Thank you very much for upgrading our Room. It was a wonderful Room, and my wife was very pleased. We also enjoyed the meals. We would love to stay again.

We stayed during the three-day weekend in November with our family of four and two dogs. The spacious bath, delicious meals, and nearby attractions like the Yamanakako Autumn Leaves Festival made our trip memorable. We also enjoyed stunning views of Mt. Fuji. It was a wonderful family trip. Thank you very much!

It’s a small, quiet Onsen town with very little to walk around and see. The Ryokan is quite old and it’s hard to call it spotless, but it’s a great place to relax in a laid-back rural setting. Each dish is carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and truly delicious—wonderful meals overall. The bath water also has its own distinctive character; I liked it as an Onsen. In summer they keep it at a lukewarm temperature, so you can soak for a long time. The owner and staff were friendly and genuinely kind.

Stayed for a family birthday trip. The accommodation had a charming, retro atmosphere that felt like stepping back into the Showa era. There were various rest areas throughout the accommodation, perfect for relaxing with a book or simply unwinding. The retro-style chairs were very comfortable, and even the scent carried an old-fashioned charm reminiscent of the past. Some rooms were located quite far from the bath area, making it feel like navigating a maze at times. In winter, the hallways seemed like they could get very cold. A few minutes' walk from the accommodation was an exclusive bathing area for guests featuring five private semi-open-air baths and one non-private semi-open-air bath. It might be challenging to visit in bad weather, but we went both in the evening and morning to enjoy 100% natural hot spring water that kept our bodies warm—truly excellent Onsen water! However, some parts of the bathtubs and floors had sharp textures due to mineral deposits from the Onsen water, so caution was needed (laughs). The large open-air baths offered three temperature options: cold-feeling lukewarm, very lukewarm, and very hot—but unfortunately none at just-right temperatures. Dinner by an irori hearth was delicious; however, it could get smoky so clothing care is advised. All staff members were warm and provided excellent hospitality throughout our stay!

It was as delicious as rumored. The wine selection was excellent, and everything—from the bread to the desserts—was outstanding.

As a local resident of Hiroshima Prefecture, I always stay here when visiting Miyajima. The meals, facilities, cleanliness, staff hospitality, and price—everything is excellent. This time, as a Father’s Day and Mother’s Day gift, I made a Reservation at this Hotel for my parents, and they absolutely loved it. Next time, we plan to stay together with my sister and her husband! Thank you as always. We look forward to staying with you again.

I visited in early April. The cherry blossoms and peach blossoms in Achi were so beautiful and truly moving. The Hotel is located along the river, and at night the stars were incredibly clear; they also offered a stargazing tour. Only the lounge is pet-friendly, and we were able to dine with our pet for both breakfast and dinner. It was seating-style dining, but there was also an irori hearth, and the staff spoke kindly to our dog. The food was very delicious. The bath water felt slightly silky, which really made me feel it was a “beauty hot spring.” It was a bit disappointing that there was no open-air bath. It was a shame that the Room felt a little small and phone reception wasn’t great, but overall we were very satisfied.

The all-inclusive plan was very satisfying for families with children. I personally felt nostalgic about the little crunchy ice treats—they reminded me of my childhood, and they were really delicious! The Room was spacious and beautifully renovated, so it felt very clean. The building itself is probably older, so the unit bathroom was extremely small, but it wasn’t an issue since we could use the large public bath. The kids’ area was spacious and really helpful. We planned to use the pool, but it wasn’t open due to unexpectedly low temperatures and weather—this is my only regret. The food was delicious, and they didn’t strictly enforce time limits, so even while juggling our child we were able to eat plenty for the first time in a while. (My recommendations are the kanpyo with wasabi at breakfast and the simmered yuba at dinner.) Our 1-year-and-10-month-old son also seemed to enjoy his first Hotel stay—he was all smiles. (The surprise stuffed toy that came with our Room was adorable; he wouldn’t let go of it, and it made me happy too.) We will definitely come again! Thank you very much!

