The flowers were beautifully maintained every time, and this time our Room even had a cherry tree beside the jacuzzi—such a luxurious space. The staff’s service was warm and attentive, and we were able to relax both physically and mentally. Thank you very much as well for your th

Thanks to the warm and courteous service, I felt at ease throughout my stay. The location is very convenient if you are traveling by car. For guests arriving by train, a Shuttle Service was also available to Shimoda Station. Because I have many food allergies, I chose a Plan without meals. However, the Accommodation staff kindly recommended local restaurants, and we were fortunate to get a Reservation. I was able to enjoy an outstanding simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino), which was absolutely delicious. The young international staff were wonderful as well—their smiles were lovely, their Japanese was excellent, and they worked with great dedication. As someone who can only speak Japanese comfortably, I truly respect them. The bath was also fantastic: the Izu stone in the indoor bath glowed a beautiful blue, and its soft texture felt very pleasant on the skin. The night view of Shimoda Port and the sunset outside the window were stunning. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

We visited to enjoy a family vacation. THE HOUSE has wonderful taste. From the moment we stepped inside, we fell in love with the ocean view stretching across the entire window. We were also captivated by the sight of Mt. Fuji glowing in the sunset, and couldn’t stop taking photos. There was an original photo book casually placed there, and when we opened it, inspiring words appeared, which conveyed the lovely thoughts behind this place when it was built. Since it was Golden Week, Aburatsubo and Misaki Port were crowded, but coming back felt like returning to a secluded private villa where we could truly rest and enjoy the quiet. Also, at a Hotel or Ryokan you can feel slightly rushed about breakfast times, so it was great to spend relaxed “THE HOUSE time” without that. Our dog could also stretch out and seemed very happy. Thank you very much.

We also used the pool, swam plenty without worrying about sunburn, and afterward were able to use wonderfully fluffy towels. We’re truly grateful for such attentive hospitality. Also, we apologize for the trouble when a glass broke in the lounge after checkout. Thank you for you

Thank you again sincerely showing such care towards guests’ happiness! Lastly apologize forgetting express gratitude directly checkout moment distracted upcoming plans rushed manner instead properly acknowledging everything done behalf family especially daughter heartfelt thanks

When spending time on vacation, feeling “at ease” matters most, and this Hotel’s approach—quietly blending into the World Heritage nature—is truly commendable in that sense. What stands out is that right near the Hotel you can enjoy views of the Milky Way and shooting stars, ree

The room and bathroom were spacious and perfect in every way. The large TV allowed us to enjoy YouTube and more, adding to our enjoyment. The pool was amazing, offering a view of Cosmo Clock 21 and the amusement park while swimming—it was truly impressive. The staff's hospita

(The welcome snack HIYORI chips were delicious!) I played my favorite music on the Bluetooth speaker and spent some time relaxing in the room before enjoying the pool. In the evening, I listened to sunset music (a cello performance that day) by the poolside. Later, I enjoyed a de

The wide variety of all-inclusive options, the breakfast and dinner buffets with a live kitchen, the pool, and the many different types of Onsen were all wonderful. We also enjoyed the free soap-making activity with our child. Everyone at the Hotel was truly kind. They always g

Everything was comfortable. In particular, the view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge from the room was so captivating that I never got tired of looking at it. However, I thought it would be nice if there were a free relaxation area just outside the bath so I could meet up with my husband there. Also, it would be easier to find if there were signage explaining that the front desk is located up the escalator after entering through the main entrance from the parking lot. Overall, we were satisfied with the meals. Thank you very much.

Since you can check in and out on mobile, you can relax in your Room until the last minute and head out right away. Working out at the pool and gym, enjoying great meals, and then unwinding in the Room made for an ideal refreshing stay. I’d love to return again. (Note: The Cit

Each room had an open-air bath or view bath, was spacious, new, clean, and very comfortable. The large public Onsen was also clean with beautiful views. The children loved the sauna experience (Löyly) and visited the Onsen multiple times. The outdoor pool was well-maintained and

I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

We went on a trip with three generations, including our grandchild who will soon be 2, looking forward to enjoying the neighboring pool and spa facilities. It was great that we could have fun without worrying about the weather. The Room was very clean, the Onsen was relaxing, and breakfast was delicious—overall it was wonderful, but one thing we noticed was that the bathroom sink in the Room was small and we ended up splashing water around it. Since it is also close to Magome and Tsumago, we would like to visit there next time as well.

Some people were relaxing by the pool or on hammocks; with a slightly older crowd, it was quiet and peaceful. Our Room was on the first floor, right in front of a private bath. Everything was close by, so we enjoyed all of the private baths available. Dinner time finally

We had afternoon tea, evening service, and breakfast, and everything felt wonderfully seasonal—we were very satisfied. My wife even had sparkling wine with breakfast (laugh). It more than met our expectations, and we had an amazing, fulfilling staycation. We’re planning to come

The Onsen pool was wonderful, and I went in many times. I hadn’t brought a swimsuit, but they kindly rented me a cute one! The hot stone sauna was also truly relaxing and warmed me through to the core. My husband loved it and went in again and again. The meals were excellent—bo

The building isn’t new, but it was clearly well maintained and very clean! It was a pet-friendly Room, but there was no noticeable odor at all. We were very satisfied with the Room!! The pool is available from 9:00 to 17:00, but since check-out is at 10:00, using the pool in the morning feels a bit rushed. I thought it would be nicer if check-out were at 11:00 so we could relax more. Next time, I’d like to come back for a Multiple Night Stay and take it easy!

As this was a preview trip for an upcoming class reunion, it was helpful as a reference for next time. We also fully enjoyed the Onsen, and my friends who traveled with me were very satisfied. Next time, we plan to visit again in late November with my high school classmates. Than

Of course, all hotel staff were exceptionally hospitable and attentive, making it a perfect holiday experience. Since it's newly built, the facilities are state-of-the-art and impeccably clean. The children enjoyed both the heated pool and playing in the ocean while also exper
