Thank you very much for having us. The Accommodation was spotless, and everything—from the beautiful pool and dog run to the sauna—was perfect. There were plenty of toys for our dog to choose from, and he was thrilled. It was his first time using a pool, but there was also a life jacket for dogs, so he could make his debut in a safe environment. Above all, the owner was incredibly pleasant and supportive. We requested a BBQ set at short notice, and they kindly accommodated us. They also recommended nearby markets, which helped us enjoy our meals as well. Even though it was only one night, it was a very satisfying stay. Early check-in and late check-out are rare at other places, so that was extremely helpful. Most of all, seeing our dog relaxed and happy throughout made us truly happy. We would love to stay again! Thank you very much.

Interacting with him added fun to our meal; he even improvised based on stories shared by my daughter! The live piano performance further enhanced this unforgettable family dining experience. Our plan happened to include "2-hour private sauna access," which initially seemed like

We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. Thank you for a wonderful time!

It was two days full of surprise and inspiration. I only knew it was a museum Hotel, and to be honest, I came mainly for Briance—but it truly felt like an actual museum. Even while exploring the building, the staff kindly provided detailed explanations, which made it even more enjoyable. Every piece is one of a kind, and through the art tour program we also received in-depth commentary. I understood why so many guests return again and again, and it made me want to explore even more myself. The Room was very comfortable and easy to use, the lounge food was delicious, and even though we had dinner at Briance—the original purpose of our visit—we ended up fully enjoying the bar and lounge as well. The wonderful smiles and thoughtful hospitality from all the staff were outstanding, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing holiday. Thank you very much. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed Briance as well.

We stayed in the Silver Building. As it is a new facility, everything felt very clean, and we had a wonderfully comfortable stay. The facilities and amenities were well equipped, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The bathroom and kitchen were easy to use, and we remained comfortable even spending long hours indoors. Although it rained during our stay, we never felt inconvenienced thanks to the washer-dryer and the covered terrace where we could enjoy a BBQ. Our dog also settled in quickly, which gave us peace of mind. The staff were very kind as well, making our stay even more pleasant. We would definitely like to stay again.

It truly helped relieve my daily stress and left me feeling deeply satisfied even after just one night. When we departed, all the staff waved goodbye until our car was out of sight—it left such a lasting impression! We look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you very

The meals were delicious and very filling. Even our family members who usually eat small portions ate a lot, which was great to see. We loved it so much that we want to visit again during another season. This is a calm and relaxing ryokan that I can recommend to everyone!

Thank you very much. The large public bath and sauna were both spacious, and we were able to enjoy them luxuriously without often running into other guests. The quality of the water was excellent. With many types of shampoo available as well as drinks and ice pops provided, we fe

Additionally, the large public bath, sauna, and lounge were excellent facilities that provided great relaxation between sightseeing activities—a true source of comfort during my trip. I could unwind without worrying about time and indulge in the freedom of solo travel luxurious

The staff’s attentive hospitality and thoughtful care were truly wonderful, and I was able to spend a very comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. The interior of the property and the room features a calm Japanese-modern design in greige tones, with impeccable taste in decor. It was exactly my kind of style, so I found myself simply gazing around and feeling soothed. The rooftop lounge offered an abundant selection of juices, alcoholic drinks, coffee, Atami’s famous sweets, and light snacks. I couldn’t believe I could choose so freely—can I really have any of these?—and I got genuinely excited. Sipping drinks, enjoying sweets, soaking in the foot bath… it was such a luxurious time taking in the views of Atami. The staff also maintained the perfect level of attentiveness—providing towels to dry our feet and preparing drinks—so considerate in every way. I’m truly grateful. What especially impressed me was the full-course dinner. Each dish was beautifully presented—not only a feast for the eyes—but also had deep flavors with sauces crafted down to the finest detail. I was genuinely moved. Even now, looking back at my photos brings back that lingering feeling: how beautiful it was and how delicious everything tasted. Everything—the room, the meals, and the hospitality—was perfect. It was a place where I could truly refresh from the heart. I feel fully recharged; I’ll do my best day by day and hope to return again someday. Thank you very much.

The hotel staff were all very elegant and refined, providing first-class hospitality. In the evening, I enjoyed cocktails at the bar, which had a wonderful atmosphere—I highly recommend visiting. I used the pool first thing in the morning, and it was very clean. Kickboards and

In Uchiko, Ehime Prefecture. After driving from Kochi, we arrived at the hotel; as soon as we pulled up, a staff member came right out and guided us. After an exceptionally smooth check-in, we didn’t add any sightseeing at all—we spent our time simply enjoying the hot springs, the special guest room, and reading. As it was a weekday right after Silver Week, there were hardly any overnight guests or day-use bath visitors, and we were able to savor the luxury of feeling as if the entire property belonged to just the two of us. Above all, dinner far exceeded our expectations. My wife was deeply moved by how delicious everything was—so much so that after the meal she even asked both the chef and sommelier to sign our menu. Not only was each dish outstanding in itself; its elegance on refined tableware conveyed a sense of care and intention in every plate. By candlelight at our table, we were able to take our time and fully enjoy both the food and drinks at our own pace. The in-room hot spring bath was also memorable—especially the haiku placed alongside it, which added a quiet resonance to our time in the water. Personally, I felt this inn’s appeal lies not in extravagance but in being able to truly enjoy “the luxury of doing nothing.” Visiting on a weekday allowed us to appreciate that value even more deeply.

My companion uses a wheelchair, but thanks to the thoughtful support from all the staff, we were able to stay comfortably. The staff member who assisted us was kind, easy to talk to, and truly wonderful (I would be happy if they could assist us again next time). We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

Beyond how outstanding both its facilities/equipment and location are (and beyond), we were truly moved by (the owners’) thoughtful care (and hospitality). In this extraordinary setting—with beautiful views (scenery), a wood-fired sauna (and) BBQ—we enjoyed luxurious yet comforta

It was outstanding... Everything was impeccable—the attention to detail throughout the Accommodation was wonderful, the staff were warm and welcoming, every dish was delicious, and the Onsen was so amazing I wanted to soak in it again and again. Since we came to enjoy hot spring hopping and relax, having a small TV actually felt like a plus. We truly felt that simply spending time there had value. When we visit Kurokawa Onsen again, we will definitely stay at Fujiya!

We stayed as a family of five. Although we visited with a typhoon approaching, we were fortunate not to get caught in the rain and were able to fully enjoy our one-night, two-day stay. The spacious Room, the magnificent view from the large windows, and the stylish sauna with a co
