We stayed with my son’s family—six of us in two Rooms. There was a free shaved-ice service in the arrival lobby, which delighted the kids. The Room was spacious and comfortable. The only drawback was that we couldn’t adjust the air-conditioning temperature very well, but everything else was fine. The large Onsen public bath was also spacious, and we were able to relax and enjoy the Onsen. It may have been a circulated bath, as there was a slight chlorine smell, but there was also a sauna and we had a pleasant stay. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style for the first time in a while. Dinner offered all-you-can-eat sushi, sashimi, sukiyaki, steak, and more; breakfast was also very tasty, including local ingredients. I think this is a great Ryokan where three generations can enjoy themselves and everyone can be satisfied.

The lakeside views of Lake Ashi were stunning, the building was lovely, and with Kuzuryu Shrine nearby and the ropeway just a short walk away, we had a wonderful time. We also enjoyed a French meal at Trianon, which was absolutely delicious and very satisfying. Thank you very much. We would love to visit again.

Was this heaven? I had such a dreamlike stay. The ocean-view scenery, the unhurried pace of time—every moment was perfect. Whenever I went out to the pool or the beach, the staff immediately checked in and prepared my seat. It was truly wonderful. Breakfast looked great and tasted great—there’s nothing not to love about Halekulani. It’s a Hotel I definitely want to return to.

We were very satisfied to have stayed at such a wonderful Hotel. The meals and the services for children were excellent as well. Regarding the title: we used the coin laundry, and while we were rushing around because our children are still small, we realized that we had accidentally put a smartphone into the washing machine. When I panicked and called the extension, a staff member responded kindly and carefully, for which we are truly grateful. I wanted to confirm their name and thank them at check-out, but I forgot to ask. So I am writing it here instead. This is a Hotel we would like to stay at again next year. Thank you very much.

The Onsen water was excellent, and the meals were more than satisfying. Although this is a long-established Ryokan, it doesn’t feel overly formal, and the check-in guidance was efficient and pleasant. With a good balance between service, Facility quality, and price, I think this Accommodation can satisfy most types of guests. There are three main bathing areas, each offering different spring qualities with free-flowing hot spring water. I especially liked the bath called “Saru-no-Yu.” It’s a large Ryokan, but the Onsen is so good that even hot-spring enthusiasts should be satisfied. The dining area is also very spacious; we were told all 96 rooms were fully booked on our stay, but at the times we went for dinner and breakfast it felt relaxed, with only about half of the tables in use. There is also a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, so guests who enjoy alcohol should have plenty to choose from.

This was my first stay here, and I felt thoughtful attention to detail throughout, making it a very comfortable experience. First of all, the location—right in front of Kyoto Station’s Hachijo Exit—is extremely convenient. Even with large luggage, getting around was easy, which was a huge help on this trip. Inside the Hotel, the lobby is spacious and there is also a guest-only lounge, which I really appreciated for relaxing. The lounge is accessed by tapping your Room key card, and there is a wide variety of drinks available—not only coffee but also options like matcha latte—free to enjoy. You can even take drinks back to your Room, and I was surprised that the lounge could be used even after check-out. It’s a wonderful service that lets you relax until the very end. And what I especially loved this time was the large public bath. It was kept very clean, with thorough cleaning and well-stocked amenities. During my stay I used it three times—in the evening, at night, and in the morning—and it was pleasant every time. You bring towels from your Room, but just in case you forget, spare towels were prepared at the entrance as well. I really appreciated this kind of consideration for those “small inconveniences.” I felt this is a Hotel that not only has excellent Facilities but also pays close attention to every detail so guests can enjoy their stay comfortably. I liked my stay so much that I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Kyoto.

