The comfort of falling asleep while gazing at the stars. The bed sheets also felt like towels and were very pleasant. Since it’s in the mountains, I wasn’t expecting much from the meals, but everything was delicious. All of the male staff who served us were friendly, and their smiles were wonderful. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again in a different season.

This secluded Accommodation in the mountains (with a day-use bathing Facility and a ski resort next door) is perfect for a relaxing getaway. With only a few Rooms, it was quiet, and since every Room has an open-air bath, I could enjoy the Onsen as many times as I liked without worrying about anyone else. The adjacent bathing Facility is also available, but the open-air bath in the Room was spacious and more than enough. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. I didn’t have any particular complaints, but it wasn’t an especially memorable stay. Although parts of the property feel like a luxury Accommodation, some areas also had a Business Hotel-like vibe; while tasty, the meals didn’t convey much uniqueness (a clear signature); and the service felt slightly businesslike. I felt that small changes could make it leave a much stronger impression. Overall, with spacious guest Rooms and open-air baths, it was good value for money, so I’d like to visit again.

A long-established yet not old-fashioned, charming, and spotless Hotel. The staff were all very kind. And the meals were absolutely delicious! With refined seasoning that makes the most of local ingredients, we ate until we could barely move. Next time, I’d love to visit in the winter season. Thank you very much to all the staff.

This was our first stay in Niseko, and we spent a long time deciding which Hotel to choose—but choosing this one was absolutely the right decision. As other Reviews mention, everyone at the front desk and all staff were friendly and truly professional. They responded quickly to every request, making our stay extremely comfortable. (Thank you very much for your consideration regarding the parking—it was a huge help!) Given Niseko’s international atmosphere, many of the staff were from overseas, but their Japanese was flawless. Some were impressively polite and attentive in their communication, which really left an impression on us. Above all, we were amazed by the Room. The view of Mt. Yotei right in front of us through the large windows was spectacular! The living and dining area was furnished with tasteful pieces throughout—clean, spacious, relaxing, and genuinely comfortable. The bright white kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the refrigerator was large as well. We kept saying it felt like being abroad—and we were very satisfied with how comfortable it was. Each bedroom also had its own bath and toilet, plus there was a washer and dryer, which made everything so convenient. Our family is already talking about staying longer next time. The restaurant inside the Hotel also had a wonderful atmosphere. At dinner time, all staff greeted us with warm smiles; they took a family photo for us and even prepared a lovely anniversary dessert plate for my parents—making it such a heartwarming experience (thank you). We reserved a course meal; while each portion wasn’t overly large on its own, there were many dishes that showcased Hokkaido ingredients well—and by dessert we were completely full. We also appreciated how flexibly they accommodated ingredients we don’t eat. The breakfast buffet offered great variety and everything tasted excellent; they cleared plates promptly as well, which helped a lot. We stayed two nights (Multiple Night Stay), and looked forward to breakfast each morning. The Onsen facilities were also convenient—you can make a Reservation anytime if the private Onsen is available. If I had one small request: it would be even better if the main public bath area (including the changing room) were brighter and more spacious. We traveled around several places in Hokkaido on this trip, but among them all this Hotel stood out clearly for its hospitality, Room quality, and food. Our whole family is looking forward to visiting again next time—thank you in advance!

I visited Niseko to see Mt. Yotei. Unfortunately, it was raining and I couldn’t see it, but the delicious meals made up for it. Thankfully, the next day was sunny and I was able to see Mt. Yotei in all its glory. The Italian set course was excellent—each dish was delicious, and the flow of the course felt natural and very well put together.

We stayed for two nights. The views from the Room and the Onsen were wonderful, and it was very comfortable. We requested the premium dinner for both the French and Japanese meals, and everything was delicious, with carefully prepared dishes using seasonal ingredients. The weather wasn’t great, but even so, it was a lovely stay.

I was worried about the heat, but the temperature dropped at just the right time, making for a very pleasant stay. There was no mention of it at check-in, but it seems our Room was upgraded, and I was truly impressed by how spacious and beautiful it was. The afternoon tea and breakfast were also excellent, and we were very satisfied. All of the staff were extremely kind, so we could stay comfortably. I definitely want to stay here again. Starting August 1, I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days on the Long Stay Plan. On the first day, I took a local bus from Nagano Station to Yama-no-Eki, then used the Hotel’s Shuttle Service from Yama-no-Eki and arrived at the Hotel around 12:15. I had pizza and pasta for lunch at the restaurant and then checked in. Check-in is usually at 16:00, but since my Room had already been cleaned, I was shown to my Room shortly after 13:00 (which I truly appreciated). My Room was a Deluxe Twin Room, and because it was a corner Room, it felt very open and spacious. The balcony was also large, and it became part of my daily routine to relax there in the morning and evening—reading or simply enjoying the view. During my stay, the high temperature was 24°C and the low was 15°C. With low humidity, it was extremely comfortable. There was no need for air conditioning, and I slept soundly at night. The Hotel activities were also excellent. Options included an Okushiga Gorge Nature Walk (through a beech forest with an impressive waterfall) and an evening firefly viewing tour. Hotel staff accompanied us throughout, so I could enjoy everything with peace of mind. The morning forest stretch session was also wonderful—the kind instructor explained everything carefully, which helped me relax deeply. There were Japanese, Italian, and Chinese dining options available, so I could enjoy a variety of flavors—and every dish was delicious (including lunch). The staff service was pleasant as well; they noticed what guests needed before being asked and acted promptly. I also won’t forget how comfortable the lounge on the 2nd floor felt. During the day it is open as part of the lobby area, making it a great place to unwind quietly. Next time, I would love to visit when there is a fire in the lounge fireplace. It was a wonderful four days that truly refreshed both body and mind.

