everything was so well equipped. We had a great time in the full-scale karaoke Room. The sauna Room, large bath, and cold plunge tub were all excellent. The hair dryer and shower head were ReFa. The spacious living room has a projector, so you can enjoy streaming on a big screen or play games like Nintendo Switch. The kitchen is also large and had plenty of dishes, seasonings, and just about everything we needed. There are three toilets, all very modern. For sleeping arrangements, there are two twin-bed Rooms on the first floor, plus one bed in the third-floor loft along with futon sets for larger groups. From the loft you can step out onto the terrace, which also serves as a dog run— we could play with our dog while sitting in chairs and enjoying a beautiful ocean view. There is also a Room for pets. There is another dog run on the first-floor terrace as well. A washing machine and dryer are available too. Near the parking area there was a vending machine Room with various items such as frozen takoyaki and yakitori. The parking area is spacious. The roads are narrow because houses are close together, but even an Alphard could pass through without any issues. The building’s tile exterior was very beautiful as well. Although homes are close together, the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable to stay in. The karaoke Room is soundproofed; we went outside to check just in case, and it was fine. There isn’t a supermarket nearby, so we stopped at one called Picasso on the way to buy groceries—alcohol is available too. We had so much fun that it felt like 10:00 checkout came in no time at all. We had an amazing time overall. Next time we’d love to come back around summer and enjoy a barbecue too! Thank you very much!

The scenery was especially beautiful, and we were very satisfied to be able to watch the sunrise rising from the horizon.

I have experienced almost all luxury vacations in Japan, but the support here is undoubtedly the best in the country. We ended up staying on a day when a severe cold wave hit, and upon mentioning the cold, they immediately went out to purchase and set up a heater for us. Despite being a large facility, it was impeccably clean with no complaints about cleanliness. Even though it was a vacation stay, their thorough support allowed us to feel at ease during our accommodation. In contrast to another nearby new facility called N ○○tami where even the main power for the sauna wasn’t turned on and inquiries were poorly handled—making it impossible to use the sauna—this place responded promptly to everything we needed. The staff quality here is comparable to that of butlers at The Ritz Hotel. It’s clear that the owner is very competent. The location is also wonderful and provided an excellent change of pace. Thank you so much! On particularly cold days, having heaters in each room would be even better; however, during daytime hours, sunlight streamed in beautifully and kept us warm enough.

We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We have stayed at many Accommodations throughout the whole country, and this was truly our number one—an Accommodation we sincerely want to return to. What impressed us most was the privacy that comes with renting an entire villa and the peaceful setting where we could relax without worrying about anyone around us. We spent a leisurely time by the pool, enjoying a luxurious moment where time seemed to slow down. In the evening, we invited friends who live on Ishigaki Island and enjoyed a barbecue. With perfect weather, watching the scenery shift from Ishigaki’s beautiful sunset to a sky full of stars is an unforgettable memory. It felt less like a Hotel stay and more like spending time in our own private luxury villa—an exceptional experience. The Room was spotless down to every detail, and the Facility, amenities, and even the selection of drinks in the refrigerator were excellent. It was high-quality yet comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere. At night, everything was wonderfully quiet, and we were able to fully relax both body and mind. Thanks to Gokkaiseitei, our anniversary became a truly special memory. For anyone who wants to spend an extraordinary time on Ishigaki Island or celebrate an important occasion with someone special, this is an Accommodation we can confidently recommend. Next time, we would love to book a Multiple Night Stay so we can savor this luxury even more slowly. Thank you very much.

The property was incredibly clean and spacious, making us feel like we could live here permanently. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 children (ages 4, 2, and two infants), and it was more than enough space. The 4-year-old and 2-year-old were thrilled with the large house and bath, while the crawling infants had plenty of room to move around. Amenities for all 10 of us were thoughtfully prepared, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing morning bath. The sauna was also a highlight—3 adults used it at once with plenty of room to spare, making it hard to leave! Although the parking is listed as accommodating three cars, we found it tight for two standard cars and one compact car; unloading luggage was a bit challenging. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would love to make staying here an annual tradition. The owner communicated kindly via phone and messages throughout our stay—thank you so much!

