It was conveniently located near the station and shopping facilities, which was great. The Hotel was also clean. I’d love to stay here again!

This Hotel is located inside a commercial complex, and it’s convenient with a supermarket, coin laundry, and dining options nearby. It feels reassuring. The Onsen facilities were also good. However, perhaps because it was Golden Week, the Onsen was especially crowded and not very relaxing, and it was disappointing that I couldn’t use the morning bath because it starts at 9:00 AM.

This was my fifth stay. Despite the high price, it was the worst so far. What was good: The Onsen hopping was as good as always. What was bad: At dinner, I ordered a draft beer, but it took a long time to arrive. When I rang the bell to call staff, the female attendant said, “Was it not served yet?” in an extremely unfriendly manner. Also, although I requested the same Room as last time, I was given one where the sink and toilet were in the same space. There were also steep steps inside, which was difficult for elderly guests. There were no power outlets near the bed, which was inconvenient. The TV couldn’t play YouTube (even though I have an account), which was very disappointing. It felt like an ordinary Room with only a massage chair. I will think twice about staying again next time.

It’s close to the Kabuki-za Theatre, and even my 93-year-old mother was able to walk there. We booked No Meals Included, but the bathroom had grab bars, so she could use it safely and with peace of mind. We’d like to stay here again.

This was my first stay, and I enjoyed the self-service welcome drink bar with unlimited soft drinks, awamori, and cocktails. At check-in, the manager made a balloon art candy for my 5-year-old son, which made him very happy. As a service for women, I received makeup remover and hair cream. The Room was standard business style but comfortable. Breakfast included dishes like champuru and jushi, which were satisfying. Although checkout was not required at the front desk, both the manager and staff saw us off at the entrance with warm hospitality. Their genuine care exceeded expectations for the price, so I would love to stay again. However, it was a bit warm in the breakfast area (welcome drink bar location) due to an air conditioning issue.

I was very grateful that the breakfast start time was moved 30 minutes earlier. Thanks to that, I was able to complete the marathon! Thank you very much! The building is new, and the Room and amenities were clean and comfortable. The welcome drink included a variety of beverages, including alcohol, and unlimited ice cream, which was fantastic! The Room was not too small, and the bath was comfortable. The service was excellent, and they kindly listened to my inquiries. There was nothing bad, and it was a very good Hotel.

Although it is located near the department stores in Ginza, you can stay here for around 10,000 yen per night. I arrived without high expectations, and while the Room was a bit small, there was plenty of space in front of the door, a full-length mirror, and a deep bathtub. It was very clean and felt like great value. The staff also provided courteous explanations, and I was very satisfied. I will use it again.

Great value for money and a convenient location. It’s not far from the Yui Rail station, parking is free, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby—no complaints at all. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Okinawa.

The building, Room, and Facility, including the water facilities, were very clean as it has only been a few years since opening. We enjoyed the curry (hashed beef rice) service during dinner; it was very delicious. The amenities and items available for rental at the front desk (such as shoe dryers) were excellent. Conveniently located near Gotemba Interchange, and the staff at both the front desk and restaurant were all kind. We would love to stay here again!

I always stay at this hotel, but this time I used Yahoo Travel for the Reservation as it was cheaper. Usually, I stay in a twin Room for two people, but since it was fully booked, I chose a double Room instead. As a result, there were only two towels (four towels are provided in a twin Room), which made it slightly inconvenient to have to wash them after taking a bath. Other than that, there is a water dispenser in the lobby (please bring your own container), as well as rice cookers and frying pans available. The double Room has a single IH stove, while the twin Room has a double IH stove. There is also a bathroom dryer included. Additionally, supermarkets and convenience stores are nearby. You can feel just like you're at home here!

An apartment-style accommodation ideal for those who prefer minimal interaction with others, conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store and MaxValu nearby. Almost everything you need is provided; however, having a toaster and small ceramic plates would have been perfect. The room is compact yet clean, with unlimited laundry access—GOOD! Although I brought my own bath set including shampoo as amenities were said to be for one day only, everything was actually well-stocked. Detergent and cooking utensils were available too, which was great; however, it would have been better if there were more replacement mop heads for cleaning. We cleaned thoroughly before leaving and even donated unused oil—it was a fulfilling stay overall. Initially struggled to figure out the drum washer and heating system due to lack of instructions but appreciated the simple keyless check-in process using a code lock system. Unfortunately, despite being in Okinawa, the weather was cold and not ideal during our stay but we still had a comfortable experience—thank you! One suggestion: when washing pillowcases, I noticed how dirty the pillows themselves were—it might be time to replace some bedding items?

It was clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were kind and courteous, which I really appreciated. All Rooms are non-smoking, and since I don’t smoke, it felt especially fresh and comfortable. I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Used for the first time for an overnight stay before visiting Fuji Speedway. The Facility seems fairly new, and it was very clean and comfortable. The female staff at the counter during check-in/out were all very kind and helpful. The Room had two windows that could be opened about 5 cm, so it was easy to ventilate well and made the stay pleasant. The air conditioning worked great. There doesn’t seem to be a convenience store within walking distance, so please keep that in mind.

It’s a bit of a walk to Seacle, but the seaside road has a great location! Breakfast is buffet-style and very good.

I chose this hotel for my business trip, considering its convenient location. It is close to the Yui Rail station and surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores. The room was average, but the bathroom, though a unit bath, had a surprisingly large bathtub for its size, allowing for a relaxing soak. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and well-balanced as others have mentioned. While many hotels nowadays offer buffets, this breakfast was impressive given the accommodation fee. When I thanked the staff who prepared and served my breakfast as I left, they kindly responded with "Have a safe trip," which made my morning pleasant. This has become one of the hotels I would like to stay at again in the future.

This was my second stay. Since it was also my second check-in, everything went smoothly. The Room was clean and comfortable. Because it’s a twin, having only one key card was a bit inconvenient. Still, I had a comfortable stay.

The room is compact but cleverly designed, offering enough space to open suitcases comfortably. There’s a niche by the entrance that perfectly fits two suitcases, making your stay efficient and spacious. From reception to elevators and room interiors, artistic decor creates a stylish atmosphere. The reception staff were kind and accommodating with luggage storage requests. The room features twin beds, a table set for two, a large-screen TV, an air purifier, soft waffle-textured pajamas and bathrobes, as well as ample amenities like cleansing products and lotion. The bathroom includes a spacious bathtub combined with a shower area—conveniently designed like your own home bathroom—perfect for relaxation. Additional thoughtful services include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, steamers, etc., ensuring comfort during your stay. Both toilet and sink areas are roomy—it’s hard to believe it’s only 25 square meters! Truly comfortable. With cafes, restaurants, and bars available within the Facility itself—you might wish you had more time to enjoy everything! Breakfast can be enjoyed at the restaurant buffet or through in-room dining for leisurely mornings; an American breakfast was around 2,500 yen. Even coffee cups are beautifully designed—with Hachiko illustrations on saucers adding charm. Fresh bread rolls along with salads and fruits were delicious! Conveniently located along Bunkamura Street near cafes/restaurants/convenience stores; elevator access requires key cards while peephole covers on doors ensure safety. Compact yet incredibly comfortable—a convenient Hotel perfect for any traveler!