I planned to eat dinner out, but there wasn’t much nearby, so I chose the dinner buffet instead. Each table has a smokeless grill, so you can cook and enjoy seafood like scallops and shrimp as well as meat right at your table. Alcohol is also all-you-can-drink, which makes it a great value. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, and you can also request made-to-order items such as the Furano Burger and omelets. The Furano Burger was delicious, and I was very satisfied. There are several lounge areas as well, which is convenient. If you’re staying in Furano, I highly recommend this place.

There was a shuttle bus from Echigo-Yuzawa to the Hotel, so getting there was easy. The 24-hour open-air bath was great—I could use it after the event without worrying about the time. The Facility were also good, with ReFa shampoo and hair dryers, and it was helpful to have a convenience store inside the Hotel. However, the air conditioning in the guest room didn’t work very well, so it might be hard to sleep on very hot midsummer days.

It’s not a very large Hotel, but it’s well organized and has a nice atmosphere. The building is somewhat old, but the guest rooms have been renovated and are clean. The meals were also very satisfying—every item on the thoughtfully prepared buffet menu was delicious. We stayed with our elderly parents, and our dining table had been reserved in advance, which we truly appreciated. Thank you very much to the staff.

The bath, meals, and Room were all excellent. The meals in particular were relaxing and delicious. It was a Hotel that made me think, “Ah—I want to stay one more night” and “I want to come back.” The scenery was also wonderful, and I felt refreshed.

We stayed here as a family to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. It ranks among the top three Accommodations we’ve ever stayed at—outstanding service, an excellent Facility, a wonderful breakfast, fantastic staff, and a great bar. We’d come back to Niseko just to stay here again. The open views and spacious setting truly made us feel indulged. Our whole family left fully recharged. Thank you so much for your heartfelt hospitality. We hope to see you all again. We’ll work hard until then.

It was a Hotel in a quiet setting on a refreshing highland plateau, and I found it very relaxing. However, it felt like repairs to the road damaged during winter were a bit delayed, so it’s best to watch out for bumps and uneven surfaces. The Room does feel old, but it was very thoroughly cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. The bath and changing area were spacious, and I was able to soak slowly as if I had the place to myself. The hot pot dinner was delicious and went perfectly with alcohol—I was very satisfied. Breakfast was also enjoyable. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again if I have the chance.

Compared with many acidic sulfur Onsen that tend to be very hot, this one has a pleasantly lukewarm bath—and even an open-air reclining bath. That was the biggest reason I chose it (I like long, leisurely soaks). Good value and right next to the slopes, which makes skiing easy. The downside is that the Accommodation is a short walk uphill, so it’s not as easy to casually head into town for sightseeing. Also, the adjacent ski area doesn’t offer night skiing, so you’ll need to travel if you want to ski at night. After skiing, the route back down from the slopes can be hard to find; it’s easier to take the Zao Chuo Ropeway down and ride the Nakamori Triple once to get back smoothly.

The Room, meals, bath, and service were all extremely satisfying. The water was so delicious that I drank too much—on the way home, you may want to be careful as you might need to use the restroom more often.

We stayed at Karuizawa Prince Hotel East, where we used to come skiing when our children were little, to celebrate our daughter’s university acceptance. The atmosphere was unchanged and full of nostalgia. We were satisfied with everything—the staff’s service, the Onsen, and the meals. We made wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

The Hotel was very beautiful and the exterior was highly attractive, but the Room felt somewhat dated. The location right in front of the ski slopes was extremely convenient and excellent. On the other hand, I was bothered by the smell of tobacco on the first floor. Dinner was very satisfying and truly delicious. Breakfast was also tasty, healthy, and enjoyable. It felt a bit inconvenient that there is no luggage storage service before check-in or after check-out. Also, Rooms on the 10th floor do not have a direct elevator, which was slightly inconvenient. Additionally, it was not possible to split a one-day lift ticket into two half-day tickets.

Although it was the peak of summer and very hot, it was wonderfully cool here—perfect for a summer getaway. Above all, the food was absolutely delicious. The local dishes and beer were fantastic!

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights) on weekday nights in July (Thu–Sat). Breakfast and dinner were included, and dinner was a buffet with all-you-can-eat crab. I didn’t expect much from the crab, but it was genuinely delicious! Everything—sushi, mixed rice, and even the snack-style dishes that pair well with alcohol—was great, and I think the food is this Hotel’s biggest highlight. The indoor pool was quiet, so we were able to enjoy it to the fullest. The paid kids’ parks (both indoor and outdoor), putter golf, and the lift were also fun. There are washing machines and dryers, so we did laundry every night and wore the same clothes each day, which helped us pack light. The large public bath felt clean and also has a water dispenser. There’s almost no view from the open-air bath. Overall, it didn’t feel like a place you go specifically to enjoy the baths.
