It was our first trip to Kanazawa, and we stayed here as a group of four friends. The accommodation had excellent facilities, including floor heating and air conditioning, and the host was very kind and attentive. The location is very convenient, with Higashi Chaya District, Omicho Market, and Kenrokuen Garden all within walking distance. Situated in a quiet residential area, it offers a peaceful stay. We would love to stay here again in the future! Amenities included shampoo, body soap, sponges for washing the body, toothbrushes, towels, and even a washing machine.

Staying in a trailer house for the first time, I was initially anxious, but it turned out to be a luxurious and comfortable experience. Our child loved it as well. The house was about 20 square meters in size, with almost all-glass walls offering an open view of the surrounding mountain meadow. With only two units on the property, it felt incredibly spacious and liberating. We enjoyed a delicious BBQ dinner and a breakfast served in a basket style. After meals, we spent time on the terrace by the fire while gazing at the starry sky—it was so relaxing that we forgot to visit the nearby Onsen! The owner-manager was very kind; our child quickly warmed up to him and chatted for nearly an hour while he patiently engaged with them. Although I had concerns about staying in such a remote mountain area with small children after seeing photos online, there were several vacation homes nearby, and since the owner resides at the management building during operating hours, we felt secure throughout our stay. I’m not fond of insects, and being September in Yatsugatake meant there were plenty around due to nature’s abundance—but keeping lights off when entering or exiting at night kept them from coming inside much at all. I would love to visit again!

This is a wonderful Accommodation and ideal for adults. Many Facilities have been upgraded since last year, making it an even more favorite place to stay, except that some doors fit less well than before. The owner’s personality is also excellent.

We stayed as a group of 10 across three families and enjoyed a comfortable time with the spacious living-dining area, rooms for the children, and separate family rooms. The fact that there were three showers and toilets was great for ensuring privacy! For meals, we considered hiring a private chef but decided to cook together while enjoying drinks at our own pace. It would be nice if the private chef option included Western cuisine as well. During our stay, we visited local supermarkets such as Delicia, Big (AEON), and A-Coop. Among them, A-Coop is recommended for its variety of vegetables and selection of prepared foods. For breakfast or snacks, we recommend visiting the bakery just one minute away on foot (Sakurara Confectionery). Their rice flour donuts were chewy and delicious! Our favorite spot in the accommodation was the dining table (180×180 cm), which had an excellent square shape and size for group meals! Even with many people seated around it, conversations felt comfortably close yet not crowded. Additionally, the BANG & OLUFSEN speakers were very stylish with excellent sound quality! We highly recommend using them in stereo mode. Please note that connecting via Bluetooth may only link to one speaker; it seems necessary to select AirPlay for proper stereo connection. While some parts of the manual could be improved regarding these features, we appreciated how helpful JADE Group staff were over phone calls and on-site support when needed! Although vacation rentals can sometimes raise concerns about support services, everything from pre-arrival phone assistance to post-arrival hospitality was excellent. We had a truly pleasant stay. We look forward to staying at another property from this group in the future!

I was a bit worried as there were no reviews, but the accommodation experience was excellent, and the meals were very delicious. This time, I went by bus. The nearest station is Seirei Hospital, and you can get there directly from Sannomiya or Shin-Kobe Station. It’s a 5-minute walk from the bus stop to the facility. There’s a FamilyMart at the bus stop, which is convenient. The onsen and pool were clean, and I could luxuriously enjoy the ocean view—a truly memorable trip!

