Their attentiveness is always impressive. Spending time in the Room or Club Lounge while enjoying views of the National Diet Building and Prime Minister's Office is truly exceptional. We used the pool twice and felt completely refreshed. For breakfast, we always enjoy ORIGA

Since you can check in and out on mobile, you can relax in your Room until the last minute and head out right away. Working out at the pool and gym, enjoying great meals, and then unwinding in the Room made for an ideal refreshing stay. I’d love to return again. (Note: The Cit

Although the lobby, restaurant, pool, and other facilities are compact, they are very calm and comfortable. The pool we used on the second day had beautiful tiles and a serene atmosphere that felt sophisticated—almost like staying at an overseas hotel. The king-size bed was in

The staff's attentive yet unobtrusive hospitality and their exceptional service with a smile truly reflect the standards of a luxury hotel. With an age restriction in place, the serene atmosphere was perfect, and I thoroughly enjoyed live music by the poolside on Friday evening,

We stayed at Allamanda Splendid during Silver Week 2026. Our family loves each of the Shigira Group hotels, and we stay at one of them about four times a year. This time, we were really looking forward to staying at Splendid, the newest property. As expected for a newly opened hotel, everything was very clean and beautiful. The on-site pool was also spotless and spacious, and our child happily spent a lot of time swimming. We also appreciated being able to choose from three breakfast venues. It’s relatively close to Shigira Beach as well, which made our stay very comfortable. All of the staff were truly kind, and it was a wonderful experience. Our whole family was extremely satisfied with this hotel. Thank you very much. We look forward to staying with you again.

We enjoyed every meal: shabu-shabu for dinner, tuna dishes, and breakfast. I was especially impressed by the fresh grapefruit juice. The staff were all kind, and we had a truly lovely time. “I want to come back!”—and with that one thought, I booked next year’s flight. I’m also

The wonderful space and the night view from the window made for an incredibly luxurious time. We also used the pool, which was very comfortable and a great workout, followed by a relaxing nap in our Room. It was such a lovely place that made us want to fully enjoy our Hotel stay.

The kids enjoyed the pool every day, and I was able to relax in my favorite sauna. If I had one request, since the bath was available from 3:00 PM, it would have been perfect if morning baths were also possible. Also, the washing machines were crowded, and it felt like issues cou

Beppu for the first time in a year—and GAHAMA Terrace. Nothing to complain about; we had a very comfortable stay. I really do love this place. I also love the view from the maisonette—being at eye level with the sea is wonderful—but it might be better if the plants were trimmed a bit. I know they grow back quickly in summer, so it may be difficult, but from inside, having the ocean fill the entire window is simply perfect. We’ll visit again when it gets cooler. GAHAMA is amazing, and Beppu is amazing too.

The infinity pool was truly spectacular, and the staff's attention to detail and exceptional hospitality made for a luxurious experience. Additionally, I arranged a surprise for my wife in advance, and the concierge provided incredibly thoughtful suggestions and assistance wit

Additionally, the layout allowed for seamless access from the pool to the large public bath afterward, making our time there very comfortable. The attention to detail and refined sense of hospitality left a lasting impression. I would love to stay here again when visiting Yamana

As a result, both days were sunny, and I enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. I prepared breakfast myself, but the kitchen was very user-friendly with almost all basic tools and seasonings available, making it feel like home. The Room was comfortable to use, the bed was cozy to s

The next day, after breakfast, my daughter and I used the pools on the 1st and 8th floors again, while my wife enjoyed a stone sauna on the 2nd floor. The view of the ocean from both the entrance and our room was breathtaking. We felt completely refreshed both mentally and ph

They shared how every single detail of the service was meticulous from start to finish, moving them to tears with emotion. Thank you so much for everything. We sincerely appreciate your company’s dedication to excellent employee training behind such outstanding hospitality. Th

(The welcome snack HIYORI chips were delicious!) I played my favorite music on the Bluetooth speaker and spent some time relaxing in the room before enjoying the pool. In the evening, I listened to sunset music (a cello performance that day) by the poolside. Later, I enjoyed a de

Of course, all hotel staff were exceptionally hospitable and attentive, making it a perfect holiday experience. Since it's newly built, the facilities are state-of-the-art and impeccably clean. The children enjoyed both the heated pool and playing in the ocean while also exper

The hotel’s location was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The ocean-view open-air bath felt incredibly spacious and refreshing. We could relax anywhere on the property and truly enjoy a blissful stay. With drinks stocked in the refrigerator and so many thoughtful services, we were completely satisfied. Dinner was served at a stylish restaurant where we savored delicious Italian cuisine. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very comfortable. We also appreciated that they changed our table between dinner and breakfast so we could dine from the best seats—such a thoughtful touch. It wasn’t too far from Kumamoto City either, and we’d love to come back again.

Of course the facilities were excellent, but true service comes down to people—and in every situation, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. I was impressed by the thorough training, dedication to hospitality, and the weight of tradition. Even at breakfast, coffee was served

It was very convenient that there were places to rinse swimsuits and a spin dryer at the beach, but it would be even better if there were a route to the first-floor bath where you could rinse off sand from the beach or pool and enter directly in your swimsuit. If the drink menu a

The sound of the river and birds, along with the private open-air bath in the Room, were wonderful. The pool with an open-air bath, called "Puro," had cute swimsuits available in various sizes, which was very convenient. The lounge offered free drinks, including both alcoholic an
