This was our first stay here, and among all the places we’ve visited, it was the best Accommodation for Western-style cuisine. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality from welcome to farewell. The Room (very relaxing) and the bath (the in-room bath was more than enough) were both excellent. Above all, the meals were outstanding—both dinner and breakfast. Each dish was beautifully presented (including the tableware) and delicious, and we were amazed by how many items there were in the Japanese breakfast (we finished everything). We will definitely visit again during the autumn foliage season. One request: it would be nice to have body wash towels available in the bath area.

Staying amid the vineyards and enjoying the warm hospitality of everyone who supported us made for an exceptional time. This is an Accommodation we will definitely want to visit again.

We stayed overnight to celebrate our grandchild’s birthday. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and the bathroom—especially the shower curtain—was spotless, making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast lived up to its reputation, with a wide variety of dishes you don’t see at other hotels. They also used vegetables grown locally in Kobe, which was a big plus. And the juices—these days many places use machines, but not here. There were many drink options, and since I couldn’t resist, I tried small amounts of several kinds. There were also plenty of side dishes, and I ended up eating too much. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was wonderful as well, and we would love to stay here again.

I love Onsen and always stay at a Hotel with rooms that have an open-air bath. I visit Atami, Hakone, Fukushima, and Kinugawa at least 10 times a year, but this was my first time at Kanaya Hotel. The teppanyaki meal was wonderful, and the bath was amazing! I definitely want to come again—thank you very much.

Before our stay, they kindly helped with various requests such as arranging taxis and pickups, and on the day they also assisted with ticket arrangements and an unexpected pickup during heavy rain—we truly appreciated their thoughtful attention to detail. For dinner, we chose the teppanyaki course and enjoyed lively conversation along with delicious locally grown vegetables and meat. The Room also offered more than enough amenities, including coffee and other drinks.

I stayed at this Accommodation last year and again this year, and it was truly the best once again. This year, the pool even had a large float big enough for adults to relax on, making it fun for both kids and adults. With a sauna, BBQ facilities, and a garden where you can practice golf as well, you can fully enjoy summer without leaving this Accommodation, so we were able to spend a relaxing holiday. Also, the spotless Room and the wonderful hospitality—welcome drinks like plenty of beer and water, plus ice cream and snacks—were exceptional. I would love to stay again next year.

We stayed for one night in Yayoi in July with our dog as a couple. We’ve stayed at many dog-friendly Accommodations, and this is the best one for us. I especially love sulfur Onsen, and while other dog-friendly Accommodations we’ve stayed at had Onsen, none had sulfur springs. Here, there is also a free-flowing natural hot spring bath in the Room, so we didn’t have to leave our dog waiting to go to a public bath. Even though many places don’t allow dogs in the bathroom area, this Accommodation provided a dog bathtub, shampoo, and towels—I've never stayed anywhere so thoughtful. Our senior large dog kept coming to watch us enjoy the Onsen with curiosity. Just walking through the spilled water from the free-flowing sulfur spring at the washing area turned his rough, cracked paw pads into smooth ones—just like the Reviews said. It’s truly an amazing Onsen. The Imabari bath towel after bathing was fluffy and very comfortable. Since it was a No Meals Included stay, we mainly brought takeout from Nasu restaurants. We also bought Nasu cheese and sausages along with drinks and snacks, and picked up bread and yogurt for breakfast at a nearby shop before heading to the Accommodation. With the best sulfur Onsen, delicious food and drinks from Nasu, a quiet setting, we were able to relax completely. Our dog also seemed very satisfied with the cool highland climate, peaceful greenery-filled surroundings, and private feel without running into other dogs—he looked truly relaxed. All of us were soothed by both nature and the Onsen and went home extremely happy. My husband said he wants to come again in winter too—so we’ll be making another Reservation. Just as past Reviews said, the food was simply outstanding. The seafood in particular was superb—I couldn’t help saying “So delicious” with every bite. Even though it’s a Hotel, each dish was carefully served one by one like a restaurant course, so both hot and cold items were enjoyed at their best. Breakfast also had an uplifting menu that started the day off right, and I was very satisfied. All of the staff were kind, cheerful, and left a great impression. The top-floor club level had a lovely atmosphere, and the complimentary sweets felt pleasantly refined. As for the bath area, it was thoroughly cleaned and I didn’t notice anything unpleasant such as stray hair. I didn’t have high expectations for the stargazing experience, but the telescope was better than I imagined and the host’s fun talk made it another highlight of this Hotel. Thoughtful touches like welcome gelato and hot coffee when seeing guests off also made me want to stay again. Although the Hotel has been around for years, it never felt dated—this is definitely a Hotel I want to visit again.

