I had wanted, at least once, to step into “Salon Yamasato,” the private lobby lounge of Koshinosato—I've felt that way for the past 10 years. As we reached our 60th birthdays as a couple, we decided to make a Reservation and treat ourselves at this milestone. We truly loved the cuisine, amenities, and atmosphere. I was deeply impressed by the high-quality meals—it was an Accommodation with impeccable hospitality in every way. Also, the macarons and gelato at Kaho’s salon were absolutely top-class delicious—I couldn’t stop eating them. The flavor stayed with me, and I kept wondering what brand they were. It made me strongly want to come back again. Thank you very much. The concierge staff were also incredibly kind—simply wonderful.

It had been unbearably hot for so long that I didn’t feel like going anywhere, but I thought a hotel staycation would be enjoyable, so I decided to make a Reservation. The chilled hand towels on arrival and the ice-filled ice bucket provided during turndown were thoughtful touches—especially appreciated in summer. It was also my first time trying lounge hopping, and I miscalculated by eating too much and ending up uncomfortably full at dinner… Still, I enjoyed strolling around the garden inside the Hotel and had a very satisfying stay.

Although we brought our own water, there was also access to water and hot water from a dispenser. There were even float rings for children available; next time we hope to visit during warmer weather so we can enjoy the pool as well. This accommodation is highly recommended fo

The desk was spacious and comfortable, and the view of the garden and sea of clouds from the window was soothing, allowing me to relax. The staff were kind in arranging taxis and at the restaurant, and their thoughtful care made me very happy. Thanks to them, I passed successfu

I love this club lounge. No matter what time I visit, the food and drinks are always replenished and neatly arranged. The seating is well spaced, so it’s very comfortable. There are no loud guests, and even families with children are considerate of the time and those around them, so I can relax in peace. Above all, the staff’s professional service is outstanding. One of the experienced gentlemen even made cocktails for me. The Room was impeccably cleaned, and I was able to spend a quiet, relaxing time. I’m always impressed by how courteous the Room staff are on the phone. More Hotels have switched to self-service ice these days, but here a Hotel staff member in a crisp uniform delivers it on a tray with a silver ice bucket—just that alone feels wonderful. Since I need to take medication, having extra mineral water was also very helpful. I also accidentally dropped my hair treatment bottle and broke it, but they kindly replaced it for me. I’m sorry for the trouble during these times of limited supplies. I also appreciated being able to change my newspaper. Thank you for all your thoughtful care. I look forward to staying with you again.

Since it was a family trip, there were plenty of places for the kids to play, and there was also a pool, so they said they had a great time. There was even a bingo tournament, and the prizes were impressive, which made it even more fun. It’s a bit far away, but we’d like to visit

The baths were also wonderful—the open-air bath had an amazing view, and I used it many times during my stay. Having face towels readily available also added to the comfort. The complimentary drinks in the lobby, such as coffee and detox water, were excellent as well. The m

We enjoyed every meal: shabu-shabu for dinner, tuna dishes, and breakfast. I was especially impressed by the fresh grapefruit juice. The staff were all kind, and we had a truly lovely time. “I want to come back!”—and with that one thought, I booked next year’s flight. I’m also

The club lounge was clean, had plenty of drinks, and was very relaxing. The heated infinity pool exclusively for Club Floor guests was the deciding factor for this stay, and we were able to use it almost privately—my daughters were thrilled. The food in the club lounge during coc

They had fun in the pool, loved the onsen, and enjoyed the delicious meals. They even said they'd like to enjoy this course again. As an onsen lover myself, I also had a great time. The staff were kind and attentive, which made our stay even better. Thank you for your hosp

The club lounge had a gym and sauna, and the adjacent infinity pool had a jacuzzi as well, so we were able to enjoy an elegant time within the Hotel. The club lounge also offered Kirin Lager beer, which we enjoyed. This has become one of our favorite Hotels, and we would love to

Here are the highlights: - The food was delicious The meals were incredibly tasty, and being able to enjoy them in the room at our own pace was great. Since we were traveling with children, having in-room dining was truly helpful. - The pool was absolutely amazing The p

It was my first time at the Hotel, but the layout inside was excellent, making it easy to move around. The breakfast buffet was very delicious, and the staff were kind and greeted us with warm smiles. Everywhere was clean and hygienic. My grandchild enjoyed the outdoor pool, and

Although it’s in a convenient location, I hadn’t had the chance to visit until now, and I was able to truly relax. It was a reassuring Hotel where you can feel Japan’s unique spirit of hospitality. From the courteous explanations by what seemed like an experienced hotel staff member, to the way someone who appeared to be the person in charge quietly checked on things during breakfast, the flexible support in the lounge, and thoughtful touches even after checkout—there was an atmosphere of refined, calm hospitality that naturally made me feel well cared for. The message dessert and flower arrangement I requested at short notice were also wonderful, and the Room was bright and modern—somewhere I’d love to make my “second home.” If I may offer a suggestion, I think a simple map summarizing nearby highlights and how to get there would make the stay even more enjoyable (the sculpture(s), surrounding buildings/area, Hie Shrine, local history, etc.). Also, it would be great to have an easy-to-use solo relaxation Plan or a Plan where guests can casually enjoy matcha. In addition, having liquid hand soap (rather than bar soap) would be convenient. It’s a Hotel I would gladly choose again—whether with family or friends, or even on my own. In the future, it would be wonderful if my family or acquaintances held their wedding ceremony or reception at the neighboring classic house and could stay at this Hotel as well.

Hotel staff accompanied us throughout, so I could enjoy everything with peace of mind. The morning forest stretching session was also wonderful; a kind instructor explained everything carefully, which helped me relax deeply. There were Japanese, Italian, and Chinese dining opti

The breathtaking view as you enter the room is truly impressive. The heated pool allows for enjoyment from morning to night. During our multiple night stay, the pool remained clean and free of insects, making swimming a pleasant experience throughout! The geckos were adorable too

The welcome fruits upon arrival were delicious. The fridge was stocked with complimentary Orion beer and Sanpin tea which we thoroughly enjoyed. The view from the room was stunning. Just outside the room were a pool, gazebo, beach beds—perfect for relaxing in great weather. One

Of course the facilities were excellent, but true service comes down to people—and in every situation, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. I was impressed by the thorough training, dedication to hospitality, and the weight of tradition. Even at breakfast, coffee was served
