I stayed here to attend an event at another Hotel in Roppongi. Since it’s a Mitsui property and the Reviews were good, I chose this place—and it was even better than I expected. I arrived before noon and went to leave my luggage, but my Room happened to be ready, so I was able to check in right away. I really appreciated that. Amenities are available in the lobby for you to take only what you need, which felt efficient with no waste. There’s also a coffee machine in the lobby, and tea is available as well. Rooms at central Tokyo Hotels are often small, but this one was about 26–27 m² and felt spacious. There was also a sliding door that could separate the vanity area from the Room, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance.

I think this is a very good Hotel with excellent value for money. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that it can feel crowded and a bit hard to get around because there are so many guests—proof of how popular this Accommodation is. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The view toward the Higashiyama area from the upper floors was great, and we could see the Daimonji bonfire on Mt. Daimonji. However, since the room faced next to the elevator, we could hear the motor noise, and thumping sounds from upstairs echoed. The large public bath was very pleasant.

I stayed for 2 nights and had a very comfortable experience. The building feels like an old Business Hotel, but it is well-cleaned, and the internet connection was excellent. The front desk is generally unmanned, but if you ring the bell, someone will come out and kindly assist with your needs. The Hotel is located in a bustling area similar to Kabukicho in Tokyo, so there are some persistent solicitors; however, this also means it’s in a very convenient location. For this location and Room quality, the price was incredibly reasonable, and I was extremely satisfied.

We stayed here during the Obon holiday on a trip to the Sanin region. The Room was a comfortable space that helped us unwind from our daily fatigue, and it was wonderful. We were also very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast, fully enjoying the bounty of Sanin’s sea and mountains! We are grateful for the warm hospitality of the staff and chef. Thank you very much.

We stayed for two nights as a family. As this is glamping within a golf facility, it’s set on beautifully maintained lawns, and we were able to relax very comfortably—almost like staying at a Hotel. Even though it was summer, insects didn’t bother us much. We did notice a slight vinyl-like smell from the tent, but the interior was spacious, with two air-conditioning units and adjustable lighting, so it was very comfortable. The bathrooms were also very clean, which made it reassuring for women as well. The Italian meals were excellent and very generous in portion size. We stayed for two nights, and they changed the menu for us; everything was delicious. I can’t go into details, but they were also considerate of our picky-eating son—I felt sorry to trouble them—but we truly appreciated their thoughtful attention. Because it’s all-inclusive, I was disappointed that I don’t drink alcohol, but my husband does and seemed extremely satisfied being able to enjoy a variety of drinks without hesitation. We couldn’t make it to bar time due to our schedule, but it sounded like there was a great selection and we would have loved to try it. There is some distance between the clubhouse where you dine and the tent where you stay. Shuttle Service is generally provided, but if you want to walk instead, please note that walking may not be allowed during certain hours (possibly for safety reasons). At night, it was lovely to stroll from the clubhouse back to the tent while looking up at the sky. There’s also a “German Village” within driving distance; we enjoyed activities like putter golf with our children. We didn’t overpack our schedule and spent two relaxing days—making wonderful memories.

We stayed two nights in a twin Room. We came for Miyazaki food, so we thought we could skip breakfast, but the onigiri were far better than expected (sorry!). The fillings were different each day, very generous, and about the volume of two convenience-store onigiri. The miso soup was also delicious. It was great that they can pack the onigiri to go as well. Since our goal was a gourmet trip around the downtown area, it was just a short walk away. The airport bus stop is also right by the Hotel, so the location was extremely convenient. We were also happy with the extension fee of 1 hour / 1,000 yen. There is only a shower, but the water pressure was strong and there were no issues. The sink area and toilet are separate, which actually made it very practical for two people. The toilet is spacious too, without that cramped feeling typical of business hotels—better than expected. The vanity is wide enough to place makeup items and such. If choosing between a combined bath/toilet unit and this setup, this is definitely better. It may depend on the Room, but ours had a window and high ceilings. We will stay here again next time! Notes: No mini freezer compartment in the refrigerator. No electric kettle. Plenty of outlets. Mini table with chairs. Full-length mirror. It felt larger than the listed square meters. Space for suitcases; storage under the bed. Early check-in not allowed—about 10 minutes early at most. Airport bus stop nearby; one-meter taxi ride from Miyazaki Station; 3–5 minutes’ walk to downtown dining/entertainment areas.

I used to stay at Mercure quite often overseas, but since I travel less these days, this was my first stay in a while. The location is very convenient—just a short walk from Shimbashi Station and Uchisaiwaicho Subway Station. I believe it was originally an office building, later converted into an annex of a neighboring Hotel, and then rebranded as Mercure. Since the property is scheduled to close soon for renovations, I was grateful to be able to stay at a very reasonable rate. Perhaps because of the location and the brand, most guests were international, and many of the front desk staff were as well (they assisted me in flawless Japanese). With an interior design inspired by a “theater,” the whole place feels even more international. The Room design was also quite bold. There is a couch-like platform near the window where you can lie down and watch trains passing by (Shinkansen, Tokaido Line, Keihin-Tohoku Line, etc.). However, getting up onto it takes some effort, and opinions may differ on how practical it really is. Aside from the décor and these design choices, it felt like a slightly upscale Business Hotel. I’m looking forward to seeing what concept it will adopt after the renovation.

