Thank you for taking care of us during our trip home to visit family. 　 When I made the Reservation, I didn’t know there would be a fireworks festival on our stay date. I found out the day before and called to ask about traffic restrictions. You explained everything very kindly, and we were able to head there with peace of mind. 　 At check-in, you clearly explained how to use the parking area and the Facility, and also gave us helpful advice related to the fireworks festival. Your service was truly pleasant. I also accidentally left my car key at the counter, but you went out of your way to find it and bring it back to me later—thank you very much. 　 The Room was spacious and well maintained, so we were able to relax comfortably. However, since it is a pension-style Accommodation, soundproofing is a bit limited. We could hear children from the family staying upstairs running around. The noise didn’t stop even after the designated quiet time (10:00 PM), so I informed a staff member; after a while it became quiet, so I believe you took some kind of action. 　 The location is convenient: there’s a 24-hour supermarket nearby, as well as public baths and restaurants, so even with No Meals Included we had no trouble at all. Cooking utensils, tableware, and an IH cooktop are provided too, so self-catering is easy. 　 Shirarahama Beach is about a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to go swimming in the sea. We were also able to watch the fireworks up close that day and were very satisfied. 　 It’s an Accommodation I’d like to use again when I have another chance. Thank you!

Stayed here while doing the Lake Biwa cycling loop by road bike. Two nights in a mini cottage with breakfast included for 4,800 yen. Limited-time deal? I couldn’t believe it was during summer vacation—so cheap I was worried, but everything was well taken care of down to the details and it was excellent. The bath (5 tubs), showers (4), and toilets (4 or more) are shared, as is the fridge/freezer. Breakfast is available from 6:00 a.m., with rice refills (self-serve) and a plate of nine side dishes plus natto and miso soup. You can also help yourself to furikake, tea, coffee, and more. The Room has heating/air conditioning, a TV, and free Wi‑Fi. If I had to nitpick, the bed is on the small side and there’s no mattress pad. For the price, it was outstanding.

We stayed for one night from March 19. It was an Accommodation that truly lived up to its high-rated Reviews. The Room was a bit compact, but it had a spacious wood-deck balcony, was thoroughly cleaned, and felt very fresh and relaxing. They also provided a waterproof sheet for our dog, so the bedding was OK. We followed proper etiquette and used a diaper, so we were able to sleep together comfortably. Dinner was BBQ on the large wood deck (honestly like yakiniku from an upscale restaurant). We really enjoyed the wagyu that the owner personally cuts—absolutely delicious. There were also lean wagyu and chicken tenderloin for dogs, and our dog happily ate it all. Vegetables, soup, rice balls, etc. were included as a set, and there are plenty of optional menu items as well. The Onsen can be reserved privately in 1-hour time slots (Reservation required), so you can soak slowly and unwind. From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM it becomes open access—if it’s available you can use it (all private Onsen use is free). They even have a bathtub for dogs, so your dog can enjoy the Onsen too!! There is of course a dog run, and since this Accommodation hosts only three groups total, we could enjoy it at our own pace. Breakfast was a handmade burger—also outstanding. Options like extra patty or cheese are available! It seems you can also switch to a hot sandwich. Yogurt, onion soup, salad, and your choice of drink were included as well—we were very satisfied. This Accommodation hosts only three groups per day (Sunny), so we could relax fully and enjoy the Onsen—and since our dog isn’t great with other dogs sometimes, it was perfect that everything could be done mostly within our Room area. It was very reasonably priced: delicious meals, wonderful Onsen time, and the best part—being able to stay with our dog all the time. To the owner couple, their adorable son, and Sunny the resident dog—thank you for such a fun and fulfilling trip!! We’ve already made our next Reservation too; I’ll work hard until then while looking forward to coming back.

I stayed here with my 3-year-old son, my husband, and my parents! The Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every detail, and we had a very comfortable stay. The food was brought out freshly made, and the variety, taste, and presentation were all perfect—we were truly impressed!! Everyone at the Accommodation was very kind, and I was happy to chat with you so much! Also, I’m truly sorry for the trouble we caused right at the very end... We’ll definitely be back again next year!!!

The meals were excellent. The sea bream sashimi, carpaccio, simmered dishes, tempura, and sea bream rice were all incredibly delicious. I never knew sea bream could taste this good. It was also delightful to be served piping hot dishes. Highly recommended!

The property has been beautifully renovated, and we had a very comfortable stay.

You can walk to Kirishima Shrine, and Takachiho Farm is just a short drive away. The Onsen was almost too hot, but I was able to cool it down with water before getting in. The bath was bright and open, which felt wonderful. Since my plans were not set, I chose breakfast only, and I really appreciated having a delicious, nutritious meal in the morning. The price was very reasonable, and I could relax in a spacious Room.

Enjoy a comfortable stay with exclusive use of the entire house. An AEON store is next door, making it convenient for shopping, though the AEON grounds are large, so we recommend going by bicycle. Dinner at the neighboring sushi restaurant (owner-operated) is highly recommended—the fresh tuna is exceptional and we really enjoyed it.

