Thank you very much for today. This was, without a doubt, the best glamping Accommodation we have ever stayed at. First, the Room was very spacious, spotless in every corner, and extremely comfortable. What impressed me most was the bath. The jacuzzi bath was amazing, and amenities like ReFa shampoo and a hair dryer were provided as well—I could really feel the attention to detail. We were also completely satisfied with the meals. There was an incredible amount of food—meat, rice, rainbow trout, vegetables, and more—and it was the most generous portion size we’ve ever had at any BBQ facility. I’m honestly disappointed that we could only finish about half of the meat and rice because there was just so much. It truly felt luxurious and exceeded our expectations. Outside the Room there was a hammock that was wonderfully relaxing. Also, the barrel sauna—my first time trying one—was available 24 hours a day. Going back and forth between the sauna, the jacuzzi bath in our Room, and the hammock allowed us to enjoy an incredibly indulgent time. Within the Facility there were many activities for both adults and children—hands-on athletic courses like zip lines, a fishing pond, vegetable harvesting experiences, and more. It was so fulfilling that we didn’t have enough time to do everything. At the premium lounge, we could freely enjoy alcohol, soft drinks, snacks, and more—which made us very happy. Breakfast was excellent as well. Not only was everything delicious; even the tableware—including bowls—was beautiful and showed great care in every detail. It was my first time enjoying a breakfast where even the dishes themselves were part of what made it special. Above all else, what moved me most was how wonderful all of your staff were. In particular one female staff member greeted us with a smile throughout our stay and kindly answered all of our questions. Also when we accidentally booked/mistook our Room due to our own Reservation mistake (and ended up with another Room), you kindly changed it for us without hesitation—we are truly grateful. The Room(s), meals/food/dining experience , Onsen & sauna , activities , lounge , staff hospitality —everything about this place is outstanding . This is an Accommodation that genuinely made us think: “We will definitely come again.” It’s a bit far from Tokyo or other parts of Kanto; however it’s absolutely worth traveling specifically to visit . I would highly recommend it not only to travelers from Tohoku but also those coming from Kanto Kansai Kyushu—and even from overseas . The cost performance/value for money is truly exceptional ; this is easily one of those places where you can sincerely say “I’m so glad we came.” We will definitely return . Thank you very much .

We stayed with our dog! The weather was stormy on the first day, but thanks to the thoughtful care of the staff, we were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful evening. By midnight, the rain and wind had stopped and we could even see a starry sky. Thank you for such a peaceful, unhurried stay! The sheep Mee-chan and Grandma were adorable too. I’ve stayed here several times. The property has both a jacuzzi and a sauna, which is perfect for us bath lovers—plenty of chances to work up a sweat. At the same time, there’s cold beer waiting in the fridge, ready to quench your thirst. The BBQ spread is also generous: beef, pork, sausages, shellfish, shrimp, vegetables—everything disappears quickly along with the beer. In early summer on Awaji Island there are lots of fresh vegetables like onions and sweet potatoes, so we were able to enjoy plenty of freshly grilled produce. We left Awaji Island the next day wishing we could live like this every day—and it’s also a big plus that it’s close enough to get home in just an hour.

It was an even more wonderful Hotel than I expected. All the staff were very courteous, and the Facility was clean—everything was excellent. This time, we chose the indoor BBQ dinner course. The portions were generous and we were very satisfied, but since breakfast was so stylish and delicious, next time I’d like to try the set-course dinner. We were truly satisfied.

As the first trip to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, we stayed at Arayashiki in Oki. We were able to relax as if we were at home, including enjoying the garden with a sky full of stars and a campfire. The meals reflected a deep respect for nature and made us feel, “This is what doing things right looks like.” The nature on Dogo Island was wonderful, but as someone who loves spectacular views, I’m glad we made the effort to visit Matengai Cliff in Dozen. If the timing works out, I’d love for our children to experience this too.

If I had to mention one thing… I would have liked cream and sugar for the coffee. Were they available somewhere? I also would have liked a Japanese breakfast option. Was it possible to choose that at the time of Reservation?

Used by seven of us for a family trip during summer vacation. The view of Mt. Fuji from the Room was amazing. The Room and tableware were spotless—nothing to complain about. When the vending machine didn’t return change, the staff responded very quickly and politely. We’d love to stay again.

I stayed with five friends and family members. It was an excellent accommodation with a sauna included.

We stayed with two families (10 guests) and were very satisfied. The women especially appreciated how easy the kitchen area was to use. The bath was also very comfortable, with Onsen water. We also enjoyed an outdoor BBQ, and the provided insect-repellent items—such as mosquito coils—made it very comfortable. The kids loved playing Nintendo Switch on the projector and watching videos or listening to music via Fire TV Stick. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

An amazing location surrounded by breathtaking nature. In the morning, we took a walk with the kids through the great outdoors, spotting animal tracks and even wild squirrels and deer. It was a magnificent experience you can’t get in everyday life. What makes SANU special is being able to enjoy it all with peace of mind. From helpful communication before our Reservation to well-maintained Facilities and equipment, plus advance information about the surrounding area, there’s plenty of support to help you stay comfortably. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with two adults and one dog. The high ceiling created an amazing sense of openness the moment we entered the Room, and the greenery spreading across the windows was even more beautiful than we imagined! We had a relaxing time cooking with ingredients bought at a local supermarket, listening to music, and unwinding—it was truly refreshing. We would love to stay again.

The entire property, inside and out, was very well cleaned. The Room was spotless. We were told the bed mattress had been upgraded, and it was extremely comfortable—I slept great. The Room also has high ceilings, and the air conditioning was very comfortable. The amenities were so plentiful we couldn’t use them all. The towels were great quality too. The small shelf next to the sink was especially helpful. Since we did laundry, having plenty of towels was perfect. There’s also a dryer—nothing to complain about. For cooking for yourself, everything you could need is provided! There were even items you don’t usually find at other Accommodations, so it felt like being at home. Thoughtful touches stood out as well, like a magnetic towel hanger. I’ve stayed in dozens of whole-house rentals, and the attention to detail in what’s provided here is outstanding. The outdoor pool was amazing too. Bugs didn’t bother us at all—in fact, it made us wonder if there are really this few bugs on Miyakojima. The location is excellent: close to downtown and also very convenient for Irabu Island, which we love. If I had to make a request: the body soap felt quite slippery and didn’t rinse off well, so it didn’t feel like I’d properly washed; and considering taking dishes poolside, it would be reassuring to have some unbreakable tableware as well. A full-length mirror would also be appreciated. Among the places I’ve stayed in Okinawa, this ranks right up there as one of the most comfortable (top one or two). We will definitely stay again!
