The continuously flowing Onsen bath was wonderful, and even the diluted bath had surprisingly lively bubbles—I could really feel the high quality of the spring water. It was a bit disappointing that the women’s bathing hours were somewhat short, but I made the most of the time and enjoyed the Onsen to the fullest. Breakfast is served with dishes portioned into small bowls, making it easy to choose what you like and go back for seconds. There’s a good variety, and even as guests keep coming in one after another, the staff promptly refills everything. It isn’t a flashy Hotel, but the service is polite and pleasant, and everything feels clean. Above all, this is an Accommodation I’d recommend to anyone staying primarily for the Onsen. I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much.

I stay here when attending night games at Koshien. This is my third time, and every visit I’m impressed by the courteous service from the front desk and lobby lounge staff, as well as the restaurant staff—truly what you’d expect from a Miyako Hotel. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and I really appreciate being able to leave my luggage in the Room beforehand. Breakfast is open even if you arrive a little before 7:00 AM. It’s mainly Japanese-style, but one of the highlights is having fried eggs cooked to order on the spot, and I also enjoy that they offer Amagasaki champon. The Facility is a bit old, but it’s very comfortable, and I’d like to stay here again in the future.

Two years ago, I made a Reservation, but my father passed away and I had to Cancel the Reservation at short notice. It had been on my mind ever since, so this time I made another Reservation and stayed here. I truly enjoyed the best of the countryside! Honestly, it feels higher quality than many Hotels. The food was carefully prepared, with great flavor and texture in every dish, and the Room and bathroom were designed to be comfortable and easy for anyone to use. Above all, the hospitality is outstanding! If you want to experience the countryside, I highly recommend staying at Yamagataya!!

Compared with my memories from years ago, it had changed a lot. I stayed at Nisshokan, and it had just reopened the day after renovations, so I was very satisfied. The bath was also great. Payment was automated with plenty of machines available, so everything went smoothly. They transported us from the parking lot by a small shuttle bus (they also asked whether we preferred the boat).

Both the building and the Room are new and spotless, and the bed is spacious. Everything is well cleaned. Conveniently located just a short drive from Saku-Kita IC. A 7-Eleven and Tsuruya supermarket are also nearby. If you’re driving, it’s better than Accommodations around Komoro Station. (Local)

The food in the club lounge was delicious, and the drinks and snacks were all thoughtfully selected—we really enjoyed it. Above all, the lounge itself was stylish, spotless, and wonderfully relaxing, so we could unwind in peace. All of the staff were very pleasant and made us feel truly well cared for. Thanks to that, we had a comfortable stay from start to finish. Breakfast was at Rilassa on the 3rd floor. It was crowded, but there was an incredible variety of dishes—far more than we could possibly try. They even had matcha warabi mochi that day, which was also excellent. The view from our Room was outstanding. From the lounge, we could see Tokyo Dome City attractions from above, and from our Room we enjoyed views over Tokyo and Marunouchi—plus Odaiba’s Fuji TV building in the distance, the National Diet Building, Minato City, and sparkling night views of high-rises toward Shinjuku. It was wonderful. The Room was spacious and comfortable, with a sofa large enough to stretch out on and relax. The sink area and bathtub aren’t the newest style, but they were polished to a shine and felt great to use. I didn’t know there could be such a fun and relaxing Hotel—I definitely want to come again. My family who traveled with me also said: “It was so much fun!! We want to go again! The food is delicious, and the club lounge is great!!” We’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

We were completely satisfied with everything—the restaurant, the Room, and the large Onsen bath. Since we were traveling with my elderly parents, the staff kindly accommodated us by assigning a Room near the elevator. At the buffet restaurant as well, they immediately understood our request as soon as we sat down, and everything went smoothly. At the Japanese restaurant, there were many non-Japanese staff alongside experienced Japanese staff, and everyone was very polite, making our stay truly comfortable. The Room was spacious with an easy-to-live-in layout, which was great. The Onsen left our skin feeling wonderfully smooth.

As it’s a new Hotel, it was very clean, the Facility was well equipped, and it was comfortable to stay there! I was also very satisfied with the separate roomwear. However, the convenience store is a bit far, and depending on which ticket gate you exit at Yokohama Station, the route can be hard to find.

Since my first stay around 2019, this has been my number one “Accommodation I want to return to.” Sometimes revisiting a wonderful Accommodation can be a little disappointing, but this time there was nothing like that at all—I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the stay once again. The Room had a natural interior with the warmth of wood and felt very comfortable, and the lobby was also a relaxing space surrounded by greenery. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like an escape from everyday life. Above all, the dining was outstanding. Not only did everything taste amazing, but the presentation and overall experience made it exciting—wondering what would come next was part of the fun. Even my partner, who doesn’t often say “delicious,” was genuinely impressed by the meat dish. Along with the meat’s natural sweetness and rich flavor, the pairing with the sauce was excellent—we were still talking on our way home about how truly delicious it was. It didn’t just meet expectations; it reminded me all over again how special this Accommodation is. We would love to visit again.

I stayed here after a touring trip. This Hotel has a calm, refined atmosphere. The location is convenient, and above all, the breakfast venue—formerly a bank—perfectly matches Matsumoto’s history and heritage.

