I’ve stayed here several times, and the 1st Cottage is always amazing no matter when I visit. The weather wasn’t great this time, but I relaxed indoors with my dogs while enjoying delicious meals. The cottage’s interior is wonderful, so staying in is part of the fun. I’d love to come back once more before the end of the year—looking forward to the seasonal dishes.

From June 28 to 30, just after the typhoon and the end of the rainy season, we were able to arrive in Miyako safely and this was our second stay at Ferris. We were upgraded to a twin-bed Room for our family of three, and it also happened to be my wife’s birthday. The cake and bed decorations were wonderful surprises, making our first trip back to Miyakojima in two years truly memorable. Thank you very much to all the staff. Coming back from snorkeling and slipping straight into the private pool in our Room felt amazing—we could have stayed in forever while looking out at the mangroves. We enjoyed San’s shabu-shabu in our Room, and everything was delicious right down to the soba at the end. Next time, we’d love to try lunch as well! We look forward to staying with you again.

As a reward for my eldest daughter’s junior high school entrance exams, I stayed with a mom friend and our children—five females in total. The view from the Accommodation was amazing, both the ocean during the day and the illuminated scenery at night—so open and refreshing. There were generous amounts of welcome snacks, mineral water, alcohol, and amenities provided—it was truly impressive!! The pool was a perfectly sufficient size for what felt like a private pool, and the kids had a great time. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but we left wishing we could have enjoyed it even more—it was hard to say goodbye. The staff who assisted us were incredibly quick to respond; it really surprised me. Thank you very much. It was a bit of a splurge for our family, but if we have another chance, we would love to stay again.

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied. The hotel and the room were both very clean and comfortable. The staff were always smiling, which made me feel cheerful. The shuttle service to Kanazawa Station and the hotel’s dedicated lockers near the station were very convenient.

We stayed in the West Wing with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and our family—6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. Everyone was thrilled, and it became a wonderful travel memory. As we were celebrating a special occasion, we asked for balloon decorations and to purchase fireworks. For meals, we hired a private chef. Inamuragasaki holds many memories for us. With the ocean right in front of us—and no power lines visible from inside—it was truly a special location. Since the kids are still small, they were overjoyed to use the rooftop jacuzzi like a pool instead of going into the sea. The adults could watch them safely and relax while enjoying the ocean view in complete comfort. The food was also excellent—hiring a private chef was absolutely the right choice. We also got to try out karaoke that you’re considering introducing as a service. Our child who loves singing was delighted and held onto the microphone nonstop. At night we enjoyed fireworks and made so many great memories with the kids. Everything was prepared in such a comfortable setting—easy for adults and fun for children. Our surfer family members even went into the ocean twice. It truly was an amazing place. We highly recommend it for family trips. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

Its kaleidoscopic beauty resonates deeply in the heart. Exquisitely prepared with sincere care, the cuisine is truly delicious. A beautiful garden that reflects the seasons—so captivating you could gaze at it forever. Elegant summer décor that lets you fully experience Kyoto’s traditional culture. Hanging scrolls, ikebana, and a beautifully arranged Room down to every detail. The head chef, attendants, the young proprietress, and the proprietress herself offer warm, attentive hospitality with genuine grace. Thinking that all of this beauty is an expression of love for each guest fills me with freshness and gratitude. At Kikkawa, you can feel the refined spirit of Kyoto—an appreciation for making everyday life beautiful and joyful. It began as an Accommodation I hoped to stay at at least once in my life; before I knew it, this was my 11th visit. A superb culinary Ryokan I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who truly loves Kyoto.

We were completely satisfied with everything from start to finish. This time, we stayed to coincide with my eldest son and grandchild coming home. And on the day we checked out, we went ahead and made a Reservation for the following month to coincide with my second son coming home. In any case, we were completely satisfied with everything.

I stayed here while traveling from Yamanashi to Shizuoka. When the number of guests changed, I called to ask for advice, and they kindly checked room availability and helped me rebook. For such a reasonable price, the room was clean, and the meals (free curry for dinner and breakfast) were more than satisfying. At breakfast, when my clothes got stained, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely like to stay here again if I travel nearby. Thank you very much!

