It was only a one-night stay, but the front desk staff were very polite and kind. The Room was on the 36th floor, with a great location and high ceilings—excellent overall. If I had to mention one thing, it was disappointing that only the toilet washlet felt outdated. The breakfast selection wasn’t very extensive, but the fresh salad was delicious. When leaving, the staff kindly helped arrange a taxi, which was very helpful. If I have another chance to visit Sendai, I will stay here again.

We were able to stay at a great price with a last-minute deal during heavy rain. The Room was disappointing in that there was no valuables box, and the toilet exhaust fan didn’t work. For valuables, we had to go all the way to the bath area on the 5th floor to use the valuables box there, then head to the far open-air bath on the 6th floor. The open-air bath was amazing. We went in during heavy rain wearing a woven hat, but there were only two, so other guests seemed inconvenienced. We enjoyed it enough and handed our umbrella over before leaving. It would be better if a few more were provided. Amenities in the Room were minimal, and anything else you need is placed on the 1st floor, so you go pick it up yourself. The pillow was very thin, so we borrowed one from three types of pillows available on the 1st floor. When I visited it was pouring rain and there weren’t many other guests, so pillows were still available—but I wonder if they restock them when it’s busy? As for meals, for this price they were acceptable. The steak was processed meat. It’s all-you-can-eat crab, but it’s better not to expect too much. There was also eel; warming it up on the hot plate after cooking steak made it tasty. For breakfast, the DIY rice bowl (toppings over rice) was delicious. Above all, drinks were all-you-can-drink from check-in until 11:00 p.m.—dinner started just 30 minutes after welcome drinks ended—and after that we went to the bar. Since you can take drinks back to your Room as well, we relaxed and drank plenty. The welcome oden and steamed meat buns were also delicious. We also enjoyed midnight udon as a late-night snack—overall we fully made use of everything. The staff members were foreigners as well, but everyone worked very hard and they were wonderful. We would definitely like to return again. Thank you very much.

Although the building feels a bit old, we had a very comfortable stay. We made a Reservation with No Meals Included, but decided to have the breakfast buffet at short notice. Both the Japanese and Western breakfast staples were delicious, and the French toast was cooked to order, so we enjoyed it fresh. They also provided takeout cups for coffee, so I enjoyed a cup in my Room. I would like to stay here again when I visit Niigata. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying here. It was also my first sightseeing trip to Beppu, and I’m glad I chose this Hotel. We decided to have dinner on short notice that day, and the staff handled everything politely and smoothly. It was an à la carte dinner, and every dish was delicious. Breakfast in the morning was also wonderful—you can choose a main dish, and there is a buffet with bread, salads, and more. Everything tasted great, making for a lovely breakfast time. The staff were very kind as well. The Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—I wished I could have stayed longer. The open-air bath in the Room was also excellent. The amenities were well stocked, and since I enjoyed the Onsen many times, it was convenient to have extra towels available. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good so we couldn’t see the view, but I imagine it would be beautiful on a clear day. It’s a place I’d like to recommend to friends. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

I stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and mine. Even though I mistakenly made a Reservation for a twin room instead of a double, they kindly changed it for me. We also received celebratory chocolates, and as always, The Ritz makes me feel elegant every time I visit. The staff and the food were outstanding. I would like to come again next year. I booked this for my first solo trip in a while. The staff members were different each time—when I called the day before, when they stored my luggage before check-in, and when I returned after going out—but everyone was very helpful and made me feel at ease. The room was clean, with no unnecessary amenities cluttering the sink area, which I appreciated for its simplicity. On a personal note, I was delighted to find that the TV was SONY with the same remote as at home; I enjoyed watching YouTube. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Tenjin-Minami Station and 15 minutes from Tenjin Station. The Lawson on the corner was also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again when attending live events. Thank you!

Everything—from the service and the Hotel’s interior design to the teppanyaki and even the smallest details in the guest room—was perfect. It was a truly moving and wonderful stay.

