I visited “PGM Okinawa Resort,” which just had its grand opening in July 2026! It has a refined, high-end atmosphere that Halekulani lovers will adore—the sophisticated design and overall vibe feel very similar. Since it has only just opened, there were still few guests and nothing felt crowded anywhere, so it was a lucky stay for me and I was truly satisfied. The Facility and service were genuinely outstanding, so I’m posting this Review to show my support! Room & Amenities The amenities are all L’OCCITANE, and the lovely scent is incredibly soothing. I also appreciated that the in-Room drinks were complimentary. Dining (Breakfast) A huge variety, including Japanese, Western, and Okinawan dishes—absolutely satisfying! As it’s newly opened, we were smoothly seated with no waiting time no matter when we went. *For a Multiple Night Stay, breakfast is held at the same venue on the second day as well, so it would be even better if guests could choose between venues. Service & Hospitality The staff’s service was truly excellent and full of hospitality. They took tons of photos for us—almost to an impressive extent—so we came home with lots of great memories (lol). Outdoor & Indoor Pools Outdoor pool: Located next to the golf course, offering lush greenery and an open feel that’s different from a seaside pool—fantastic! You can also use the covered poolside gazebo for free. Indoor pool: Spacious, with three kids’ slides—great for families. Sauna Options: Three types—a sauna with löyly (steam), an aroma sauna, and a cooling Snow sauna. Snow sauna: It was my first time experiencing snow falling from the ceiling in a sauna—I was amazed! It felt incredible on my heated body. One thing to note Because everything is such high quality overall, the only disappointment was that there isn’t a large public bath where you can soak up to your shoulders. Overall, this resort exceeded expectations in hospitality, Facility quality/specs, and comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who loves refined spaces like Halekulani or wants to enjoy Okinawa in true luxury!

My friend and I stayed for one night and two days. That morning, we joined a river kayaking tour, and since there were no changing facilities near the river, I asked if it would be okay to arrive still wearing our wet wetsuits. They kindly agreed, which I truly appreciated. We were dropped off by the tour staff, and the moment we arrived, the breathtaking view of a beautiful infinity pool under a clear blue sky spread out before us—I couldn’t help but shout, “Wow, amazing!” We were shown to seats by the poolside, and even before checking in my friend said, “Wow… I should’ve brought my laptop. Next time we have to bring our laptops and stay longer for a workcation.” We were then shown to our Room. When I tried to open my suitcase, it wouldn’t open—an unexpected mishap—but after speaking with the butler right away they prepared an adorable tracksuit that could be worn over swimwear and arranged a rental car for us. Thanks to that, we were able to get it opened at a local gas station we had found in advance. For dinner, they prepared a handmade welcome plate inspired by the kayaking experience and the sea turtle nesting observation tour we had done—it was moving from the moment we sat down. Every dish was something new to us and absolutely delicious; in particular, I loved the peach sorbet served by the pastry chef. We got so caught up in eating and chatting that we stayed late, yet the chef still came out with a smile to see us off all the way until we boarded the golf cart back to our Room. The next morning we joined a kokedama (moss ball) workshop and enjoyed making one while learning all kinds of things about plants. I’ve forgotten the plant’s name now, but when I mentioned that I like tea, they also wrapped large leaves that can be enjoyed as tea together with my kokedama. We were probably the noisiest guests during our stay as just two people, yet everyone treated us with kindness until the very end—I’m nothing but grateful. Next time, I plan to bring my laptop and come back for a longer workcation stay.

Despite booking on short notice, we found a wonderful Accommodation. In response to our request for consideration regarding parking, you contacted us immediately, and we truly appreciate your exceptionally prompt support—something we rarely experience even after staying at many Accommodations. The amenities were excellent, and the two of us were already talking about visiting again soon. We hope to build a long and positive relationship with you.

We stayed to celebrate my mother’s discharge from the hospital. Based on our previous stay, you kindly accommodated our requests and avoided ingredients we cannot eat without us having to mention them this time, and we truly felt your outstanding hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed the Hotel—the view from the balcony, the comfortable Room, and the delicious meals—and my mother was very happy as well. Thank you for celebrating with us. 　I especially love the atmosphere of your pool. I hope you will continue to maintain an environment where it is easy to swim and no one takes prohibited photos. Next time, we would like to visit again around autumn or winter.

