It was a comfortable twin Room, and we could even see Lake Kawaguchi from the Room window. The amenities included everything we needed. Dinner was a half-buffet, which made it easy to choose just the right amount. The breakfast buffet let you make your own seafood rice bowl, which made it even more satisfying. I’m only disappointed that I missed the ochazuke time from 9:00 PM (I fell asleep). When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I’d like to stay at Breeze Bay again.

We were able to relax at the Aso Onsen. Both Dondoko-yu and the Hotel Onsen were great. We also enjoyed the meals, which included alcohol and drinks. We drove from the Yoshinogari Historical Park in Saga Prefecture to Aso, Kumamoto, and then to the Oka Castle Ruins in Taketa City, Oita, and it was comfortable and enjoyable.

To all the staff at Karuizawa Club Hotel 1130, thank you as always for your kind support. My family has stayed here many times over the past few years, and this time we were finally able to make a Reservation for the Premium Family Suite Room we had long hoped for, so we stayed yesterday. As its name suggests, it was the highest-grade Room among the many Rooms at Karuizawa Hotel 1130. There was an open-air jacuzzi bath on the balcony, and two indoor baths inside as well. There were also two restrooms, and four separate rooms in total—one of them a bedroom with a skylight that lets you gaze up at the sky. Because every space was so luxurious, my whole family was thrilled the moment we stepped into each room. We had reserved Japanese kaiseki at Yamaboshi well in advance, but it was changed to a buffet Plan. Just like in Hewitt Resort’s TV commercial, the buffet venue was beautiful and the selection was extensive. From the live kitchen at dinner to freshly made rice balls at breakfast, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were all courteous and kind, which helped us greatly. We also visited the open-air bath at Onioshi Onsen; it had been renovated and made it easier to access directly from the indoor bath area. We will be staying one more night later this month as well, and we are looking forward to enjoying the same Premium Family Suite Room again. Each time we stay, this wonderful Hotel continues to evolve even further—and it has become our family’s favorite. I hope other guests can experience that same sense of excitement too. To everyone on staff at Hotel Karuizawa 1130, thank you very much as always.

I was very satisfied. Although the building feels a bit old, it was well cleaned and properly maintained, and I could tell it is cared for. I had no complaints about the meals or drinks. It may not be luxurious or flashy, but I was able to enjoy plenty of local and seasonal ingredients to my heart’s content.

This was my second stay. The food already has an excellent reputation, and everything I tried was truly delicious—especially the desserts. I’ve had many buffet-style meals before, and this is my No. 1. The financiers served in the lounge as a late-night snack were also very tasty. The baths go without saying. I also appreciated that the service wasn’t overbearing. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We stayed for a one-night, two-day getaway as a couple. Travel memories are shaped by many things—weather, delicious food, scenery—but also by the connections you make along the way. On the day we arrived, we walked over 20,000 steps in humid weather before reaching the Hotel. The front desk staff’s warm smile was wonderful. We were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable evening. Of course, breakfast was great too. Thank you! Thank you for such a wonderful time!

I’ve stayed at Ooedo Onsen Monogatari several times, and this was the best one. Their service is well balanced: they allocate staff where they’re truly needed and keep staffing to a minimum elsewhere. You won’t see lots of kimono-clad attendants walking around like in traditional hot spring inns, but it’s clear they are thinking carefully about how to improve guest satisfaction. I thought it was excellent.\nHowever, regarding meals, I still think it would be better if à la carte dishes could be ordered on the spot. At the very least, I wish orders could be placed at check-in. The dinner buffet is delicious, but adding those à la carte options would definitely increase satisfaction. I should have reserved in advance—I planned to order after arriving, but it was too late. That was a bit disappointing.\nOverall, though, it was great and I’d like to visit again.

It felt just like a nostalgic Ryokan, and I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The bath was also very pleasant, and I was satisfied with the wide variety of breakfast options.

The staff were extremely courteous, the meals were delicious, and we were very satisfied with the room. (The woman at reception during check-in had a calm, low voice—it was truly lovely.) In the evening it was cloudy, so we had given up on seeing the stars. But when I looked out from the balcony before going to bed in the middle of the night, I could see a starry sky through gaps in the clouds, so I called the front desk and they lent us binoculars and a flashlight. Even though it was late at night, they answered our questions without showing any displeasure, which allowed us to enjoy stargazing with peace of mind. In short, it was amazing! I definitely want to come again and bring my parents next time. Thank you very much!

I also stayed at this hotel last month using Ikkyu, and I truly appreciate your hospitality. I plan to visit about twice a month from now on.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. During the dinner buffet, they served a fruit plate and more, which made us very happy!! The hospitality and service deserve more than five stars. This is the first time I’ve truly wanted to stay again.

