Given the great reviews, we had high expectations—and they were exceeded! The entire facility was spotless; pet carts and diapers were provided free of charge; and the spacious dog run was available without overlap with other guests due to slightly bad weather—a big plus for us.

From parking assistance at check-in through to check-out, the service was exceptionally courteous. The meals were delicious, and the portions were very satisfying. Our child really wanted to play table tennis, and even though we asked outside of regular hours, you kindly opened the Facility for us. We truly appreciate it. Thank you very much.

The garden was very spacious, making our dog extremely happy, and the room featured beautiful interiors that were both comfortable and relaxing for us. We had a truly restful stay. We hope to visit again in a different season! While we were very satisfied with the private bath i

The trimming room featured facilities like pet drying rooms which added further convenience—truly impressive! Above all else though—the staff consistently showed genuine affection towards every dog while extending kindness toward owners too. This is truly an outstanding accommo

Additionally, the staff provided excellent English support, ensuring an international level of hospitality that gave us peace of mind. The amenities for our dog were also very well-prepared, making it an ideal destination for traveling with pets. It was such a wonderful stay

The amenities are excellent, and supplies are placed throughout the property. It’s so clean that it’s hard to believe dogs can stay here. The room is spacious, allowing dogs to stay stress-free and comfortably. There are multiple dog runs, making it easy for dogs who aren’t good

This was my first stay. I received an email in advance to register as a guest, and check-in was easy by scanning the QR code at the front desk, which was great. Being able to park right in front of the Room was really convenient! Everything I needed at a minimum was provided, so I stayed comfortably without any inconvenience. At typical Hotels, I sometimes notice noise from water running in other Rooms, but I felt that the container house was quiet in that respect as well, which was nice. The slope next to the 7-Eleven was a bit dark, but I had a great time taking an evening walk to the canal and enjoying my stay. Thank you!

Although we didn’t use it this time, I thought having a shower booth on the second floor as well was great. The spacious area, comfortable bed, and cozy sofa in the living room were all wonderful. The staff were also kind and helpful. Our family of three plus one dog had an

This stay was even better than before—the complimentary drink corner was more well-stocked, the available hours had increased, and an all-you-can-drink draft beer option had been added, which was great. Also, there is now a take-away coffee station after breakfast, which was a nice touch. However, the cup was quite hot to carry, so I would appreciate it if something could be provided to prevent the outside from getting too hot.\nI will stay again.\nThe woman who checked me in was also very pleasant and thanked me for staying with you several times.

We stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary. Surrounded by the forests of Miyota, the quiet Room was very comfortable even with the windows open. The bath, the meals—everything was wonderful, and what made it all possible was the pleasant hospitality of the staff. Next time, we would like to visit during the season of fresh greenery and try the Italian cuisine. It became a truly memorable anniversary.

We stayed here as a family, including our dog, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. From the advance phone consultation to the kind support from all staff on the day, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our Multiple Night Stay in comfort. We also added the teppanya

We stayed for two nights, and it was truly the best Accommodation. Not only was the Room clean and easy to use, but the Facility was also perfect for dogs, and the front desk staff were kind and attentive. We enjoyed walks around Nijo Castle, and on rainy days we strolled through

This was my first trip traveling with my three dogs. What made me choose this Accommodation was the private dog run. The dog run had wood chips, which I think helped reduce strain on my dogs’ paws. It was also a great size, and they were able to run around to their hearts’ conten

) Our dogs had so much fun running around in their first dog run! The owner or staff member who explained everything when handing over the keys had such a pleasant demeanor—it made me feel glad we chose this place from the moment we arrived. We’ve been to many places before,

The dog meals were amazing—so appetizing that even humans might want to try them! Our dog devoured it instantly. If you’re staying here, ordering the dog meal is highly recommended! The accommodation is located in a quiet area where you can enjoy leisurely walks. Penny Lane is

I was delighted to see my dog so happy in a different natural setting. Everyone here had their dogs with them, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's wonderful how dog-friendly this place is... I would love to visit again. However, as it’s a bit far from home a

I was captivated by the soothing scent of hinoki cypress upon arrival. After taking a bath, I relaxed and cooled down in the kura lounge. No matter when I went, the lounge was neatly kept and very comfortable. The Room was also close to the seaside, and for the first time I fell asleep—and woke up—listening to the sound of the waves. The meals were wonderful as well; we enjoyed plenty of seasonal local ingredients. We were truly able to unwind. I’d love to visit again in a different season.

Amenities for dogs, such as a cage and pet sheets, were very well-prepared. Meals were delicious and filling. The onsen water was silky smooth and amazing. The changing open-air baths also provided a wonderful view of the Chikugo River, offering a sense of openness and relaxation

There was none of the odor that’s common at pet-friendly accommodations, and the entire place felt clean and comfortable—we had a wonderful stay! Since we stayed in September, we enjoyed a BBQ outside. They also provided insect repellent and mosquito coils, which was extremely helpful! It really felt like it’s run by a lovely parent-and-child team. We’d definitely love to stay here again! This is by far the best pet-friendly place we’ve ever stayed at!! Thank you again!

It was our first time traveling with our pet, and we decided to stay at your Hotel. We had a much more comfortable stay than expected, and it was a great experience. If we have the chance, we would love to stay again. The staff were very kind and accommodating, which made b