This Hotel was truly wonderful, with breathtaking views of Hayama and the warm hospitality of the entire staff. In particular, the Misaki-caught longtooth grouper served at dinner was perfectly cooked by the chef and genuinely moving—its plump, tender white flesh and rich fat that melted in my mouth were unforgettable. With outstanding cuisine and exceptional service, it became a very special stay. Thank you very much.

My wife and I stayed here as a reward after work. Everything was wonderful—the butler service, the food, and the atmosphere. The early evening with a hint of autumn and the refreshing mornings were both amazing. Staying for about two nights would be perfect. Next time, I’d like to try another Room as well. Thank you—my wife was very satisfied too. The meat miso we received was so good we couldn’t stop eating rice.

We stayed here overnight while traveling back home. My child loves cars, so seeing engines and car bodies everywhere was exciting in itself, and we were able to spend a fulfilling, luxurious time. As I was traveling with my mother who has difficulty walking, we ordered room service and enjoyed our meal at a relaxed pace on the balcony, feeling the pleasant breeze while watching the circuit.

This was my first stay here, and I was extremely satisfied! The size of the building felt just right, and I was able to relax comfortably in a calm atmosphere. The Onsen had excellent water quality, and every time I bathed it was soothing and truly refreshing. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious—I was genuinely impressed. The staff’s warm hospitality and the well-equipped Room were also wonderful. I would definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you for a lovely time.

Since dinner isn’t included, there is a shuttle bus to and from the Kanazawa Station area, which makes it easy to go out to eat. Even though it’s one Room, the bath and toilet are in the middle, so it feels like the space is divided, which I liked. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options; the Kanazawa curry is delicious, and there are plenty of side dishes too—it's a luxurious breakfast that I really enjoyed. As soon as you enter the Hotel entrance, it smells wonderful, which I loved. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Kanazawa.

From the attentive staff and beautifully prepared, delicious cuisine to the spotless Room and two different baths that were both wonderfully relaxing, our stay was satisfying from start to finish. The Japanese sweets provided in the Room were especially delicious—I almost wanted to buy some to take home (they may even be handmade). If I had one small wish, it would be that the lounge drinks included alcohol, which I personally think would have made it even better. The staff’s warm smiles were the best hospitality of all.

Despite the difficult circumstances following the earthquake, all of the staff continued to provide high-quality service with warm smiles. Thank you very much. I also thoroughly enjoyed the bath while being moved by the beauty of the sunset and the sea. We truly appreciated the anniversary surprise as well. We would love to stay again.

My friend and I stayed for one night and two days. When we arrived at the front desk to check in, an insect flew toward us and I let out a small scream, but the woman at reception smiled and said, “I’ve lived on Yakushima for a long time, but you never really get used to the insects,” which put me at ease and was very comforting. The lobby was spacious and clean, and the Room was also extremely clean with an amazing ocean view. Meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner; in particular, the Margherita pizza and mushroom risotto made to order by the chef were delicious. The bath also had a luxurious ocean view, and the silky-smooth water soaked into my body after all the trekking. This time we stayed only one night, but I’d love to come back and stay a bit longer next time.

First, the dining was outstanding. We tried the French, teppanyaki, and sushi restaurants, and everything was perfect. If these were in the city, every one of them would be a hugely popular spot. All of the staff were kind, and you could really feel their dedication to welcoming guests. The Room had a large glass wall facing the ocean, and we had an amazing time on the balcony—enjoying coffee while looking out at the sea and even having breakfast there. The pool is also generously sized, so you can swim properly. We enjoyed spending all day going back and forth between the pool and the jacuzzi in the bath area. It truly felt like a paradise Hotel. We plan to return many times.