I made a same-day Reservation on a spontaneous trip with no fixed plans. There was a local craft beer tap next to the check-in counter, and you can pour it into a cup and enjoy it in your Room. The Room felt a bit dated, but it was kept clean. There was no view, but I slept comfortably. There was a restaurant behind the check-in counter, but it wasn’t available on the day of my stay. The wine bar tenant on the 1st floor was also closed for the holiday. There are many restaurants nearby open until late at night, so finding dinner isn’t an issue. There is a Yamazaki Daily Store about a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast costs 2,000 yen and must be requested by 8:00 PM the day before. The rice is excellent.

We stayed for one night during our summer vacation trip. We came mainly for the pool, but there were so many events and fun activities for kids throughout the property that one night was nowhere near enough! Everyone was so kind to our children, and they were very happy—they keep saying they want to come back again (lol). When we visit Awaji Island again, we would love to stay here again!!

The Room, amenities, and service were all excellent. The lobby atmosphere was wonderful. Please let me stay again the next time I visit Hakata!

Previously, I could cook shabu-shabu myself, but this time only cold, boiled pork was provided. It was disappointing. On the plus side, it was nice that I could make the surf clam curry myself.

We stayed here with our family this time. We arrived early and stopped by to ask a few questions, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful—our children were grateful as well. The Room and meals were excellent, and it was a very comfortable Accommodation. We stayed for an event this time, but when we visit Fukuoka again for events, we would love to stay here again. Our children also said, “We want to stay here again!” and were very satisfied. Thank you as well to the hall staff, the restaurant hall staff, and the parking staff for their support—we truly appreciate your help. Thank you very much.

This was our fourth stay. The facilities, amenities, and service were all outstanding. The staff are friendly while providing truly first-class service. The Shuttle Service to the beach was prompt and courteous, and they were genuinely kind in the way they spoke to our children. At breakfast at Gusuku, they cleared our dishes many times and kept everything comfortable throughout. Also, although it wasn’t on the buffet menu, when my child asked for ice cream, instead of the typical “Sorry” response you often hear in Japan’s service industry, they handled it flexibly and kindly provided it. When we were taking family selfies on the property, a staff member even came running over from a distance to help us without being asked. There were so many touching moments—everything about their hospitality made us certain we want to stay again. It’s surprising that this is rated one star; it feels like two stars or more.

It was my first stay in a while, and the floor had a calm atmosphere. The Room was spacious, thoroughly cleaned, and clearly well maintained with an excellent sense of cleanliness. Above all, every staff member was courteous and professional, which made my stay very comfortable. Choosing this property for my time in Osaka was absolutely the right decision. I would love to stay again when I have the opportunity, and I look forward to seeing you then.

I’ve stayed here many times. The rates are affordable, the Hotel is clean, and I can fully enjoy Spa World for two days, so I’m always grateful! It would be even more appreciated if the parking fee were not limited to a 24-hour period, but instead set as a flat rate (e.g., 1,000 yen) from the check-in day through the end of the check-out day.

Drink bar (including alcohol), ramen, ochazuke, and ice cream You don’t often find a Hotel with so many thoughtful extras. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Toyama.

This is a clean, beautiful, and comfortable Room. The spacious bed is very comfortable, and on clear days you can even see Mt. Fuji. As train and car sounds can be heard nearby, guests who enjoy such ambience may appreciate it. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, including handmade rice balls, a Japanese-style omelet, Eggs Benedict, Greek yogurt, and more.

Our first family trip in seven years. As the kids have grown up, it has become harder to coordinate schedules for all five of us, so we decided at the end of last year to make time during this summer vacation and planned this trip. We were very satisfied with the Room size, service, and meals—it felt like a shame that one night wasn’t enough to fully enjoy everything. We especially loved the seasoning of the dishes, Shimane-grown Koshihikari rice, and the local sake. We were extremely satisfied. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

There is also an open-air bath, and the Onsen was very soothing—helping me unwind, relieve work fatigue, and relax.

The location, service, and facilities offered more value than the price. I had a pleasant stay and would like to use it again.
