Everything, from the service, room, lounge, and spa, was exceptional. The breakfast buffet service and the celebratory plate were all perfect, leaving us extremely satisfied. The outdoor jacuzzi by the pool was amazing and offered a great view—highly recommended! The textur

We stayed here 40 years ago for our honeymoon and returned to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff kindly offered us congratulatory messages, making our stay very pleasant. The dinner was abundant with delicious dishes, and we were delighted by a surprise as well. We tr

The club lounge was clean, had plenty of drinks, and was very relaxing. The heated infinity pool exclusively for Club Floor guests was the deciding factor for this stay, and we were able to use it almost privately—my daughters were thrilled. The food in the club lounge during coc

Throughout my stay, everyone was attentive in the smallest ways and treated me with great professionalism and warmth. I accidentally left something behind, and they handled it very kindly and quickly—I am truly grateful. I can confidently recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting

This was our first trip with my daughter and her husband, our grandchild, and two dogs. The Room was very spacious, and our 2-year-old grandchild was thrilled—running around until bedtime. Our Room was on the second floor, and the area below seemed to be around the front desk, so we didn’t have to worry too much about noise for guests downstairs. It was also our dogs’ first overnight stay, so we were a bit anxious, but most guests on the same floor were traveling with dogs as well. We could hear barking here and there, which made it feel relaxed and heartwarming. Having meals served in the Room was wonderful. If I could make one request: dessert and soup were served at the same time during dinner, so I would appreciate it if the soup could be served first. The Onsen was excellent—I went in three times. A typhoon was approaching so unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, but when the rain stopped we took a walk with our dogs and grandchild. The Onsen town at night had a lovely atmosphere and was really nice. All of the staff were friendly and spoke kindly to both our grandchild and our dogs—we truly felt their warmth. It was a very enjoyable Accommodation that left us with lasting memories. P.S.: The Room had everything prepared, including a crate, pet sheets/pads, a lint roller (sticky roller), deodorizer spray, and more.

Of course the facilities were excellent, but true service comes down to people—and in every situation, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. I was impressed by the thorough training, dedication to hospitality, and the weight of tradition. Even at breakfast, coffee was served

I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

It was the best, dreamlike three days, warmly welcomed with a familiar smile. After exploring the area and returning to the Room, I was greeted again with another smile. Delicious meals and a luxurious, relaxing Room. Thanks to you, I feel motivated and ready to do my best until my next visit! I’ll be back—to hear “Welcome home” again.

The staff were well trained and full of hospitality. The Room was, of course, excellent, and it was also great fun to make our own siphon coffee, with bath salts and aromatherapy items provided as well—full of thoughtful touches. The three bars were always quiet, and the pool was

All staff members were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. We participated in the stargazing event where we even saw shooting stars—it was so much fun! Wanting to see seasonal starry skies again soon, we've already made our next reservation—we’re

We stayed here for a very special occasion—my proposal. From the moment we arrived, we felt transported from everyday life: the view of Ago Bay from our Room, the tranquility that enveloped the entire property, and the soothing comfort of the Onsen made for an unforgettable stay

I accidentally forgot my contact lens solution, but I was able to buy it at the Nara Kenko Land reception, which was very helpful. The pool was indoors and comfortable. Towels are available, so I could travel light, which made it very convenient. I’d like to visit again next year

They also helped us in the same way during checkout. We truly appreciate their kind support. After check-in, my mother rested on the bed for a while as our family enjoyed time together at the pool and dog run. The meals were delicious, and after dinner, we relaxed in the open-ai

As soon as we stepped inside, it felt like an escape from everyday life. The kids were thrilled and had so much fun playing in the pool. We also enjoyed the complimentary monaka served from 3:00 PM and the soup served from 9:00 PM, and we had plenty of coffee and juice as well.

Additionally, we were delighted by the thoughtful celebration arrangements including balloons, cake, Japanese sweets, non-alcoholic champagne, and chocolates. We also enjoyed using the pool and spa facilities; they were clean and provided an elegant experience. One concern was

We had afternoon tea, evening service, and breakfast, and everything felt wonderfully seasonal—we were very satisfied. My wife even had sparkling wine with breakfast (laugh). It more than met our expectations, and we had an amazing, fulfilling staycation. We’re planning to come

The breathtaking view as you enter the room is truly impressive. The heated pool allows for enjoyment from morning to night. During our multiple night stay, the pool remained clean and free of insects, making swimming a pleasant experience throughout! The geckos were adorable too

The ocean stretching across the large windows and the wonderful space filled with soft light made our time there truly blissful. The BBQ while watching the sunset was also amazing. As a family, we ate and drank while watching the colors of the sea and sky change, leaving both our

We stayed at Allamanda Splendid during Silver Week 2026. Our family loves each of the Shigira Group hotels, and we stay at one of them about four times a year. This time, we were really looking forward to staying at Splendid, the newest property. As expected for a newly opened hotel, everything was very clean and beautiful. The on-site pool was also spotless and spacious, and our child happily spent a lot of time swimming. We also appreciated being able to choose from three breakfast venues. It’s relatively close to Shigira Beach as well, which made our stay very comfortable. All of the staff were truly kind, and it was a wonderful experience. Our whole family was extremely satisfied with this hotel. Thank you very much. We look forward to staying with you again.
