The hotel’s location was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The ocean-view open-air bath felt incredibly spacious and refreshing. We could relax anywhere on the property and truly enjoy a blissful stay. With drinks stocked in the refrigerator and so many thoughtful services, we were completely satisfied. Dinner was served at a stylish restaurant where we savored delicious Italian cuisine. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very comfortable. We also appreciated that they changed our table between dinner and breakfast so we could dine from the best seats—such a thoughtful touch. It wasn’t too far from Kumamoto City either, and we’d love to come back again.

Dinner was fun and entertaining, and the chef’s unique vision made it feel like being on an overseas trip; both dinner and breakfast were outstanding. The rocks and greenery in the Room were also a wonderful interior touch. The amenities were luxurious as well. All staff provided

The kids enjoyed the pool every day, and I was able to relax in my favorite sauna. If I had one request, since the bath was available from 3:00 PM, it would have been perfect if morning baths were also possible. Also, the washing machines were crowded, and it felt like issues cou

Breakfast was a buffet, and the sashimi was excellent too. The sauna was very clean and relaxing. It opens from 4:00 a.m., so we could refresh with an early-morning sauna. I travel to Ise-Shima at least once a year. Each time, I look for an Accommodation with a private open-air Onsen bath in the Room. This stay at Haifu was truly wonderful—one of the best I’ve experienced. This time, we stayed in a special suite. First of all, taking a boat to reach the Accommodation really heightened the sense of being on a trip, and I couldn’t stop feeling excited. The Accommodation was beautiful and kept very clean, and the staff were excellent. The Room had an open-air bath with an ocean view. There is also frosted sliding glass that can be used as a privacy screen from outside. Soaking in the Onsen while watching the full moon and stars and listening to the sound of the sea was incredible. We were also able to enjoy our meals slowly in a private dining room. Both the taste and presentation were top-class. Haifu is an Accommodation you’ll definitely want to return to. I hope to stay again soon, and I look forward to visiting again then.

We visited again this year for our summer vacation trip at everyone’s request. There was a dome in the spacious Room, a pool, and the kids could get excited without being scolded (haha). There were massage chairs, and every Room had a TV where we could watch YouTube and more.

I stayed for two days, and I was truly impressed by the staff’s kind and attentive service. I have stayed at many Hotels across Japan, but I was once again struck by the meticulous hospitality at Hotel Okura Kyoto. Throughout my stay, their genuine desire to help guests feel as comfortable as possible came through naturally in many situations. During my stay, I dined at the French restaurant on the 17th floor and also used room service; both the food quality and service were impeccable. More than just its Facilities or location, I feel that the staff’s hospitality itself is one of this Hotel’s greatest attractions. It was a Hotel where I would definitely like to stay again.

This time, I stayed here with my elderly parents. It was our second stay in six months, and although the weather wasn’t on our side, we enjoyed everything—the meals, the lounge, and the activities.
