We stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday. Check-in after arrival was quick, and we appreciated being able to enjoy complimentary drinks. The Room also had a small flower gift, and we were able to relax in an ocean-view Room. The meals were delicious as well. She was very happy, so it became a memorable day. Thank you very much.

We stayed here on a couples’ trip. The welcome pizza was incredibly delicious, and even though we asked for seconds many times, the staff kindly baked fresh pizzas for us each time with a smile. Thank you very much. Perhaps because there were many families with children, our bathing times didn’t overlap, so even though we used the bath several times, we never shared it with anyone and were able to relax as if it were private. This was my fault, but the pizza was so good that I ate too much and ended up leaving some of my dinner, which I felt sorry about. I thought it would be nice to have an option with a smaller dinner portion. The dessert contained peaches, and when I declined due to my allergy, they offered to prepare an assortment of seasonal fruits instead. Since I’m allergic to fruit in general, I had to decline as well, but I truly appreciated their thoughtful consideration. Breakfast was also very delicious and satisfying. We would definitely like to stay again.

All the staff were kind and pleasant. The bath limited day-use visitors, so I could relax and enjoy it. Every meal was delicious and seasoned just the way I like. The robatayaki was perfect with drinks. The made-to-order salt-grilled ayu was outstanding, and I’m glad I ordered it. However, I was disappointed that the delicious apple juice they used to have at breakfast was no longer available. I would like to stay again in a different season.

The Room was a twin, and we stayed comfortably. Above all, we slept soundly with the Tempur bedding. There was parking nearby, and there were also restaurants and a convenience store close by, so we had no inconvenience during our stay. Both the Room and the bathroom were very clean. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The meals were outstanding. Dinner met our expectations, and breakfast exceeded them. The vegetables, in particular, looked beautiful and tasted great. The Room was charming, and the bath was spacious and wonderful.

We stayed here as a family of four. The baths are simply outstanding. There are so many different baths that, unless you plan carefully, you won’t be able to try them all in just one night and two days—and every one of them is enjoyable. Above all, the “Shirozaru-no-Yu,” designated as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property, is exceptionally wonderful! If you love Onsen, I think it’s something you should experience at least once. The age of the building can’t really be helped, but since it’s such a great Accommodation, I feel they could put a bit more effort into cleaning. Even so, the baths were truly exceptional.

This was my third stay in a row (three consecutive years), and once again I had a very satisfying stay. I feel this Hotel is thoughtful in every way. They have a large public bath, a pool, and dedicated areas for washing and drying diving gear. The in-house voucher service for choosing light cleaning, hangers in the bathroom, and charging cables for smartphones are also services I truly appreciate. Honestly, there are probably many more luxurious Hotels in terms of facilities, but at a reasonable price you can fully enjoy a resort atmosphere here—and when you consider cleanliness and an overall satisfying Hotel stay, I don’t think there’s anything better on Ishigaki Island. I’m usually the type who wants to try different Hotels each time, so I rarely stay at the same place repeatedly, but I’ve stayed here three years in a row and would like to return again next year as well. If I had to mention one thing, it would be great if you could add more reclining chairs by the pool (even if it makes the regular seating area a bit tighter).

The Hotel itself was very clean, and the staff, service, and location were excellent. However, I saw several guests with tattoos at the pool. I understand that rules vary by Hotel, but since this is a Resort Hotel pool, clearer rules and guidance regarding tattoos would help families feel more comfortable using the facilities. Other than that, my stay was comfortable and I was satisfied overall.

We stayed in a train-view Room. From the window, we could see Tokyo’s night skyline and the rail yard; farther out were the Shinkansen and the Tokyo Monorail, and above, airplanes. It was a view that not only kids who love vehicles but also adults could watch for hours. We requested a baby guard and children’s amenities in advance, which allowed us to stay with peace of mind. There is also a supermarket (with baby food) and a convenience store inside Ttracks, so even if you forget something, you can usually find what you need. We didn’t use the restaurant this time, but it has a wonderful atmosphere and we’d like to try it next time.

It was a truly wonderful Hotel. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt a sense of calm and dignified atmosphere. The cleanliness throughout the building, the color tones of the furniture and interiors, the beauty of the design, and the carefully arranged details all conveyed the Hotel’s overall elegance. What impressed me most was the warmth of the staff. Their demeanor and choice of words reflected outstanding hospitality, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay with peace of mind. Breakfast was also excellent—not only for the food itself, but also because it could be enjoyed slowly in a serene setting. It felt like one of the great highlights of staying at this Hotel. This Hotel is not simply a place to stay; it is a place to step away from everyday life and spend quiet time in refined comfort. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to take their time enjoying their stay while appreciating its beautiful atmosphere and distinctive world that the staff so carefully preserve. I sincerely thank all staff members for providing such a wonderful space and service. I would love to visit again. However, some guests’ behavior was disappointing. At minimum, basic manners matter—no swimming in the large public bath; no shouting by adults or children; no arguing or yelling between parents; no running in the breakfast area. Even though it was only one night, there was a significant gap between guests who wanted to enjoy a quiet, high-quality environment and those without manners. With both groups mixed together, it is true that there were many moments when I could not fully enjoy what should have been such a dignified and lovely atmosphere. The food, cleanliness, ambiance, elegance, professionalism at reception, quality of furnishings, and housekeeping (except for parts related to air conditioning within the building) were all excellent and very satisfying. This is an issue on our side as guests. Please follow basic etiquette in shared spaces: do not run (especially in the breakfast area), do not shout, do not argue loudly even as parents—and keep your voices down. Unfortunately there were many guests who did not observe these basics. I especially wish people would refrain from swimming in the large public bath. There were also children splashing water around with wash buckets—yet some parents did not correct them; instead they swam together with their children while being loud. It felt chaotic. I also did not want to witness arguments between parents. I do not want to hear shouting or yelling. If only guest behavior improved—but aside from that point, this Hotel is outstanding!

