The service, rooms, and meals—everything about this Hotel was wonderful. The lounge was even more comfortable than expected, and I would love to stay again. All the food was delicious, but the only disappointment was the okonomiyaki. There was also a great variety of drinks, including plenty of alcoholic options. I couldn’t make it during afternoon tea due to other plans, so I’d definitely like to try it next time.

It was our first time staying near Toyama Station, and we stayed as a family. There were three women, but the Room was spacious enough, and it was great to have a facial steamer and massage equipment in the Room, as well as amenities like a choice of shampoo we liked. The location was excellent too. We booked a Plan that included parking, and even though we went in and out several times, they provided us with tickets accordingly, which was very helpful. When we visit Toyama again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Breakfast was the best among the Business Hotels I have stayed at. I ordered the Japanese set meal, and everything was delicious, especially the main salmon dish. All of the dining staff were cheerful and provided excellent service.

This was my first stay in four years, and I was completely satisfied with everything—the clean Facilities and the thoughtful care from the staff. I could also clearly see your environmental initiatives, and it really felt like you are making a genuine effort. Breakfast was carefully prepared item by item, and the health-conscious dishes were delicious as well. In the evening, since my birthday is next week, my friend ordered champagne via room service, and when the staff member delivering it heard that, they brought me chocolates too. I truly appreciated the kind gesture. I would love to stay again for another special occasion.

This time, we booked a Multiple Night Stay again in the same guest room we stayed in previously: a garden open-air Onsen bath room (15-tatami main room + 4.5-tatami tea room). For impressions of the Room itself, please refer to my comments from last year. First, I’d like to share how wonderful a Multiple Night Stay is. 1) The cuisine is outstanding. As introduced on the website, the monthly menu is crafted into a course using seasonal ingredients of that month, with careful attention to presentation and tableware. That alone is excellent, but the Multiple Night Stay menus are an even more diverse lineup—an explosion of the head chef’s creativity using seasonal ingredients. Both dinner and breakfast feature menus that are almost entirely different from the monthly offerings. Truly worthy of a master artisan. 2) You can enjoy the open-air Onsen freely. Although it’s an in-room open-air Onsen bath, with only one night your time to enjoy it feels limited. With a Multiple Night Stay—especially on the second day—you have much more time for the open-air Onsen and can fully relax and enjoy it. 3) Perfect for sightseeing in Ikaho. With a Multiple Night Stay you need to leave your Room during cleaning, but if you go sightseeing in Ikaho there’s no issue at all. If you head out toward the stone steps street from Fukuichi’s side, you’ll be right below Ikaho Shrine. The shrine is close by, and from there it’s easy to find your way for a round trip to Kajika Bridge as well. The Ikaho Ropeway is also comfortable to reach—it feels like going slightly downhill from the shrine area—and on your way back you can rejoin the stone steps around the middle and enjoy various shops as you walk back up toward Fukuichi. Next, I’d like to express my gratitude for the wonderful service during our stay. The attendant who served us at dinner on our first night was someone who had also taken care of us during our previous visit. In addition to being surprised with having a Multiple Night Stay menu served on day one, she carefully explained each dish as well as three coordinated alcoholic beverages selected for pairing. I’m truly grateful, and I would love to request her again next time. From breakfast on day two onward, our attendant was also serving as Kayokoro’s sommelier. At dinner on day two, when I asked on the spot for sake that would pair well with large turban shell caught off Ito off Izu Peninsula (Daesazae), he recommended Isojiman—an excellent match for the food. He told me he studied hard and earned his sommelier qualification; very impressive indeed. I was also surprised that his name is almost identical to mine; I hope he continues thriving as Kayokoro’s sommelier. We requested Shuttle Service both ways this time, and both drivers provided calm driving along with courteous assistance when getting in and out of the vehicle—thank you very much. After checkout as well, thank you sincerely to staff who continued carrying our heavy luggage and guided us on our way out. This has gotten long, but our Multiple Night Stay at Kayokoro was simply superb—we definitely want another Multiple Night Stay next time too.

It was close to Ikebukuro Station, and being directly connected to the station meant we didn’t have to worry about the heat while getting around. The Room was just the right size for two people, and the sofa and luggage space were convenient, so we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a Japanese buffet where you could choose a main dish, and side dishes were served in small bowls you could pick up yourself, which felt clean and satisfying. We will definitely stay again.

Everything—from the Facility and hospitality to the dining—exceeded our expectations, and it was a stay that our whole family genuinely enjoyed. Our child liked it so much they said, “I want to come again,” and we felt it is a Hotel that’s perfect for a family trip. This time we stayed for one night and two days because we were also staying at another Hotel, but considering the well-equipped Facility and services, I think a Multiple Night Stay would let you appreciate this Hotel’s appeal even more. Next time, we would definitely like to stay for multiple nights. [Club Lounge] The staff at check-in were extremely courteous, and we were able to enjoy sweets and drinks while completing the procedures. They also prepared coloring sets for each child in our party, which left a great impression as our child was able to spend the time without getting bored. [Guest Room: Ryukyu Suite / Beach View] The in-room refrigerator was a large model with completely separate fridge and freezer compartments, making it very convenient even for families. The toilet was modern and very clean, so it was comfortable to use. Having an in-room drum-type washer/dryer is especially helpful for longer stays or trips with children. Also, because there is a tatami room, children can relax safely lying down; we felt it’s a guest room where families can truly unwind together. Since it’s on the 3rd floor, the view isn’t quite “breathtaking,” but we had no particular complaints and stayed comfortably. [Dinner: Roy’s] There was an excellent variety of sushi options, and the desserts were plentiful as well—everything was delicious. We were satisfied enough that we definitely want to dine here again next time, and I can strongly recommend it to future guests. [Breakfast: Four Seasons] As part of the club floor benefits, we could make a Reservation at check-in, which helped us avoid crowds and enter smoothly. All dishes were delicious—especially the pancakes. With seating overlooking the ocean and a great atmosphere overall, it made for a wonderful morning. [Large Public Bath] We used it around 9:00 PM. It was crowded inside, but there was always an available washing station. Towels were provided as well, which made everything comfortable. [Facilities & Amenities] While not large, there is an indoor pool; plus activities such as rock-paper-scissors stamp rallies are held too, so children won’t get bored even on rainy days. We spent comfortably everywhere—including the outdoor pool area and the beach. [What Was Disappointing] The club floor benefit “Dolphin Splash” and the suite benefit “Wake-Up Sailing” were fully booked so we couldn’t participate. Although this seems unavoidable since the website states they are first-come-first-served programs as well، I hope improvements can be made so guests are less likely to miss out on these benefits altogether.

