I love Okinawa and have stayed at many Hotels, and this was a truly wonderful Hotel. Since it has only just opened, I felt a bit uneasy after seeing some low-rated Reviews, but my stay was so good that I wanted to share my thoughts. Good points ◯The food is simply delicious. I had both dinner and breakfast, and everything was excellent. Dinner was a half-buffet and breakfast was a buffet; both offered a wide variety of dishes including Okinawan cuisine. The flavors were great across the board—honestly, it was so good that you might be more satisfied eating “Okinawan food” at the Hotel than going out to restaurants. The fish main dish I had at dinner was especially outstanding. ◯Beautiful Facilities As it’s newly opened, everything is spotless. The interior design is tasteful, and the overall atmosphere is extremely comfortable. ◯Large public bath and sauna In addition to the large public bath, there is also a small sauna. I used them many times and felt very refreshed. ◯Indoor pool and outdoor pool available It’s not a large-scale Hotel, so the pools aren’t huge, but you can see the ocean from the outdoor pool, which was lovely. As mentioned above, because it isn’t a big Hotel, it’s designed as a relaxing space where you can truly take your time—and I found it very comfortable. It isn’t an oceanfront Accommodation, but the greenery visible from the breakfast venue is beautiful and very soothing. All staff members were pleasant—not only at the front desk and restaurant, but also the international housekeeping staff. One thing to note: although this Hotel is on the west coast, you probably can’t see the sunset from your Room, so sunset lovers may want to keep that in mind. Thanks to everyone at the Hotel, I had an incredibly relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

I was a bit concerned because the average Review score was 4 or below, but there were no issues at all. It’s a perfectly standard Business Hotel, and the Facility is clean. Considering the price and how close it is to the station, I have no complaints. However, for breakfast you’re directed to Yayoiken on the first floor, and it wasn’t very good. That was about the only thing that stood out.

We received many joyful photos of our grandchildren, and my spouse and I are extremely satisfied. The friendliness of the international staff seemed to double the fun, which made us very happy. Thank you very much!

I stayed for two nights on a business trip. The staff were pleasant, the lobby was stylish, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was very simple. Perhaps because it’s a renovated Hotel, there was quite a noticeable drain odor. It’s also best not to expect much soundproofing. If you’re out most of the time and only return to the Hotel to sleep, it should be just right.

The bathtub faucet is an older type and a bit difficult to use, but at this price, it’s understandable! They also stored our luggage after check-out. We’re satisfied—thank you very much.

I stayed in a single room and was satisfied with the reasonable price and the Onsen. It felt a bit old, but I only needed it for sleeping, so I was happy with it.

The Room was a good size and felt clean, which was great. It would have been even better if the amenities included skincare items such as facial lotion. The price offered great value for money, and I’d like to stay again.

This was my first mother-and-daughter trip, so I was nervous about everything from the Reservation onward, but the Hotel staff were kind, and the location was great—perfect for attending my favorite artist’s live show and enjoying sightseeing as well.

This was my first time staying at the accommodation. With Christmas approaching, a luxurious tree was displayed at the entrance, which lifted my spirits. I brought a cake to celebrate a birthday, and the front desk kindly kept it for me during check-in. Later in the evening, they delivered it to our room at our preferred timing. Plates, cutlery, a lighter for candles, and even a full bottle of sparkling wine from the hotel were perfectly chilled in an ice bucket—everything was impeccably prepared! I was deeply moved by this level of perfection. When I asked if I could keep using the plates and cutlery for breakfast the next morning, they provided new ones instead—such thoughtful service left me even more impressed. Even late at night, staff members delivered everything with warm smiles; I am truly grateful to them. Although an upgrade wasn’t possible due to weekend crowds, they kindly changed our room to one with a view of Tokyo Tower. The courteous service from all front desk staff gave me peace of mind—truly what you’d expect from The Westin Hotel! It’s definitely an accommodation that makes you want to return again. My friend celebrating their birthday was also delighted—it turned out to be an unforgettable experience! Thank you very much!

It was nice to see that Japanese-style dishes were included in the breakfast, which used to be only Western-style. Also, there was a large sign indicating non-alcoholic wine, but it turned out to be real wine with alcohol. I drank it by mistake as they were placed in the same area, so I will be more careful.