This was our second stay in a Club Room, and just like last time, both the Room and the lounge were very comfortable, making it an enjoyable trip. We would love to stay again on our next trip to Hokkaido. It was also great that we could check in smoothly using the QR code sent in advance.

We stayed as a family of four. Since we booked our stay mainly to use the spa, pool, and kids’ area, we were very satisfied. We especially made great use of the lounge. Regarding service, we realized at check-in that our Reservation did not include the children, but the staff responded quickly and we were able to stay—truly grateful.

It was a No Meals Included Plan. I checked in after 8:00 PM and left the Hotel by 7:30 AM. Since it was a no-meals Plan and I didn’t need to do any shopping, there wasn’t much that stood out… but the service from the two male front desk staff members was outstanding. They were polite yet approachable, and they spoke at a pace that matched the guest—truly wonderful hospitality. The Hotel wasn’t new, but I had a very comfortable stay.

I planned to eat dinner out, but there wasn’t much nearby, so I chose the dinner buffet instead. Each table has a smokeless grill, so you can cook and enjoy seafood like scallops and shrimp as well as meat right at your table. Alcohol is also all-you-can-drink, which makes it a great value. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, and you can also request made-to-order items such as the Furano Burger and omelets. The Furano Burger was delicious, and I was very satisfied. There are several lounge areas as well, which is convenient. If you’re staying in Furano, I highly recommend this place.

I was attending a live tour and the venue is far from home, so I decided to look for Accommodation nearby. This time, I chose to stay at Art Park Hotel right next to the venue—Done. On the online map it was listed under the previous Hotel name, so I was a bit confused at first, but I’m glad I was able to make a Reservation without any issues. As the name suggests, it’s a Hotel with art on display throughout the building. I also received some beautiful art postcards. [Art is displayed in the Hotel.] It was truly right next door and very convenient. Parking was free as well. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been even better for me if there had been an Onsen or a large public bath… but that can’t be helped. The front desk staff greeted me and assisted me with smiles. Breakfast was delicious too. It was just one night and two days, but thank you for taking care of me.

I stayed here once a few years ago. The meals were delicious then, and I was very satisfied. This time as well, both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style with a great variety of dishes, including plenty of seafood, and it truly felt fulfilling. Everything was excellent. The shower head in the Room bath was a modern model and very comfortable. The gentleman in the parking lot was very friendly, took our family photo for us, and we were happy with how well it turned out. The view from the Room is also wonderful.

Overall, we had a very satisfying stay. A clean property, a buffet, and a large bath! We enjoyed our reserved table tennis, and afterward you kindly extended our karaoke time by an extra 30 minutes. Thanks to the thoughtful hospitality of the Hotel staff, my children in their second year of working life were able to forget their daily stress and smile more. Thank you for a truly wonderful day.

My daughter, who lives far away, was able to come home during the holiday, so we stayed on 9/20 during Silver Week. At first, we had made a Reservation at another Hotel because we planned to go grape picking in Fukushima and then travel to Morioka. However, with the typhoon making the weather uncertain, we kept considering a closer plan until the last minute. When an opening came up for a Room with an open-air bath, we quickly made a Reservation here. Since our family travels entirely by car, changing our schedule gave us extra time. We arrived early and planned to take a walk nearby, and the parking staff kindly recommended some spots for us. The footbath was very relaxing. The open-air bath in the Room does not have a washing area, but it wasn’t an issue—washing first at the large public bath or using the indoor bath in the Room was enough. Dinner and breakfast are buffet-style. When traveling as a family of four, we usually choose Accommodations with buffets, so we truly appreciate Itoen Hotel for its reasonable pricing. Some people have various opinions about the food, but if you search under the same conditions (a Room with an open-air bath), most places cost about twice as much or more than Itoen Hotel. If you’re dissatisfied, it simply means you should increase your budget. The Tsukimi Fair set dishes and—during Silver Week—the bluefin tuna and roast beef sushi were especially popular. The ramen was also delicious; since this is Fukushima, perhaps it had a Kitakata-style soup? Our family was very satisfied. Because of the typhoon’s impact, we decided to relax at the Hotel. We enjoyed soaking in the Onsen many times, eating until we were full, winning prizes in the game corner arcade area, and having fun playing table tennis—it was a wonderful stay. Since I made this Reservation in such haste, I caused trouble due to my own mistake. Also after checking out and leaving, my daughter realized something important to her was missing. When we turned back and returned to the Hotel staff immediately told us it had been found at the shop counter—this truly helped us so much. Thank you very much for your kind assistance. Lastly I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone—the person who handled my call regarding my mistake during Reservation booking as well as all staff at reception front desk parking restaurant shop housekeeping and throughout this Hotel. We stayed with four related families, including children aged 5 and 8. Thanks to the arcade and bowling, we had a great time. For the breakfast buffet, we were able to eat as a family in a separate area, which was very helpful. Although the building is old, the room was clean and we had a comfortable stay.