I stayed here again following last year. The Room is simple and clean, and the large public bath is fully equipped with an open-air bath and a sauna (including a cold plunge). There is also a spacious relaxation area just outside the bath, where you can buy drinks or ice cream and even step outside, which made it very relaxing. I also love the breakfast for its wide variety; this time, the eggplant miso soup was especially delicious. If possible, I would personally be even happier if rice porridge were added alongside the rice, but that may be asking too much—so I hope you will keep things as they are.

I walked from the subway, but without a map I might have passed it by. The exterior is very stylish. With only a small number of guest Rooms, it truly feels like a small luxury Hotel. After check-in, we toasted with welcome champagne. All Rooms are suites—spacious and comfortable—and the bath has continuously running hot water 24 hours a day, so I could soak anytime. It’s great not having to wait for the tub to fill. Dinner was at the in-house sushi restaurant: freshly made nigiri and delicious, carefully prepared appetizers. I was completely full and very satisfied. Shinsaibashi is also within walking distance. I can’t believe there’s such a stylish and wonderful Hotel in Osaka! Thank you for such a relaxing stay.

This was my first time staying here on a business trip to Himeji. The breakfast was very delicious, and I was very satisfied to be able to try Himeji specialties. The coffee was great as well. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here to focus on studying alone. The desk light wouldn’t turn on, but when I called, they responded right away and it really helped. The Room was simple yet very stylish and easy to use. It wasn’t large, but it was more than enough for one person. When I thought I heard people talking, it turned out to be pigeons cooing, which was soothing. (They’ve taken measures so they don’t come inside.) I got a bit lost at first on the way to my Room, but I quickly got used to it. For dinner, I walked to AEON. There weren’t many ups and downs, and the weather was nice, so it was a pleasant walk. Breakfast is served upstairs at the bakery next door. I thought it would only be from a set menu, but there was also a small buffet—and everything was delicious. There’s no Onsen or bath—only a shower—but since my goal was to spend quiet time alone, that wasn’t an issue at all. I think I’ll stay here again when I want some time by myself.

Located midway between the station and the downtown area, I hadn’t had many chances to stay here before, but this time I had errands in both areas and chose to stay here. The Facility isn’t new, but it is well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. The Room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and I was very satisfied. I think I’ve stayed at around ten Hotels in Morioka City, and this one left the best impression in terms of breakfast variety. I was also very satisfied with it. It was a little disappointing that the wanko soba wasn’t warm and that I didn’t find the noodles in the cold noodles particularly tasty, but considering the hospitality, service, and value for money, there’s really nothing to complain about—perhaps just a bit of indulgent pickiness on my part. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay again with breakfast included.

Because the property is operated by a small team, there were a few minor things I noticed, but the meals were delicious and served in just the right portions, and I was able to enjoy the bath to my satisfaction with a Reservation. I’d love to come back in autumn to see the fall foliage.

I stayed here because the Accommodation highlighted that you can see the Seven Stars in Kyushu from the Room. It really was a Room with a great view, and I was able to photograph the Seven Stars in Kyushu with Mt. Yufu in the background. You can also see Mt. Yufu from the Onsen in the Room. The medicinal rice porridge at breakfast was especially delicious!

We stayed in a pet-friendly Room. We have used many Hotels before and expected some odor since dogs stay there, but at this Hotel my wife and daughter, who are sensitive to smells, were happy to say they didn’t notice any at all. Also, when we mentioned that our dog cannot stay alone in the Room, we truly appreciated your thoughtful consideration. Thanks to your kindness, it was a refreshing trip for us.