We stayed as a group of two adults and three preschool children. The Accommodation was very clean, and the Room was spacious, so we could relax comfortably. We chose a Room with an open-air bath, which meant we could bathe anytime and then lounge on the bed or sofa—absolutely wonderful. The minibar was well stocked, with a great selection ranging from non-alcoholic drinks to wine, juice, and coffee. We could also borrow table games, and in the evening our family enjoyed playing Othello. Since we had a 0-year-old baby, we requested a baby bath and a diaper trash bin. Not only were those provided, but they also kindly placed baby soap for us as well, which we really appreciated. When I asked on the day if it would be possible to lay out futons in the Japanese-style Room, they gladly agreed and prepared them while we were at dinner. After going to the beach, there was an outdoor shower around the back with warm water available. It also connected to a rear entrance leading directly to the large public bath inside, so we were able to stay comfortable throughout our time in the Accommodation. The meals were delicious. They contacted us in advance about allergies and accommodated us accordingly, so we could dine with peace of mind. At mealtimes—without us even asking—they had already set up a bed where our baby could sleep. They also lent coloring books and toys so our older children wouldn’t get bored, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed meal for the first time in quite a while. One small but truly appreciated point: they provided towels generously. There were plenty of both bath towels and face towels in the Room, and after returning from the beach they handed us fresh bath towels for everyone along with clothes we had left at reception beforehand. There was no need to request extra towels at all—zero minor stress. All of the staff were pleasant and welcoming; it was a wonderful Accommodation full of hospitality. When we visit Amanohashidate again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located close to the station. 　As we checked in late, the on-site parking was full, but there was an affordable paid parking lot across from the underground garage, so it was easy to use without any trouble. 　The young male staff member at the front desk was also very courteous, and we had a pleasant stay. 　Thank you very much.

I stopped by and stayed here on my way back to my hometown. Since I’d heard it was attached to a day-use Onsen Facility, I didn’t expect much—but I couldn’t have been more wrong. From the building’s appearance to every detail of the indoor Facilities, everything was impeccably maintained and welcoming. Above all, I was amazed by the staff’s hospitality. They anticipated guests’ needs before being asked—truly top-tier service. The Onsen uses water from the well-known Nakatsugawa Onsen source, and it felt wonderfully silky on the skin. The meal was a creative kaiseki course featuring plenty of Gifu ingredients, with outstanding taste, quality, portion size, and presentation. The room was beautifully kept, and I had a completely comfortable stay with no inconveniences at all. This is an exceptional Onsen Accommodation that I’ll definitely return to.

Conveniently located very close to the subway station, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also varied and delicious. The guest room was kept very clean. Some hotels often have a distinctive lingering odor, but this Hotel had none at all and felt exceptionally fresh and spotless. I was able to sleep comfortably as well. Another pleasant surprise was that the pajamas included pants. Most places provide only a top in a yukata style, but this Hotel’s service was attentive even in that regard. I would like to stay here again when I travel to Tokyo on business.

I stayed here on a business trip. It’s not far from the station, and there’s a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient.

This was my first time staying here. At first, I wasn’t sure about a standalone house in the mountains, but once I arrived, it far exceeded my expectations. The Room was more spacious than I imagined, the Onsen was free-flowing with a gentle quality to the water, and above all, the meals were not only delicious but also very generous. This Accommodation offers something truly special that you won’t find elsewhere. As someone who loves traveling, it’s an Accommodation I genuinely want to recommend to others from the bottom of my heart.

Although I live in Kyoto City, I chose this Hotel because I wanted to enjoy an Onsen and a delicious breakfast close by without traveling far. The result was a truly wonderful stay that left me completely satisfied and thinking, “I definitely want to come back!” The cute yet elegant, almost overseas-like atmosphere lifted my spirits the moment I arrived. The door leading to the guest Room floors requires you to tap your Room key card, which felt secure and luxurious. I also enjoyed the organic drip coffee in my Room as a welcome drink, and it instantly made me feel relaxed and happy. As for the Onsen—what a treat! I enjoyed it three times: in the evening, before bed, and again in the morning. I was especially delighted by the complimentary beer service at the spa lounge available with bathing until 6:00 p.m. I drank about half in the lounge and took the rest back to my Room; enjoying it while watching Kyoto’s cityscape shift from dusk into neon-lit night through the window was simply perfect. What impressed me most during this stay was breakfast! When entering the venue, as soon as the receptionist greeted me cheerfully, all of the staff inside welcomed me with “Good morning,” which instantly made me feel excited. Even though I was dining alone, their thoughtful hospitality felt warm, and I remained comfortable throughout. Every dish—Japanese and Western—was truly delicious. From freshly made dashimaki tamago prepared by the chef to Kyoto-style obanzai side dishes and detox water, I enjoyed sampling many different items little by little. Their smart service—quietly clearing empty plates each time I stood up—was also very pleasant, and before I knew it, an hour had passed as I savored breakfast. This may have been one of the most satisfying breakfasts I've ever had. Since checkout is at 11:00 a.m., it was also a great memory being able to visit nearby Rokkakudo Temple after breakfast. This is truly a treasure of a Hotel—easy to reach by public transportation, with high-quality Onsen facilities and an outstanding breakfast that leaves you feeling refreshed. I'd love to recommend it to friends around me, and I'll definitely be back myself! Thank you for such a lovely time.

I have stayed here several times, and I am always completely satisfied. The staff are kind and provide courteous service. This time, my Room was upgraded. The meals were as luxurious as could be, and after dining I was able to fully enjoy the open-air bath in my Room. It’s nearby, so I will come again for a change of pace.

This is our favorite Accommodation, which we visit as a family about twice a year. The sunset views from the Room and the Onsen are wonderful, and above all, the meals are generous in portion and delicious! Some parts of the Facility show their age, but that also creates a warm, relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend this Accommodation.