The owner was very kind and gave us a warm welcome. They recommended many wonderful local attractions, such as apple picking, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The Room was spacious enough for one person, very quiet at night, and provided a comfortable stay. Additionally, the **bath (bathtub)** allowed me to relax as if I were at home. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance!

The Accommodation is very clean and well maintained, while still retaining the charm of an old Ryokan. The owner’s hospitality is also very courteous. Perhaps because it was summer vacation, it was heartwarming to see their children helping out as well. The price was extremely satisfying. Breakfast featured local specialties and the portions were excellent. There was no parking fee either. There may be other fine Accommodations, but we were truly satisfied with the thoughtful service and great value for money.

The staff kindly lent us an umbrella when it was raining and were very attentive. The breakfast was delicious! It felt like we got to enjoy authentic Okinawan home-cooked dishes, which are hard to find while sightseeing. It was a valuable experience. The room was quite spacious with a TV and sofa. The kitchen was large as well, equipped with a big refrigerator, microwave, kitchen scissors, and other cooking tools. The bathroom and toilet were in a unit bath style, so it felt a bit small. While there is a mirror in the unit bath, there’s no outlet nearby, so you can’t use the hairdryer in front of the mirror. For parking, we were instructed to park straight down the road next to both the Okinawa soba shop where you check-in and the building where you stay. Beyond the parking area is the sea—not exactly a beach but still enjoyable for viewing. Overall satisfaction was very high. I think this place would be great for long-term stays as well!

We stayed in one Room for four people, and it was clean and comfortable. The two-door refrigerator meant that even if we bought ice at the convenience store next door, it didn’t melt. There’s also a washing machine (on the balcony, so slightly inconvenient) and a gas dryer inside the Room, so it wasn’t an issue at all. It dried quickly and was a huge help during our six-day stay! The bathroom is shower-only, which is common in Okinawa, but the shampoo and conditioner were excellent—after swimming in the sea, my hair went from rough to smooth and shiny! Above all, the value for money is unbeatable, so we’d love to stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

We stayed in March and November. The property has an interesting layout with the living room on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. The wooden deck is a relaxing spot, often visited by many cats. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious shabu-shabu dinner. We look forward to staying here again if we have the chance!

Dinner was outstanding from appetizers to dessert, both in presentation and flavor. The herb-roasted chicken main was so delicious I could have eaten several servings. It was also great that the portions of pizza and pasta could be adjusted depending on how hungry we were. The bath was spacious as well, and it helped us relax after a long drive. We also appreciated having items like clothespins and extension cords available in the hallway for guests to use freely. The homemade jam at breakfast was delicious too—I ended up eating too much bread. We’d love to visit again during the snowy season.

This was my first time using the service. After arriving at the Stays, I completed the check-in and entered the Room, which, although not new, was clean and tidy. The cleaning was thorough, allowing for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, and I was very satisfied with the unlimited refills of coffee, bread, and more. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay. During check-in, they asked how I planned to get back, and when I told them, they said the bus would be easier! They printed out the bus timetable right away and marked the service I should take the next day. And early the next morning… they even walked with me to the bus stop so I wouldn’t get lost!!! The owner was incredibly friendly, with a charming smile. I’d love to see them again!

- The Facility was still very clean and well maintained, with effective air conditioning, so it was comfortable. - Heart Rock and Tokei Beach were just a short drive away, which was convenient. - The staff were kind and lent us packing tape for the cardboard box we needed to ship our luggage home, responding helpfully without any fuss. - Since there were five adults and three children, we rented two buildings; we appreciated that you arranged the Rooms to be facing each other. - The road leading up to the property is unpaved, and with the rain our rental car got covered in mud. - There was no dining table in the dining area, which made meals inconvenient. It would also be nice to have at least some basic seasonings. - We stayed for three nights and four days. Unfortunately it rained every day so the trip was a bit disappointing, but we still managed to swim in the ocean one day and have one BBQ as well. From the BBQ area we could even catch a glimpse of the sun setting despite the cloudy sky. I think it would have been much more comfortable in clear weather, so I’d like to come back again next time for a retry. Overall, I felt it offered excellent value for money.

I stayed here for sightseeing. It’s conveniently located near Osu Shopping Street and the subway. The building has four floors, but there is an elevator inside, so I was able to move around easily even with a suitcase. While many guesthouses do not have staff on-site, it was very helpful that staff were available during limited hours. There are more shower booths than at many other guesthouses, so I never had to wait. One thing I noticed was the washbasins. There is also a restroom on the 3rd floor, but there was no handwashing area in or near it. Since the washbasins were located next to the shower rooms, I ended up using the restroom on the 2nd floor instead. There is a microwave and an electric kettle, but I don’t think there were any cooking appliances such as a stove, so you may not be able to cook. With its great location and clean Facility, I would like to stay again.
