Everything about the service was outstanding! The complimentary items in the refrigerator were amazing too, and we didn’t have a single problem during our stay!

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday!! The birthday decorations were set up, and the towel swans were beautifully arranged—so lovely!! The staff were professional, very kind, and wonderful!!! With a jacuzzi and a pool, we could truly relax, and we will definitely come back again!! Thank you so much!!!

We stayed in Building D, which is pet-friendly. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. There’s honestly nothing to criticize, so here are a few tips to help you enjoy your stay even more. Jacuzzi / Open-air bath / Pool: 　Bringing a swimsuit is recommended. Stink bugs (currently a large outbreak): 　It’s helpful to bring sticky tape for removal. Bakery: 　There’s a great bakery nearby. Amenities: 　High-quality POLA amenities are provided, so you only need to bring the basics. To fully enjoy it: 　You’ll probably want to stay two nights. Appliances: 　Most appliances are available, but there doesn’t seem to be an air fryer (probably). Shirarahama Beach: 　It’s just under 2 km away—slightly far. Dogs aren’t allowed on Shirarahama Beach, which is disappointing, but the beauty of the beach is amazing.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. It truly felt like Greece on the Aegean Sea—and it was so clean!! The welcome drink was luxurious, too. The small lobby was also very relaxing. Breakfast was included, and because we had an early activity, they opened earlier than the regular hours. They also learned it was our wedding anniversary trip and gave us a gift, which really warmed our hearts. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and I’ll never forget how beautiful the moon and stars looked from there! Breakfast was delicious and carefully prepared, and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay again. Next time, we’d like to take our time and stay longer. Thank you very much!

They highly recommended this Accommodation to friends and family, saying they were completely satisfied because everything—from the pool and other Facilities to all the equipment and supplies—was fully provided. We usually travel to the Hakone area a few times a year as a couple, but this time we stayed one night at “Rinpo Kiryū” for our first family trip, including several celebrations. We have had the chance to visit many Accommodations, but we have never encountered one as outstanding as this—everything from start to finish was truly moving. We arrived about an hour before check-in, yet we were warmly welcomed without hesitation. From a wonderful commemorative photo for our celebration to a heartfelt message card with the photo attached, we were touched by the surprise hospitality and thoughtful care. We are sincerely grateful to have made so many unforgettable memories for our family trip. Thank you very much. Above all, what deserves special mention is the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From greeting us on arrival to seeing us off at the end, every moment was impeccable, allowing us to relax and enjoy unhurried time. Our assigned staff member was genuinely kind and always smiling; we enjoyed our conversations and were deeply impressed by their attentive care down to the smallest details—our whole family was moved. The guidance through the property—like a paradise filled with an extraordinary atmosphere—was also thorough, and everyone we met greeted us with smiles that put us at ease. Our Room was very spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotless. The bed was ideal for us—not too soft and not sinking in—so it was extremely comfortable. (My wife is quite particular about beds and rarely says this at other Accommodations, so I was surprised when she said she wanted to stay another night and didn’t want to go home yet.) During our stay, the Room included its own private open-air bath with free-flowing Onsen sourced directly from 100% natural spring water (no added water or heating)—a superb and rare Dōgashima Onsen often described as “legendary.” We could indulge in Onsen whenever we liked. In addition, there was an indoor hinoki Onsen bath, a private sauna, and even a pool, so our family could enjoy everything together. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious; each dish was beautifully presented with great care, filled with creative ideas and thoughtful touches from the chef. There were also many staff members on hand—the service felt perfect. Based on our past experiences, it’s rare to find an Accommodation where service is this attentive in every respect. More than anything else, being able to stay at “Rinpo Kiryū” became a wonderful experience for our family. Thank you again very much. We would love to visit again.

The Room was spacious and had a veranda-like deck called the Tsukimidai, with a nice view and the ocean visible in the distance. Meals were served in the Room, and every dish was delicious—we finished everything at both breakfast and dinner. However, it was disappointing that the drinks in the refrigerator were expensive. The Onsen also felt very open; while I did wonder if it might be visible from somewhere, I was still able to bathe comfortably. Another bath area was spacious, and the water in the roofed open-air bath left my skin feeling moisturized like lotion. Inside the building, it seems to have been expanded many times over the years, so some areas are a bit confusing, and many guests seemed to get lost. There were only a few souvenirs for sale, and there were no Facilities such as karaoke or table tennis, but it had an old-fashioned Ryokan atmosphere that we really enjoyed.

This was our second stay, and it was truly a wonderful Hotel, just as impressive as the first time. The staff were all very kind, and we were very satisfied with the service at the pool, including bath towels and water! Our 3-year-old also really liked how clean the Room was. The candy we received when leaving was given to our child, but it turned out to be spicy—so we would have been happier if it had been a sweet candy instead.

This was our third stay. Everything was outstanding! Not only the meals, but every wine you recommended was delicious. Even though I don’t usually drink, I was so happy to enjoy so many wonderful wines on this trip. Because of the typhoon, we couldn’t come on our preferred dates and had to reschedule, but you handled it very smoothly and we truly appreciate it. All of the staff were genuinely kind and were also very considerate to our child. KuuRa Beach was also beautiful and lovely. We look forward to staying with you again.

