Excellent value for money. The Onsen was satisfying, and the Room was very clean. The welcome drink system was great, and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast was also delicious. It was a bit disappointing that the toilet in the Room was small.

It’s a bit of a walk from Morioka Station, but the location is great. If you’re sightseeing, it’s easy to get around efficiently, and I was surprised by how many restaurants, snack bars, and clubs are nearby. The jajamen shop I’d been curious about and Kenji no Daichikan were also within walking distance from the Hotel. The Room was clean and well kept, with plenty of amenities. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options; the cold noodles in particular were delicious and very satisfying. Thanks to this stay, my first trip to Morioka was truly enjoyable.

I love Okinawa and have stayed at many Hotels, and this was a truly wonderful Hotel. Since it has only just opened, I felt a bit uneasy after seeing some low-rated Reviews, but my stay was so good that I wanted to share my thoughts. Good points ◯The food is simply delicious. I had both dinner and breakfast, and everything was excellent. Dinner was a half-buffet and breakfast was a buffet; both offered a wide variety of dishes including Okinawan cuisine. The flavors were great across the board—honestly, it was so good that you might be more satisfied eating “Okinawan food” at the Hotel than going out to restaurants. The fish main dish I had at dinner was especially outstanding. ◯Beautiful Facilities As it’s newly opened, everything is spotless. The interior design is tasteful, and the overall atmosphere is extremely comfortable. ◯Large public bath and sauna In addition to the large public bath, there is also a small sauna. I used them many times and felt very refreshed. ◯Indoor pool and outdoor pool available It’s not a large-scale Hotel, so the pools aren’t huge, but you can see the ocean from the outdoor pool, which was lovely. As mentioned above, because it isn’t a big Hotel, it’s designed as a relaxing space where you can truly take your time—and I found it very comfortable. It isn’t an oceanfront Accommodation, but the greenery visible from the breakfast venue is beautiful and very soothing. All staff members were pleasant—not only at the front desk and restaurant, but also the international housekeeping staff. One thing to note: although this Hotel is on the west coast, you probably can’t see the sunset from your Room, so sunset lovers may want to keep that in mind. I hesitated when booking because the room was under 20 m² and the bathtub was not separate, but it had good reviews and I booked late with no other options. It felt surprisingly spacious for the size, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean—none of the water stains or dark buildup that usually make me prefer a separate bath area. I got hooked on the restaurant’s yogurt and granola, so I added breakfast on the day. It’s quite far from the station ticket gates, it gets dark at night, and it’s a shame there’s no convenience store on the way from the station—but I’ll stay again if I need a place in a pinch.

This was my first stay here. I thought it might be a bit small, but the Room was clean and nice. The amenities were well stocked. I chose the plan with breakfast, and it was delicious. I heard that even with the No Meals Included plan, complimentary light snacks are available. For dinner, I went to a small restaurant recommended by the front desk. There are also other dining options nearby. Since the bath is not an Onsen, I rated it 4. The parking lot felt a bit tight, but otherwise I was satisfied. There is a kettle in the Room, so it would be nice to have coffee available as well.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. Even though we were able to stay at a reasonable price, there was also a large public bath and a sauna, so we could relax and enjoy a long soak. Two of us stayed in a single Room, but the bed was spacious and it was more than enough. Every item at the breakfast buffet was delicious, and we went back for seconds. We were also lucky to find a great izakaya right in front of the Hotel. We were very satisfied. Thank you again.

I came to relax during my summer vacation and enjoy a delicious breakfast. From check-in, the staff were attentive and guided me to my Room with kind, gentle communication. I chose a Room with a king-size bed. With its bright wood-toned design, it was spacious and comfortable for two people. I enjoyed watching a maiko dance, taking photos together, and having welcome drinks. The location is ideal for cultural sightseeing, with attractions such as Sanjusangendo Temple and the Kyoto National Museum nearby. The breakfast I had been looking forward to was unique: the main dish is cooked to order, while side dishes are served buffet-style. I ordered salmon Eggs Benedict, French toast, and an omelet as main dishes—all were truly delicious. It made for a wonderful breakfast time. Sanjusangendo Temple is right next door, so I visited immediately after breakfast. I also made use of the benefits of my IKYU Diamond membership, which helped make it a great summer vacation. I heard the property will be closing soon due to rebuilding plans—such a shame. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again.

Stayed here for easy access to the Osaka Expo by taxi, as it is located close to the venue. The room was spacious and stylishly designed! I would have been satisfied even if it cost twice as much, haha. The amenities and facilities for children were well-equipped, making it a great choice for families!

I made a same-day Reservation on a spontaneous trip with no fixed plans. There was a local craft beer tap next to the check-in counter, and you can pour it into a cup and enjoy it in your Room. The Room felt a bit dated, but it was kept clean. There was no view, but I slept comfortably. There was a restaurant behind the check-in counter, but it wasn’t available on the day of my stay. The wine bar tenant on the 1st floor was also closed for the holiday. There are many restaurants nearby open until late at night, so finding dinner isn’t an issue. There is a Yamazaki Daily Store about a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast costs 2,000 yen and must be requested by 8:00 PM the day before. The rice is excellent.

