From the welcome on arrival to checkout, the staff are consistently pleasant, and the proprietress’s attentive hospitality is impressive every time. The Ryokan is impeccably clean, and everything is well cared for throughout. The cuisine shows a clear commitment to quality ingredients—beautifully presented and delicious. It’s not just a place that serves many dishes; it delivers the satisfaction of dining at a proper kappo restaurant. After staying at other Accommodations in the same price range, you truly realize how outstanding this Ryokan is. Once you stay here, you’ll want to come back. It’s a bit far, but more than worth it—an exceptional Ryokan.

This was my fourth stay. Although it was still early September—far from autumn—I was looking for a place where I could truly relax and enjoy delicious food. After searching around, I ended up coming back to Yuzuriha again. With only a small number of guest Rooms, it never feels crowded no matter when I visit. Check-in and check-out are handled calmly and unhurriedly, and above all, the staff’s kind service and warm smiles are so soothing. The building isn’t brand-new, but everything is spotless down to the smallest details. Every Room faces Ena Gorge, so there’s no sense of confinement—and even though I know what to expect each time, I still can’t help letting out a “wow” every time I open the door. I travel from Nagoya, and it’s easy to get here even without a car since you can use Meitetsu, JR, and buses. On the way back, if you use the Hotel’s Shuttle Service bus, you’ll arrive at Ena-shi Station in no time—so as long as you know the departure time, it’s completely stress-free. Even though I know how beautiful and delicious the meals will be every time, each dish that arrives still makes me sigh with admiration. The portions are generous enough to fully satisfy even men with big appetites. The chef’s careful and delicate work never lets up—all the way through dessert. The Onsen water has a slightly silky feel, and even after getting out of the bath my skin stays smooth for a long time. I’ve seen some Reviews saying it feels “light,” but for me it’s more than enough. The water isn’t too hot either; being able to soak for a long time while listening to birds and insects is wonderfully comfortable—I think it’s just the right balance. Honestly, it’s such a wonderful Accommodation that part of me wants to keep it secret—but because I want this level of satisfaction to continue in the future as well, I wrote this Review hoping that people who haven’t been here yet will experience it too. This is not an exaggeration: at this price point, Yuzuriha never disappoints. I’ll be back again—thank you in advance. P.S. I stayed in a twin Room with a friend. Hotel pillows usually don’t suit me, but they offer Tempur pillow rentals, which was a big help! The Room was clean, and the unit bath was also spotless. It was quiet and comfortable. Above all, the location is great and very convenient—perfect when you have things to do in Tokyo and want to get around easily. The amenities were more than sufficient, and I really appreciated having four bottles of water. Next time, I’d like to stay in a Room with a separate bath and toilet.

The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the view of Kobe’s downtown from the bath made it feel like a semi-open-air bath—it was truly wonderful! There was no noise at all, so it was very quiet and I could relax comfortably. Breakfast was on the top floor with an amazing view, and I felt great lounging on the stylish sofas! The Chinese rice porridge was delicious, and I was happy there were lots of side dishes to go with it. Having roast beef in the morning also felt luxurious—absolutely fantastic. With direct access from the station and an affordable supermarket right below the Hotel, everything was convenient and comfortable.

Everything was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the view of Lake Shinji from the window was wonderful. The water in the large public bath was slightly silky and left my skin feeling smooth. I did wish there were a few more washing stations. The fragrance placed in the elevator hall smelled amazing and really lifted my mood! I would definitely like to stay here again.

I have been staying here for several years, and this is my third stay this year, following winter and spring. The seasonal cuisine is both delicious and beautifully presented. The drinks in the refrigerator have changed from Jurokucha to green tea since last year, but I would prefer a caffeine-free tea at night.

The Room was spacious and clean, and I was very satisfied, but I would have liked a wash basin in the in-room bath. The Hotel was so large that it felt like a maze—maybe that’s just because of my age. It was very convenient for visiting Shima Spain Village Park. Breakfast offered a great selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. This year, I also enjoyed the Himawari Bath. I’d like to visit again next year.

We stayed here as a family this time. The Room was very clean, and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. If we have the chance to stay in Naha again, we would definitely like to use this Accommodation next time as well. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I had imagined a large Hotel in a great location with lots of people, but the spacious interior was quiet, time passed at a relaxed pace, and it had a calm atmosphere. The lounge was very comfortable, and the Ibasho space was also so pleasant that I hardly stayed in my Room (lol). I was very satisfied. Thank you for taking care of me. I’d like to make another opportunity to return again.

I booked this place for a relaxing trip with friends because I’d long been curious about the view from the open-air bath. The moment we entered the Room, we were thrilled by how clean and stylish it was—and by the amazing view right in front of us. Dinner was delicious with a great variety of dishes. The sunset from the open-air bath was incredible. Breakfast also offered plenty of options, and the freshly made rice balls were especially tasty. For a hot summer trip, it was perfect to skip sightseeing and simply unwind at this wonderful Hotel and feel refreshed—and we even got a great deal thanks to a time sale. A Hotel I’d definitely love to visit again.

