When I mentioned during conversations with staff that this trip was for my birthday, they decorated the room beautifully. It made me so happy—thank you! The spa experience was incredibly relaxing; I even wished I had stayed for two nights instead of one. However, during dinner

All of the meals were delicious, and we were completely satisfied. The Onsen was also wonderful—my skin felt smooth and deeply moisturized, which truly impressed me. I also loved the original hand cream made with Onsen water that I received as a birthday gift so much that I even

Although we didn’t explicitly mention this, the staff who assisted us during dinner provided exceptional service. They served the meals at our pace and even engaged in pleasant conversation, allowing us to fully refresh ourselves. The Onsen and facility were also very satisfy

My wife, daughter, and I stayed here together. First of all, the staff service was outstanding. From the team member who picked us up from the parking lot, to the one who escorted us to our room, to the person in charge of our meals—and even those we passed in the hallway—everyone had such warm smiles and made us feel truly welcome. The moment we entered our room, it felt impeccably clean (it even had an AirDog air purifier!). The large windows made it bright and open, the amenities were plentiful, and both the bed and futon were so comfortable that we slept soundly. The in-house guide on the provided iPad was also extremely convenient. We enjoyed our meals in a building with 100 years of history. Being able to dine in such a historic setting alone felt like a special experience. As for the food itself—I’m no gourmet—but it was simply delicious. You could really sense the chef’s attention to detail, and every dish was beautiful as well as enjoyable to eat. At breakfast there was even a small Nambu ironware teapot used as a chopstick rest; I ended up buying one along with chopsticks as souvenirs. The bath temperature was perfect for me and very relaxing. Finally—and what impressed me most—was how every single staff member seemed united in their focus on making guests happy. I’ve experienced great service at many places, but there’s usually variation from person to person. Here, that inconsistency was almost nonexistent; nothing felt scripted—just genuinely natural hospitality. I would absolutely love to stay again next time.

I had a very comfortable 3-day, 2-night stay in a quiet setting. The meals were delicious, and the nightly mini concerts in the lobby were truly relaxing. As I was traveling solo, it wasn’t cheap, but the Facility and the quality of the cuisine more than justified it. If I had to mention one thing, the toilet paper in the Room was thin and a bit inconvenient to use. It was a wonderful and comfortable Hotel that will likely make me want to return again in summer.

The attentive service is exceptional, making this a truly comfortable Hotel. We also enjoyed the newly renovated bar lounge and the spa massage—pure bliss. We were especially grateful for the Shuttle Service that took us anywhere on the island. The dining here is outstanding

Our dog weighs around 10 kg, so we really appreciated being able to walk him on a leash. The building is spacious, so we were able to relax without running into many other dogs. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The meat and fish were very fresh, with a wide variety of dishes—we were completely satisfied. Every staff member was kind and welcoming. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance. Thank you very much.

We stayed during the latter half of Silver Week. The weather was great on the first day, so the views were beautiful and we were very satisfied. It really is better when the grape leaves are still on the vines! We arrived at CAVE D’OCCI before noon, completed check-in, and had lunch at a nearby café. We ordered a pasta set—just the right portion and delicious. After that, we joined a private winery tour, which ended with a wine tasting. Everything was so good that we bought 12 bottles of wine! Since there was still time before dinner, we went to an Onsen Facility about a 3-minute walk away and relaxed. Back at the Hotel, there was complimentary white wine during happy hour. From 5:30 p.m., dinner was served with wine pairing. The food was excellent, and the wines were great as well. Since only CAVE D’OCCI wines are offered, there are no full-bodied options, so preferences may vary. Breakfast was also delicious—the tomato juice is outstanding!

Everything, including the room, bath, and meals, was exceptional. The private open-air bath was especially praised by both my spouse and me. Although the water was slightly lukewarm, it allowed us to soak longer and enjoy lively conversations. The facial esthetic plan was also

Everything was wonderful, including the staff’s service. I would like to stay here again.

We also loved the atmospheric space with its beautiful exposed-beam ceiling architecture. Throughout the Accommodation, everything was tatami flooring so we could walk barefoot everywhere comfortably—it felt wonderful. With beautiful scenery, Onsen baths, excellent food, and atte

Thank you for your hospitality once again. Although it had been about a year since our last stay, we truly appreciated that you remembered us and even confirmed our meal preferences in advance. My wife and mother requested spa treatments, and they mentioned not only how skilled a

This was our second stay at Sekiyo. We were upgraded from Taikan and were able to stay in Kangetsuan. It was our first time in a detached guest room, and it was very quiet. From time to time, small birds came to the tree by the window, and my spouse and I were able to relax at a leisurely pace. We also fully enjoyed both the indoor bath and the open-air bath. The meals were wonderful—there were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all, and everything was delicious. The attentive service from the room attendant was excellent as well, and we would love to visit Sekiyo again.

We enjoyed our meal in a semi-private dining area and ate to our heart’s content. There aren’t any convenience stores nearby, but there was a small convenience store and a souvenir shop inside the hotel! The open-air bath in the room was amazing, especially when soaking while watching the sunrise. I’d love to come again.

The breathtaking view of Lake Kanna from the room. The beautifully designed private bath. It was a truly soothing and relaxing inn. The ornaments and decorations placed throughout showed thoughtful attention to detail, and everyone, including the staff, treated us with great care and courtesy. This was our first stay here. We’re grateful for this wonderful discovery—and we now have one more place we’d love to return to.

The meals were served in a private dining room and were delicious, carefully prepared dishes. It is a serene Accommodation, and I am grateful for the attentive care shown by the gentleman in the lounge. I also used the spa salon and it was excellent. I have stayed at many A

All the staff were kind and helpful; the meals were outstanding, the Onsen was wonderful, and every aspect of the service showed thoughtful attention to detail—truly a lovely Accommodation.\nI also loved the tasteful selection of plants in the garden; the autumn berries added beautiful color, and I wanted to use it as inspiration for my own garden, so I took photos and used Google to find out the names of some of the trees.\nIn the morning, a varied tit even came by to visit, and I found myself soothed by this beautiful garden that never got boring no matter how long I looked at it.\nEverything was perfect from start to finish, and we were able to enjoy a truly luxurious time.\nI’d love to visit again in a different season. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

During our trip from the main island to Miyakojima, we stayed here for the entire time on the main island. The Room was spacious and very clean! We were truly touched by the honeymoon towel art and flowers that were prepared for us. The view of the ocean and Kouri Bridge from the Room was breathtaking. My husband was thrilled with the Agu pork shabu-shabu dinner. We also dined at a restaurant in the Hotel group, and it was delicious and stylish as well. Breakfast was delivered to our Room, and even during our Multiple Night Stay, they changed the menu each day—everything was so thoughtful. We had a wonderfully relaxing Hotel stay while enjoying a resort atmosphere, and our time on Kouri Island became an unforgettable memory. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again someday.

The beautifully designed room was spotless and very relaxing. Soaking in the open-air bath while gazing at the garden was a slow, soul-warming experience. The dishes were beautifully presented, with carefully prepared dashi that brought out the best of each ingredient. For breakfast, we enjoyed freshly cooked white rice made in a clay pot. Above all, the staff’s warm smiles and thoughtful hospitality left a lasting impression. We were welcomed and seen off with genuine care. It was an even more wonderful stay than we had imagined. The room rate is certainly not cheap, but it felt well worth the price and more. We would love to visit again.

Amid the traditional Japanese atmosphere of the Onsen town, a space reminiscent of Italian architecture unfolds, allowing for a relaxing resort-like experience. We walked across the street to another building to enjoy the Onsen, which had an abundant flow of water and provided
