I chose this place while looking for a nearby destination I could reach by car with my father (85), as it may be our last trip together. I wished I could have brought my late mother as well, so I came with her photo. It was about a 90-minute drive. Surrounded by greenery, we stayed one night from Sunday to Monday, which suited our schedule. There is an elevator, and the seating is comfortably spaced. Dinner was a kaiseki-style meal, with vegetables prepared deliciously. Breakfast was buffet-style, but they do not let in too many guests at once, and the small-dish presentation was great. The rice was also delicious, and the seasoning was just right. I would like to visit again casually. There are activities that children will enjoy too, and next time we plan to come with our grandchildren’s family.

We stayed here on a couples’ trip. The welcome pizza was incredibly delicious, and even though we asked for seconds many times, the staff kindly baked fresh pizzas for us each time with a smile. Thank you very much. Perhaps because there were many families with children, our bathing times didn’t overlap, so even though we used the bath several times, we never shared it with anyone and were able to relax as if it were private. This was my fault, but the pizza was so good that I ate too much and ended up leaving some of my dinner, which I felt sorry about. I thought it would be nice to have an option with a smaller dinner portion. The dessert contained peaches, and when I declined due to my allergy, they offered to prepare an assortment of seasonal fruits instead. Since I’m allergic to fruit in general, I had to decline as well, but I truly appreciated their thoughtful consideration. Breakfast was also very delicious and satisfying. We would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here last year to celebrate my birthday, loved it, and returned again this year for my birthday. This time, I truly appreciate your even more thoughtful hospitality. Thanks to you, I was able to relax wholeheartedly in my Room. This year’s concept was to take it slow at a Hotel. First, I enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay at a wonderful Hotel in Umekoji. Then I came here. Different in character, yet even better. It feels wonderfully calm. Perhaps it’s because you make the most of the location by the Kamo River and help us experience Kyoto so comfortably. In the midst of the bustle of Shijo-Kawaramachi, this is a space where you don’t feel any of that at all—remarkable. Your affiliated HIYORI Ocean Resort Okinawa is also one of my favorites—an exquisite Hotel that lets you truly feel the beauty of Onna Village. I’ve fallen for Soraniwa Terrace Kyoto as well! At this rate, I may end up coming back again for my birthday next year.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights and had no complaints. * Even though it’s a Hotel in Noge, there is parking, and they kindly assign spaces based on vehicle size. * The front desk staff are friendly and pleasant. * The Room was clean, with nothing to complain about. * It’s close to Noge’s bar district—perfect for those who enjoy drinking.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times since it opened. It’s a favorite of mine, packed with charm. The interior features abundant Hida-sourced wood, creating a calm atmosphere where warmth and luxury are beautifully balanced. Whether in the lobby or the guest Rooms, it’s comfortable everywhere. The Onsen is also outstanding, with blue mosaic tiles in the baths. They are not only visually beautiful but also pleasant to the touch, making it easy to truly unwind. There is an additional fee, but I especially recommend the private bath with a spacious deck—an indulgent experience in a fully private setting. Above all, my greatest pleasure here is dinner. This time, Perla caviar was served as an amuse-bouche—presented in the tin—which genuinely surprised me with its extravagance. From there, the course continued with spear squid, lobster, and Hida beef; every dish showcased superb ingredients along with the chef’s skill and sense of style. Each plate was moving in its own way—it was simply a wonderful time. The breakfast buffet is equally impressive. From local Takayama specialties to salmon marinade and their signature Hida beef curry, everything is so well executed that it hardly feels like typical Hotel breakfast—I was completely satisfied from the morning. Most memorable of all is the hospitality of the staff. Not only do they respond kindly and attentively whenever you need help, they also greet even casual travel conversations with warm smiles that make you feel truly welcome. If you stay here, I encourage you to chat with them—you’ll appreciate this Hotel even more. Room quality, Onsen, dining, and service—few Hotels deliver such a high level across every aspect. And despite that excellence, the Accommodation Fee is surprisingly reasonable; considering what you receive, the value for money is exceptional. For me, it’s one of my absolute favorite Hotels in Japan—one I will happily return to again and again.

Thank you as always. Caring for my parent can be challenging in many ways, but thanks to Town Center, I’m able to make the most of my limited time—taking my parent to the hospital, cleaning the family home, and handling administrative procedures at the city office—and it’s also an oasis where I can truly rest and recharge. I’ll be staying again from time to time.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. I was very happy to be upgraded to an available Room. Although the weather wasn’t great, I think the view from the balcony is the best at this Hotel. The staff were cheerful, and I had a wonderful stay. I would like to stay again next time.

I stayed in a KASE Room for two nights. The interior design, furnishings, and bath were excellent. The larger furniture and bathtub may be especially comfortable for taller or bigger guests. Communication regarding the Reservation was very kind and helpful. Dinner on the first night was a French course meal, and contrary to my expectations (my apologies), it was outstanding. It was served at the affiliated steakhouse next door, and the main meat dish truly shined—it was delicious (you can also charge it to your Room). On the second night, I didn’t want to eat at the same restaurant again, so they introduced nearby dining options. They recommended as many as 12 places with details and Shuttle Service from the Hotel included. I chose an Italian restaurant and was very satisfied. Breakfast was plentiful, healthy, and delicious. I couldn’t fully enjoy the private open-air bath due to unfortunate weather, but that can’t be helped. The staff service was thoughtful and pleasant throughout. A Keith Haring museum—one I have long been a fan of—is right next door, which I really enjoyed. The Hotel also displays Haring’s works. I visited the Hakushu Distillery (the main purpose of my trip). There is a shuttle bus from Kobuchizawa Station, and I could also request Shuttle Service from the Hotel to Kobuchizawa. Overall, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you very much.