The food was delicious, and we were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. We were able to relax in the private bath at our leisure, which helped us fully recover from travel fatigue. The Room was clean and comfortable, and the owner’s warm hospitality left a strong impression. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to unwind in a quiet setting. If we have the chance to visit Nasu again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

This was my first time staying at a guesthouse, and the Room was truly clean, spotless, and spacious—very comfortable. It was much cleaner than some mediocre Hotels. Above all, I really appreciated being able to use the bath 24 hours a day (Reservation required for 1-hour slots). I could relax and bathe both in the evening and in the morning. The bath was of course very clean as well. There are three toilets (?) and two sinks. The owner is friendly, easygoing, kind, and happy to chat. I enjoyed our conversation over breakfast. When I stayed there happened to be no other guests, but if you eat in the living room it seems like it would be easy to interact with other guests. A few things to note: there aren’t any dinner places nearby, so if you plan to go out to eat you should be prepared to take a taxi. Also, since it faces a main road, you can hear traffic noise fairly often—something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive (it didn’t bother me and I slept fine). For breakfast, I heard there’s a bakery nearby, but if you prefer Japanese-style breakfast you’ll need to prepare your own. There’s a 24-hour supermarket close by, so for a Multiple Night Stay it might be nice to cook for yourself. The kitchen has basic equipment such as a simple stove. Overall, because it’s so clean and the Room is spacious, it may actually be more comfortable than a Hotel in some ways—and very reasonably priced. Next time I’d definitely like to stay for multiple nights. Thank you very much!

My children really enjoyed it. We wanted to choose the outdoor BBQ Plan, but it was too cold so we decided not to. We’d like to stay again during summer vacation. Also, we forgot our child’s backpack and asked you to send it cash on delivery, but you sent it prepaid. It’s rare to find service like this, so we were very satisfied.

We stayed with four adults and were able to relax comfortably. Outside the window, we could see trees and the waterfront, surrounded by nature. The Room facilities and location were excellent, and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. There are no dining options on-site, so we ate freely at our favorite restaurants, but for breakfast we bought ingredients at a supermarket and cooked for ourselves. If I had to mention one drawback, there was a persistent cigarette smell—perhaps because outside air is brought in—which was unpleasant; otherwise it felt perfect.

Highly recommended for sauna lovers! The private sauna was available anytime, so we could enjoy it as often as we liked and then relax outdoors while taking in the lush green views. The open-air bath was also spacious, and the scenery was soothing—an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed a leisurely meal. They also kindly accommodated my friend’s birthday at dessert time, which made my friend very happy. All of the staff were friendly, and we had a very comfortable stay. It’s a place that makes you want to come back. It would be lovely during cherry blossom season, or in autumn when you can enjoy chestnuts as well. We’d love to visit again. I thought this was a very clean Accommodation with a great selection of dog-friendly items, and I would recommend it to dog lovers. I’d like to stay here again the next time I visit Kyoto. Overall, I’m satisfied, but if I mention a few things that were missing: Most of what you need for cooking in the Room is provided, but if guests want to cook hot pot in the Room, it would be helpful to have a portable gas stove (or an IH portable cooktop if open flames are not allowed for safety reasons) and a clay pot. Also, there were no donburi bowls for eating udon, ramen, or soba, so I’d like you to add those as well. Also, among the amenities, I would like bath salts.

We stayed here for a family trip. This Accommodation is located in a small port town and has been beautifully renovated, with warm wooden touches and stylish, coordinated furniture and appliances. The futons were Airweave and very comfortable to sleep on. The toilet and shower room were also clean and well designed, making them comfortable to use. There was an outdoor space to hang swimsuits and other items, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was soup and bread—just the right amount. We were told the soup uses local vegetables. The parking entrance is quite steep, so cars with lowered suspension may scrape. Overall, it made for a great Izu trip, and it’s an Accommodation we’d like to visit again.

We stayed as a family. Surrounded by nature and free of unnecessary distractions, we were able to forget everyday life and truly relax. There is a walking path around Lake Shirakaba, so in the morning we enjoyed a stroll with our child while taking in the lake views. It’s recommended for those who want to take it easy without overpacking their schedule.