This was my third stay. It was my first time in the “Haruka” cottage, and it was just as comfortable as always. On the day we arrived, we took a walk along the river from the back garden door to Sakuta Beach. It took about 10 minutes to get there. Our senior dog needed to be carried part of the way, but was thrilled once we reached the beach. The Room was clean and comfortable, and the Facility and overall setup reflected wonderful hospitality. The staff were also very kind, making each visit a lovely memory. Thank you very much.

I had a Multiple Night Stay, and to be honest, it exceeded my expectations. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji from the Room I stayed in, I enjoyed a blissful time on the beautiful garden terrace where the day seemed to pass by in an instant. The medicinal stone bath was incredibly relaxing; after just one soak, my body felt thoroughly warmed to the core. By the second time, I even started looking forward to the bath preparation process itself. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. During my stay, housekeeping cleaned while I was out for the day during my Multiple Night Stay. Returning to such a spotless Room felt like coming back to a brand-new space—it was truly impressive! The staff were kind and greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, making my stay all the more pleasant. When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I will definitely return to Hana no Yado Yumefuji! Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day! There were signs guiding us to the villa along the way, so we arrived without getting lost. The moment we entered the gate, we got excited—it was the most wonderful villa we have ever stayed in. Being able to check in face-to-face gave us peace of mind, and you assisted us very kindly and thoroughly. The living room was spacious, and since each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet, everyone in our family was able to relax comfortably. The kitchen was also well equipped—even with a scale, measuring spoons, and baking paper—so we were able to bake scones and bread for breakfast. Everything was neatly organized and easy to find. The washing machine, coffee maker, and other appliances were easy to use as well, so we had no trouble figuring anything out. It was a truly lovely villa where we could feel the owner’s thoughtful attention everywhere. We only stayed one night this time, so next time we would love to stay longer.

It was an absolutely wonderful villa. When I come to Miyakojima again, I definitely want to stay here! The service was consistently thoughtful—exactly the kind that anticipates every need. Everything you think “It would be nice if they had this” is already there. The staff were also very courteous. The amenities and hair dryer were high quality. The shampoo and hand soap were THANN. There was also baby body wash (a good additive-free one from Mama & Baby). They offer a surprisingly large selection of free rental items, including things you don’t usually find at a typical Hotel, such as a baby chair and baby playpen (some items are available for a fee). Everything inside the Room was clean with no issues. All drinks in the refrigerator are free-flow. They will restock endlessly until 7:00 PM. The sunset view from the rooftop was simply stunning. The quiet Sawada Beach stretching out in front of you, together with the sunset, left a strong impression. There isn’t an on-site restaurant, but you can arrange a private chef or have a BBQ on the terrace. We bought meat from “Sachiya Butcher Shop,” which was recommended by the villa staff, and had a BBQ. If you order in advance, ingredients can also be delivered to your Room (limited to certain shops). The only thing that scared me was seeing a thin long insect poking its head out from between the gaps of the mesh table on the terrace. Because it’s a hollow mesh-style table, I couldn’t tell whether it just happened to be there or if something had taken up residence, so we couldn’t use it afterward. Since lush nature is right in front of the villa—and that’s part of what makes it great—I understand it’s difficult to completely eliminate insects… Also, the walking path from in front of the villa to Sawada Beach is so overgrown that plants brush against your feet if you’re wearing sandals. I’d be happy if it could be trimmed and maintained a bit more. Overall, we were truly very satisfied!! It isn’t cheap, but it’s quiet and you can relax without worrying about others—perfect for enjoying a resort atmosphere at your own pace. It’s ideal for spending an important anniversary with someone special, and it’s a villa I’d gladly recommend to friends as well. Thank you very much.

I stayed for two nights on my first trip to Hakodate. The view was amazing, and everything—from the service to the Room—was excellent. The Hotel also offers loaner bicycles, and there are plenty of nearby options such as car rentals and convenience stores. It’s also within walking distance of the station. There’s a morning market just a short walk away, so I had breakfast there. When I arrived in heavy rain, they immediately lent me a towel, which really warmed my heart. Even though I went in and out many times a day, they always greeted me with a smile, saying “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back.” There was no waiting for the elevator, which made everything comfortable. The Room was spotless as well. This is a Hotel I would definitely want to stay at again on my next trip. Thank you very much!

