My daughter and I stayed here together. We had a luggage issue before arriving at the Hotel and ended up arriving an hour late for dinner, but you kindly accommodated us, for which we are truly grateful. For the meal, although it was already past the time when it would normally have been served as a boxed meal, you were considerate enough to serve us as planned, and I was nearly moved to tears. Every dish was not only beautifully presented but also thoughtfully prepared with seasonal ingredients and flavors that guests of any age can enjoy. The seasoning and portions were just right, and everything was truly delicious. We chose the plan with breakfast included, and it was very lavish—yet never heavy—and before we knew it, we had finished everything. The rice was especially delicious; my daughter and I even said afterward that we should have asked for seconds. The Onsen bath was very clean, and it felt so wonderful that we forgot all about the day’s troubles. We also used the open-air bath; since it was a full moon that night, we enjoyed a blissful time soaking while looking at the moon peeking through the trees. The Room was very spacious, with a Japanese-style room plus a separate bedroom with beds. It’s a layout where you can relax in comfort in the Japanese-style room and then sleep soundly in bed afterward—something guests of any age can enjoy. Above all else, every member of staff provided outstanding service. When we arrived at Kinugawa Onsen Station there were hardly any taxis available, and we were worried about whether we could reach the Hotel on foot along dark roads. You picked us up by car from the station, which helped us tremendously. You also drove us to the station again the next day—thank you so much. Thanks to you, we made our scheduled train on time. Your kindness in every respect truly moved us. There are many Ryokan out there and we have stayed at several before, but this is a Hotel where we were satisfied with everything: staff service, cuisine, baths, and Rooms. This time it was only one night because there were other places we wanted to visit as well; however, if we travel to the Nikko area again next time, we will definitely choose this Hotel. And since we had your wonderful food rather hurriedly this time due to our late arrival (laugh), next time I’d like to arrive on schedule and savor each dish more slowly. We sincerely appreciate all your kindness. Thank you very much. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

On the recommendation of an acquaintance who lives in Ibusuki, I stayed here in March and April this year. What stands out most about Ginsho is the delicious food! In addition to fresh local sashimi, the freshly fried Satsuma-age was exceptional. The seasoning was not too strong, and the portions were just right. The Onsen water quality was also excellent. I was able to relax and unwind.\n\nThe friendly and wonderful proprietress, whose warm personality truly shows in her smile, took great care of me. All of the staff were kind and provided very pleasant service. I will visit again soon. Thank you very much for everything!

We stayed in “Yamabuki 301” for a refreshing getaway as a couple. Although we arrived a little earlier than planned due to our own circumstances, the staff welcomed us warmly and graciously, which truly impressed us. What stood out most during our stay was the outstanding dining experience. The French dinner was delicate and beautifully presented—something to enjoy with all five senses—and we savored it to the fullest along with the wine pairing. Even after returning to our Room, we found ourselves talking together about the lingering impressions of the meal. The Japanese breakfast was also wonderful: rice, soup, and grilled fish were served at their best—perfectly warm and delicious—and we felt genuine hospitality in every detail. We would have loved it if items like the miso and nori tsukudani served at breakfast were available for purchase at the shop. One reason we chose this Room was its water garden, and it was truly soothing. In particular, the atmosphere of the in-room bath and its perfectly balanced water temperature were exceptional—it melted away all our everyday fatigue. The spa we enjoyed as a couple was also an excellent relaxation experience from start to finish, thanks to attentive service and skilled all-hand treatments. (It would be even better if there were options such as massage Plans focused on deep tissue or loosening tight muscles.) If there is one small point: since it was an extremely hot day when we visited, we wished the refrigerator in our Room cooled a bit more strongly. However, overall satisfaction far exceeded that minor concern—this was a truly wonderful Accommodation. Next time, we’d love to visit in another season to enjoy the changing scenery; in summer, perhaps choose a villa with a pool; and while the French cuisine goes without saying, we’d also like to try Japanese dinner during a Multiple Night Stay. We’re grateful to have found an Accommodation that makes us want to return again. Thank you very much.

Thank you for taking care of our family of four for one night and two days. One of us was delayed due to work and might not have made it in time for dinner. When we informed the staff, they kindly changed our dining Room and made various thoughtful arrangements so that even if we arrived late, we could relax without rushing. We stayed in August. The Hotel itself felt a bit old, but the necessary areas have been renovated. Good points - The Hotel has an outdoor pool. It’s a bit far to Ito Orange Beach, so the pool is more than enough for kids to play. It’s also heated, and the water temperature was comfortable. - There are karaoke rooms, table tennis, and a free manga corner. - The complimentary Onsen manju at welcome service is delicious. - As part of the Fujita Kanko Group, there are Plans that include free tickets to Hakone Kowakien Yunessun and Shimoda Aquarium. There is also a 24-hour MaxValu right next door, where you can buy any snacks or treats you need. Points for improvement - If it’s only seafood, it can get repetitive, so I’d like more variety in meat and vegetable dishes as well. - I would prefer card keys for the Room. Overall, I felt it offered excellent value for money.

As soon as we stepped inside, it felt like an escape from everyday life. The kids were thrilled and had so much fun playing in the pool. We also enjoyed the complimentary monaka served from 3:00 PM and the soup served from 9:00 PM, and we had plenty of coffee and juice as well.
