We stayed as a family of five. Although we visited with a typhoon approaching, we were fortunate not to get caught in the rain and were able to fully enjoy our one-night, two-day stay. The spacious Room, the magnificent view from the large windows, and the stylish sauna with a co

I truly enjoyed Kanazawa’s cuisine from the bottom of my heart. I learned so much—about Kanazawa’s culture and local ingredients. This is purely my personal impression, but I felt that the guest rooms, dining, and hospitality were on par with the luxury Hotels I have stayed at in Japan and abroad, such as Aman, Bulgari, Okura, and Palace.

Additionally, the large public bath, sauna, and lounge were excellent facilities that provided great relaxation between sightseeing activities—a true source of comfort during my trip. I could unwind without worrying about time and indulge in the freedom of solo travel luxurious

Thanks to their understanding, we could savor the chef's deliciously seasoned dishes served in beautiful tableware in a separate room. The bath was incredibly smooth and allowed us to fully enjoy its skin-beautifying properties. The preparation of coffee and water was also pe

We stayed here after hearing the pork cutlet ramen was delicious, and my wife and I enjoyed it for lunch. The pork cutlet ramen was excellent, and the beef bowl we ordered as well was also outstanding. We booked the lounge plan, and after lunch we visited the lounge; both the drinks and light meals were wonderful and very tasty. The Japanese set breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious as well. The service, meals, room, and view were all superb, and my wife immediately asked to come again. It’s about an hour door-to-door from our home, but we will definitely visit again to enjoy a special getaway. Thank you very much.

The Facility offerings were also excellent—one free alcoholic drink, unlimited soft drinks, as well as a large public bath and sauna. After walking around all day sightseeing, it was wonderful to relax in the bath and ease my fatigue. I also appreciated that it’s available from 5

We reserved the Luxury D-type Room as a couple. We love traveling and visit great Accommodations all over Japan, and from the moment we arrived by car until we were seen off, we had a truly wonderful stay. First of all, the Accommodation was spotless. The staff’s greetings were excellent. Mainly during meals, international staff assisted us and did their best to explain each dish using challenging Japanese. The Room was also very clean—we were thrilled! Unfortunately it was cloudy, but even so, the view from the open-air bath was amazing. Including the large public bath and private baths, I can’t even count how many times we soaked in the baths... The dinner and breakfast were both delicious—we were completely full. Thank you for such a comfortable time. We would love to visit again.

It was rare for our whole family to be together, so we decided to stay on short notice. After check-in, we headed to our Room with a complimentary drink from the lobby (non-alcoholic) in hand. The Room was more spacious than expected, well stocked with amenities, and the view was wonderful. The bedside light brightness can’t be adjusted, but it wasn’t an issue. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes. The freshly grilled Wagyu steak made to order was delicious, but the best was the made-to-order tempura where you can choose the ingredients to be fried. There were also many types of all-you-can-drink alcohol options, which we enjoyed. For breakfast, you can choose the fillings for your omelet, and there were plenty of both Japanese and Western options as well. Towels were provided at the large public bath, and the free ice cream after bathing was great too! All staff provided polite service—especially the restaurant staff, who spoke gently and kindly—and it felt like they paid close attention to guests. After checkout, my daughter was touched by a woman who greeted us cheerfully at the car drop-off area and waved both hands as she saw us off until we left; it made for a very pleasant departure from the Hotel and a wonderful stay overall.

Sauna hats are also provided. There is also a temperature-controlled cold plunge bath separate from the main bathing tub. The large garden pool is big enough for adults to fully enjoy, and at night it’s beautifully lit for a wonderful atmosphere. For dinner, we brought our own i

The sauna is authentic with wood-burning stoves you tend yourself. The warmth of natural fire combined with aromatic steam provided an incredibly relaxing experience for both body and mind. Two types of beds are available: firm Japanese-style bedding and soft Western-style mattr

Thanks to the warm hospitality of the manager and staff, I felt very relaxed during my stay. While I don't usually use saunas, I couldn't resist visiting several times because of the beautiful view of islands and sea from there—it was a peaceful experience. Breakfast was tasty as

Since there is a large public bath with an open-air bath and sauna, I chose a room type without an open-air bath, but it was not a problem at all. In fact, the private bathroom was so luxurious, comparable to that of a high-end hotel, that it felt like a waste not to use it. The

The bed-making and bath towels are comparable to those of a luxury Hotel, and there is a large public bath equipped with ReFa hair dryers, a stone sauna, and even complimentary ice candy. Additionally, the Room includes thoughtful amenities such as a trouser press, iron, humidify

Fuji, a dining area, bedroom, onsen with sauna facilities attached—and even a terrace—all absolutely top-notch amenities. The onsen public bath also included herbal baths where we could relax deeply. As for clothing provided during our stay: loungewear within the accommodation w

Upon arrival, we received a thorough explanation of the Hotel services. I was happy to learn about the many interesting offerings. We also joined a guided tour of the artworks displayed throughout the property, which was inspiring as I love art. The baths, sauna, and open-air bath were all top-class. It was deeply relaxing, and time seemed to slow down. The Room was spacious and equally relaxing—I slept better than usual, and before I knew it, it was time for breakfast. Since we had another appointment, we checked out in a hurry. I regretted not setting aside more time. Even though it felt unhurried while we were there, it passed in no time at all. I would love to visit again. We didn’t have dinner this time, so next time I definitely want to enjoy dinner as well.

The staff’s service was warm and attentive, and we were able to relax both physically and mentally. Thank you very much as well for your thoughtful birthday gesture for my husband. The sauna was wonderful too, but there was one concern: there was no emergency button inside the s

We stayed as a family trip with three generations. With wonderful facilities, lovely interiors, and delicious drinks and meals, we were able to fully enjoy everything. During our stay, we also enjoyed events such as Mountain Lights and fireworks, making it a truly memorable family trip.

We stayed in the Silver Building. As it is a new facility, everything felt very clean, and we had a wonderfully comfortable stay. The facilities and amenities were well equipped, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The bathroom and kitchen were easy to use, and we remained comfortable even spending long hours indoors. Although it rained during our stay, we never felt inconvenienced thanks to the washer-dryer and the covered terrace where we could enjoy a BBQ. Our dog also settled in quickly, which gave us peace of mind. The staff were very kind as well, making our stay even more pleasant. We would definitely like to stay again.

Beyond how outstanding both its facilities/equipment and location are (and beyond), we were truly moved by (the owners’) thoughtful care (and hospitality). In this extraordinary setting—with beautiful views (scenery), a wood-fired sauna (and) BBQ—we enjoyed luxurious yet comforta

* The pool and Onsen open early in the morning, so I used them before breakfast. It was wonderfully refreshing. (There are two saunas; even I—someone who isn’t great with saunas—could use the dry one.) * For breakfast I chose Japanese cuisine. Everything was delicious—the special
