We stayed with our dog. The cottage was very clean and the Facility was great, and our dog seemed really happy and relaxed. The owner was also very kind and even told us about sightseeing spots. Breakfast was rice balls and udon, and since I don’t usually eat much in the morning, it felt like a lot—I managed to finish it—so I’m giving 4 stars. However, we were truly satisfied overall, and we would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us!!

I was looking for a pet-friendly Plan for my first glamping experience and happened to find Gran Apple Kobe Sanda. Since I live next door in Takarazuka City, I didn’t go in with very high expectations, but… I was extremely satisfied—not only with the Facility, but also with the hospitality and service. It easily exceeded my expectations, and we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest! The space for dogs was also spacious and a big hit with my family, and we’re already talking about coming back in another season. That said, the Wi-Fi felt quite unreliable, repeatedly connecting and disconnecting. It was a bit stressful when trying to upload photos or videos, so I’d really appreciate it if this could be improved. Overall, my satisfaction level is very high. Honestly, I feel lucky to have found such a great nearby spot where you can enjoy an extraordinary getaway!

My wife, my parents, and our dog stayed here. Some pet-friendly Hotels have lots of restrictions in the shared areas (like requiring a crate), so this time we chose this entire house rental. The Facility was clean and had a nice atmosphere, and the bath was very large for one person—very satisfying. There aren’t many items left out, so we felt at ease knowing our dog wouldn’t chew on anything. We didn’t include meals, but we ate out near Yubatake for dinner. For breakfast, we had bought various local foods at roadside stations during our trip, and we enjoyed them together as a family. There were hardly any people around the building, and it was wonderfully quiet—just the sound of insects—so we could relax. I also thought it would be a great place to bring friends visiting from overseas. Also, when we went to pick up the key, the foreign staff member was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying at a whole-house Hotel, and the staff were very kind—the services were excellent. I was also very satisfied with the handwritten letter and the spacious Room.\nHowever, while I was in the bathroom, a foreigner repeatedly tried to force open the front door (security), rattling it over and over. It was frightening to have someone loitering around the entrance, and their behavior was so scary that I had to go through the trouble of chasing them away.\nIt seems they had mistaken the location, but I couldn’t even use the bathroom in peace. At check-in, I would like Hotel staff to always accompany guests and guide them to the house.

In addition to unwinding in the open-air bath and sauna, there is also a dog run on-site, so our dog could have plenty of fun too—we were very satisfied. Another highlight is that you can enjoy BBQ as well, making it easy to spend a fulfilling time without leaving the Accommodat

A deer figurine welcomes you as you step into the entrance. Next to the noren curtain at the men’s bath is a nostalgic vending machine with small shampoo & conditioner bottles, razors, and more. The retro lighting above the sink in the Room adds to the charm. It was a clean, calming Accommodation that retains the atmosphere of a classic Showa-era Hotel in Hokkaido. This time, we stayed with our dog. At the dining area where you can spend time together with your dog, we enjoyed wild mountain vegetables and a rare simmered oshorokoma (white-spotted char). The fresh venison was also very delicious. A Hotel we’d love to visit again!

It felt like an Accommodation focused on visiting nearby public baths, and the staff were very kind, which left a great impression. The canned beer and highballs available for purchase at the front desk were also reasonably priced. That said, a few things stood out: - I assume the Onsen is naturally low-temperature, but the open-air bath felt lukewarm. Since it was midsummer, I apologize if that temperature was intentional. - The Room with a private open-air bath was spacious and wonderful, but there was no wash bucket or chair for the bath, no sugar or milk/creamer for coffee, and no glass beer tumbler. It was a bit inconvenient. - The Wi-Fi only worked near the Room entrance. What impressed me most this time was the live performance by volunteers after dinner. From a large song list, they played our requested songs on saxophone, piano, and percussion—it was truly excellent and very moving.

We arrived by rental car. At first, even with Google Maps we couldn’t find the Accommodation’s parking area and were a bit confused, but when we called the Accommodation, a staff member came to pick us up right away. Everyone on the staff was kind and pleasant. The meals were also delicious. No matter the time of day, the view from our Room of Onomichi’s townscape and Senkoji Temple was truly beautiful. We did notice some noise from footsteps in the hallway and doors opening and closing, but we were still able to rest well. We would love to stay here again next time we visit Onomichi. After searching online for Hotels with a dedicated dog run, I felt this Hotel was the best choice and made a Reservation. When we arrived and I let my dog off-leash in the dedicated dog run, he was thrilled and had so much fun. The staff were also very kind from check-in through

The Room was clean and comfortable. The meals, handmade by the hostess, were very delicious and offered in such generous portions that we couldn't finish them all. We were able to enjoy our meals together with our beloved dog, making it a pet-friendly Hotel. It was an unforgettable stay. Thank you very much!