We stayed here while touring the Kotō Sanzan temples. The top-floor Japanese-Western style room was spacious and had a great view. Both breakfast and dinner used local ingredients, and we were satisfied with both the quality and quantity. The sukiyaki beef was especially delicious. We used the large public bath after day-use hours ended, and it was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were kind as well. The area around the Hotel is also well maintained. We will stay here again when we visit Kotō. Thank you for your hospitality.

The staff were very courteous. It was raining, but we managed to have the BBQ under the tarp. However, the tarp leaked in several places and water dripped down, so we had to choose our seats carefully. I guess that’s somewhat unavoidable with a tarp tent. The BBQ meat was very well seasoned and delicious. The vegetables were fresh and tasty as well. The French toast for breakfast was also great. We stayed in a Comfort Tent and it was comfortable. It was cool enough that we didn’t really need air conditioning, but because of the rain it was very humid, so we used the AC to dehumidify. Even with that heavy rain, we still had a good time—this really felt like glamping at its best. There were deer near our tent late at night—we truly enjoyed being close to nature.

I visited Yufuin for the first time in a while. The newly renovated room was very clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. The bath in the room was Onsen, and I enjoyed it multiple times. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and highly satisfying. I would love to stay here again.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff at the reception and dining area were very helpful, the bath was spacious and clean, and the meals were delicious. Also, Hana-chan, the Accommodation’s character, appears in various places and is both soothing and informative with helpful comments, which made me feel that a lot of thought has gone into the details. I would love to stay here again.

Thank you for having me for one night. I had made a Reservation for a standard Room, but since rain was forecast, I changed to a Room with an open-air Onsen bath on the day. Choosing to soak at a slightly cooler temperature while listening to the rain turned out to be exactly right. The Room was well designed and functional, and I didn’t feel any particular inconvenience. If I had to name one thing I personally wished for, it would be a Bluetooth speaker—I wanted to play a little music, though that may be asking too much. I arrived before noon, left my luggage, and had lunch at “Saryo Sese” on the property (I had requested seats in advance). It’s not cheap, but it was relaxed and enjoyable. After that, I spent some time walking around the city and then checked in properly. The evening champagne free-flow was also wonderfully unhurried, and the rice crackers served as snacks were delicious. For dinner we ate at one of the Hotel restaurants as well; each dish had its own character, and it paired nicely with drinks. If anything, I only wished there were a bar in the Hotel—this is an Accommodation with an atmosphere where having somewhere for “one more drink” would fit perfectly. The area around the Hotel is very quiet too, so even a small bar could really change how you spend your time here. That said, given the location, waking up early to stroll toward Todai-ji in the calm morning is also lovely—and perhaps that kind of stay suits this Accommodation and setting better than staying up late. The concierge team helped me greatly throughout my stay. Overall it was an excellent Accommodation, and I’d love to return when I visit Nara again.

This was my second stay. The food is simply delicious. It’s also nice that it’s cooler here than down in the city during summer. The amenities were well stocked, which was great. If I had to mention anything, it was a bit inconvenient not having a freezer in the Room, and breakfast gets crowded, so I thought it would be helpful to have seating guidance.

This Accommodation offers heartfelt hospitality throughout—and you even get to stay in a rare, registered cultural property building. As you step through the entrance, you’re welcomed by a traditional architectural space with a high-ceilinged hall and the gentle smolder of firewood in the irori hearth. The cuisine is prepared with great care, with no shortcuts. There are three Onsen baths, with fresh spring water welling up directly into them, and separate time slots for men and women so you can relax at your own pace. We chose a Plan without an in-room toilet or bath, but it was a wonderful Room filled with the soothing sound of the river. Thank you very much.

