Every time we visit, we’re truly impressed, and this time again we were able to enjoy a blissful stay. Thank you very much. The food was genuinely delicious, and we enjoyed it with deep gratitude. It looks like it’s going to get very hot from here on—please take good care of yourselves and keep up the great work.

We were satisfied with everything—the guest room, the private open-air bath, and the restaurant. The retro furnishings in the room were truly comforting, and we were impressed by the thoughtful care in the meals. We enjoyed a level of luxury that exceeded the price. This is a Hotel we would love to visit again. The Hotel staff were also wonderful. As I get older, I find peace in an Accommodation like this. I hadn’t had many chances to visit Chichibu before, but this was an excellent Hotel as a base for visiting Mitsumine Shrine, Chichibu Shrine, and Hodosan Shrine (the Chichibu Three Shrines pilgrimage), as well as sightseeing in Nagatoro. Thank you very much.

The building was new and very clean, and the Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner. It was spacious, and we had a very comfortable stay. The meals were also delicious. Although the staff were from overseas, they were kind and helpful—thank you very much. As it was our 13th wedding anniversary, we also received a surprise dessert plate—thank you very much.

This was our family’s first stay, and it was wonderful. With my birthday coming up the following week, we happened to mention it at check-in, and they surprised me at dinner with live music and a dessert—plus sweets as a gift—to celebrate! We hadn’t informed them in advance about the Reserver, so I was truly touched by the surprise. Thank you very much. All of the staff were professional—from guiding our car on arrival to explaining the Hotel, as well as the lounge and restaurant teams—and they made our stay comfortable from start to finish. The housekeeping staff also greeted us warmly. The Facility was just as beautiful as in the photos, and everything—from the amenities to the in-room sweets and beverages—was thoughtfully selected, which really conveyed their hospitality. The restaurant meals for both breakfast and dinner were vibrant, uncompromising, and absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed by this top-class Accommodation. We will definitely return. We visited to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday. I wanted to surprise her, so I emailed in advance, and they suggested a wonderful Plan—thanks to that, we had an absolutely satisfying trip! We booked the girls’ get-together Plan, so we really appreciated the Shuttle Service. Even better, the driver showed us around Iwata City on the way, which made for such a fun start. The service was outstanding and truly made us happy. When we arrived at our Room, Surprise #1 was waiting—a message on the TV. My daughter was thrilled! Dinner was French cuisine that let the vegetables shine; everything was delicious and deeply impressive. Then came Surprise #2: a dessert plate! It caught my daughter completely off guard and delighted her even more. When we returned to our Room, there was a knock at the door—and a birthday cake (an additional charge, but it felt like great value compared with other places). My daughter expected there might be cake, but she was amazed by how many surprises there were!! Above all, the lush greenery made strolling through the garden a joy. The evening atmosphere with softly lit flames was beautiful—just being there felt calming. Both large public baths were excellent; perhaps thanks to the moor hot spring water, my skin felt wonderfully smooth. We had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was also fantastic—the plate really highlighted fresh vegetables. I was especially moved by the gentle soup and its natural vegetable sweetness. Most of all, the perfectly balanced hospitality and the Hotel’s atmosphere were exceptional! I first learned about GREENITY IWATA after hearing that my favorite artist stayed here last year—and it truly is a wonderful Hotel I’d love to visit again for anniversaries or whenever I want to slow down and reset. Even though we stayed from check-in all the way through check-out, it still didn’t feel like enough time—that’s how amazing our stay was. We would love to come back!

We stayed in Building D, which is pet-friendly. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. There’s honestly nothing to criticize, so here are a few tips to help you enjoy your stay even more. Jacuzzi / Open-air bath / Pool: 　Bringing a swimsuit is recommended. Stink bugs (currently a large outbreak): 　It’s helpful to bring sticky tape for removal. Bakery: 　There’s a great bakery nearby. Amenities: 　High-quality POLA amenities are provided, so you only need to bring the basics. To fully enjoy it: 　You’ll probably want to stay two nights. Appliances: 　Most appliances are available, but there doesn’t seem to be an air fryer (probably). Shirarahama Beach: 　It’s just under 2 km away—slightly far. Dogs aren’t allowed on Shirarahama Beach, which is disappointing, but the beauty of the beach is amazing.

Although I live in Osaka, I stayed at Patina Osaka, which is very close to my home. Above all, the hospitality was outstanding in every aspect from check-in to check-out, and even though it was a short one-night stay, it was an extremely satisfying Hotel stay. The meals (in-room dining) and breakfast were both delicious—I was impressed the entire time. The turndown service was also meticulous, with everything kept spotless; the service was truly attentive, making it the most comfortable Hotel I have ever stayed at. It is also very pet-first, so my family and I could relax with complete peace of mind. I will definitely be back again. My heartfelt thanks to all the hoteliers at Patina Osaka. Thank you so much!

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The Facilities, the staff’s atmosphere, and the meals were all excellent. It was clear that each staff member truly loves dogs. We would definitely like to stay again.