All the meals were delicious, and the Onsen was wonderful. The Room and bath areas were kept very clean, so we had a very comfortable stay. The amenities were well provided and really helpful. There was bottled water in the Room refrigerator, and there was also a lounge where you can freely enjoy soft drinks; we had coffee after dinner as well. The Japanese garden in the courtyard was also beautiful. We could choose our favorite yukata, which made us feel even more excited. All the staff were kind and helpful. There were lots of cute cat-themed items in the lobby, hallways, and lounge, which was very soothing. We were able to relax at a leisurely pace. There was a roadside station and a supermarket nearby, so the location was convenient as well. It was such a lovely Accommodation that we would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

We stayed for one night from 9/30. In hindsight, we should have stayed two nights!! Everything was perfect—washing machine, gas dryer, drying rack, a well-equipped kitchen, and even insect repellent. There is also a wash area on the first floor, which was very helpful for rinsing off marine shoes and other items after playing at Bisezaki Beach. The next morning we took a walk along Fukugi Tree Road and then headed to Churaumi Aquarium first thing!! The location and facilities are excellent. If I could ask for just one thing, having amenities for children would be appreciated. We would love to stay again next year.

I stayed here as a birthday gift for my sister. We were amazed the moment we entered the Room—not only did you prepare a Room with a view of the five-story pagoda, but you also gifted us sparkling wine to celebrate. My sister was absolutely thrilled. In the lounge, we enjoyed a wide variety of drinks and alcohol, along with visually stunning sweets and carefully crafted dishes. At night, we dined at the rooftop bar while taking in Kyoto’s night views. For breakfast, I chose a conger eel hot pot—something rare for a Hotel breakfast—and truly savored Kyoto’s summer flavors. We were also able to visit Kiyomizu-dera early in the morning when it was quiet and uncrowded, which made us very happy. It seems it became a wonderful memory for my sister as well. Thank you very much for taking so many photos for us.

This was our first stay on the Club Floor in two years, and thanks to your courteous and pleasant service from check-in onward, we had a very comfortable time. Maybe it’s Okinawa, maybe it’s The Terrace Hotels—either way, the juice in this lounge always tastes especially delicious. We also visited the newly introduced nightcap service, and it was wonderful to relax after dinner with coffee at Maroad. There were piano performances on both nights; each pianist arranged familiar tunes from Studio Ghibli and Disney that anyone can enjoy, and my wife and I had fun listening while guessing the song titles. A lounge staff member who assisted us two years ago even remembered us—just as my wife and I had hoped—and we truly enjoyed chatting together. This time we also used the gym and La Sima for the first time, and my wife was delighted, saying, “This was our most enjoyable stay at The Naha Terrace ever!” Thank you again to all of your staff. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

Just as other Reviews mentioned, the view was simply amazing. We stayed with our dog, and we really appreciated that they had pee pads, etiquette bags for walks, food and water bowls, and even dinner for our dog ready for us. It was the first time I’ve ever felt this refreshed at an Accommodation. We’ll definitely stay again!

The property is comfortable and very well cleaned, and the open-air bath feels so good you’d think it was a hot spring. My companion mentioned that it would be nice to have a stool by the sink, so next time I’m planning to bring a foldable one. We’re hoping to come back again around this time next year.

You kindly shared information and exchanged messages with me about dinner, the lounge, and more. No other Hotel has ever done this for me, so I truly appreciated it. The view during my stay was of Tokyo Skytree Town, the Room was spacious, and I could fully relax both visually and physically with the comfortable bed, view bath, two sinks, and open outlook. My plan included breakfast and dinner. The dinner in particular had such generous portions that I couldn’t finish it all, and it was delicious with a wonderful atmosphere. Including breakfast, I enjoyed Sizzler again for the first time in a while and was very satisfied. Once again, thank you very much to all the staff who supported me—not only on the day of my stay but even beforehand. I will definitely visit again.
