The entire property, inside and out, was very well cleaned. The Room was spotless. We were told the bed mattress had been upgraded, and it was extremely comfortable—I slept great. The Room also has high ceilings, and the air conditioning was very comfortable. The amenities were so plentiful we couldn’t use them all. The towels were great quality too. The small shelf next to the sink was especially helpful. Since we did laundry, having plenty of towels was perfect. There’s also a dryer—nothing to complain about. For cooking for yourself, everything you could need is provided! There were even items you don’t usually find at other Accommodations, so it felt like being at home. Thoughtful touches stood out as well, like a magnetic towel hanger. I’ve stayed in dozens of whole-house rentals, and the attention to detail in what’s provided here is outstanding. The outdoor pool was amazing too. Bugs didn’t bother us at all—in fact, it made us wonder if there are really this few bugs on Miyakojima. The location is excellent: close to downtown and also very convenient for Irabu Island, which we love. If I had to make a request: the body soap felt quite slippery and didn’t rinse off well, so it didn’t feel like I’d properly washed; and considering taking dishes poolside, it would be reassuring to have some unbreakable tableware as well. A full-length mirror would also be appreciated. Among the places I’ve stayed in Okinawa, this ranks right up there as one of the most comfortable (top one or two). We will definitely stay again!

The pool was absolutely satisfying, with float rings provided, which was a thoughtful touch for those who can't swim—something not often seen in other villas. The sauna had the perfect temperature, allowing us to sweat and feel refreshed. The pet-friendly Room was wonderful, and they even gifted us a blanket! The restroom smelled amazing; I even wanted to know what they used so I could use it at home. We stayed here for a birthday celebration and had an incredible time thanks to this place. Thank you so much! We look forward to staying here again in the future. Also, we loved the design of the sofa and speakers—the designer has excellent taste! Highly recommended for everyone!

The Room has been renovated and is clean, spacious, and wonderful. However, there was a lot of dog hair from the previous guest on the floor and sofa. When I tried to clean it, the stick vacuum was out of charge, so I used the provided lint roller instead. There was no liquid lef

Your wife’s cooking was absolutely delicious. We stayed for two nights, and the beef stew on the second night was so tender it fell apart. You even added rice to the leftover stew, and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner. The breakfast bread was also excellent, and the homemade jam was fantastic. It seems some of the ingredients were freshly harvested from your field as well—thank you for all your hard work in the heat, including weeding. You also saw us off on our departure until our car turned the corner. Thank you very much!

This was our second visit, and once again, the hospitality was exceptional, making it a delightful stay for the whole family. Attentive service, delicious food, and beautiful grounds. We especially loved the canoeing! The only downside this time was that our location didn’t have a toilet or sink nearby, so we had to leave the Room to use the restroom, which was a bit inconvenient. Opening and closing the tent was also somewhat challenging... Other than that, we were very satisfied!

We were looking for accommodation for our family of five and one dog, and we found this place. Since we live in an area without the sea, both our family and dog were thrilled with the ocean right in front of us. The absence of a TV actually increased family conversations, and we felt closer through activities like Othello, card games, soccer, and badminton. We stayed here for his birthday trip. The entire second floor was reserved exclusively for us, so we could relax without worrying about noise. The view from the window was beautiful, and even though it rained, the water color was still stunning. The meals made with Shimanto ingredients were delicious, and the private bath was wonderful as well. There were many maple trees on the property, so we would love to see the autumn scenery. It was a truly lovely Ryokan that we would happily stay at again when visiting Kochi. Thank you very much.

The BBQ at night was unexpectedly delicious. The breakfast bread was also very tasty. We stayed in a large Room, which was spacious and open, making it very pleasant. The bath was a shared Facility, but it was very warming. All the staff were kind, and we had a comfortable stay. Both inside and outside the Facility were clean and well-maintained, making it very comfortable. We participated in the pottery class, which became a wonderful memory for us. We would love to stay again!

I stayed with my dog, and we were able to relax together in a spacious area. The staff's response was excellent, and I would like to visit again.

I stayed for one night and two days with my dog. The staff kindly explained how to use the Facility, such as the shower and stove, so I was able to spend my time comfortably without any inconvenience. I think it would be enjoyable in a different atmosphere in another season as well. Thank you very much.