In conclusion, we stayed with two meals included, and it was absolutely the right choice. This is Hoshidare Accommodation. From the compact exterior, you enter using the password sent in advance by email, and you’re greeted by a wonderful entrance with white gravel! There are handwritten message cards from the manager everywhere, and although you don’t meet anyone in person, it really feels like a warm welcome. The Room was just the right size, and it also had a washer-dryer and a humidifying air purifier. Amenities included loungewear, yukata robes, and bathrobes—and it was my first time ever having two bath towels per person. Meals are self-serve for heating and plating, so we fumbled a bit at first, but preparing everything while chatting was fun too. The presentation was gorgeous, and there was more than enough food. I was worried about how many drinks would be available, but there were plenty as well. They even put a name label on our bottle of sparkling wine. I was impressed by how delicious the tap water was—smooth with no harshness at all. The bath is an alkaline hot spring with free-flowing source water; it was so amazing that I went in again and again. The hair dryer is Dyson—definitely exciting—and they also provided various face masks and lotions. The good-quality ice cream after dinner was pure bliss. Even the main dish at breakfast—the homemade Sendai beef stewed curry—was incredibly delicious... Overall it was fantastic, so I’d absolutely like to stay again. If I had to mention one thing: the pre-stay email arrived late morning on the day before check-in, which made me worry whether my Reservation had gone through—but since the site clearly says they’ll email by the day before, it’s not an issue. Also, I wasn’t sure which plate to use for curry—I hesitated over that one! I definitely want to come back again.

The sauna I was most looking forward to exceeded my expectations, and taking time to fully relax in nature felt truly luxurious. There is also a dog run, and my dog seemed happy the entire time, so I’m very satisfied. The interior was clean and the Facilities were well equipped,

We stayed here as a couple this time. Rather than just a place to sleep, it felt like a place to reset ourselves. I naturally spent less time on my phone—relaxing on the balcony while listening to birds and the wind, soaking in the bath, making tea, and taking things slow. That alone made my mind surprisingly clear. It’s also a resort Facility that offers a variety of nature experiences, with the lakeside about a 5-minute walk away. What impressed me wasn’t luxury, but how thoughtfully it’s designed so you can truly enjoy doing nothing. By checkout, not only my body but even my mind felt lighter.

We stayed with our 3-year-old child. Since we were in the LOCA THE CLASS Room, there was a sauna in the basement and a large bath that could fit about 4–5 people. Including the post-bath relaxation area, it was very spacious and thoughtfully designed. It was great that even with a child, we could bathe comfortably. There was also a refrigerator in the changing room, stocked with plenty of bottled water. It was very helpful to be able to drink cold water immediately after bathing or using the sauna without having to go up to the living room on the first floor. We didn’t use them, but there were also powdered drinks provided for before and after the sauna. The living room was spacious as well, and there were two bedrooms. The Japanese-style Room had a tatami area that became almost full once two futons were laid out, which made it feel safe and comfortable for our child at bedtime. On the other hand, there was one disappointing incident during our stay. Early in the morning, the fire alarm suddenly went off with a loud siren throughout the Accommodation. We were later told it was due to an accidental operation in another Room, but it took about an hour for security staff to check and reset everything. During that time, the alarm kept sounding continuously, so we evacuated with our child to a relatively quiet terrace. Afterward, an operator contacted us to confirm what had happened and asked whether we would still be able to make checkout on time. Since it overlapped with breakfast and getting ready in the morning, we explained it would be difficult and they extended our checkout by about 30 minutes. We appreciate their consideration; however, we had hoped to spend a relaxing morning (including enjoying another bath), so that part was unfortunate. I also saw other Reviews on different sites mentioning issues related to fire alarms. As it seems many guests come from overseas as well, I would appreciate it if you could consider measures to prevent recurrence—such as providing clearer instructions at check-in on how to handle fire alarms. Overall, both the Facility and Room itself were extremely comfortable—this is a wonderful Accommodation that is easy for families to enjoy.

We booked the Dog Hospitality Plan and tried the “Handmade Canned Food” experience. At first, I had no idea how canned food is made, but while listening to the chef’s entertaining explanation, we filled the can—awkwardly at first—with our dog’s favorites like sweet potato, Shingen chicken, and Oshino okara (soy pulp). We even handwrote the label at the end. It was so much fun that we got completely absorbed in it. *The can will be sealed with a lid and finished by the next morning, and you can take it home as a souvenir. It almost feels too precious to open our original can, but I found myself wishing that our 11-year-old dog will still be healthy enough to enjoy it on a birthday one or two years from now. Thank you so much for offering this wonderful “Handmade Canned Food” experience. Highly recommended.

This Accommodation is attached to a roadside station. There are Rooms in the main building, and there are also trailer houses behind it; one of the four units allows guests with dogs. It seems you can enjoy BBQ except during the winter season. The reception staff’s kindness and smiles were especially memorable. There were no dog amenities in the Room. Since it is a dog-friendly Accommodation, I didn’t expect too much, but it was kept very clean—by far the cleanest dog-friendly place I’ve stayed at so far. The Room even had an open-air bath and underfloor heating, so we were very comfortable. We could also use the on-site bathing Facility for free. The bath with Hokutolite warmed me through to the core, and it was well cleaned too. There were quite a few day-use visitors as well, which shows how popular it is. We didn’t eat here this time, but dinner seems to be available at the dining hall from 5:00 PM. I’d like to try it next time. Done! Thank you very much.

He also ran energetically in the dog run and even wanted to go outside despite colder temperatures at night. Within walking distance were shops offering takeout even during year-end holidays, and it was just about a 3-minute walk to the beach—an excellent location overall. Both