This was our second stay. We came back because the food last time was so delicious, and once again every dish was truly wonderful. My daughter has many allergies, but the staff carefully confirmed everything with us, so she could enjoy the meal safely and deliciously. Thank you very much. We also enjoyed the open-air bath in our Room, as well as the open-air bath and lying-down bath in the large public bath area. This time we also used the hot stone spa and bedrock sauna, and we had such a lovely time that it felt like there wasn’t enough time. We were sad to leave. We will definitely come back again.

I have been staying here for some time, and recently I always stay for three nights. Each time, the property is quiet and thoroughly cleaned throughout. The wonderful, delicious meals were excellent, and both the open-air bath and the large public bath were spotless. The background music was also pleasant. The Room has two rooms with a veranda, and it was the perfect size for just my spouse and me. The staff’s service was also good.

It was my first stay, but this was a wonderful Hotel that felt warm and reassuring—like coming home. What impressed me most was the staff’s perfect sense of distance: refined, top-class service while still friendly, making the entire stay truly comfortable. The Room was also impeccably cleaned down to every detail—perfectly spotless wherever you looked. You can really feel how much the staff cherish this Hotel. The room service beef curry I had in the Room had an astonishing depth of flavor—absolutely outstanding! I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my stay: service, cleanliness, and food. I’ve found a special Hotel I can recommend with confidence. Thank you for such an amazing time that left both body and mind fulfilled. Without a doubt, this is a special place I’d love to make my regular Accommodation.

I look forward to staying at Pearl Star every summer. Thanks to the staff who provide Shuttle Service with a smile from check-in to check-out, I always have a very pleasant stay. Breakfast is one of the highlights for me, and I like to get seated early and enjoy it at a relaxed pace. This is a Hotel I would love to stay at again and again.

I love the meals here and have returned several times. This time, I enjoyed the chef’s special kaiseki featuring splendid alfonsino, and truly savored it. Everything was delicious. The dishes were beautiful to look at as well, and I was reminded how Japanese cuisine lets you enjoy the seasons. I spent a relaxing, elegant holiday and felt completely recharged. I was surprised by how well-equipped it was. Even with a Multiple Night Stay, we still didn’t have enough time to enjoy everything. It would have been even better if the weather had been nice.

The Room, the cuisine, and the garden were all wonderful, and we had an amazing time. The staff member in charge of our Room explained everything clearly and provided attentive, excellent service. Her lovely smile was truly comforting—thank you very much. We would definitely like to stay again.

The meals were very delicious. The staff were kind and pleasant. I appreciated the bath’s reheating function. The bath salts were also great. It was a Room that beautifully renovated a traditional storehouse.

After staying in Toi the previous night, we took it easy, but this day brought such heavy rain that a weather warning was issued. There was nowhere to stop along the way with our dog, so we arrived early. While we were waiting in the car, they kindly let us use the dog run on the first floor a little ahead of time, which truly helped us. All of the staff were very pleasant. This time we had our meal in the Room, and the Asian staff member who brought it to us spoke excellent Japanese and served us with a constant smile. There is also an open-air bath outside; the water was soft and the temperature was just right, so we went in several times. Unfortunately, because of the weather, the view was misty and hard to see—if it had been clear, I’m sure it would have been wonderful. That was our only disappointment, so we’d like to visit again when the weather is better.

I considered an Accommodation on the Nagara River because I wanted to show my daughter cormorant fishing. An Onsen Accommodation would have been nice, but we wanted a buffet-style meal, so we chose this Hotel. It was an extremely hot day, and the moment we stepped into the Hotel, the cool air revived us. As a Diamond member benefit, I was happy to receive a one-drink service in the first-floor lounge. The Room we were assigned was on a high floor with a great view, and it was spotless—truly impressive. The dinner buffet isn’t in a huge restaurant, but the quality of the dishes served was excellent, and we enjoyed everything. Drink prices were reasonable for a Hotel, and since it was before cormorant fishing, my daughter and I each enjoyed one drink. We used taxis for round-trip transportation to the cormorant fishing site, which made it very comfortable. Even though it was hot that day, there was a pleasant river breeze, and it helped us forget the daytime heat for a while. Because the river level was low, it seems they didn’t actually catch many ayu, but being able to see energetic cormorants up close made it a great experience. At breakfast, there were many inbound guests early on, but they cleared out quickly, so we were able to eat in peace. The well-known ayu rice porridge was delicious—I went back for seconds several times. The selection of dishes also reflected local flavors well, with various Gifu specialties, which I appreciated. For morning fruit there were oranges, pineapple, and lychees; I’d be happier if there were a few more options. I liked the selection at the shop as well. If I had one request, I would truly appreciate Shuttle Service from the station to the Hotel. As expected of an established Hotel with history behind it, my daughter and I enjoyed an elegant stay. I stayed here after relatives in Shonai recommended it as an Accommodation with excellent food, and it exceeded my expectations. From appetizers to dessert, everything was carefully prepared—making the most of the ingredients with creative touches—and the portions were generous. Every dish was delicious, and I left completely satisfied. Breakfast was just as impressive as dinner, with a wide variety of items and great flavor. After the wonderful meal, it was also nice to relax in the Onsen bath in my Room. The staff’s bright smiles were another highlight. I’d love to come back to enjoy seasonal dishes at a different time of year, and also explore the Onsen town and try visiting private baths at other facilities.