I stayed at Yokohama Tokyu REI Hotel! This was my second time! All the staff responded quickly and courteously, and I was able to spend my time here very comfortably. The Room was also very clean, carefully cleaned down to every detail—perfect! There was an earthquake in the middle of the night and I felt a bit uneasy, but there was clear guidance on what to do in an emergency, so I could respond with peace of mind, thinking “I’ll be okay here.” I really felt their attentive care for guests, which was very reassuring. Once again, I had a safe and comfortable stay. Thank you for a wonderful time and great memories! When I come to Yokohama again for fan activities, I would definitely like to stay here.

This was my second stay. This time, I traveled with my elderly mother. They accommodated the Room request I had shared in advance, and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. It was a comfortable stay. I would like to stay again.

We were completely satisfied with everything—the restaurant, the Room, and the large Onsen bath. Since we were traveling with my elderly parents, the staff kindly accommodated us by assigning a Room near the elevator. At the buffet restaurant as well, they immediately understood our request as soon as we sat down, and everything went smoothly. At the Japanese restaurant, there were many non-Japanese staff alongside experienced Japanese staff, and everyone was very polite, making our stay truly comfortable. The Room was spacious with an easy-to-live-in layout, which was great. The Onsen left our skin feeling wonderfully smooth.

I always stay for one night to refresh after traversing the Tateyama mountain range. As always, everything is flawless. It’s one of my favorite Hotels. I’ll stay again during the autumn foliage season. Thank you as always for your courteous service.

Since we reserved a detached Room, we were able to check in early and enjoy the open-air bath at the large public bath at our own pace. The Room was spacious and spotless, and above all, the charming open-air bath was outstanding. The meals were not only made with quality ingredients but also thoughtfully prepared with extra care, which we enjoyed to the very end. Every member of the guest room staff was pleasant, chatting with us in a friendly way while keeping a comfortable distance. This is an Accommodation we would love to stay at again.

The Onsen inside the station is convenient because you can go there from the Hotel in the provided sleepwear. Breakfast was Japanese only, but it would have been nice to have Western options such as bread as well. Also, there was a plug for charging a mobile phone in the room, so I didn’t use my own charger, but when I checked in the morning it had only charged a little.

The villa was located slightly uphill from the coastal road. The moment we opened the door, we were impressed by the stylish Room and the stunning view. The staff who guided us was very polite, and the food was delicious, making it a truly satisfying stay. Although it was just one night, we fully enjoyed Awaji Island. We would love to visit again with our dog!

I was finally able to stay at Hotel Granvia, which I had long hoped to do, and I was very satisfied. Because of the heavy rain, I wasn’t sure if I could make it, but I arrived safely and was shown to my Room. It was an upgraded Room with a view of Kyoto Tower. Champagne and dinner in the Room, a whole cake, and a Japanese breakfast in the morning—everything was worth more than the price. The service was excellent!! With the perk of a 24-hour stay, this has become one Hotel I definitely want to stay at again next time I’m here. Thank you for taking such good care of me—I truly appreciate it.

I had always remembered that my late mother stayed here about 35 years ago and said it was a wonderful Hotel, so I decided to stay this time. We originally made a Reservation for two Rooms for six people across three generations, but one person couldn’t come due to work, and then two days before our stay my father and brother (in a separate household) came down with fevers from colds. In the end, our group was reduced by half, but despite the repeated changes, you handled everything very kindly and thoughtfully. Thank you. We arrived at 11:30 after checkout time and planned to park our car first and go sightseeing in Matsushima by the Hotel shuttle bus. However, your staff told us we could complete check-in procedures in advance, and when we returned they arranged it so we could simply pick up the key at a separate counter and go straight to our Room. This helped us avoid crowds and was truly appreciated. Because I have difficulty walking, I requested an ocean-side Japanese-Western style Room. The view was excellent, the Room was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was just right. We could see the sunrise directly in front of us. For dinner we chose the seafood buffet; there were many kinds of sashimi and grilled items, each dish was high quality—it was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed it. At breakfast as well, they cooked items like cheese omelets individually on the spot for each guest. The food exceeded our expectations! As for the baths, there were no issues at all. At sunrise time, watching the sun rise over Matsushima Bay right in front of the open-air bath moved me deeply. For someone like me with limited mobility, getting around was easy—the layout made sense and walking distances were reasonable—so it wasn’t physically taxing. It helped me truly understand why my mother, who had limited use of her hands and feet due to a similar condition, said this Hotel was so good. With check-in at 14:00 and checkout at 11:00, being able to relax without rushing is another great point. The staff service; the view from the Room; amenities; meals; baths—everything made this an excellent Hotel. When I come to Matsushima again, I sincerely want to stay at Taikanso again! Since expectations are high now that I know how good it is firsthand next time I'd like a Multiple Night Stay so I can enjoy other meals as well. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

I chose this Hotel because Reviews said the breakfast was delicious. The Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and the Room was clean. They also provided cleansing oil and toner, and the shower had a Mirable, which left my hair and skin feeling great—I was very happy. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and everything was delicious. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