Used for sightseeing in Osaka. Located about a 4-minute walk from Nankai Namba Station. Close to Takashimaya, Namba Walk, and Midosuji Namba area with excellent access. Approximately 30 minutes to the Expo venue. There is a Lawson convenience store right in front of the hotel. Many restaurants are located within the shopping street nearby. Although there were many international visitors, the accommodation was quiet during my stay. I had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

About a three-minute walk from the Kabuki-za Theatre, it was very convenient—I could return right away even after the evening performance ended. This time I stayed on the Executive Floor, so in the evening I relaxed at the bar, enjoying drinks and hors d’oeuvres while taking in Ginza’s streetscape and night views. The platter included smoked salmon and prosciutto, and I could also choose pickles and nuts; it was great that these were included. For alcohol there was champagne, several wines, whisky, and sake, but cocktails were charged separately. I took some soup back to my Room and it was delicious, but carrying hot soup to the Room in a paper cup felt unsafe. The Room was a twin; not spacious, but it had a separate bathroom with a rain shower. There is a washing area, but no space for changing clothes. When I first entered the Room, it was lovely that the curtains opened with music. The view faced another building, but I could still enjoy some night scenery at an angle. Many of the staff were non-Japanese, but their Japanese was fluent and polite. On departure day when I asked about transportation to Yokohama, I was told to walk to Ginza Station rather than use nearby Higashi-Ginza Station—but you can go directly from Higashi-Ginza Station too, right? When pulling a suitcase through Ginza, shorter is better—so why?

Even though I decided to travel at the last minute, I was lucky to find an affordable and great Accommodation. The service was good. Overall, it’s old, but it felt clean and well maintained. I would stay again.

From check-in to check-out, all the staff were consistently kind, and the service was impeccable. The Facility was new and well equipped, making our stay very comfortable. While the location is not particularly convenient for transportation, there is a Shuttle Service to the nearest station, so we did not feel much inconvenience. Overall, it is a wonderful Onsen Ryokan that we would definitely like to visit again.

In addition to its convenient location within walking distance of Sapporo Station and many restaurants, the reliable ANA-branded service offers peace of mind, and the pricing makes it easy to use even for business trips. Unlike many typical Business Hotels in recent years, the property has a calm, substantial atmosphere, and the guest rooms felt spacious. The rooms have separate bath and toilet areas, were very clean, and made for a comfortable stay. I was also impressed by how politely the staff spoke and their attentive service throughout my stay. The Sapporo Station South Exit area is convenient for business dinners as well, and the ease of getting around is another major advantage. I found this Hotel extremely practical as a base for both private travel and business trips. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sapporo. Thank you very much.

Everything was wonderful. I checked in feeling completely exhausted that day, but the staff kindly offered to show me where the restaurant was if I didn’t mind, and since they could seat me right away, I ended up having dinner there. As I was dining alone, I asked the staff about portion sizes while ordering, and it turned into a truly delicious and happy meal. The Room was just the right size, so I could relax and recover. The next morning I took it easy as well. I got some cake and bread to take out and went to a friend’s Hotel where they were staying to eat them, and they were so good that I regretted not having breakfast here. I’m sure I’ll stay here again next time!

I was glad that the toilet and bath were separate. I also appreciated being moved to the ladies’ room. I had a comfortable stay.

Although my Multiple Night Stay was booked as a non-smoking Room on the first night and a smoking Room on the second, they kindly checked whether a non-smoking Room was available for the second night and changed it to a Multiple Night Stay in the same Room. The staff were very kind, and I had a comfortable stay. When I attend events near the waterfront area, I would like to stay here again.

The Room was spacious and very comfortable, with convenient storage, well-placed mirrors, and a user-friendly bathroom layout—so much so that it felt suitable even for a long stay. I would definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you very much.

The moment I entered the breakfast venue, I saw Sakurajima and was deeply moved, thinking this was the iconic view of Kagoshima I had always dreamed of. The table layout was excellent, and there was a wide variety of delicious dishes—I was truly impressed. The bath was also great; the carbonated water helped relieve my fatigue. Lastly, the front desk staff were clear in their communication and efficient in their service, which made me feel very comfortable.

As we were traveling with a small child, your staff’s warm consideration allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay with peace of mind. We are truly grateful. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Even though we were able to stay at a reasonable price, there was also a large public bath and a sauna, so we could relax and enjoy a long soak. Two of us stayed in a single Room, but the bed was spacious and it was more than enough. Every item at the breakfast buffet was delicious, and we went back for seconds. We were also lucky to find a great izakaya right in front of the Hotel. We were very satisfied. Thank you again.