We stayed here to celebrate a proposal—one of life’s most important milestones. What impressed us most during our stay was the thoughtful attention from everyone, especially the person in charge. For the surprise proposal, they handled everything flexibly to match the situation, including preparing and handing over the cake and bouquet, which allowed me to feel at ease on the day. Thanks to that support, it became an unforgettable, truly wonderful time. Every dish was genuinely delicious, and the explanations were perfectly paced—not too long or too short—so we could enjoy not only the flavors but also the dining experience itself. The atmosphere inside the Accommodation and the views were also outstanding, and we were able to relax from the heart. Above all, we were so happy that their desire to make our stay memorable came through in every interaction. Thanks to them, both my partner and I naturally found ourselves saying, “Let’s definitely come back for anniversaries,” and it became two irreplaceable days for us. I am truly grateful that we could welcome such an important moment of our lives at this Accommodation. This is a wonderful Accommodation I can confidently recommend to anyone who wants to spend special time with someone important—whether for a proposal or a wedding anniversary. Next time we visit, I hope we can return as husband and wife.

This was my first time in Himeji to see an opera. I considered other options, but chose this Hotel because of the Nikko brand, a separate bath and toilet, on-site parking, and even a club floor. However, the parking lot fills up quickly (it’s near the station and there aren’t many spaces), which made me nervous as a guest traveling from far away. A male staff member at the parking entrance kindly secured the last available space for me, which was a huge help—thank you very much. It would be great if parking could be reserved when making a Reservation, though I understand it may be difficult to manage. I also appreciated that parking is free for club-floor guests. The Facility feels a bit dated in places, but the Room has been renovated for comfort and convenience, with no shortage of amenities. The ReFa shower and hair dryer were excellent. The toilet wasn’t just updated cosmetically—the fixtures and piping also seemed new, making it very easy to use. The pajamas were a comfortable two-piece set with a soft feel and relaxed fit. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. The lounge made me wonder if this price is really okay—the food and drinks were impressively plentiful. Not only alcohol but also a great selection of HARNEY & SONS teas; the cinnamon tea recommended by one of the hotel staff was so good that I bought some afterward. Overall, the service was pleasant throughout and I could truly relax. Breakfast offered an extensive variety of both Japanese- and Western-style dishes—so much that even with my big appetite I couldn’t try everything. Live-cooked egg dishes are common at Hotels, but this was my first time seeing burgers made to order right in front of me. The burger was delicious—and perfectly sized as well. And the Awaji Island milk was outstanding. With no time limits on parking or lounge access, I could visit Himeji Castle and shop in the arcade as well. This isn’t just convenient for guests—it also feels like support for local revitalization efforts. Breakfast included many locally inspired items, and even the vending machines next to reception carried products from local confectionery shops—another nice touch. I don’t often have reasons to come to Himeji, but I’d love to return for a relaxing staycation. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This Hotel has the atmosphere of a small auberge. Once again, I was comforted by the warm hospitality of the staff. Many of them spoke to us in a friendly way, and we naturally ended up chatting, which made for a very pleasant stay. The private bath was easy to use, and we were able to relax and fully enjoy Ikaho’s Onsen. For dinner, we chose the premium course. It was French cuisine that you can enjoy without formality, yet you could really feel the care taken with the ingredients—every dish was delicious. The foie gras and Joshu beef were especially memorable. With this level of service, dining, and Onsen, I felt the Accommodation Fee was not just reasonable but exceptionally good value. It’s easy to see why so many guests return—this is truly a wonderful Accommodation. Also recently, a community bus stop called “Chirorin-zaka” has been added right in front of the Accommodation, and Suica can be used as well. The buses don’t run very frequently, but it’s extremely convenient when heading to the stone steps area or toward the bus terminal, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Since the weather was nice this time, we took a Hiace-style community bus from here and went as far as the Ikaho Ropeway. The view from the summit was fantastic—highly recommended. This Accommodation offers all three: warm hospitality, delicious food, and high-quality Onsen. When I visit Ikaho again, I would definitely love to return.

The architecture, service, and dining were all exceptional—an experience that went beyond anything I had imagined from a Hotel stay. Although the building is historic, it is clearly cared for with great attention, making for a very comfortable stay. This time we stayed in a suite in the annex, and the view of the main building from the window was beautifully framed; if you love architecture, I highly recommend viewing the main building from the annex. The food was also delicious, and it was a truly wonderful stay. Thank you very much.
