We stayed for one night with a family of five and a small dog. Although the signal near the facility was weak, there was Wi-Fi available, and when we contacted them with questions during check-in, they responded promptly, which we greatly appreciated. The room was very spacious with large windows that provided an open atmosphere, and we could enjoy a view of Mt. Fuji from the room. When we entered the room in the evening and turned on the air conditioning, it took some time to warm up; having a heater would have been helpful. On the other hand, from morning to midday, sunlight came through the upper windows making it very hot; blinds for those windows would be nice. We prepared our own ingredients for cooking but enjoyed using well-equipped kitchen tools and appliances like a microwave oven. The drinks and snacks provided were thoughtful touches that made us happy. The hinoki bath filled the bathroom with its soothing aroma, creating a relaxing space—it was absolutely wonderful! Although this stay was only for one night, it made us want to stay longer at this facility. We hope there will be discounts for Multiple Night Stays in the future as we'd love to come back again! We stayed here to celebrate our dog’s birthday. Our Room was on the 1st floor and built in a semi-basement style, so the greenery felt refreshing and relaxing. However, staying with a dog comes with a lot of luggage, so carrying everything was a bit tough. We also used a stove guard as a substitute to prevent our dog from dashing out. The Room had a simple, natural vibe and was compact yet tastefully designed. The open-air bath had a pleasant sulfur scent, and we were able to soak and relax. It would be helpful to have a rod for lowering the roll curtain—climbing onto the bench to pull it down feels unsafe. At night, insects are attracted by the light, so we turned off the light while bathing; if you’re not comfortable with that, it’s better to use it in the morning or while it’s still bright. Going from the shower booth through the living area to reach the open-air bath felt slightly awkward (lol). Meals were prepared in an easy-to-manage way, and all seasonings were provided, which was convenient. It was our first time trying this kind of stay and we had a great time. Lastly, taking out the trash was a bit difficult. There was quite a lot of trash left in the bathroom bin as well, so we threw it away together; I think it would be good for guests to check carefully since it’s easy to forget. The value for money was great, and having an 11:00 check-out time was nice. There aren’t many Hotels with such a lovely atmosphere where you can stay with your dog, so I really appreciated that the design didn’t feel different from regular Rooms. Thank you very much.

In the reservation, the plan was for the dog to stay behind during dinner, but I was concerned about leaving the dog alone, so I inquired. Although there was an additional charge, they kindly changed it to a delicious restaurant. The breakfast was also delicious, and we had a satisfying time.

We stayed here for a family trip. The children had a great time playing in the play area inside the Hotel. Additionally, all the staff members were very kind, which made us very happy. It was a wonderful family trip. Thank you very much!

This accommodation provided an environment for dogs that felt as close to home as possible, something we had never experienced before. Both our dog and family were extremely satisfied. The service was excellent as well.

We stayed in Ichinomiya, Chiba with my husband’s family, a total of nine people including two children. Since our group was large, we rented two cottages, and both were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. In the evening, we bought fresh seafood at nearby Uohira and enjoyed a BBQ together. The ingredients were delicious, and both adults and kids were very satisfied. After that, we enjoyed handheld fireworks and made wonderful summer memories. The area is quiet and surrounded by nature, so it was great to relax as a family. The children had fun the whole time and kept saying, “We want to come again!” The owner was kind and helpful, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. This is a lovely place—perfect for family trips or group travel. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much.

We were arriving at night and just needed a place to sleep, so we chose this reasonably priced option. It felt like a unit in a fairly large studio apartment building. Above all, we were thrilled with the view of Mt. Fuji from the window early in the morning—it became one of the highlights of our trip! The only minor drawbacks were the low water pressure in the bath and that, for a group this size, having the toilet and bath/sink area combined was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, we were very satisfied. There was also an electric pot among the cooking equipment, so we enjoyed making something like sukiyaki for dinner. Recommended for family trips or getaways with friends of up to 6 people. (With 6 guests, one person will sleep on a floor futon.)

Thank you for providing excellent service. The house was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped, which made our stay very satisfying. Fruits and bread were provided, allowing us to enjoy a delicious breakfast. Above all, the handwritten message added a warm and personal touch. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

The food here is very delicious. From appetizers to salads and pizza & pasta, everything was stylish and tasty. You can also enjoy breakfast in a relaxed mood while looking out at the ocean. The Room may not be the best, but you can see the effort, and the air conditioning has been updated, so it was comfortable. Considering the price, I think it’s quite good. I’d like to come again in summer.

