If the rate fits my budget for the stay, I use this Hotel often because the Facility, service, and location are excellent. It’s about the size of a small Business Hotel, and there is a public bath on the first floor. So when I’m chilled in winter, I can stretch out and soak in a tub instead of just using the Room shower, which I’m very happy with. Bathing times are separated for men and women. Compared with newer Hotels, it does feel a bit dated, but considering everything you need is provided at this price, it’s very satisfying! Personally, I really like that each Room has its own air conditioner so I can set the temperature to my preference, and that the windows open—so during seasonal transitions I can manage the room temperature without using AC. The front desk service is also excellent; repeat guests only need to sign at check-in, so you can get into your Room quickly. It’s also great that there are many restaurants nearby! The affiliated parking is across the street and is a multi-story garage parking lot, which helps because you don’t have to worry about your car overheating or clearing snow off it. As long as my travel dates and the price work out, this is a Hotel I’d like to return to.

I made this Reservation because I was looking for a Hotel within walking distance of Tokyo Dome for a live concert. It was great—easy to get back right after the show, and Suidobashi Station is right in front.

I often have trouble sleeping when I travel, but the bed here suited me well and I slept soundly. At the top-floor bar, there were no other guests, so I was able to enjoy a luxurious night view of Matsuyama Castle all to myself and was very satisfied. The breakfast buffet also offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

In a word, it was absolutely amazing! It seems the open-air bath and sauna were renovated last year, and it was the perfect Onsen for sauna lovers!!! The bed in the Room, with an Airweave mattress, was incredibly comfortable to sleep on!!! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, everything was delicious, and the staff provided courteous service that made us feel truly relaxed. The front desk staff were also very polite, so overall it was an excellent Hotel!!! The underground waterfall was also very beautiful, and since you can go out into the garden, we were able to see it up close and felt soothed. I visit Okayama once a year, so I’d like to stay at this Hotel again when I’m there. Thank you very much.

I stayed here on a business trip. I arrived a bit early, but the Room had already been cleaned, so I was able to check in slightly ahead of time, which made everything afterward go smoothly. The Room was spacious and clean. Thank you very much.

I had an errand in Kichijoji and was able to stay here again. The front desk staff are friendly, and it’s comfortable—one of my favorites!

My husband, daughter, and I travel to Hokkaido every year, and this time we visited Jozankei Onsen for the first time. We had imagined it as an Onsen area popular with large tour groups, but this Ryokan was run by a small team and their service was outstanding. It was the first time in a while that we truly enjoyed both our stay and delicious meals at a Ryokan. Not only the Japanese staff but also the international staff were highly professional in the way they spoke and in their knowledge of the cuisine (ingredients, cooking methods, etc.), and you could clearly see how diligently they are always learning. The lounge on the second floor offered light snacks, late-night bites, and tasty drinks throughout the day, which we enjoyed after bathing. The three of us stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room. We have a few minor comments about how the Room is partitioned and that there is no screen on the open-air bath window, but the free-flowing hot spring water from the source was excellent. We didn’t know there was such a Ryokan in Jozankei Onsen where individual travelers could enjoy themselves so much. We would love to visit again in another season.

Previously, I could cook shabu-shabu myself, but this time only cold, boiled pork was provided. It was disappointing. On the plus side, it was nice that I could make the surf clam curry myself.

This Hotel offers a wonderful beach, friendly staff, relatively new Facilities, and a lovely atmosphere. The Room is spacious. Breakfast options are limited, but the food is decent. We checked in on a typhoon day and stayed for 4 nights over 5 days. However, we could only use the beach activities on the day we checked out. Even though the weather was good on days 3 and 4, marine activities were closed (which is understandable). We tried to rent life jackets, but the Hotel refused. It’s disappointing that there is no pool. This Hotel is heavily dependent on the weather.

1. Meals Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection including local specialties—we were very satisfied. On mornings when we were short on time, we chose the meat udon! The late-night noodles were great, and the dining staff were kind—we were very satisfied. 2. Bath There were no foreign guests doing unhygienic things like leaving towels in the bathwater, so we could use the bath with peace of mind. We enjoyed the Onsen.

We stayed as a parent and child for my son’s university entrance exams. ■ Warm hospitality for exam takers At check-in, the staff asked, “Are you here for exams?” and gave us a small gift. My son, who was feeling nervous, seemed relieved by the thoughtful gesture, and I’m truly grateful as a parent. ■ Excellent amenities and a comfortable Room The amenity bar was well stocked—my son especially liked the bath salts and was able to relax. I also tried a face mask for the first time in my life! Even as an older guy (haha), it felt very refreshing after a bath. We were assigned a corner connecting Room, which allowed us to maintain privacy while still being close enough—making our stay extremely comfortable. ■ Great location It’s close to the station, with plenty of restaurants nearby, so we had no trouble at all even with a Plan without dinner. ■ A small suggestion for the future Winter in Matsumoto was drier than expected, so having hand cream among the amenities would make it even better! Thanks to the kindness of all the staff, my son was able to take his exam in great condition. We would definitely like to stay again when we visit Matsumoto. Thank you very much!

