It was delicious and gentle on my stomach—I was genuinely touched and very grateful for such thoughtful care. Housekeeping and amenities were also excellent, making our stay very comfortable. The Onsen was clean and relaxing as well, and we enjoyed it many times. Everything—the

The concierge's attentive service, including flexible arrangements for meals by an on-site chef, was very reassuring. Additionally, the rooftop sauna with stunning views and jacuzzi provided an extraordinary experience that refreshed both body and mind. If I may suggest one i

The hospitality, Room, bath, meals, and the entire facility made for a very luxurious and wonderful stay. Thank you for preparing the ANNIVERSARY plate; it became a great memory for us. The spa treatment was highly skilled and extremely relaxing. Also, perhaps because one o

This was my first stay, and it was an even more wonderful Hotel than I expected. The Room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned in every corner, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this Hotel and would love to stay again.

The building is new and very clean. Even though it was the summer off-season, it was a great deal to get dinner included at this price. The Room was clean and spacious, with a clear view of Mt. Yotei, and we were even able to see a sea of clouds in the morning. Dinner was delicious, and the portion size was just right—not too much. The large public bath is compact, but there are several types, so we were satisfied. I accidentally left something behind in the Room, but when I contacted them they responded immediately and sent it to my home. This is a Hotel that makes me want to stay here again if I visit Niseko.

The entire Room had a unique wooden scent that helped us relax both physically and mentally. The main room was spacious, the main bathroom had a jet bath, and even included a sauna, making it satisfying even without an Onsen. Floor heating was installed throughout the entire sp

The staff’s attentive hospitality and thoughtful care were truly wonderful, and I was able to spend a very comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. The interior of the property and the room features a calm Japanese-modern design in greige tones, with impeccable taste in decor. It was exactly my kind of style, so I found myself simply gazing around and feeling soothed. The rooftop lounge offered an abundant selection of juices, alcoholic drinks, coffee, Atami’s famous sweets, and light snacks. I couldn’t believe I could choose so freely—can I really have any of these?—and I got genuinely excited. Sipping drinks, enjoying sweets, soaking in the foot bath… it was such a luxurious time taking in the views of Atami. The staff also maintained the perfect level of attentiveness—providing towels to dry our feet and preparing drinks—so considerate in every way. I’m truly grateful. What especially impressed me was the full-course dinner. Each dish was beautifully presented—not only a feast for the eyes—but also had deep flavors with sauces crafted down to the finest detail. I was genuinely moved. Even now, looking back at my photos brings back that lingering feeling: how beautiful it was and how delicious everything tasted. Everything—the room, the meals, and the hospitality—was perfect. It was a place where I could truly refresh from the heart. I feel fully recharged; I’ll do my best day by day and hope to return again someday. Thank you very much.

When adjusting the temperature of the open-air bath, we thought a stirring paddle would be better than a hand bucket. The TV embedded in the vanity mirror was surprisingly useful—very nice. All of the staff were excellent as well. It was an Accommodation where everyone always had

How many times has it been now—another indulgent stay at Kasumi Onsen. Because my wife has a shellfish allergy, we avoid the Matsuba crab season, but during the spring and autumn Kasumi crab seasons we make a special request to have her crab portion replaced with nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch)—we’re truly demanding guests. I enjoy the crab, while my wife is served an unbelievably large nodoguro, perfectly grilled with salt (and I get to taste a bit of it too). Even though we’re asking for two different meals for two people, the staff not only welcome us with warm smiles, but also stop by for a chat when they have time and tell us about caring for their rice fields and plum trees. In short, while we’re here they let us do whatever we like freely—and whenever we need help, they come right away. As long as this hospitality continues, a stay at ICHIJO is guaranteed to be delicious, fun, and delightful. Top-quality ingredients, wonderful料理料理?

We visited to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday. It was a long drive from Yokohama to Nagano, but this was a wonderful Accommodation that truly made us glad we came. The in-room open-air bath was a little hot and needed some adjustment, but it was clean, spacious, and free of insects. The shampoo and conditioner also left our hair smooth and silky. (Some Ryokan at this level still leave your hair feeling rough.) All the staff who welcomed us were smiling, and during dinner the head chef served the main dish right at our table. Everything was delicious—made with local ingredients and carefully prepared with great attention to detail. On our way out, they even opened the souvenir shop in the main building earlier for us, so I was happy to be able to buy the souvenirs I wanted. My parents were very pleased as well, so we would love to visit again while they are still healthy.

Thank you very much. The large public bath and sauna were both spacious, and we were able to enjoy them luxuriously without often running into other guests. The quality of the water was excellent. With many types of shampoo available as well as drinks and ice pops provided, we fe

We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. Thank you for a wonderful time!

I have stayed here several times, and it remains a wonderful Hotel. The staff are excellent, and the meals are outstanding and delicious. This time, I also enjoyed seasonal ingredients that felt like summer and was very satisfied. The Room is also lovely, with beautiful fittings and flooring. It is quiet and relaxing. Whenever I come here, I can spend my time slowly and peacefully, which I really appreciate. I would definitely like to stay again.

Although I hadn’t made a reservation for dinner at the restaurant, I was invited during check-in to join a special collaboration dinner—it became a truly memorable experience. Thank you! The bedroom sauna in the morning felt amazing; I’d love to try it again. However, an earlie

I stayed here while searching for a home from another prefecture. The Room, large public bath, amenities, breakfast, and staff were all excellent—everything exceeded my expectations!! The breakfast in particular was delicious and fresh, with nothing to complain about. I didn’t us

I was looking for a Hotel around Lake Toya where I could stay with my dog, and chose this Hotel— it was truly an outstanding experience. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptionally delicious, and I was completely satisfied. The facilities were clean and modern, and all the staff were wonderful. The only thing I noticed was that although you should be able to enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Toya from the bath, the outside view was blocked for privacy reasons. That part was a little disappointing. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we had a very comfortable stay with our dog. I would love to visit again!

Everything was well maintained, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The sauna’s self-service löyly was amazing, and we felt fully refreshed. It rained that day, but the umbrella rental was a nice help. The location is also great, so we were very satisfied. Next time, I’d li

The personalized massage was not just a regular body massage but included techniques to relieve tension in the head and brain, which amazed me with its effectiveness. The breakfast menu unique to this hotel was excellent again this year. Additionally, the bar I visited at night h

My companion uses a wheelchair, but thanks to the thoughtful support from all the staff, we were able to stay comfortably. The staff member who assisted us was kind, easy to talk to, and truly wonderful (I would be happy if they could assist us again next time). We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

On this occasion, in Yufuin, we are pleased to introduce a wonderful Accommodation where you can gracefully relax and rejuvenate both body and mind.