It was my first visit in several years, and the Onsen, meals, service, and the staff’s hospitality were all wonderful. I was especially impressed that you even cleaned our car at checkout. We’ve gained another unforgettable memory, and we will definitely return. Thank you to all the staff.

Due to Typhoon No. 13 and the Kumamoto earthquakes, our schedule was delayed by a few days, and we finally arrived in Kagoshima. Although we arrived at the Hotel early, we were able to enter our Room ahead of time, which was a great help after the long journey. After 3:00 p.m., we could also enjoy the Onsen and refresh right away! The high-ceilinged Room was clean and spacious, so we could relax well and fully enjoy the next morning’s Onsen and a satisfying breakfast.

I had plans in Yokohama over the weekend, and since there was a chance the Shinkansen might be suspended due to the typhoon, I made an Accommodation Reservation here for the night before, just in case. However, just minutes before Shin-Yokohama, an earthquake occurred along the line and the Shinkansen service was suspended. An announcement said there was no estimate for resumption, and it truly didn’t seem like we would be moving anytime soon. Thinking I might not arrive at the Hotel until late at night or even early morning, I contacted you to explain the situation. You kindly told me to take care and that arriving at any time would be fine, which really put my mind at ease. When I finally arrived and checked in, your warm words—“You must be tired; please rest well”—were truly comforting. Unfortunately, because of the weather I couldn’t enjoy the view from the Room on the 31st floor that you had prepared for me, but I’ll look forward to it next time I visit Yokohama. I stayed on a Saturday night over the weekend, and perhaps because it operates as a Business Hotel, the pricing felt very affordable. I stayed in a twin Room; it was reasonably spacious and very well cleaned. However, there was no safe in the Room, which was slightly inconvenient. There is no shared bath inside the Hotel, but we were informed that it partners with a nearby Onsen Facility. I used the in-room unit bath, though the drainage felt a bit slow. The anago hitsumabushi for dinner was excellent and truly enjoyable. With its reasonable Accommodation Fee, this Hotel is recommended for sightseeing in Onomichi and enjoying Hiroshima’s famous conger eel.

The staff’s hospitality was truly outstanding. One delightful surprise after another made both our hearts and stomachs more than satisfied. There were plenty of activities for both adults and children, and we fully enjoyed the breathtaking views of the sea and islands. One night wasn’t nearly enough to experience it all. We would love to return.

Near Yahaba Station—an excellent location. My workplace is also nearby, so I stay here from time to time. Yahabaru (a small complex with several restaurants) near the station is also within walking distance. The Hotel’s welcome drink is, as always, outstanding. The meals are a great value for this price range. The sewage smell that used to be an issue has been resolved, and this time I was able to enjoy a comfortable bath.

I stayed here during my business trip to Okinawa Main Island. Positive points: - Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. - Convenient location and excellent Facility. - Outstanding service. Negative point: - Water pressure in the shower. Apart from the water heating issue, everything was perfect. I will stay here again!

The location was great, and the breakfast was especially delicious. There were many vegetable-based dishes and a wide variety of fruit, which made my daughter very happy. The staff were kind, and everyone greeted us with a warm smile, making our stay very pleasant. We would love to visit again.

We stayed for two nights as a family. As this is glamping within a golf facility, it’s set on beautifully maintained lawns, and we were able to relax very comfortably—almost like staying at a Hotel. Even though it was summer, insects didn’t bother us much. We did notice a slight vinyl-like smell from the tent, but the interior was spacious, with two air-conditioning units and adjustable lighting, so it was very comfortable. The bathrooms were also very clean, which made it reassuring for women as well. The Italian meals were excellent and very generous in portion size. We stayed for two nights, and they changed the menu for us; everything was delicious. I can’t go into details, but they were also considerate of our picky-eating son—I felt sorry to trouble them—but we truly appreciated their thoughtful attention. Because it’s all-inclusive, I was disappointed that I don’t drink alcohol, but my husband does and seemed extremely satisfied being able to enjoy a variety of drinks without hesitation. We couldn’t make it to bar time due to our schedule, but it sounded like there was a great selection and we would have loved to try it. There is some distance between the clubhouse where you dine and the tent where you stay. Shuttle Service is generally provided, but if you want to walk instead, please note that walking may not be allowed during certain hours (possibly for safety reasons). At night, it was lovely to stroll from the clubhouse back to the tent while looking up at the sky. There’s also a “German Village” within driving distance; we enjoyed activities like putter golf with our children. We didn’t overpack our schedule and spent two relaxing days—making wonderful memories.

This is a Hotel I’d always wanted to stay at whenever I visited Lalaport Toyosu. I finally got the chance this time, and I was more than satisfied—the Room was even better than expected, with a great view. The amenities were well stocked, and it was nice to have complimentary mineral water in the refrigerator. The Room layout flowed well, and the bathroom area in particular was very convenient to use. The open view from the bathtub in the Room made it feel especially luxurious and was fantastic. I used the large public bath in the morning; it was clean and spacious, and perhaps by chance it wasn’t crowded, so it felt almost like having it to myself. If I have the opportunity, this is a Hotel I’d definitely like to stay at again.