Because it is located a little away from Yubatake, we were able to spend a very quiet and relaxing time. The interior has a refined, design-forward atmosphere, yet since the building was originally a cottage and has been renovated, it also feels wonderfully cozy with the warmth and scent of wood. The guest-room bath with free-flowing Onsen water direct from the source was a bit hot at first, but once we got used to it, it felt amazing and allowed us to fully enjoy Kusatsu’s Onsen. After bathing, we felt warmed through to the core and our skin felt pleasantly moisturized. Even the amenities such as lotion were high quality, and we could sense attention to detail throughout. Both dinner and breakfast were truly outstanding, and each dish reflected great care in ingredient selection. The vegetables, shiitake mushrooms, and Joshu beef grilled over a wood fire had an especially fragrant savoriness that left a strong impression. The octopus rice at dinner and the white rice cooked in an earthenware pot at breakfast were also exceptional—perfect with grated yam and bonito flakes. It was a meal where you could really appreciate how delicious the rice itself is. We are not very knowledgeable about wine or sake, but there was an impressive selection, and the well-informed master recommended options tailored to our preferences—making this Accommodation particularly appealing for those who love drinks. Some past Reviews included harsh comments, but after staying ourselves, we could clearly see sincere efforts to improve; it felt like this Accommodation continues to evolve into something even better. Even understatedly put, it was an exceptional stay. We were completely satisfied with everything—the Facility offerings, Onsen baths, cuisine, and hospitality. It was such a wonderful Accommodation that we would absolutely want to stay again when visiting Kusatsu.

It was conveniently located with easy access from Kamata, and the room was very clean and well maintained. The large public bath isn’t very big, but it wasn’t crowded, so it was comfortable. We could hear singing from a nearby karaoke place or snack bar, which was a bit noisy. Perhaps due to the neighborhood, it was noisy at night.

I ended up staying in Niigata at short notice, and I really appreciated your help. Even though it was late at night, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The Room was clean, and for this type of Hotel, the bathtub in the bathroom was pleasantly spacious. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options—especially the nikujaga and Niigata-grown Koshihikari rice, which were delicious. I’d love to stay again when I visit Niigata.

We stayed for two nights as a family. As this is glamping within a golf facility, it’s set on beautifully maintained lawns, and we were able to relax very comfortably—almost like staying at a Hotel. Even though it was summer, insects didn’t bother us much. We did notice a slight vinyl-like smell from the tent, but the interior was spacious, with two air-conditioning units and adjustable lighting, so it was very comfortable. The bathrooms were also very clean, which made it reassuring for women as well. The Italian meals were excellent and very generous in portion size. We stayed for two nights, and they changed the menu for us; everything was delicious. I can’t go into details, but they were also considerate of our picky-eating son—I felt sorry to trouble them—but we truly appreciated their thoughtful attention. Because it’s all-inclusive, I was disappointed that I don’t drink alcohol, but my husband does and seemed extremely satisfied being able to enjoy a variety of drinks without hesitation. We couldn’t make it to bar time due to our schedule, but it sounded like there was a great selection and we would have loved to try it. There is some distance between the clubhouse where you dine and the tent where you stay. Shuttle Service is generally provided, but if you want to walk instead, please note that walking may not be allowed during certain hours (possibly for safety reasons). At night, it was lovely to stroll from the clubhouse back to the tent while looking up at the sky. There’s also a “German Village” within driving distance; we enjoyed activities like putter golf with our children. We didn’t overpack our schedule and spent two relaxing days—making wonderful memories.

I’ve stayed at several APA Hotels & Resorts, and I’m impressed every time by how wonderful the service is. The VOD includes recent movies (this time they already had the second part of *Wicked*!), the large public bath is spacious, clean, and relaxing, and the breakfast is luxurious and truly delicious. The Room is compact at 14 m², but because the bathroom area is efficiently designed, it feels more spacious than expected. Considering the reasonable price, I’m grateful for such a high level of service. Breakfast while enjoying the open view from the 40th floor was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The grilled fish was thick and perfectly tender, and even the broth served with their “beauty tofu” was delicious. There were so many great options—seafood rice bowls, clam ramen, smoked salmon, and more—that it was hard to choose, and it made me happy from the very start of the day. They also cleared plates promptly, which made everything feel comfortable. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for business, but next time I’d love to enjoy it for a private trip. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stayed here when visiting Kobe for a concert at GLION Arena. It was very convenient and close to Sannomiya. The Hotel staff were very welcoming and left a great impression. I was able to refill drinking water for free, which helped me avoid heatstroke in the scorching Kobe heat.

We stayed here during the Obon holidays as a family of three. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was delicious, and it made our trip truly wonderful.

Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, and we were very satisfied. The view from the Onsen was wonderful, and we were especially happy that there was a carbonated bath. The price was reasonable and made it easy to stay, which was very helpful. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the opportunity.