This was my long-awaited trip to Huis Ten Bosch. I considered staying at one of the official Hotels inside the park, but chose this Hotel for its extensive Facilities, the large number of positive Reviews, and the reassurance of the Okura brand. Even before arriving at the main entrance by car, I was overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the building’s exterior. The stunning stepped atrium from the 1st to 3rd floors also set an exciting tone for a truly luxurious stay. The female bell staff member was exceptionally polite and kind, saying, “We’ll take your luggage up via a separate elevator, so please go ahead to your Room.” When I entered, there was an adorable teddy bear on the table by the window. The message card read, “Happy Birthday,” and since it was my birthday month, it was such a delightful surprise! She also wished me a happy birthday in person, which really moved me. From my Room we could see not only Huis Ten Bosch but also views out to open water—an amazing panorama. It was during the Obon holiday period so there must have been many guests staying, yet thanks to how spacious the Hotel is overall, it never felt crowded. Above all else, every staff member’s attentive service stood out. I’ve stayed at many Hotels and usually find something to complain about somewhere—but this time there wasn’t a single issue, and I enjoyed every moment in complete comfort. While this is clearly a Hotel designed with visits to Huis Ten Bosch in mind, once you cross the bridge there’s also a JR station (remarkably close to the waterfront), so on day two we took the train and went as far as Sasebo. It’s also very useful as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki City or Sasebo. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety with plenty of both Japanese and Western options—I ended up eating far too much. This was my first time visiting Nagasaki and Huis Ten Bosch, and it became an unforgettable trip full of wonderful memories. Next time I’d love to stay longer—this truly is an outstanding Hotel. We were welcomed with the staff’s bright smiles at check-in. The Room was spacious and clean. As always, no matter where we met them, the staff greeted us with a smile, and the team at the dinner venue did as well. Their smiles are truly warm hospitality.

The staff’s hospitality, the cleanliness of the Room, the delicious meals, and the large public bath—everything was wonderful, and we had a truly lovely time. They even lent us towels and parasols for going to the outside baths, and we really appreciated their thoughtful attention to every detail. I had always wanted to try “tap” mandarin orange juice, but I never expected to experience it at a Hotel—what a delightful surprise. Every dish in the kaiseki dinner was delicious. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of items, all of them tasty, and our child was thrilled and ate plenty as well. If we have another chance to stay in Dogo Onsen, we would definitely like to stay here again! Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

Because it is located on a hill, you can enjoy a beautiful, truly magical sunset. The meals feature local ingredients, including some unique dishes, and everything was delicious. The Room was spacious and comfortable for a relaxing stay.

It was a truly wonderful hotel. I visited Kanazawa with my elderly mother, and booking a hotel in such a great location surrounded by sightseeing spots was absolutely the right choice. Getting around by taxi was smooth and easy.\nBefore check-in we arrived early, but we were promptly shown to our room as they told us it was already ready, which made my mother very happy.\nThe carpets and wall art throughout the hotel were exactly our style and really lifted our spirits.\nWe were also captivated by the Kutani ware mugs and teacups provided in the room. It made us feel, “We’re really traveling in Kanazawa!” and we were so pleased.\nThe coffee tasted especially delicious in those cups, but it was a little disappointing that the same ones weren’t available in the gift shop.\nInstead, we bought Kutani ware as souvenirs at a Kutani shop on our way home.\nFor dinner, since I was traveling with my elderly mother, I had requested seats as close to the buffet tables as possible, but they kindly prepared a private room nearby for us.\nThanks to that, we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace.\nThank you very much.\nI truly appreciate the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail.\nWe were very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of everything—from Kanazawa specialties like jibuni stew and Kanazawa oden to nodoguro sushi and dessert.\nHere as well, many beautiful pieces of pottery such as Kutani ware were used for small plates, allowing us to enjoy the food visually too.\nI rated the facilities 4 stars only because my elderly mother felt that overall the interior of the hotel seemed rather dark—this is just our personal impression.\nAfter checkout we took the shuttle bus to the station; it was a large sightseeing coach and very comfortable.\nThank you for taking such good care of us.\nWe would love to stay again.

I love this club lounge. No matter what time I visit, the food and drinks are always replenished and neatly arranged. The seating is well spaced, so it’s very comfortable. There are no loud guests, and even families with children are considerate of the time and those around them, so I can relax in peace. Above all, the staff’s professional service is outstanding. One of the experienced gentlemen even made cocktails for me. The Room was impeccably cleaned, and I was able to spend a quiet, relaxing time. I’m always impressed by how courteous the Room staff are on the phone. More Hotels have switched to self-service ice these days, but here a Hotel staff member in a crisp uniform delivers it on a tray with a silver ice bucket—just that alone feels wonderful. Since I need to take medication, having extra mineral water was also very helpful. I also accidentally dropped my hair treatment bottle and broke it, but they kindly replaced it for me. I’m sorry for the trouble during these times of limited supplies. I also appreciated being able to change my newspaper. Thank you for all your thoughtful care. I look forward to staying with you again.

