In particular, I made full use of the thalasso pool and felt refreshed both physically and mentally. During my visits, Instructor O kindly taught me some tips, and in Pool No. 14 I experienced relaxing completely and floating effortlessly. Thanks to the buoyancy of deep ocean wat

Although it’s in a convenient location, I hadn’t had the chance to visit until now, and I was able to truly relax. It was a reassuring Hotel where you can feel Japan’s unique spirit of hospitality. From the courteous explanations by what seemed like an experienced hotel staff member, to the way someone who appeared to be the person in charge quietly checked on things during breakfast, the flexible support in the lounge, and thoughtful touches even after checkout—there was an atmosphere of refined, calm hospitality that naturally made me feel well cared for. The message dessert and flower arrangement I requested at short notice were also wonderful, and the Room was bright and modern—somewhere I’d love to make my “second home.” If I may offer a suggestion, I think a simple map summarizing nearby highlights and how to get there would make the stay even more enjoyable (the sculpture(s), surrounding buildings/area, Hie Shrine, local history, etc.). Also, it would be great to have an easy-to-use solo relaxation Plan or a Plan where guests can casually enjoy matcha. In addition, having liquid hand soap (rather than bar soap) would be convenient. It’s a Hotel I would gladly choose again—whether with family or friends, or even on my own. In the future, it would be wonderful if my family or acquaintances held their wedding ceremony or reception at the neighboring classic house and could stay at this Hotel as well.

There is a pool, a beach for swimming, and even goats, making it especially enjoyable for families with children. Snorkeling gear, marine shoes, and life jackets are available for free rental. For dinner, we enjoyed kaiseki cuisine, which was delicious and very satisfying. We

The Onsen pool was wonderful, and I went in many times. I hadn’t brought a swimsuit, but they kindly rented me a cute one! The hot stone sauna was also truly relaxing and warmed me through to the core. My husband loved it and went in again and again. The meals were excellent—bo

We stayed in a Room with a private pool at SideB. Both the Room and the pool were spacious, and we were able to relax deeply. The pool, which seems to have been newly built this year, is large enough for serious swimming. All of the Hotel staff were kind, and chatting at the café and during breakfast became one of our highlights. It’s a wonderful Hotel, and we’d love to come back.

In the evening, there was a kids' area where children could play after dinner, which was great for letting off some energy. We also had fun playing games and table tennis together. Although we couldn’t enter Aqua Beat, we enjoyed the heated pool, which seemed to satisfy our

The desk was spacious and comfortable, and the view of the garden and sea of clouds from the window was soothing, allowing me to relax. The staff were kind in arranging taxis and at the restaurant, and their thoughtful care made me very happy. Thanks to them, I passed successfu

A variety of food and drinks are also available in the lobby, which our children look forward to every time. This time as well, they were especially excited about the brown sugar buns and warabi mochi, and they were delighted. We were also very satisfied with the pool, including

- High-quality ReFa hair dryers available at the public bath. - Gym and indoor pool facilities are available. - A FamilyMart inside the hotel open until 11 PM. - The breakfast and dinner buffets are incredibly luxurious! - Kids loved their dedicated buffet corner. **Wh

Additionally, I was very satisfied with the numerous benefits of being a Diamond Member. The facilities are modern, the location is perfect, and the staff's service was impeccable. When staying in Naha, Hotel Collective is my only choice for accommodation. Thank you very much!

I made the mistake of thinking I had booked the same Room as before, not realizing it had been completely renovated, and only noticed after entering. I hadn’t read the description carefully enough. It was my first time using a daybed, but it felt modern, and I’m satisfied with it in its own way. As for the in-room bath, last time it rained and we got caught in the rain while using the open-air bath, but this time it felt easier to use than before. However, adjusting the temperature is still a bit tricky. The meals were just as satisfying as before in both portion size and taste. Last time, simmered golden eye snapper was served at the end when I was already very full, so I couldn’t finish it, but this time it was served midway through and I was able to eat everything. That said, the seasoning of the spiny lobster dish didn’t quite suit two elderly guests like us. It felt overly elaborate and seemed to mask the lobster’s natural flavor. For us, something simpler like sashimi or simply grilled would have been better. Our attendant was a foreign national and did their best to explain each dish clearly, which we appreciated; casual conversation might be difficult though. It seems that staffing shortages have reached Hotels as well. We were impressed that you greeted us right as we drove in upon arrival and saw us off at departure—service that remained just as attentive as last time. If we have another chance to visit Izu, we would like to stay with you again. Thank you very much.

Thank you again sincerely showing such care towards guests’ happiness! Lastly apologize forgetting express gratitude directly checkout moment distracted upcoming plans rushed manner instead properly acknowledging everything done behalf family especially daughter heartfelt thanks

The staff were very courteous, and the Room was clean. The bathroom was also spacious, so I could relax. At check-in, women received a one-day skincare set as a gift, and everyone was given thick hand wipes and discount coupons for the on-site restaurant, which was great. When I asked at the Western-style restaurant where we had dinner if they had tea, they kindly went out of their way to bring some from the Japanese restaurant, and I felt sorry for the trouble. If I have a chance to visit Kure again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

Dinner was a teppanyaki course at "Zen." The Ishigaki Island beef was exceptional, complemented by delightful conversations with the chef. Thank you for celebrating with us and even preparing an anniversary plate—it became a truly memorable day. This accommodation exceeded all

The kids were thrilled. Thank you as well to the staff member watching over the pool for regularly skimming leaves and sharing helpful information. It was a perfect way to end summer vacation—we made great memories and our whole family was very satisfied. We will definitely visit

Thank you to all the staff for their pleasant and helpful service. We could tell in many ways that guest feedback is properly reflected in how this Accommodation is run! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with a wide variety of options. The night pool also had a great atmos

A newly opened APA Hotel with a resort-like atmosphere, as expected. The design was clean and stylish, with plenty of elevators and a spacious lobby. The staff provided polite and excellent service, making it a wonderful Hotel experience. The large public bath was spacious

It would be great if there were a gym within the beach house itself! Despite the unfortunate weather, the outdoor pool was fantastic. It had a luxurious resort vibe that made me feel like I was in another world. The indoor pool was stylish and Instagram-worthy but quite noisy

I had only known Hotel Okura Kobe, but since this was my first trip to Hakata, I chose Hotel Okura Fukuoka. The service and housekeeping were excellent, and access from the Shinkansen station was easy to understand and very convenient. As someone unfamiliar with the area, I truly appreciate the female staff member who kindly showed me on a map where to find delicious ramen and answered my questions with a smile. It immediately put me at ease, and I felt glad I made this Reservation. I couldn’t stop by the basement brewery due to time constraints, but a male staff member also kindly informed me that I could buy beer at the shop. Having stayed at inexpensive Business Hotels near stations before, I was reminded how valuable local tips and guidance gained through genuine conversation can be—and how they become part of your travel memories. To everyone at Hotel Okura Fukuoka, thank you for giving me such wonderful memories.

At check-in, the front desk staff warmly thanked me for returning with a pleasant smile. The explanation of the facilities was clear and detailed, making it easy to ask questions and feel at ease. During this stay, I fully enjoyed summer activities like swimming in the pool
