This was our second stay at Wanwan Paradise, following our visit to Toba. It is quite deep in the mountains, and there were no signs until we got close, so we were worried we were heading the right way. Surrounded by nature, we could enjoy a relaxing walk, and there is also a dog run right in front of the Hotel. Perhaps because there weren’t many guests, it felt like we had it all to ourselves while we were using it. The front desk staff told us we might be able to see fireflies, and when we walked along the dark road at night, we were able to see them for the first time in a long while. The Room was spacious, and we could relax in the Onsen as well. Dinner was at 7:00 PM, so since we arrived early, it felt like a long wait. Service seemed a little slow, but everything was delicious. We would like to stay again.

On the recommendation of an acquaintance who lives in Ibusuki, I stayed here in March and April this year. What stands out most about Ginsho is the delicious food! In addition to fresh local sashimi, the freshly fried Satsuma-age was exceptional. The seasoning was not too strong, and the portions were just right. The Onsen water quality was also excellent. I was able to relax and unwind.\n\nThe friendly and wonderful proprietress, whose warm personality truly shows in her smile, took great care of me. All of the staff were kind and provided very pleasant service. I will visit again soon. Thank you very much for everything!

The welcome drinks and well-stocked amenities bar made me feel happy as soon as I arrived. The view from the Room was wonderful, and I was able to relax at a leisurely pace. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and I was very satisfied. There are also sightseeing spots nearby, so it was great to enjoy them along with my stay. It was a wonderful Accommodation that I would definitely like to use again.

My first trip to Nikko felt far from Osaka, but I was finally able to visit Ritz, which I had wanted to go to for so long. It was such an extraordinary experience and incredibly refreshing. The weather wasn’t great, but the temperature was 10°C lower than in Osaka, which made it very comfortable. The Room was beautiful and had a view of Lake Chuzenji. Above all, the Onsen was the best! At first, I thought the sulfur scent was quite strong when I stepped in, but the water left my skin silky smooth—I wanted to soak in it every day. That night we had burgers via in-room dining; they were hearty, delicious, and left us completely satisfied! I also chose the Japanese breakfast I had been looking forward to, and it absolutely lived up to expectations. We used the shuttle bus as well. I thought I might get carsick on Irohazaka, but the driver’s careful and skillful driving really impressed me. It became a truly wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

The pricing felt fair and showed the Accommodation’s commitment. At first I wondered if the meals would be enough, but they were just right and tasted great. I was a bit nervous about the Plan where the Room is assigned on the day, but we got a spacious Japanese-style Room and stayed comfortably. The only downside was that there were no curtains, so the morning light was quite bright, but everything else was good.

Every staff member was attentive and thoughtful, never in a forced way, and provided truly pleasant hospitality. The entire Facility is simple yet elegant, and we were able to spend our time in a Room that felt exceptionally clean. Dinner was creative and very delicious. The buffet-style breakfast was also quite good.

We made a Reservation to spend some relaxing time together, as this is our 25th wedding anniversary and my husband has been away on a long-term solo assignment. With only a small number of Rooms, it was quiet, and the meals were served in semi-private dining spaces, so we could enjoy them without distractions. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. As for the baths, we used the open-air bath with a pool, and swimming while looking out at the natural scenery was great fun—it made me feel like a kid again. Our Room also had an open-air bath, so we could soak whenever we liked while enjoying the view. It was wonderful. The service was courteous, and we truly had a comfortable stay. We would love to stay again in another season. Just one thing: it would be even better if the entrance door to the Room matched the overall atmosphere more.

We stayed with four friends. The building is old, but the Japanese-style room was spacious. The restroom was a bit hard to find, but we were able to use it without any issues. The dining area was also large, and thanks to staggered meal times it was rarely crowded. There was a wide variety of dishes, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. Both baths require taking stairs from the entrance, so I felt it might be difficult for guests with mobility issues. One of the baths had water that was too lukewarm, so we couldn’t stay in for long. The parking lot is far away, but they provided Shuttle Service by car, which was helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

I was looking for an Accommodation with an Onsen where I could enjoy crab dishes. After searching various options, Ryokufukaku—where I had stayed before—matched my preferences best and was within my budget. With a course that included both crab and Tanba beef, I fully enjoyed the crab with in-room dining. The crab sashimi and grilled crab in particular were so delicious that I wanted to eat them again right away. Breakfast was also tasty, and the tofu you can make in a small pot was especially nice. The bath at the Accommodation was great, and I also visited two public baths outside. Strolling around the Onsen town is something unique to Kinosaki Onsen. I’d like to visit again around this time next year and the year after as well.

I stayed at Route Inn for the first time. Even though it was a bit late at night, the staff provided pleasant service. The Room and service were excellent! It's not as far from the station as expected, so it's also recommended for those not using a car.

I checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning for a ferry, so I looked for a Hotel as close to the ferry terminal as possible. I didn’t use the large public bath, but the air conditioning can be set individually in each Room, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. There are noticeable scuff marks on the walls from furniture, but they didn’t affect my stay at all. With a kitchen included, it may be a good choice for travelers who want to bring their own food and sightsee while living like a local.

I finally made it to Kinosaki Onsen, a place I had been wanting to visit for a long time. The public bath hopping, the crab kaiseki dinner, and the charming streets were all wonderful. Above all, the warm hospitality from the staff made this a truly relaxing and comforting trip. Thank you very much. I would love to visit again when it’s snowing.

