It was our first time traveling with our pet, and we decided to stay at your Hotel. We had a much more comfortable stay than expected, and it was a great experience. If we have the chance, we would love to stay again. The staff were very kind and accommodating, which made b

The meals are plentiful and delicious, with the rice being exceptional. I always end up having seconds. You can also bring your pet during meals, which is reassuring. There are several options for pet meals as well. However, since my dog’s preferences change frequently, I

A wonderful private rental with a spacious and clean environment that was perfect for our beloved dog. The meals were delicious, and everything was absolutely perfect! One small suggestion would be to provide more detailed information about marking behavior for dogs. It might b

We stayed for one night with two dogs in a room with an open-air bath. The room was clean, and the bath was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast were homemade and delicious. We had a great time chatting and enjoying ourselves. However, when returning to the room from the terr

This was the only hotel on IKYU.com that allowed dogs to stay. Although it is not a new hotel, it was very clean, and both the room and the bath were comfortable to use. The staff who assisted us during our stay were very kind and enjoyable to talk with. We stayed in a Japa

This was my first stay in four years, and I was completely satisfied with everything—the clean Facilities and the thoughtful care from the staff. I could also clearly see your environmental initiatives, and it really felt like you are making a genuine effort. Breakfast was carefully prepared item by item, and the health-conscious dishes were delicious as well. In the evening, since my birthday is next week, my friend ordered champagne via room service, and when the staff member delivering it heard that, they brought me chocolates too. I truly appreciated the kind gesture. I would love to stay again for another special occasion.

Before the end of the rainy season, it rained and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji during our stay. The location was excellent, and both the dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious—we ate lots of great food, and beer was all-you-can-drink. The Onsen felt a bit lukewarm, and there was only an indoor bath with no open-air bath, but overall we were satisfied. In the Japanese-style Room, it was cold with the air conditioner and summer bedding, so we used a blanket from the closet. The pillows were low. The air conditioner was positioned out of sight, and the Room became quite dry while sleeping, so next time we turned on the humidifier in the corner of the Room. Being confused in the middle of the night was a small downside. There were water and coffee services at reception, an extension cord for charging in the Room, and Japanese sweets provided as well—these thoughtful details were much appreciated.

We visited for a summer vacation with my partner and to celebrate an early birthday. Compared with other Hotels in the same price range, we truly enjoyed an exceptional resort experience. We stayed in a Room with a private pool, and the Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every detail. In the spacious, spotless space, we were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful time thanks to the kind attentiveness of all the staff. Although there were a few minor issues due to recent typhoon operations, you responded flexibly and promptly. There were no problems during our stay—thank you very much for your thoughtful support. The day before coming to this Hotel, we stayed at another Marriott-affiliated property with a lion logo, but compared to that one, we were extremely satisfied with everything here—service, Facility, and meals! We will definitely visit again within a year!! Thank you for such a wonderful summer vacation.

As we were traveling with a medium-sized dog, carrying them like a small dog was difficult, so we stayed with the help of two supporters (our grandchildren). There were many dogs from various places, and all of them behaved very well. Thankfully, there were no accidents (even

Traveling with our dog is always a joy, and it was wonderful to see how happy our dog was both in the Room and outside. We were able to relax at a comfortable pace—just going to the beach or spending time around the Accommodation was more than enough. As on our previous visit, we

We were extremely satisfied with everything—the Facility, the food, the bath, and the hospitality. It was a wonderful Accommodation. Thank you very much.

We stayed in a Superior Twin Room with a loft and a lake-side living area. The Room was spacious, and having a separate living area felt refreshing. The bed was very comfortable, and it was great that we could watch another TV from the bed. The meals were delicious and very generous in portion size. The grilled shabu-shabu with Japanese Black Wagyu beef and the salt-grilled nodoguro were especially tasty. The Onsen was also very relaxing. It would have been even better if there had been a sauna.

The meals were generous in portion, and every dish was delicious—we were very satisfied. Our dog also ate well, so it must have been tasty. Above all, we truly appreciated the staff’s kind and cheerful service. We’d love to visit again during strawberry season. It would be perfec

Our beloved dogs had fun playing with their favorite remote-controlled toy and seemed very satisfied. Since we brought our dogs along, we opted for dinner in the room—teppanyaki paired with deli items from nearby supermarkets we discovered during shopping trips. We even fou