Because I love this Hotel and it’s perfect for visiting the theme park, I ended up staying here again. I was completely satisfied with both the facilities and the service. Every staff member was wonderful, and I always find myself thinking how glad I am that I came back. The high quality of the breakfast buffet truly lives up to everyone’s Reviews—I can only say, “I’m so glad I ate it.” We also had dinner at Bella Luce. The signature dish “Rossini” was recommended to us, so we upgraded and ordered it. Honestly, I’m truly glad we did—it was absolutely delicious. We’ll be back. Thank you very much.

We usually stay at Anda Resort, but as our son has turned one and can do more activities, we discovered Anda no Ouchi. The Room was great, and the Facility services were excellent as well. We’re truly glad we stayed here. The meals also offered a wide variety of kid-friendly options, which we really appreciated. The private baths were easy to check for availability, so we felt comfortable even with a child. Staying at Anda has become an annual tradition for us, and we’re looking forward to staying again.

Each Room has its own pool, and stepping out of the pool leads directly to the bathroom. It was great to be able to rinse off right after playing in the pool. There is also a shaded area by the poolside with a set of chairs and a table. I could relax nearby while watching my child play in the pool. Swimming at the beach next to the Hotel may be difficult, but the scenery is absolutely beautiful, so I highly recommend visiting! The food was delicious, and all of the Hotel staff were kind and helpful. I would love to stay here again if I have another chance to visit Miyakojima. Thank you very much!

I stayed here at the end of my trip to Hokkaido. The places I stayed before were wonderful as well, but this Tokachigawa Onsen Daiichi Hotel was outstanding. Every dish at the buffet was delicious. I wanted to try more, but I got full and couldn’t eat everything, which I still regret a little. The kamameshi rice was especially good, and the meat was excellent too—in fact, everything I tried tasted great. When I went to the Onsen early in the morning (just after 5 a.m.), I saw staff baking bread. I had some at breakfast, and it was also very tasty. The moor Onsen had a gentle natural scent and a wonderfully silky feel on the skin; one night wasn’t enough. This time I couldn’t take my time sightseeing around Tokachi, so I would love to come back again next year. More than anything, what left me with such a great impression of the Hotel was an employee at the souvenir shop “Tamatebako.” The trainee wearing a training name badge had an amazing smile and provided excellent service. When I told them how pleasant they were, they responded with another lovely smile. Of course it comes down to personal qualities as well, but it also made me feel that the Hotel’s management philosophy must be excellent for staff like this to grow here. All of the other staff were wonderful too, and it reminded me that not only the Onsen and food but also people’s hospitality is what truly shapes a trip. Thank you for helping me make such great memories—I would like to stay again next year as well.

Thank you for your hospitality. I made my Reservation early, and about a month before my stay I received a message from you. You kindly shared information and exchanged messages with me about dinner, the lounge, and more. No other Hotel has ever done this for me, so I truly appreciated it. The view during my stay was of Tokyo Skytree Town, the Room was spacious, and I could fully relax both visually and physically with the comfortable bed, view bath, two sinks, and open outlook. My plan included breakfast and dinner. The dinner in particular had such generous portions that I couldn’t finish it all, and it was delicious with a wonderful atmosphere. Including breakfast, I enjoyed Sizzler again for the first time in a while and was very satisfied. Once again, thank you very much to all the staff who supported me—not only on the day of my stay but even beforehand. I will definitely visit again.

I stayed here during my first trip back home in a while, and I was very satisfied. I usually eat out, but this time I dined at the Hotel’s restaurant, which offered a wide variety of high-quality options, and I really enjoyed the meals. I plan to make this my regular Accommodation from now on.

Overall, it is very clean and well-equipped. From the entrance, the atmosphere feels extraordinary and exciting. This attention to detail is carried through to every corner. The Room amenities are excellent, the meals are outstanding, and the service is pleasant. The only disappointment was that the hair dryer felt ordinary and a bit old. Great value for money, highly recommended.

Conveniently located near Dogo Onsen Station, the view from the Room was great, with Dogo Onsen Honkan and Matsuyama Castle visible. The window glass had a pattern, so it would have been even better if it were completely clear. The Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice sense of cleanliness. The large public bath on the top floor was also very relaxing, and I especially recommend the open-air bath! We used the buffet for both breakfast and dinner, and there were many local dishes and unique items—everything was delicious. Dinner was a half-buffet, but we were very full, so I thought it would be nice to have a Plan with buffet only (it may already exist...). Also, I’d be happy if there were mandarin orange juice at breakfast! It was also great to have live piano music in the evening.