We stayed as three families and booked three villas. Each villa had a lovely Room, and we had a very comfortable stay. The complimentary drinks and snacks at the management building were also a nice touch. Since it was still a bit early for ocean activities, we brought our own fishing gear and relaxed. The staff kindly arranged the setup so all three families could dine together, and we had a great time sharing BBQ, bouillabaisse, and sushi. We were worried dinner might not be enough, so we bought extra meat beforehand, but it turned out to be more than enough—everything was delicious. The clam miso soup served with the sushi was especially outstanding. Breakfast was also stylish, with bagels as the main item on the plate, and it tasted great. However, for children who don’t like bagels or for my father who has dental issues, they were too hard to eat—so it would be nice to have a choice of several options such as croissants or French toast. The yogurt was plain with no sweetness, so fruit yogurt or jam served on the side would be appreciated. The Room was comfortable overall, and both the beds and futons felt wonderful. One small inconvenience was that there wasn’t a place to hang bath towels; having one behind the sink would be helpful. There were hangers and a rack, but once we hung jackets and clothes it was full. Since swimwear is required in Rooms with an outdoor bath, I think additional hangers and space to dry wet swimsuits are necessary. I’ve noted some points here, but overall this was an excellent Accommodation and we would love to visit again. All staff members were kind and responded thoughtfully to our requests. This was my first time staying in a private rental, but I received an email in advance explaining how to check in and out, and there were instructions inside the Room as well, so everything went smoothly. The Facility was more than adequate, and I was impressed that there were dishes and other essentials provided. I stayed with a male friend, and there was plenty of space for two people—we had a comfortable stay.

We had a truly enjoyable time. The Facility was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The tent had both heating and air conditioning, and perhaps because it was Golden Week, the outdoor temperature was also ideal. The meal portions were just right. If I had to mention one thing, since it’s a tent, voices do carry. There were times when we noticed the neighboring dog and a baby crying, but it was within an acceptable range. This was our first glamping experience, and it became a wonderful memory.

The staff were very kind, and we had a pleasant stay. They were also friendly to our dog, and there was a larger toilet suitable for male dogs. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the human beds, so it’s recommended to bring your own bedding for your pet. Next time, I’d like to try the sauna as well.

This was our first time staying here. Places that allow large dogs are still rare, and even when they do, they can be expensive. We’ve traveled by sleeping in the car before, but this was also our first time in a cottage, so we arrived feeling a bit nervous. We were warmly welcomed by the kind owner, and the Facility was clean with a cozy atmosphere—wonderful overall. The dog amenities were very well stocked, so next time we can pack lighter. We also enjoyed nearby parks and other spots, with plenty of places that made us want to keep walking more and more. It’s somewhere you’ll want to visit in every season. Both our dog and we were completely satisfied! We’ll definitely be back!

[Hospitality & Service] The Facility staff were kind, friendly, easy to talk to, and truly wonderful. When the fire wouldn’t light, they helped right away, and the next morning they even came over to check on us. From check-in to check-out, their warm and refreshing service made us feel great throughout our stay. (I could tell the moment we arrived that the staff were genuinely nice—haha.) [Room] Both inside and outside the Room were unbelievably clean. The bath was spacious and relaxing, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—“comfortable” is exactly the right word. *My friend said the floor in the Room was so clean, cool, and pleasant that he slept on it even though there was a bed—lol.* Everything we used within the Facility was spotless, so you can really tell how much care goes into every detail. [Other] I honestly have no complaints at all, but if I had to mention just three things: 1) It might be nice to have a TV or something in the Facility? → Since you can enjoy BBQ until night, I personally didn’t need one because it’s great just soaking up the atmosphere—but some guests might head back to their Room earlier. 2) The reception location (at check-in) → It’s not particularly hard to find, but since reception is on the opposite side of the main road, having a sign or clearer guidance might help. (There was information online.) 3) This is such a great Facility that I’d love for you to upload more photos!!! → It was even better than what I expected from the listing photos, so I ended up being pleasantly surprised and very satisfied. [Finally] This time I happened to see “Hikone Lakeside Resort KOMOREVILLAGO” recommended and made a Reservation—but it made me want it to become more well-known because it’s such a place worth supporting. It feels like it will keep developing further as well, so I’m really looking forward to what’s next—haha. I know it must be tough at times, but I hope you keep going strong. We visited as a family trip. Because we arrived late, we checked in, picked up the welcome sweets, took a look at our Room, and then headed to the Onsen. The outdoor bath “Shirogane-no-Yu” was wonderful—my skin felt so moisturized! We stayed in a Villa Suite. It’s a log-cabin cottage style Accommodation, and the Room was spacious, very clean, and truly relaxing. There aren’t any paintings or decorations in the Room, but the sky, mountains, and trees seen through the window feel like a framed work of art—I could watch it forever (laugh). It made me realize how long it had been since I lived without thinking about time. For dinner we went to Restaurant Aoyama Ryokusui. You can enjoy dishes that reflect Oze’s nature, such as game meat and wild mountain vegetables. Even while waiting for the next course, staff brought ingredients to show us, so we enjoyed the time between dishes as well. Before bed we went to another Onsen inside the Facility. We were told it uses the same water as Shirogane-no-Yu, and it was perfect for a slow soak at night. The next morning we drove to Shiori Pass to see Takigumo (waterfall clouds). We were lucky enough to see them! Waking up early was worth it. It’s just a short drive from the Facility, so I highly recommend it. Breakfast included seasonal vegetables and wild mountain plants as well as river fish—and above all, the rice was delicious! Many of the staff are young, but everyone was polite and greeted us with warm smiles, which helped us relax throughout our stay. If you arrive earlier there also seems to be a kitchen tour; I’d love to join next time if I have the chance. Honestly, my only thought is that I wish we could have stayed longer… We definitely want to come back!