We stayed as a family. We really appreciated being able to freely enjoy the welcome drinks and snacks, video games, massage chairs, and more without it feeling overcrowded. The table tennis and darts were also available 24 hours whenever they were open, and since no Reservation was required, it was easy to join in and we enjoyed them many times. It was also nice to have services like cooling sheets and face masks, and we were happy to find a ReFa hair dryer as well. Dinner was delicious—the half buffet and seafood barbecue were so good, with more than enough food. In the morning there was limited-time seafood that we could make into a rice bowl, plus the famous fried oysters, fruit, sweets—everything was excellent and we were extremely satisfied. The Room was lovely and comfortable, and this is a Hotel we would like to stay at again. Thanks to you, it became a truly memorable and fun trip. Thank you very much.

We chose the Umitamago Room. There were lots of plush toys in all sizes, and the kids were thrilled! They tucked a big walrus plush into one futon and slept next to mom. While drifting off, they said, “Let’s come again.” The changing area was spacious, with a large mirror and bright lighting—very easy to use. I used to think Hotel towels were limited to one bath towel and one face towel per person and not very absorbent, but here we had one bath towel and two face towels each, and they were nicely absorbent. Both the front desk staff and the dining staff were kind to our children—everyone was wonderful. Meals included dinner and breakfast buffets, and both were delicious! If I had to ask for one thing, it would be a small toothbrush for kids. Overall, we were very satisfied and would love to visit again!

I became a fan of The Gate Hotel in Kyoto, so I stayed here in Osaka as well. The location is, of course, excellent. Every Room offers a wonderful view. The interior is clean and efficiently designed. Details like the side tables use eco-friendly materials, giving it a modern feel throughout. Breakfast was delicious across the board, and I was very satisfied. I will stay again.

We added an all-you-can-drink Plan. We were very satisfied with the delicious selection of drinks. All the staff were also very friendly and pleasant.

I was impressed first by the wonderful view. If I had arrived earlier, I would have liked to relax in the lounge and enjoy it longer. Each dish tasted handmade. Everything was delicious, and since all drinks were free, I could dine slowly and comfortably without worry. I also liked the chef’s call when new dishes were served. The Room was clean, and I could unwind while looking out at the birch trees. Ideally, it would have been nice to have a large public bath, but the in-room bathroom was spacious and spotless, so I could soak in the tub at leisure. This is an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

Everything went smoothly throughout our stay. A beautiful universal-access room with a shower booth in this location is truly a rare find! The staff were very attentive both at the front desk and on the 30th floor, and all of the dining options were delicious—I was already thinking about how I’d spend my time on my next visit. We stayed here to celebrate a birthday trip. They delivered an externally ordered cake from their partner Kazeka to our Room exactly as requested, and everything—the Room, the open-air bath, the meals, and the hospitality of the staff—was truly wonderful. It was a very satisfying stay, and we would love to visit again if we have the chance. Thank you very much.

I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

I visited Niseko to see Mt. Yotei. Unfortunately, it was raining and I couldn’t see it, but the delicious meals made up for it. Thankfully, the next day was sunny and I was able to see Mt. Yotei in all its glory. The Italian set course was excellent—each dish was delicious, and the flow of the course felt natural and very well put together.

At first, I felt the price was high, but after staying there, I was more than satisfied with the value. Both the Accommodation and the Room felt open and airy, and in a secluded, hideaway-like atmosphere, the staff’s warm smiles made my stay truly comfortable. The food was excellent and delicious, and the bowls and plates—beautifully chosen to match each ingredient—were also wonderful. You may get insects or leaves blowing in, but that’s only natural in such surroundings. Everything was kept very clean, so it didn’t bother me at all. It’s an Accommodation that makes you want to come back.

This was my first time staying here. The Room was simple, but I was truly impressed by how delicious each dish was. I would love to stay again.

After laughing at Toyokan for my friend’s birthday, we stayed here to relax. They even prepared a birthday gift for us—thank you very much. In the evening, we spent time in the lounge on the 10th floor while enjoying Japanese sweets. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, so we could use it comfortably without worry. We had breakfast at View Hotel. It was a very satisfying stay, and my friend was delighted.

My grandchild fell asleep during dinner, and the staff kindly prepared a chair that could also be used as a baby bed, which was very helpful. Thank you very much. The front desk staff were also courteous and made us feel welcome. If I had to mention anything, it might have been even better if there had been a pleasantly scented air freshener in the hallway leading to the pet rooms. Also, since we brought two Yorkshire Terriers, it would have been nice to have a few more pet amenities available.
