Finding accommodations that allow dogs can still be challenging, but this place we happened to find was absolutely perfect. Since it’s a whole house rental, it felt like coming back home with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom all properly equipped. There’s also a do

There was none of the odor that’s common at pet-friendly accommodations, and the entire place felt clean and comfortable—we had a wonderful stay! Since we stayed in September, we enjoyed a BBQ outside. They also provided insect repellent and mosquito coils, which was extremely helpful! It really felt like it’s run by a lovely parent-and-child team. We’d definitely love to stay here again! This is by far the best pet-friendly place we’ve ever stayed at!! Thank you again!

The view was wonderful, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. Our dog also seemed to have a great time! We chose shabu-shabu for dinner, and it had been placed in the Room refrigerator in advance, so we could eat at our own pace without worrying about time and truly relax.

The hotel is designed specifically for guests with dogs, so even if your dog barks a little, you can feel at ease knowing your neighbors likely have dogs too. The Onsen was fantastic with amazing water and views. If possible, I would love it to open from 5 AM to enjoy the sunri

The trimming room featured facilities like pet drying rooms which added further convenience—truly impressive! Above all else though—the staff consistently showed genuine affection towards every dog while extending kindness toward owners too. This is truly an outstanding accommo

I pre-ordered a cake, complete with candles, and the staff kindly celebrated with me. Thank you so much! This Hotel is very dog-friendly with three dog runs, delicious meals, and even an Onsen! The staff's attentiveness is wonderful too! It's a place where both my dog and I can

This was our second stay. We returned because we were very satisfied last time. This time as well, we were able to relax with our two dogs while enjoying delicious meals and the Onsen. I could soak in the Onsen at a leisurely pace, and it was truly soothing both physically and me

Although we didn’t use it this time, I thought having a shower booth on the second floor as well was great. The spacious area, comfortable bed, and cozy sofa in the living room were all wonderful. The staff were also kind and helpful. Our family of three plus one dog had an

The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with a good audio system, allowing the dogs to quickly settle in and enjoy a calm stay. The view from the outdoor bath was amazing, and since it wasn’t crowded, we could relax fully. The sashimi at dinner was delicious. All the staff w

We stayed for two nights, and it was truly the best Accommodation. Not only was the Room clean and easy to use, but the Facility was also perfect for dogs, and the front desk staff were kind and attentive. We enjoyed walks around Nijo Castle, and on rainy days we strolled through

The private bath required no reservation and allowed us to enjoy the scenery and sauna at our own pace, leaving everyone highly satisfied. The food was delicious, and the warm hospitality made us feel welcome—we will definitely return. Since we stayed in a room with our dog, we w

We recently got a puppy and were looking for pet-friendly accommodation when we found this hotel. The exterior, interior, and furnishings were all lovely, the food was delicious, and the quality of the onsen was excellent. The owner was kind and attentive to every detail, all

This trip was centered around our dogs. Before entering the room, we let them play in the private dog run. The spacious lawn was well-maintained, and the dogs were thrilled to run around freely. The accommodation provided almost everything for the dogs, including a playpen, bow

All staff members checked in with us thoughtfully and attentively, which made our family’s stay very comfortable. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We will make a Reservation at the Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto again for our next stay in Kyoto.

From the service to the size of the dog run, this Accommodation truly put dogs first. We arrived late due to traffic, but they smoothly adjusted our dinner time, which was a huge help. The dog run was spacious, and our dog was really happy (lol). Because our dog is shy around st

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a gift of a hot towel and chocolates at check-in. Of course, the staff’s hospitality was also excellent. I had checked in advance that there was a gym and spa, but the gentle, convincing suggestion—“Your Accommodation Room is on the Mt. Fuji side, and the spa is on the Skytree side, so please feel free to use it”—led me to enjoy both. The Room décor was elegant and refined, and I was amazed they even provided binoculars (unfortunately, the weather was bad so I couldn’t use them). The amenities and drinks were more than sufficient, but when I learned there were several types of pillows available, I couldn’t resist requesting one. Not only are the facilities outstanding, but every single staff member—including those at the breakfast restaurant—provided attentive service; everything on the service side was flawless. Hats off to them. I’ve never had such a comfortable stay before; my companion and I kept saying “We don’t want to leave,” as we checked out.

The garden was very spacious, making our dog extremely happy, and the room featured beautiful interiors that were both comfortable and relaxing for us. We had a truly restful stay. We hope to visit again in a different season! While we were very satisfied with the private bath i

We stayed here for an anniversary, and the room was quiet, spacious, and very nice. The front desk staff were also very courteous and left a great impression. We would definitely like to stay again. This hotel is also highly recommended for families.

All dog amenities were provided, parking was nearby, and it was very comfortable overall. Meals and the stone sauna are located in the main building, but it's just a short walk along the poolside. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and all the staff at the accommodation we