The Room was clean, and the simmered golden eye snapper for dinner was delicious—everything was excellent. The clear soup was also served at the perfect temperature and tasted great. Breakfast was very enjoyable as well. This is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again.

Just before summer vacation, we decided on a whim to take our dog and head to Katsuura as a family, and started looking for an Accommodation—then, miraculously, we were able to make a Reservation with Konta-san, and we couldn’t wait. The vast grounds and the stunning lawn were impressive from the moment we arrived! Stepping inside was even more amazing!! We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderfully soft wooden house, lovingly maintained down to every detail. Spending time with the friendly, animal-loving couple—and meeting their adorable goats and dogs—was pure bliss. We’ll definitely be back; next time we’d like to visit in winter. Thank you very much.

We enjoyed chicken rice on the first day and a barbecue the next. The rice was exceptionally delicious, and the seafood was incredibly fresh—we were truly impressed. Everyone at the Accommodation was very welcoming, and we had a wonderful time. Right in front of us, Tsuchimori Beach felt like a private beach. (We visited other beaches as well,) but it was an amazing beach that we felt had the most beautiful sea in Amami. We saw lots of fish. We’d love to visit again in summer.

We stayed as a group of four female friends. The Room was a separate unit, allowing us to chat freely without worrying about neighbors. The Room had a calm and relaxing Japanese-modern style. There were both a rock bath and an open-air bath available. The rock bath was sized for two people, while the larger open-air bath truly felt outdoorsy; however, we didn’t use it as the changing area seemed cold. The semi-open-air bath was perfect for the four of us to enjoy together. Dinner was yakiniku! It was filling and more than enough for us ladies, with stylish and delicious desserts to finish off the meal. The friendly dog and cat were also very comforting! Thank you very much!

The weather was great, and from the moment we checked in, the beautiful view truly impressed us. The villa was stylish and very clean, and we were able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. Watching our dog happily running around in the garden made us feel so happy.

I visited Matsue with my family and our dog (a Labrador Retriever) to see an old benefactor and some classmates. Matsue Castle was in full bloom with cherry blossoms, so we were able to visit at a wonderful time. As for Matsue Biyori, I’ll be honest—I wasn’t sure what to think when I first saw the exterior, but the inside has been renovated, and the kitchen and bathroom were very clean with no issues at all. With its great location, more space than we could possibly use, and flexible support for sudden changes in the number of guests, we were very satisfied. We didn’t use it ourselves, but there is also a washing machine, which would be very useful for a Multiple Night Stay. The reason I gave “Facility & Amenities” 4 points is that the parking location was hard to understand (especially the one farthest back in the straight row). I think it would help if a simple layout map or photo were posted somewhere on the website (and if it’s already there and I missed it, my apologies). For us, being able to stay together with our dog is more valuable than anything else, so we had a truly wonderful time.

This Accommodation is pet-friendly, and it was very clean, so we had a comfortable stay. The Room had only a shower and no bathtub, but there was a nice Onsen Facility nearby, and we received a discount voucher, so it wasn’t an issue. Thank you.

The food was excellent. There is an additional fee, but you can view the night sky from the observatory, which could be a great learning experience for families with children. Since we stayed in a lodge, it was disappointing that the dining building was far away and there were no lights along the way. The water tasted amazing.

We stayed again this year as it feels just like home—pet-friendly for our dog, with laundry facilities available. There are also plenty of affordable coin-operated parking lots nearby. Even when we had trouble with check-in and check-out, the support line was very helpful. It’s easy to access sightseeing spots in any direction, yet it’s quiet at night, which is great. We’d love to stay again next year! Thank you so much!!

We stayed for one night and two days as a family, and we also had two dogs with us. The dogs stayed by the entrance the whole time, but since we could see them when we opened the sliding doors to the Japanese-style room or living room, we felt reassured and were able to relax. We were able to use the BBQ facilities without any issues and had a wonderful time. It was very convenient to pass ingredients in and out through the kitchen window. The washer and dryer allowed us to wash and dry our laundry on the same day, which was extremely helpful. The owner also told us about a fireworks festival, so we were able to watch it at night—it was beautiful, and there were food stalls too, which made it even more enjoyable. We were also deeply touched that we received handmade coasters from the owner for free. Our daughter and son purchased handmade book covers as well, and we will cherish them. There were six of us plus two dogs staying together, and it became a truly wonderful memory for our family.
