Indoor pool: Spacious, with three kids’ slides—great for families. Sauna Selection: Three types—a sauna with löyly, an aroma sauna, and a cooling Snow sauna. Snow sauna: It was my first time experiencing snow falling from the ceiling in a sauna—I was amazed! It felt incredible

Coming back from snorkeling and slipping straight into the private pool in our Room felt amazing—I could have stayed in forever while looking out at the mangroves. We had San’s shabu-shabu served in our Room, and everything was delicious right down to the soba at the end. Next

We stayed with four adults, one child, and five dogs (including two large dogs) across two generations. It was so wonderful that words cannot describe it. I immediately recommended it to friends and relatives. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, and campfire until late at night, and my

Lying on a poolside chair, enjoying wine while gazing at the horizon where the sky meets the sea—pure bliss. The soothing breeze and sound of water made it a perfect holiday. The food was delicious, the Room was clean and stylish, and the hospitality was absolutely 100 ou

The Room is villa-style with separate units, so we hardly encountered other guests and were able to relax in a private space. From welcome drinks to checkout, every moment felt special—it was a truly fulfilling stay. This is a wonderful Accommodation that I would love to visit

The area around the bathtub was especially lovely, and even the amenities provided were all excellent items. We also received thoughtful gifts, which made our time in the Room feel truly special. Regarding the in-house facilities, the pool was particularly comfortable. Perhaps du

Without unnecessary exhaustion, I could enjoy shopping or strolling around Marunouchi after sunset for a highly satisfying time. I also used the pool; while compact, it was clean and allowed for proper exercise. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten a dress in the cl

Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with each dish carefully prepared. The bath was bright and clean; although it wasn't an Onsen, I enjoyed it multiple times. The audio room's sound system was impressive with excellent quality—while I used it for one hour this time, I

During our trip from the main island to Miyakojima, we stayed here for the entire time on the main island. The Room was spacious and very clean! We were truly touched by the honeymoon towel art and flowers that were prepared for us. The view of the ocean and Kouri Bridge from the Room was breathtaking. My husband was thrilled with the Agu pork shabu-shabu dinner. We also dined at a restaurant in the Hotel group, and it was delicious and stylish as well. Breakfast was delivered to our Room, and even during our Multiple Night Stay, they changed the menu each day—everything was so thoughtful. We had a wonderfully relaxing Hotel stay while enjoying a resort atmosphere, and our time on Kouri Island became an unforgettable memory. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again someday.

We truly appreciated it. The anniversary plate was also very well received. As this was a commemorative trip, they decorated our bed for us—it was adorable and made us very happy. The private pool and jacuzzi in the Room were clean as well. The pool’s circulation system kept it

We stayed as a family of four and had an amazing time enjoying the spacious private area (including our dog) within the property. Highlights included BBQs with the Brio1King Grill (both indoors and poolside), a sauna, an outdoor jacuzzi bath, and endless fun in the pool. The kids

We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Since it opened, I’ve visited about once a month—this was my 10th stay, totaling 12 nights. Thank you as always for welcoming me so warmly and making every visit so comfortable. I also received commemorative gifts and kind words here and there to mark my 10th visit. This tim

The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The lounge offered juice and snacks, which made them very happy. There was also a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including beer, shochu, and whiskey, along with excellent snacks to pair with them (though this might just be because I l
