I’ve stayed in many places, but this was the best. The Room was clean and well maintained, and the front desk staff were very polite and attentive. There are no meals provided, but they kindly recommended nearby restaurants. I definitely want to stay here again.

This Hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and has a very calm, relaxing atmosphere. Time seemed to pass more slowly, and I was able to unwind and forget about everyday life. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, and their warm welcome left a lasting impression. I would definitely like to stay here again. Hearing healing music from inside the pool felt truly mystical—it was a first-time experience unlike anything I’ve had before. It perfectly matched the Hotel’s ambiance, and I had a wonderful time.

We stayed for one night in Yayoi in July with our dog as a couple. We’ve stayed at many dog-friendly Accommodations, and this is the best one for us. I especially love sulfur Onsen, and while other dog-friendly Accommodations we’ve stayed at had Onsen, none had sulfur springs. Here, there is also a free-flowing natural hot spring bath in the Room, so we didn’t have to leave our dog waiting to go to a public bath. Even though many places don’t allow dogs in the bathroom area, this Accommodation provided a dog bathtub, shampoo, and towels—I've never stayed anywhere so thoughtful. Our senior large dog kept coming to watch us enjoy the Onsen with curiosity. Just walking through the spilled water from the free-flowing sulfur spring at the washing area turned his rough, cracked paw pads into smooth ones—just like the Reviews said. It’s truly an amazing Onsen. The Imabari bath towel after bathing was fluffy and very comfortable. Since it was a No Meals Included stay, we mainly brought takeout from Nasu restaurants. We also bought Nasu cheese and sausages along with drinks and snacks, and picked up bread and yogurt for breakfast at a nearby shop before heading to the Accommodation. With the best sulfur Onsen, delicious food and drinks from Nasu, a quiet setting, we were able to relax completely. Our dog also seemed very satisfied with the cool highland climate, peaceful greenery-filled surroundings, and private feel without running into other dogs—he looked truly relaxed. All of us were soothed by both nature and the Onsen and went home extremely happy. My husband said he wants to come again in winter too—so we’ll be making another Reservation. Just looking out at the lake from our Room made me feel truly happy. Everything in the Hotel, starting with the Room, was so comfortable that I was really glad we chose to stay here. The portions were very generous and a bit too much for me, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Thank you very much. This is an Accommodation I definitely want to visit again. Next time, I’m planning to come by car with my husband, and I’m already looking forward to it. (I also loved the wonderful bath in our Room, but I wanted to see the Onsen building as well; I’m very sorry for the trouble caused regarding the lockers.)

It was our first time staying here!! Our dog was thrilled with the spacious yard. In the evening, we relaxed with a BBQ and a campfire—such a great time. There were also drinks and amenities provided, so it’s a perfect 100/100!! We went ahead and made another Reservation. We look forward to staying again next time!!

This was a truly wonderful Accommodation. Our family takes trips to Onsen Accommodations that are doable from Tokyo for one night about 2–3 times a year, usually spending around 30,000–40,000 yen per person. My wife chooses the Accommodation each time, but lately none have been memorable or particularly appealing. This time, though, we finally found an Accommodation we genuinely want to visit again. Many of the staff are from Southeast Asia; when I asked, I was told they have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 and also undergo a one-year training period. We never once had any trouble communicating. I previously lived in Thailand for about five years for work, so I already knew people from Southeast Asia tend to be even more serious and hardworking than many Japanese—but I was still impressed by just how high the standard was here, and we were able to spend a very comfortable time. These days many staff don’t wear name tags (perhaps due to measures against customer harassment), so I don’t know her name, but thank you sincerely to the woman in charge of our Room—she was wonderful and very thoughtful. The all-staff send-off after checkout truly moved me. As for the Onsen: honestly both the water quality and bath area were fairly standard, but everything was very clean. One thing I did notice is that it’s great not having to bring towels into the bath area; however, you still need to bring things like a change of underwear or your phone. In the end we put them in a plastic supermarket bag out of necessity, but I would have liked a larger drawstring pouch (like those often provided at other Onsens) to be available in the Room. Also, my wife said she felt scared because it was dark on the way to the large bath as well as inside it. Lastly, we felt the air conditioner noise was slightly loud—just mentioning it in case. And the meals were outstanding! The balance, portion size, and taste—everything was excellent with nothing to complain about. Because I’m big-built I eat quite a lot and meals at Accommodations often aren’t enough for me; this time I shared small portions of my wife’s meal with our son as well and still felt about 90% full. While breakfast can be disappointing at many places these days, breakfast here was also solid—and it wasn’t that thin crispy dried horse mackerel you often see everywhere else either (which was nice). Above all else: the wasabi was delicious! Being able to get refills freely made it even better. In any case, we definitely want to come again—thank you very much.

As a couple, we were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. We had high expectations because the Reviews were highly rated, and this Hotel truly lived up to them. The Room layout is closer to that of a Business Hotel, but it was very clean, well equipped, and we had no complaints. The large public bath was never crowded, so we were able to use it several times during our stay. There was also a massage chair, which made it easy to unwind and relax. Breakfast was a standard buffet with plenty of variety. The French toast in particular was delicious. We also enjoyed visiting the adjacent Isuzu Plaza more than we expected. If you stay here, I recommend making a Reservation in advance for the tour.