Thank you very much for everything. The staff welcomed us with smiles, and it was a wonderful Accommodation that made us feel warm from the very beginning. Although meals were served in a large hall, it still felt private like a private room. There was a wide variety of dishes, all delicious—we were very satisfied. We stayed in a Japanese-style Room in the main building; while it had a sense of history, it was spacious enough for three people and we spent our time comfortably. The large public bath was also spacious, and the open-air bath was excellent as well. A walk through the well-maintained garden was lovely too—the moss was beautiful. The value for money surprised us in the best way. We would love to visit again.

I visited Fukushima for the first time in two years to pay respects at a relative’s grave. I always stay at Yoshikawaya. Last time, a family member fell ill for unknown reasons and we couldn’t fully enjoy our stay, but this time we were able to relax and take it easy. A family member is part of the Accommodation’s membership program, and we had made a one-night Reservation under a Plan we received directly (a special room with an open-air bath in Ryounkaku). Since we wanted to stay another night anyway, we also booked our usual Ryounkaku Room. In the end… it was wonderful! Even the standard Room was spacious enough, so we were completely comfortable without needing the special room. Having two sinks was also very convenient. The best part of Yoshikawaya is the large public bath. The Onsen area is so spacious that you never have to worry about whether there will be space in the changing room or washing area—you can enjoy a relaxing soak anytime. For dinner, since our whole family eats lightly, we chose the most affordable Plan, and it was just the right amount for us. The sukiyaki was especially delicious. The breakfast buffet also felt more substantial than before. There were plenty of vegetable dishes such as nikujaga and chikuzen-ni, and there was a wide variety of pickles as well. The original shumai, rich yogurt, and French toast were particularly memorable. I was too full to try it (which was disappointing), but they also had seafood okoge. In addition, the lobby lounge has a free drink corner with coffee and juice, along with small snacks and ice pops. True to Fukushima, there were many flavors such as peach, apple, and grape—all of them were delicious. What left the strongest impression this time was the Accommodation’s thoughtfulness. Although it was technically a Multiple Night Stay, our Reservations were made separately, so I was slightly worried about where and how we would spend time until our second-night Room would be ready. However, thanks to Yoshikawaya’s kindness, they prepared our next Room early—and in the meantime allowed us to continue using our first-night Room as well. Since I stayed with my elderly parents, this consideration meant more than anything. Of course, I understand this was purely their goodwill and consideration—it should not be expected every time—but I am truly grateful all the same. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us during this stay; I sincerely appreciate it. We would love to visit again!!

We booked four Rooms for our family, and both the beds and toilets were spotlessly clean. The staff and housekeeping team were very friendly, so we had a wonderful time. The bath water was a bit hot—maybe because it’s free-flowing hot spring water… I almost felt lightheaded, but it was very relaxing. I wish the women’s bath were a little cooler so I could soak more slowly. The welcome coffee was excellent, and I ended up having refills several times. The morning rice balls were also delicious, and I enjoyed them with warm tea. I used to live very close to the Yunokawa tram stop when I was little, so staying at this Hotel nearby made me feel nostalgic. Thank you for taking such good care of us—I’d love to come again.

I stayed here with my elderly mother and my sister. The meals were not buffet-style, which was perfect for my mother—she kept saying how delicious everything was. The Onsen water flowed continuously, and together with the open-air bath it felt like paradise. All the staff were kind as well. It’s also close to Tokyo, so I highly recommend it! I definitely want to come again. Thank you very much!

We have stayed at the Renaissance 5 or 6 times since our child was a baby. This time, when we had dinner at Sai, we ordered sukiyaki. A female staff member prepared it for us at the beginning, but her chopstick handling stood out to us. Of course, it may be debatable whether a workplace needs to provide guidance on something like how to hold chopsticks, but watching her made us feel a little sorry that no one seemed to have taught her. Sai appears to value formality and refinement—for example, beach sandals are not allowed during dinner service. For that reason, we feel that if possible, providing additional guidance on service manners and etiquette would make the experience even more pleasant.

The kaiseki dinner was absolutely delicious. Every dish was exquisite and carefully prepared, with flavors and creativity that set it apart from typical kaiseki—I could really feel the chef’s attention to detail. It was so good I wanted to meet the head chef. If it was this amazing in August, I can only imagine how incredible it will be during crab season. I’d love to visit again in crab season. We stayed for two nights for my wife’s birthday trip! The sea in Inatori was a bit rough, but we still had a Room with a great ocean view and an open-air hinoki bath, and we were able to relax very much. It was also nice that meals were served in a private dining room. The buffet offered more dishes than you’d expect from the term “half-buffet,” so it took some effort to carry food back to the private room, but we could eat quietly. We also truly appreciated that you prepared a separate cooked dish for my wife, who doesn’t like raw foods. Since it was during summer vacation when the pool is available, there were especially many children at mealtimes, so having a private room felt like the right choice. We were able to use the reservable private baths almost whenever we wanted, and it was convenient to check availability by registering on LINE. However, perhaps due to the age of the Facility—which is understandable—my wife has some difficulty with her legs, so moving around (to the restaurant and private baths, etc.) felt like quite a lot. In particular, access to the large panoramic bath on the 6th floor was only by stairs, and there were small steps inside the Room (such as around the washbasin area and low-bed space), so we deducted just a little in terms of barrier-free accessibility. We’re fans of Izu Animal Kingdom’s “Syrup Family,” so we would definitely like to visit Inatori again—and return to Akao Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

With mountain ranges and a lake, it’s the perfect place to fully enjoy nature. The open-air bath at dusk and early in the morning was extremely satisfying. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Goshikinuma is just steps from the Hotel, and with great weather we enjoyed an amazing holiday. I’d love to visit again during the autumn foliage season.