The bath and Room were clean and comfortable, and all the staff were very kind. Both dinner and breakfast had just the right seasoning and portions, and everything was delicious. It would be perfect if breakfast included a small dessert bite and after-meal coffee. This was a Ryokan I would definitely like to stay at again and recommend to friends. It was a wonderful stay, and I was very satisfied, with the unique aesthetic of architect Togo Murano felt throughout. The Hotel is surrounded by lush nature, making it pleasant to enjoy a relaxing walk. At the same time, taking the subway gets you to the city center in about 15 minutes, so access is very convenient. The breakfast I had been looking forward to offered just the right variety for both Western and Japanese options, and everything was delicious. Although I don’t usually wear provided pajamas, they matched the Hotel’s refined atmosphere perfectly, so I enjoyed wearing them this time. The walk from the elevator to my room was a bit long, but being able to stroll while admiring the beautiful courtyard view through the windows made even that travel time feel like a relaxing moment.

It was close to the station and very comfortable. I also found that you can get to and from the station via the underground passage from near the Hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful, and I would like to stay at this Hotel again when I visit Sapporo! Breakfast was delicious too. Thank you very much.

We stayed with our child, and thanks to the friendly staff who spoke to us warmly, both parent and child were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay with peace of mind. The meals and drinks served at SPECIALTY SALON were also excellent. Next time we stay, we would love to try breakfast at THE MOMENT as well. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for having us this time. Since we had early check-in, we headed over early, but arrived even earlier than expected and planned to wait next to the front desk until check-in time. However, the Room was already ready, so we were able to check in even earlier and relax. The Room was clean, and there were no missing amenities, so we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast the next morning was also delicious. We chose the Japanese set meal, and fruit, steamed vegetables, bread, and drinks were served buffet-style, so we enjoyed plenty and were very satisfied. We would love to stay again.

I stayed at this Accommodation yesterday! The service was very attentive, and the in-room open-air bath was flawless. Watching the staff grill and prepare sushi right in front of us at dinner and breakfast made the experience even better. Thank you for a wonderful one-night stay!

I ended up staying in Niigata at short notice, and I really appreciated your help. Even though it was late at night, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The Room was clean, and for this type of Hotel, the bathtub in the bathroom was pleasantly spacious. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options—especially the nikujaga and Niigata-grown Koshihikari rice, which were delicious. I’d love to stay again when I visit Niigata.

I stayed here during a typhoon due to work and other commitments. I am truly grateful for the staff’s thoughtful care. The Room was spacious, and I enjoyed using the washer and dryer; the bathroom was also clean, and I had a great time. The meals were delicious. The drinks were delicious as well. I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of Yokosuka, and thanks to the staff’s smiles and considerate support, I felt very at ease throughout my stay. I often stay in Tokyo for work, but compared with overpriced Hotels that feel superficial, this Accommodation offered excellent service, which made me very happy. I’m also grateful for the thoughtful attention from the staff at the drink counter. I will visit again. Thank you very much.

This was my first time in Himeji to see an opera. I considered other options, but chose this Hotel because of the Nikko brand, a separate bath and toilet, on-site parking, and even a club floor. However, the parking lot fills up quickly (it’s near the station and there aren’t many spaces), which made me nervous as a guest traveling from far away. A male staff member at the parking entrance kindly secured the last available space for me, which was a huge help—thank you very much. It would be great if parking could be reserved when making a Reservation, though I understand it may be difficult to manage. I also appreciated that parking is free for club-floor guests. The Facility feels a bit dated in places, but the Room has been renovated for comfort and convenience, with no shortage of amenities. The ReFa shower and hair dryer were excellent. The toilet wasn’t just updated cosmetically—the fixtures and piping also seemed new, making it very easy to use. The pajamas were a comfortable two-piece set with a soft feel and relaxed fit. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. The lounge made me wonder if this price is really okay—the food and drinks were impressively plentiful. Not only alcohol but also a great selection of HARNEY & SONS teas; the cinnamon tea recommended by one of the hotel staff was so good that I bought some afterward. Overall, the service was pleasant throughout and I could truly relax. Breakfast offered an extensive variety of both Japanese- and Western-style dishes—so much that even with my big appetite I couldn’t try everything. Live-cooked egg dishes are common at Hotels, but this was my first time seeing burgers made to order right in front of me. The burger was delicious—and perfectly sized as well. And the Awaji Island milk was outstanding. With no time limits on parking or lounge access, I could visit Himeji Castle and shop in the arcade as well. This isn’t just convenient for guests—it also feels like support for local revitalization efforts. Breakfast included many locally inspired items, and even the vending machines next to reception carried products from local confectionery shops—another nice touch. I don’t often have reasons to come to Himeji, but I’d love to return for a relaxing staycation. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stay here several times a year and keep coming back—the natural aroma scents and carefully selected ingredients soothe me every time. The new summer welcome drink, which wasn’t available before, looked refreshing and was gentle on the body. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, I was able to try all three syrups. Mint when I want to feel refreshed, cinnamon when my stomach feels tired, and red shiso when I feel like I might lose to the summer heat—each cup was truly comforting. I hope this becomes a regular offering from now on. The spiced chai at breakfast also felt uniquely special and was delicious.
