The staff were also very polite and kind—truly pleasant people. Room, Facility, meals—everything made for a wonderful stay! Next time we’d like to visit in season when we can use the pool. We’re also looking forward to enjoying BBQ on the balcony connected to the living room

The hotel was spacious, very clean, and the staff's service was kind and attentive, which I found excellent. The room had a great view, was quiet, clean, and very satisfying. Slippers for children were also thoughtfully provided. The pool was so wonderful that I definitely

There are plenty of activities: sports and games in the gym; paid options at the beach such as an inflatable water park and marine sports; a manga corner near the baths; plus an indoor pool and Onsen. There’s also an open-air bath with ocean views—making our three days truly unfo

As we did last year, we stayed again this year for our cousins’ trip. Unfortunately, the weather was bad last year, but this year it was sunny, so we decided to definitely use Choraku’s pool. At check-in, we enjoyed delicious tea and sweets in the lounge, then rested a bit in our Room before heading to Choraku. We went into the pool (there were lots of children, but we still enjoyed it), and then used Choraku’s open-air bath. After returning, it was time for dinner. The meal was delicious again this time. The main dish at dinner was venison, which had no gamey smell and tasted great. There were also various drinks that paired well with the food, and this time we ordered the wine pairing. The price was very reasonable. After dinner we took a short break, then went back to Choraku to enjoy a mini concert. After returning, we had a nightcap in the lounge, took another bath, and went to bed. In the morning we woke up slowly, took another bath, and then had breakfast. This time we could choose between Japanese-style or Western-style breakfast; since the bread served here is incredibly good, we chose Western-style and asked for all types of bread so the three of us could share a little of each. We had tea in the lounge again, returned to our Room to pack up our belongings—and then it was already time to check out. The staff were pleasant, the Room was clean and comfortable—an easy Hotel to relax in—and since you can also enjoy Choraku’s Facilities and events as well, there’s plenty to do. We had another wonderful stay this time too. We’re planning our cousins’ trip here again next year as well—thank you in advance.

From the warm welcome to the send-off, everything was truly attentive and heartfelt. The complimentary drinks in the refrigerator were also a nice touch with a good variety. Not only was the view from the bath wonderful, but the Facility was also very well equipped—hair dryers, c

A water dispenser was installed near the large public bath, which made me very happy. Additionally, it would be great if lotion and cleansing products could be placed in the large public bath area so that guests can go hands-free. Once again, the volume of the sashimi boat pl

The kids were thrilled. Thank you as well to the staff member watching over the pool for regularly skimming leaves and sharing helpful information. It was a perfect way to end summer vacation—we made great memories and our whole family was very satisfied. We will definitely visit

I visit Fukuoka often, but this was my first time staying here. The Plan was reasonably priced, and the location in front of Hakata Station was very convenient. Although it was a single Room, it had been renovated and was clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. The amenities were well stocked and really helpful. The lobby staff were also excellent. With more foreign-owned Hotels increasing these days, I was reminded once again how pleasant and wonderful the attentive hospitality and service unique to Japanese city Hotels can be. I would like to stay here again.

The Onsen temperature was just right, and the Room was clean and well maintained, so we had a very comfortable stay. The view from the Room was also great. The meals were delicious, and thank you to the staff member who looked after us for being so kind to our children. We would like to stay again when we visit Awaji Island. Next time, we’d love to come in a different season.

We were able to relax and truly enjoy our meals. Everything was delicious, and we were fully satisfied both visually and in terms of portion. The Onsen was also wonderful. We received smart, unobtrusive, and attentive service throughout. It was a truly excellent stay. Thank

The staff were very courteous, and the Room was clean. The bathroom was also spacious, so I could relax. At check-in, women received a one-day skincare set as a gift, and everyone was given thick hand wipes and discount coupons for the on-site restaurant, which was great. When I asked at the Western-style restaurant where we had dinner if they had tea, they kindly went out of their way to bring some from the Japanese restaurant, and I felt sorry for the trouble. If I have a chance to visit Kure again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

After placing our luggage in our room post-check-in we sat on cozy sofas overlooking views of both outside scenery including pools through large windows while enjoying drinks paired with nuts or sweets—a truly delightful experience! One particularly memorable moment involved B

Unfortunately, we had a thunderstorm on the day of our stay, but we truly appreciated your nighttime safety check and your thoughtful gesture the next day. We were able to fully enjoy the pool and sauna. We were very satisfied! The Room was very clean, and our family enjoyed watching a movie on the projector. We want to come every year! Thank you again, and we look forward to staying with you again.

The staff were well trained and full of hospitality. The Room was, of course, excellent, and it was also great fun to make our own siphon coffee, with bath salts and aromatherapy items provided as well—full of thoughtful touches. The three bars were always quiet, and the pool was