I’ve stayed here about 100 nights since last year and have really liked it, but this was the first time I truly felt the downside of having no front desk. The air conditioner remote’s batteries were dead, and the batteries had an expiration date of 2024. At night, it wouldn’t turn on. When I swapped in the TV remote’s batteries, it worked. I told the housekeeping staff the next day; they didn’t seem to have spare batteries, so they replaced the remote with one from another room.

I had to leave early in the morning, so having breakfast at the Hotel was difficult, but the Room had a microwave, which allowed me to heat up food purchased from a convenience store.

I stayed for one night during my trip to Tokyo and had a very comfortable experience. I was pleased with the spacious bathroom and bed. Once I entered the room, I could relax at my own pace until checkout. The price was very reasonable, which I appreciated. It was also helpful that they stored my luggage on the day of my stay. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

Rather than spending the trip staying inside a Hotel or Ryokan, I was able to fulfill every wish: enjoying delicious food in the great outdoors, taking in the mountains and starry skies, soaking in the Onsen, and truly refreshing both body and mind. The entire Facility was impeccably clean and comfortable, and above all, I was delighted by the staff’s warm hospitality. Many of them are young, but it was clear through every interaction how well trained and knowledgeable they are. Their thoughtful attention to detail made the stay enjoyable from start to finish—I’m so glad we came. With the wine pairing at dinner, we were able to enjoy a variety of wines, and the kinki (rockfish) acqua pazza was especially outstanding. The Shuttle Service from Nagano Station also made getting there worry-free, resulting in two very satisfying days. Thank you very much. I feel the Accommodation rate is well worth it. Next time, I’d love to visit with my son as well.

The location is excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The glasses and other amenities were of high quality, and the Room was well-equipped. The in-room drinks included many unique and unfamiliar options, making for a fantastic stay. Unfortunately, while hot water was available in the bathroom, it couldn't fill up as warm water and remained cold, so I couldn't take a bath. However, the concierge promptly addressed any concerns during my stay, ensuring peace of mind. The sauna was also excellent.

I visited for a friend's birthday, and they prepared balloon decorations and a cake. The food was delicious, the butlers were kind and cheerful, and the hospitality was excellent. I would love to visit again!

I’ve stayed here twice as a solo traveler! Each Room is in a separate annex and comes with a 24-hour free-flowing Onsen, so I loved being able to enjoy it anytime. The bath was also large enough for several people, which was amazing! The Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Meals were served in a private dining room, so privacy was fully maintained and I could relax and enjoy them. The seafood, meat, and rice were all delicious—I was completely full and very satisfied! The service was pleasant as well; it’s a wonderful Accommodation. I’d love to stay again!

We visited as a group of four—my grandparents, my mother, and me—to celebrate my grandmother’s 80th birthday. My grandparents love traveling and have visited many places around the world, including Japan, but they said this experience was truly exceptional. In particular, the concierge who assisted us was wonderful—thank you very much for your thoughtful care and attention. Dinner at the Italian restaurant SEME was also a fantastic experience; both the owner’s warm personality and the food were outstanding. Next time, we would love to visit again with my father as well, who couldn’t join us this time. It was a truly wonderful one-night, two-day stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed here alone on a day when I split up from my friends during our trip. The chef and all the staff were very friendly, and we had great conversations. The food was delicious, and I ended up drinking more than usual... The Onsen with an open-air bath felt completely private both at night and in the morning, as my time never overlapped with other guests. It was raining, so I couldn’t watch the dog run or spend time with the dogs, which was a shame—but instead, I bought a dog neck pillow to take home.

Thanks to the Diamond member benefit allowing us to stay until 1:00 PM, we were able to relax and take our time. The amenities and drinks were well stocked, and everything was comfortable with no inconvenience. The bath had strong water pressure and filled up quickly, which was a nice plus since there was no stress from waiting. Breakfast was delivered to our Room, so we could enjoy it slowly without worrying about others. However, it tended to cool down a bit over time, so better heat retention would make it even nicer. Also, the table in the Room was a little low, making it slightly difficult to eat comfortably. Those were the only minor points—overall, it offered great value for money and we were very satisfied with our stay. We would definitely like to use it again.