The service from the female staff was truly outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, and I also enjoyed ordering extra natto, steak, egg over rice, and curry multiple times. As it is new, the entire Hotel is exceptionally clean. The Room is just as impressive as at hotel the Mitsui. Depending on the Room category, the amenities are BVLGARI and excellent. Rather than visiting Miyazaki itself, I’d like to come back to Miyazaki again—because of this Hotel—to enjoy yakiniku.

We stayed as a mother-and-daughter trip to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We have stayed at many Accommodations, but our time at Fufu Nikko was truly unforgettable and the best we’ve ever had. The Room was extremely comfortable, and the in-room Onsen was wonderfully relaxing—we enjoyed it many times during our stay. The dining was also outstanding. Each dish was beautiful to look at and carefully presented on lovely tableware; you could feel the care and attention of the chefs, and everything tasted delicious. The final dish—rice with conger eel and lotus root—was especially wonderful, but we were so full that we couldn’t finish it. That is my only regret. Even now, my daughter and I still say, “We wish we could have eaten it all.” The whole cake I requested in advance for my daughter’s birthday was also set up beautifully when we returned to the Room after dinner. They even added flowers along with the cake, which deeply moved my daughter. Thanks to your thoughtful touch, it became a truly memorable birthday. Above all, what stayed with us most was the hospitality of your staff. From the warm welcome on arrival to the farewell at departure, everything felt comfortable. Wherever we met them, everyone greeted us kindly, and each small gesture made us feel genuine warmth. The explanations of each course were clear and attentive, and our casual conversations in between were delightful. The service never felt formal or stiff—just perfectly attentive with a comfortable sense of distance—and both my daughter and I were completely charmed by it. Of course the Facility and cuisine were wonderful as well, but this stay reminded me that what ultimately makes you think “I want to come back” is always the people. Even after returning home, my daughter and I can’t stop talking about Fufu Nikko. We’ve become big fans of “Fufu,” and are already planning which Fufu Accommodation to visit next—maybe even aiming to visit them all. I sincerely thank all of your staff for turning this important birthday trip into such a beautiful memory for us. We will definitely return. Thank you very much.

Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed. Not only in summer but in any season, SCAPES is a place where you can truly relax—and we would love to return again. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

With this visit, I have successfully completed my 8th stay, and have now completed two full rounds of all four venues included in the “Gastronomy Plan.” Compared to when I first stayed, the staff’s service feels even more composed, and I truly sense that an excellent environment has been established. The quality of the club lounge has also improved significantly, making my stay even more comfortable. I am scheduled to stay again next month and am very much looking forward to it. It is wonderful to see the General Manager and all staff members growing day by day as you aim to become one of Japan’s top Hotels. This was our third stay. Everything was outstanding! Not only the meals, but every wine you recommended was delicious. Even though I don’t usually drink, I was so happy to enjoy so many wonderful wines on this trip. Because of the typhoon, we couldn’t come on our preferred dates and had to reschedule, but you handled it very smoothly and we truly appreciate it. All of the staff were genuinely kind and were also very considerate to our child. KuuRa Beach was also beautiful and lovely. We look forward to staying with you again.

After reading Reviews last year, I stayed here for the first time. I couldn’t forget how comfortable it was, so this year I booked a 2-night Multiple Night Stay. It’s a small Hotel with only six Rooms, but the warm hospitality from the staff and chef, along with the moor Onsen, truly soothed my heart. The private open-air bath was also spacious and open, and we could clearly see the beautiful stars. For dinner last time, I was impressed by the teppan French cuisine—especially the vegetables and Shiraoi beef—so on the first night this time we chose French again. It was just as delicious as before. On the second night, we tried Japanese cuisine for the first time—and it moved me more than I can say. Every dish was filled with unseen care and heartfelt effort; the dashi had an exquisite balance of saltiness and umami. From appetizer to dessert, it was a perfectly composed menu that felt thoroughly thought out. I don’t think you can easily find this level even in Tokyo. The sommelier selected wines and sake to match each dish, which made everything taste even better. The Room was calm and relaxing as well—it became a blissful summer holiday. Thank you to everyone there. We’ll be back again next year, and we look forward to seeing you then.

The meals were truly outstanding. The sake pairings were also excellent. This is an Accommodation I definitely want to return to for the first time in a while.