The Hotel is located in a very quiet area away from the city, and it was wonderful with the ocean right in front of it and beautiful ocean views. For breakfast and dinner, you can enjoy either a buffet or BBQ. Lunch is available for a short time, but there are light meals as well, so you can comfortably spend the whole day relaxing at the Hotel. Perhaps because of that, there were overwhelmingly many families. With the pool right in front of you, being able to enjoy both the pool and the sea at the same time feels safe and nice. That said, it may not be ideal for those who want to spend their time in complete quiet. It was also great that there is a large public bath. It’s not very big, but it was really helpful this time. The most disappointing thing was that I noticed quite a bit of mold in the Room bathroom. If not for that, it would have been excellent. Cleanliness around water areas stands out especially, so improving this would make it an even better Hotel. One more thing: I couldn’t use the outlet near the bed, so I borrowed an extension cord from the front desk. Other than that, the staff were wonderful—everyone throughout the building was very pleasant—and it made our stay a fun trip. The food was delicious. The buffet offered a very large amount of food, so I think it would be great to also have an option with smaller portions at a slightly lower price for lighter eaters. Thank you very much.

We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. In addition to the Onsen, we were soothed by two different types of baths. During the day, we enjoyed soba in Tsumagoi Highlands and made the most of our trip from Shiga Highlands to Yamba Dam. The proprietress kindly shared tips on how to enjoy Yubatake and suggested nearby scenic drives, which helped us have a truly fulfilling holiday. We also thoroughly enjoyed the TsuruTaro Art Museum on site. Everything was perfect, and we were completely satisfied.

Although it rained, we still had a truly wonderful time as a family—it didn’t bother us at all. The Facility was very quiet and relaxing, a special place where you can forget everyday life and unwind. Everything we needed was well provided, and our stay was very comfortable. The staff were also genuinely pleasant, and we really appreciated their thoughtful, unobtrusive care. The restaurant we used during our stay was excellent as well! The food was truly delicious and became one of the highlights of our trip. As parents, we were so happy to see our children enjoying every bite. There is also a convenience store nearby, which is handy for quick shopping. Since it rained this time, we’d love to visit again in a season with nicer weather. On the way home, our whole family kept saying, “Let’s come back.” Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in Karuizawa!

This was our first trip to Shikoku by car from the Kanto area. Since my husband loves saunas, we often look for an Accommodation with a private sauna. This one isn’t completely private, but we chose it because the view from the barrel sauna is truly one of a kind. Right up until checkout, we were picking up shells with our child, spotting fish, chasing fast-moving crabs… and we were surprised to even see a ray-like fish. Even though we’re adults, we got way too excited—now that we’re back home, it honestly feels like the Urashima Taro story. For dinner, we had the “Tamatebako” shabu-shabu and added the optional sashimi. The photos didn’t show any carbs, but the shabu-shabu came with udon noodles to finish, and the portions were more than enough for our family of four. There were two types of meat in two tiers, plus plenty of vegetables—it felt very generous and good value. We couldn’t finish everything at night and had the udon the next morning! Are those breakfast croissants sold anywhere? They were so delicious! To the woman who explained everything in the building: when you showed us to our Room and saw that we’d bought lots of alcohol, you kindly said, “Please go ahead and use the fridge as soon as possible!” That thoughtfulness made me really happy—I wondered if you enjoy drinks too. Needless to say, the scenery was incredible. We were blessed with great weather and spent an unbelievably happy time there. There aren’t pajama-like items provided, so I slept in my sauna poncho—but Nishikawa bedding was very comfortable. It was also convenient to have two hair dryers. A drum-type washer/dryer would be even more convenient someday—please consider it (haha). Next time I’d love to book a Multiple Night Stay! Thank you very much for taking care of us.

The hot spring has an abundant flow of water, and the waterfall bath provides an excellent massage effect for the shoulders and lower back. I stayed for two nights, and the proprietress’s vegetable-focused side dishes were very delicious, with no repeated menu items. It is buffet-style, and the staff manage it hygienically, which gave me peace of mind. The cleaning is thorough, but the building is old, and footsteps echo when people walk.