From the moment we opened the door, it was a series of "best" experiences. The entire building became our own space, and every Room had direct access to the pool. There was a private sauna next to the pool with aromatherapy available, and we used it multiple times during our stay. Relaxing in the outdoor living area felt truly wonderful. Lounging with poolside champagne or on a daybed—it's a place filled only with things you love. The barbecue made from Miyakojima ingredients, considering health, was great! Leisurely resort drinking was incredibly fun. The amenities provided were eco-friendly; my hair didn't become dry and brittle, and I could feel attention to detail in items like hand soap and detergent. With a kitchen and washing machine available, it was comfortable. Having a desk allowed me to work during my stay when needed, which I appreciated. Entering the night pool after turning off the lights at night offered an unforgettable time under Miyakojima's beautiful starry sky. I thought it was truly wonderful that this Facility not only provided comfort but also considered people and environmental concerns. It's my top recommendation for luxury Hotels in Miyakojima. I will definitely visit again!

This was my second stay, and the Hotel staff's service was truly excellent, making my stay very pleasant. They are very friendly to dogs, and basic amenities are well provided. (I made the reservation for my dog by phone.) It is also conveniently located near Tokyo Station.

I stayed in Room 102. The view was absolutely spectacular! I didn’t even go sightseeing—I could just zone out and watch the ocean. The place was clean and spacious, the kitchen was spotless, and I was surprised by the wide variety of drinks in the fridge—even though they’re free. The large sofa with a wide seat was very comfortable, but it was disappointing that you can’t really lean back on it (it isn’t fixed, so it moves). I wanted to relax on the sofa and enjoy the ocean view. This wasn’t clear from the photos, so I’m sharing it for future guests. One more thing that wasn’t mentioned in photos or information: noise. Maybe staying on the second floor would have been better, but there were four young people staying upstairs that night. I kept getting woken up by loud footsteps at 1 a.m., 2 a.m., and 3 a.m. I even started entering the owner’s emergency number on my phone when it finally stopped, so I didn’t call—but then I got woken up again at 4 a.m., which I really regretted. If you stay here, I recommend choosing the second floor.

It was a truly wonderful villa. The owner’s attentive guidance, the complimentary drinks in the sauna and the Room refrigerator, and the private Onsen with free-flowing natural hot spring water along with the sauna—everything was excellent! We’ve stayed at many villas, but what surprised us most was that all the seasonings were brand new!! The amusement room (additional fee) is fantastic!! The kids spent all their time enjoying karaoke and darts. The view is amazing! Next time, we’d like to visit in summer when we can use the pool. The only disappointment was that the pet grooming room had a strong odor—possibly from sewage—so we couldn’t use it.

This was my fourth visit to Ishigaki Island. Until now I had stayed at a Resort Hotel, but this time I happened to find this Hotel online and made a Reservation because the Reviews were so good. I wanted to spend my time without being tied to meal times, so I did not include meals. The Hotel is located at the 730 Intersection, so there are plenty of shops nearby, and there’s a yakiniku restaurant right next to the Room. There’s also a convenience store in the neighboring building, so it was completely hassle-free. And the best part was the free-flow drinks: the refrigerator was packed with alcohol and soft drinks, and even ice cream in the freezer. If you like drinks, it’s irresistible. The Room was spacious and very comfortable. Everything you might need was thoughtfully provided—perfectly described as “they’ve thought of everything”—and it made for a truly relaxing stay. We originally planned to stay 5 nights, but a typhoon was forecast to hit directly, so we had to return home after 3 nights. We Cancelled the Reservation for the remaining 2 nights, and they didn’t charge any Cancellation Fee and even refunded our accommodation cost—an incredibly considerate Hotel. It ended up being a hectic trip, but we were truly satisfied. We would love to stay here again next time. Additional note: The convenience store next door is open from 7:00 to 0:00. When it first opens in the morning, items like rice balls may not be fully stocked yet, so if you want breakfast there, I recommend preparing it the day before.

We stayed for 4 nights with a group of four. Because the weather was unstable, we couldn’t enjoy the starry sky we had been looking forward to, but our privacy was well maintained and we were able to relax. If you’re expecting a beautiful ocean right in front of you, you may be a little disappointed. Of course, we understood that before visiting. Access was good, so getting around was stress-free. What we liked - The kitchen was spacious and easy to use. - The refrigerator was large, so we could buy plenty of groceries. What concerned us - The provided insect repellent spray was empty. - There were many handprints on the window glass. - For four people staying four nights, it was difficult to secure enough drinking water, so having a water dispenser would be appreciated. - We weren’t expecting excessive service, but we do feel that what’s provided should match the price. - The pool chlorine level seemed too strong and made our nose and throat very sore. This property seems to be in one of the higher price ranges on Miyakojima. We hope for improvements in service that better match the price. We would consider staying again if given the opportunity.