This time I was in Memanbetsu for work and mostly just slept, but thanks to the warm hospitality of your staff, I was able to relax and enjoy a restful stay. Thank you very much. As we had never stayed in Atami before, we chose this Hotel for our 40th wedding anniversary trip. When I mentioned it to the staff at check-in, they surprised us with an anniversary dessert plate at dinner. It was beautifully done, and we truly appreciated the care they put into it for us. We chose a Room with an open-air bath. We were able to relax and soak while enjoying the view. The large public bath was also very pleasant. The meals were a delight for both the eyes and the palate. We were told the menu had just changed to the autumn selection, and in particular, the tilefish scale-grilled dish was outstanding. At breakfast the next morning, I noticed that the flowers in the vase on our table were different from those at dinner; when I asked a staff member, they said they change them between night and morning. I was impressed by such thoughtful attention to detail. Breakfast was also served as a course meal, and it was fun being able to choose between an egg dish or curry. The butter served with the bread was white in color with a rich flavor—absolutely delicious. Overall, every staff member provided courteous service and had wonderful smiles. Their attentive yet unobtrusive approach felt just right. As someone who lives a busy day-to-day life, thank you for giving me such an extraordinary escape—it became a truly memorable trip thanks to you all. We would love to visit again soon.

The room was spotless and well prepared, and the staff’s greetings when welcoming us and seeing us off left a great impression. I was surprised by the level of service provided at this price. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of downtown areas such as Kawaramachi, with easy access to Kyoto Station. We visited by car this time, and there are many parking lots nearby, making it convenient for drivers as well. I think this Accommodation offers excellent value in terms of price, service, and location. I would like to stay again.

This was a wonderful Accommodation that made my first trip to Niigata truly special. While the building and furnishings showed their age, there were programs where we could enjoy local culture, such as shamisen performances and readings about the snow country, and thoughtful amenities like sake lees face packs, Japanese sake, and coffee, making it an Accommodation where we could fully enjoy Yuzawa. All of the staff, as well as the shamisen instructor, were outstanding. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

My spouse, our younger daughter, and my 88-year-old mother stayed for one night. The arrival briefing was thorough and easy to understand, and whenever we had questions—at any time and in any place—the staff always responded accurately and courteously. What made us happiest was celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday at the restaurant: they kindly treated us to a special dish with sea bream, red rice, and sake. They also provided my husband with a purple outfit and took a commemorative family photo for us. It became a wonderful celebration, and we were deeply moved by the restaurant team’s thoughtful hospitality. The food was excellent, especially the fresh seafood. We also really enjoyed the Awa Odori event.\nThanks to everyone at the Hotel and restaurant, it was a truly memorable trip, and we are sincerely grateful.

This is our third year in a row staying here, and thanks to you we were able to relax again this time. The delicious sweets and tea served upon arrival, the beautiful greenery of the trees visible throughout the property, the clean and comfortable Room, the spacious open-air bath in the Room, the large public baths and private baths—each with its own unique atmosphere—and the meals that were a delight to look at and, of course, tasted wonderful—everything was outstanding. We are also grateful to all of your staff for their consistently pleasant hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

I had admired this Hotel for a long time, and this time I finally decided to stay. I was delighted by an unexpected Room upgrade, and soaking in the bathtub at a relaxed pace soothed my flight fatigue, leaving me feeling more energized each day (haha). While other Hotels are becoming more simplified, your wonderful hospitality reminded me, “Yes—this is what a Hotel should be like,” and I truly hope you will continue to carry it forward. Thanks to the Diamond member benefit, we received a Room upgrade. The moment we stepped inside, the space was so generous that I couldn’t help but say, “Wow.” The interior was consistently styled with a Kyoto-inspired Japanese aesthetic, creating a wonderfully calm atmosphere. The indirect lighting was thoughtfully designed, and the Room felt especially lovely at night. The tableware included beautiful, like-new pieces from Noritake and HARIO. My personal favorite was the bath salts—soaking in the tub while surrounded by natural aromas was truly relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, and having it delivered to our Room made everything feel effortless. Rather than a Hotel stay, it felt like relaxing in a private residence. This time we stayed for one night, but it’s an Accommodation where I’d love to enjoy a Multiple Night Stay at a slower pace. All staff were polite and kind, which made us feel at ease. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

All the staff were cheerful and kind, making our trip even more enjoyable. The Hotel was a little hard to find, but the Facility was more than sufficient for pets. In the morning, we took a walk down the stairs from the dog run and found Lake Hamana—it felt wonderful. We also enjoyed an excellent full-course meal. As for the Room, it was unnecessarily spacious for us as a couple, so next time we may choose a smaller Room. In such an elegant setting, sipping complimentary sparkling wine alone in the lounge in the evening while looking out at Lake Hamana and the sunset was pure bliss. This is a Hotel we would definitely love to visit again.

This was our first stay on the Club Floor in two years, and thanks to your courteous and pleasant service from check-in onward, we had a very comfortable time. Maybe it’s Okinawa, maybe it’s The Terrace Hotels—either way, the juice in this lounge always tastes especially delicious. We also visited the newly introduced nightcap service, and it was wonderful to relax after dinner with coffee at Maroad. There were piano performances on both nights; each pianist arranged familiar tunes from Studio Ghibli and Disney that anyone can enjoy, and my wife and I had fun listening while guessing the song titles. A lounge staff member who assisted us two years ago even remembered us—just as my wife and I had hoped—and we truly enjoyed chatting together. This time we also used the gym and La Sima for the first time, and my wife was delighted, saying, “This was our most enjoyable stay at The Naha Terrace ever!” Thank you again to all of your staff. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

Quiet and reassuring. Impeccably clean. From the stairs to the lobby, every space reflects the owner’s attention to detail. My favorite is the wraparound balcony—spending Kyoto’s magic hour here always leaves me feeling quietly happy.

The Room was spacious and clean, with a great view overlooking the Seto Inland Sea. The bath was large, the air conditioner was new, and it was comfortable to stay with our dog as well. The service was polite and very good. Thank you very much. If the price were a little lower, it would be easier to stay again and would have been perfect.
