Our family of four stayed in a room with a private open-air bath, and it was amazing—even putting it mildly. The meals, baths, and views were all excellent. The food was generous and delicious, and at night we enjoyed a sky full of stars. The bath left our skin silky smooth—especially the morning bath, which I highly recommend. This was our first stay, but it’s an Accommodation we definitely want to visit again. Thank you very much.

We were worried we might not be able to arrive due to the typhoon, but we were able to stay safely. The Room, meals, and open-air bath were all very good.

They had such a great time, excitedly saying, “I’m so happy about the big house and the big bath!” When we got home, they even cried and said they didn’t want to leave—it was that hard to go back (haha). I promised my child we would come again next year, so we look forward to s

I visit Fukuoka often, but this was my first time staying here. The Plan was reasonably priced, and the location in front of Hakata Station was very convenient. Although it was a single Room, it had been renovated and was clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. The amenities were well stocked and really helpful. The lobby staff were also excellent. With more foreign-owned Hotels increasing these days, I was reminded once again how pleasant and wonderful the attentive hospitality and service unique to Japanese city Hotels can be. I would like to stay here again.

Our family of four stayed in the Black Ship Suite for 2 nights and 3 days. We found this Room last year and had been wanting to stay here. It was spacious and very clean, and outside the window was the black ship (the Susquehanna). It truly was an amazing space! Because we chose a Multiple Night Stay, we spent all of the second day in the Room, enjoying the open-air bath, hinoki bath (cold bath), and sauna all day long. We cooled down on reclining chairs in the large changing area, relaxed in the massage chair, and lounged on the Yogibo—each of us was able to enjoy an incredibly luxurious time. It was also great that the amenities included CHANEL, Dior, Shu Uemura, and more. On the second day, we were happy that not only bath towels but also mineral water, beer and juice in the refrigerator, plus different snacks and sweets from day one were replenished for us. The meals offered a wide variety of dishes with beautiful presentation. Everything was delicious, and both days featured completely different menus (with different ingredients), which showed the chef’s thoughtful care. All of the staff were kind and courteous, and we felt their hospitality came from the heart. Everyone’s smiles were wonderful. After breakfast on day three as we were leaving the restaurant, someone said to us, “Thank you for staying with us for two days,” which surprised us—in a good way—and made us feel grateful as well. The Hotel itself has a Showa-retro sense of age to it, but it became a Hotel we definitely want to return to. (It’s a shame I couldn’t upload photos for some reason.)

I stayed at this Accommodation while attending an event. Taking the bus to Shibuya was surprisingly convenient and really helpful. The Room was clean and quiet, so I could relax and rest well. The Japanese set breakfast was excellent. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely like to stay here again. It was drizzling, but the night view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building was beautiful as well.

We had a truly wonderful time. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere felt different from everyday life, making this Accommodation a perfect escape. The Room had a calm ambiance, and the Onsen was so relaxing that we wanted to soak again and again. As we soaked slowly while feeling close to nature, we lost track of time. Each dish was carefully prepared and delicious, and we also enjoyed the seasonal touches and presentation. We savored every bite until the very end. Above all, the hospitality of all the staff left a lasting impression on us. Thank you for your thoughtful care. We will definitely visit again next year.

The staff's attentive yet unobtrusive hospitality and their exceptional service with a smile truly reflect the standards of a luxury hotel. With an age restriction in place, the serene atmosphere was perfect, and I thoroughly enjoyed live music by the poolside on Friday evening,

Everything was comfortable. In particular, the view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge from the room was so captivating that I never got tired of looking at it. However, I thought it would be nice if there were a free relaxation area just outside the bath so I could meet up with my husband there. Also, it would be easier to find if there were signage explaining that the front desk is located up the escalator after entering through the main entrance from the parking lot. Overall, we were satisfied with the meals. Thank you very much.

My grandchild thoroughly enjoyed sliding down the pool's water slide multiple times and feeding koi fish. It was a fulfilling experience for them. Four generations of women in our family (all born in dragon years) joined this trip; even my elderly mother enjoyed watching her gr

The commemorative photo you provided made it an unforgettable day for all of us. The attendant who guided us showed exceptional care and thoughtfulness, and our entire family is deeply grateful for her service. The private open-air bath in our room was incredibly relaxing, le

Available from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, we had a fulfilling day with tennis, table tennis, an indoor pool, and Onsen. The Room was very clean, and the rented kitchen utensils were spotless and pleasant to use. There was nothing to complain about—if it were closer to home, we wou

It was an absolutely wonderful Accommodation! The location is a bit inconvenient, but the food and the Onsen were outstanding. Above all... while we were having dinner, they prepared the bed, and a sleep mask with a short note was gently placed by the pillow. I was truly moved by their thoughtfulness. I would love to visit again.

We enjoyed activities such as herbarium making, miniature crafting, putter golf, swimming pool, and table tennis. The children were very satisfied, and we parents could relax and unwind. It felt like returning to our hometown with a sense of comfort. We will definitely visit agai

Because we decided on our trip to Lake Toya at the last minute, I didn’t think we would be able to make a Reservation at a good Hotel. Since May is one of the peak seasons for travel in Japan, I wasn’t expecting much. But after staying there, the Hotel quality exceeded my expectations. I especially loved the dinner buffet. There was an incredible variety of dishes, and many were far better than I anticipated. I ate too much and ended up walking outside for hours afterward to feel better (laugh). Breakfast was more standard compared with dinner, but still very satisfying. As for the Onsen, “Hoshi no Yu” was truly outstanding—I highly recommend trying it at least once. Waking up early to use it was a bit tough, but it was absolutely worth it. The feeling of seeing Mt. Yotei from the Onsen in the morning is hard to put into words. It was truly spectacular.

The breakfast buffet was equally delightful; I particularly enjoyed my favorite simmered bonito paired with morning porridge. The daughters continued their fun at the pool before our checkout just before noon—a touch that truly felt fitting for a Resort Hotel. Afterward, we made

For breakfast, Suruga Don made with sakura shrimp, shirasu (whitebait), and quail egg was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed our meals in semi-private dining spaces at just the right portion sizes—completely satisfying! My mother and I couldn’t stop saying how delicious everything

From the warm welcome to the send-off, everything was truly attentive and heartfelt. The complimentary drinks in the refrigerator were also a nice touch with a good variety. Not only was the view from the bath wonderful, but the Facility was also very well equipped—hair dryers, c

For our baby’s first pool experience, they happily splashed at the edge of the main pool where small waves come in, and also floated with a swim ring. The kids’ zone is adorable, and the main pool has a great atmosphere too, so we were able to take lots of wonderful photos. Neith

A water dispenser was installed near the large public bath, which made me very happy. Additionally, it would be great if lotion and cleansing products could be placed in the large public bath area so that guests can go hands-free. Once again, the volume of the sashimi boat pl