Stayed for one night over the weekend. Reserved the heated pool and spent the entire stay enjoying it morning, noon, and night. In the evening, we had a BBQ, and in the morning, we cooked with locally sourced ingredients using bread purchased from a nearby bakery. The view of trees, pool, sea, blue sky through glass windows, and even the sound of Enoden trains created an extraordinary atmosphere that felt luxurious. The room was well-equipped with magazines, pool toys, a Switch console, dishes and glasses, cooking utensils, a jacuzzi—everything you could need—making time fly by. I would love to visit again!

I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities and services, which exceeded my expectations. We stayed as a group of six, and the space was more than sufficient. The interior had a log cabin style, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Being deep in the mountains, we could enjoy BBQ without worrying much about noise and had a stress-free stay. The owner kindly assisted us with shuttle service, starting the BBQ fire, taking group photos, and more, making us feel very welcomed. I would love to stay here again. Thank you so much!

I have stayed at NIPPONIA in other locations before, but we chose this Accommodation because it is close to Chichibugahama Beach. It seems well suited for longer stays, with a spacious kitchen that was very easy to use. The two-story maisonette layout also provided plenty of privacy; the three of us stayed as a family and each of us could relax at our own pace. We could walk to Chichibugahama Beach, and although it was extremely hot, we enjoyed morning and evening walks. Since dining options are a bit far away, it was slightly inconvenient without a car. It might be nice if in-Room dining were available as an option as well. This time we also ordered an optional cake, and they kindly consulted with us from the planning stage, making it a wonderful birthday and trip with great memories. I would love to come back and take it easy again in another season.

Clean and Beautiful Beach House The spacious pool was incredibly refreshing, and the bath was absolutely amazing. Equipped with modern appliances like a drum washing machine, Balmuda toaster, and Healsio oven, ensuring a comfortable stay. Kids will love the toy kitchen and tunnel for endless fun. We’ll definitely come back again!

We stayed during Golden Week. Even though all the other Rooms were fully booked, we could hardly hear any noise from nearby, and we were able to spend a peaceful time surrounded by the quiet forest. Perhaps it was a season with very few insects, as they didn’t bother us at all, and the Facility was clean and very comfortable. Even the shampoo in the bath had a forest-like scent, and we felt that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. Thank you very much. After reading through all of the Room booklet again, I realized that shared Facilities such as the washing machine were located elsewhere, and I wasn’t sure how to clean up properly after using the campfire. It would be reassuring if you could add a short note on the red paper that was originally inside the fire pit grill saying that cleanup instructions are written in the booklet. Also, since it seemed to assume everything should be returned to its original state, I wasn’t sure how far we needed to go in putting things back—such as dishcloths or used towels. It would feel even more reassuring if there were a note like: “Please place used cloths and towels in the laundry basket.” We would love to stay again. We made wonderful memories with our family.

We stayed as three families and booked three villas. Each villa had a lovely Room, and we had a very comfortable stay. The complimentary drinks and snacks at the management building were also a nice touch. Since it was still a bit early for ocean activities, we brought our own fishing gear and relaxed. The staff kindly arranged the setup so all three families could dine together, and we had a great time sharing BBQ, bouillabaisse, and sushi. We were worried dinner might not be enough, so we bought extra meat beforehand, but it turned out to be more than enough—everything was delicious. The clam miso soup served with the sushi was especially outstanding. Breakfast was also stylish, with bagels as the main item on the plate, and it tasted great. However, for children who don’t like bagels or for my father who has dental issues, they were too hard to eat—so it would be nice to have a choice of several options such as croissants or French toast. The yogurt was plain with no sweetness, so fruit yogurt or jam served on the side would be appreciated. The Room was comfortable overall, and both the beds and futons felt wonderful. One small inconvenience was that there wasn’t a place to hang bath towels; having one behind the sink would be helpful. There were hangers and a rack, but once we hung jackets and clothes it was full. Since swimwear is required in Rooms with an outdoor bath, I think additional hangers and space to dry wet swimsuits are necessary. I’ve noted some points here, but overall this was an excellent Accommodation and we would love to visit again. All staff members were kind and responded thoughtfully to our requests.