We visited for a family trip to celebrate our daughter’s marriage. As it was formerly an art museum, we were overwhelmed by the meticulously designed building by Tadao Ando and the many artworks displayed throughout the property. The Room was extremely comfortable, and the pool we had been looking forward to was wonderful—we were able to fully enjoy this extraordinary space. We expected Western cuisine, but instead were delighted by beautifully refined Japanese dishes. The drink pairings matched to each course were perfect, and every dish moved us. The congratulatory wedding cake we had ordered was also truly delicious and became a wonderful keepsake. We sincerely appreciate the warm hospitality of all the staff. This is a superb Hotel where architecture, art, and food are all in harmony, and we would love to stay again.

The view from the window was breathtaking, and we were able to enjoy a truly luxurious time. The sunset in particular was stunning—better than we had imagined. We would definitely like to stay again.

The spacious private pool is a completely independent space, allowing us to enjoy it as much as we wanted, which was incredibly relaxing. The Room was very clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The amenities were well-prepared, showing thoughtful attention to detail.

I was surprised by how well-equipped it was. Even with a Multiple Night Stay, we still didn’t have enough time to enjoy everything. It would have been even better if the weather had been nice.

We stayed on May 2, right in the middle of Golden Week. The traffic and bustle on the way to the Accommodation disappeared the moment we arrived—it felt like another world. We relaxed in the in-room bath to soothe our fatigue, and my wife even took a peaceful nap until dinner. Dinner, which we had been looking forward to, exceeded our expectations and left us completely satisfied. The portions and variety were excellent, and no matter how much there was, it still didn’t feel like enough with the kamado-cooked rice. (Breakfast was also outstanding.) We were able to spend our time without coming into contact with other guests. Finally, from arrival to departure, we were greeted with warm smiles throughout. Both body and mind were refreshed, making it a truly wonderful trip. We would definitely like to visit again.

We stayed in “Yamabuki 301” for a refreshing getaway as a couple. Although we arrived a little earlier than planned due to our own circumstances, the staff welcomed us warmly and graciously, which truly impressed us. What stood out most during our stay was the outstanding dining experience. The French dinner was delicate and beautifully presented—something to enjoy with all five senses—and we savored it to the fullest along with the wine pairing. Even after returning to our Room, we found ourselves talking together about the lingering impressions of the meal. The Japanese breakfast was also wonderful: rice, soup, and grilled fish were served at their best—perfectly warm and delicious—and we felt genuine hospitality in every detail. We would have loved it if items like the miso and nori tsukudani served at breakfast were available for purchase at the shop. One reason we chose this Room was its water garden, and it was truly soothing. In particular, the atmosphere of the in-room bath and its perfectly balanced water temperature were exceptional—it melted away all our everyday fatigue. The spa we enjoyed as a couple was also an excellent relaxation experience from start to finish, thanks to attentive service and skilled all-hand treatments. (It would be even better if there were options such as massage Plans focused on deep tissue or loosening tight muscles.) If there is one small point: since it was an extremely hot day when we visited, we wished the refrigerator in our Room cooled a bit more strongly. However, overall satisfaction far exceeded that minor concern—this was a truly wonderful Accommodation. Next time, we’d love to visit in another season to enjoy the changing scenery; in summer, perhaps choose a villa with a pool; and while the French cuisine goes without saying, we’d also like to try Japanese dinner during a Multiple Night Stay. We’re grateful to have found an Accommodation that makes us want to return again. Thank you very much.

This villa resort was a place I had always wanted to stay at, and this summer my wish finally came true.\nAs soon as we parked, the staff greeted us by name before we even introduced ourselves.\nWe completed check-in while enjoying a welcome drink and fruit, then headed to our Room.\nSeeing the view in person—one I had only seen in photos—was truly moving.\nBoth the BBQ dinner and breakfast were excellent.\nSince this trip also celebrated my partner’s new job, I emailed to request a surprise dessert plate, and I’m very grateful for their thoughtful assistance.\nI’m so glad we stayed here—it became a once-in-a-lifetime memory.\nI hope to return again someday if I have the chance.

Everything was outstanding! The Room was lovely, and the amenities had a wonderful fragrance that truly helped us relax. The lounge was self-service, but we had no trouble at all—there were delicious alcoholic drinks, snacks, as well as drinks and treats for children, so we were very satisfied. Although it’s a Hotel in the city center, access from the Room to the pool was convenient. Our three children played a lot in the pool on the second floor and were very happy. Breakfast served in the Room was also delicious, and we were impressed by the flawless hospitality. It’s a shame we could only stay one night. We would love to stay again when we visit Naha. Since we have a small child, we really appreciated the valet service on hot days, and we were truly happy when your staff helped carry our plates to the table at the breakfast buffet while I was holding my child. Also, because we could switch our breakfast vouchers to the lunch buffet at your affiliated Hotel next door, it was a big help that they didn’t go to waste even on days when we had to head out early in the morning. The value for money is excellent and the in-house Facilities are well equipped—this is a Hotel I would recommend to friends and acquaintances. Thanks to you, it was a very satisfying trip.