We stayed for two nights with lounge access! We were completely satisfied with everything—breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail time. There were even four types of drinks prepared in the refrigerator. The service was truly attentive, and thanks to you we were able to fully enjoy our first trip sightseeing in Kobe. I stayed in the Moon Room on a solo trip. Due to various circumstances, I made a Reservation after 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, and with the same-day discount it was a great deal. Since my expected arrival time was set for 10:00 PM, the Accommodation contacted me, and their warm and kind response raised my expectations. I arrived just before the welcome drink service ended. Soaking in the iconic footbath, I enjoyed sparkling wine poured generously. The Room was more than spacious enough for one person, and although I initially thought the Onsen on the terrace might be small from the photos, it was also plenty for one. It’s a circulated bath from Kiga Onsen, but for someone like me who prefers hotter water, it was just right—and it warmed me up so much that I started sweating. The door from the Room to the terrace is accordion-style, so after daybreak I left it fully open all morning—it felt wonderful. The open-air bath at the large public bath uses free-flowing spring water from Owakudani. As someone who likes Kusatsu and Manza, I felt the sulfur scent was mild, but I still really enjoyed the milky-white water. However, it was unpleasant to have long hairs and fallen leaves cling to my body. In addition to the powder corner in the large public bath area, there is also a separate powder room with a ReFa hair dryer, a Panasonic hair iron, and a Panasonic facial steamer. Since I had been considering buying them anyway, it was great to be able to try them out. (For reference, the hair dryers in the large public bath were Dyson.) There were many negative Reviews online so I felt nervous until actually staying here, but it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. I’m also interested in one of their higher-category detached Rooms (annex), so I’d love to visit again.

Although we stayed on a discounted Plan due to minor issues, the Room was spacious and very comfortable. It almost felt too large for two people. When we asked in advance for dinner recommendations, many places were closed after the holiday, so the staff kindly checked which restaurants were open and even called us back. At check-in, they also carefully explained how to get there. We were truly surprised and moved by such warm hospitality. The izakaya they recommended gave us a wonderful evening—delicious food from the kind owner and friendly regulars made it unforgettable. Thank you for your excellent service. We will definitely stay again!

I think this is a very good Hotel with excellent value for money. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that it can feel crowded and a bit hard to get around because there are so many guests—proof of how popular this Accommodation is. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed for two nights. The front desk staff were cheerful and spoke clearly. The amenities are minimal, but they provide tea, a comb, and other basics. The Room was more spacious than I expected, and I had a comfortable stay. I was happy that the TV was large. Considering that breakfast is free, I have no complaints. There is only one side dish (kinpira burdock), but they also provide furikake seasoning. If they offered raw eggs instead of boiled eggs, I could have made rice with egg. There were two types of bread, which was nice. I also appreciated the apple juice and hope they keep offering it. It might be even better if they provided dried wakame seaweed next to the miso soup. Since it’s free, I’m satisfied as it is. The Hotel is fairly close to the station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it’s very convenient. I would like to stay again.

I stayed here to visit the Yokohama Dinosaur Expo. It was a bit far from Pacifico Yokohama, and traveling in midsummer was tough, but I made a Reservation because it seemed much more affordable than the Hotels around the bay area. Some Reviews felt a little harsh, but I assumed that was to be expected for a reasonably priced place. However, once I stayed there, it was better than I expected. The Japanese-Western style Room we used was very spacious and comfortable. The Room was generally clean, and the bathroom was also clean. Having the toilet and bath separated was very helpful. The lighting in the Room felt a bit dim, but I went to sleep quickly at night so it wasn’t an issue. Also, since this Hotel is located in an entertainment district with many bars, we could hear quite a lot of noise from outside late at night, but I fell asleep easily so it didn’t bother me. I would like to stay here again.

The Hotel is very close—once you reach the main road from the JR Kinshicho Station South Exit, you can see the building. It’s about a 5-minute walk including waiting at traffic lights, with excellent access. The 1F front desk is compact, but the staff were cheerful and very pleasant. It seemed like there were many international guests. The Room was much nicer than in the photos, and the bathroom area in particular felt spacious and luxurious. The number and placement of power outlets were also convenient. Amenities included four types of French Omnisens (30 ml each), prepared for each guest, and the scent and quality were soothing. The thick, fluffy towels and other linens—and even the bedding—were outstanding. The pajama-style nightwear and even a bathrobe left nothing to complain about. I was impressed by how delicious the complimentary red wine, premium juice, sparkling water, and snacks were; relaxing with Nespresso and tea was perfect, and having as many as eight bottles of mineral water was wonderful too. The Hotel itself is quite compact—there’s no lobby or lounge, and the elevator is small—but it has a European boutique-hotel feel. Relaxing in the Room made it perfect for a girls’ get-together. Breakfast also felt like just the right amount and variety for women. One small downside: I could only find an all-on/all-off light switch in the Room, which was a bit inconvenient. I’m amazed to find such a lovely Hotel at this price in Tokyo—very satisfied!

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but considering the location, interior, staff service, and price, it’s excellent! There are also plenty of bars around the station, which is very convenient.

I have stayed at this Accommodation many times—before, during, and after COVID. Breakfast, the welcome drink, and other services have been thoughtfully adjusted over time, and I have always been very satisfied. However, on this visit there were issues with the facilities. The first Room I was shown had a toilet where water kept running continuously, and the noise was very bothersome. I asked the front desk to change Rooms; the next Room had a broken refrigerator. They kindly moved me again, but that Room had very loud mechanical noise as well. At that point I was too tired to request another change and stayed in that Room. I would like to continue staying here about once or twice a year. Even if some facilities are getting older, I believe that frequent repairs and replacements will resolve these inconveniences and restore the comfortable environment you used to provide.
