A must-stay dog-friendly Accommodation for anyone traveling with a dog. From the entrance to the Room and dining area, carrying your dog or using a leash is fine—and carts are welcome too. I was impressed by both the menu and portion sizes, and all staff were kind. The free massa

There were also SW-size pet sheets, diapers, paw stickers, wipes, bags, and a spacious toilet cage in the entryway—such thoughtful amenities that made it easy for both us and our dogs to relax. We’d love to visit again when it gets warmer! For humans as well, there were plenty

The warm hospitality from the staff, the calm Japanese-style Room, and the cozy yet relaxing Onsen—everything felt comfortable and welcoming. Both breakfast and dinner were also absolutely delicious. The cats I had been looking forward to were all adorable, and they came to visi

We also enjoyed dining in a private room, allowing us to spend quality family time without worrying about others. Room: We chose a room with a private bath as we wanted to stay with our dog. Both the room and the bath were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Service: All staff

All staff members who supported us were incredibly hospitable, and it made our trip truly wonderful. Our whole family was very satisfied—thank you! The facilities were up to date, and the security was excellent. The Ryokan was also very clean and hygienic. Both dinner and breakfast were delicately and elegantly seasoned, everything was fresh, and we enjoyed every dish—it was all delicious. This is a Hotel we would definitely want to stay at again! Thank you as well for preparing surprise plates for us on two consecutive days!

I stayed here with my mother, our dog, and my son’s family. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax at their own pace, and we really enjoyed soaking in the bath. We had a BBQ for dinner. It was a bit disappointing that the gas grill’s heat was weak and it took a long time

Given the great reviews, we had high expectations—and they were exceeded! The entire facility was spotless; pet carts and diapers were provided free of charge; and the spacious dog run was available without overlap with other guests due to slightly bad weather—a big plus for us.

Our beloved dog, who we were initially worried about, was a bit confused in the spacious Room at first but quickly relaxed and enjoyed the stay. Everything was wonderfully dog-friendly, which we truly appreciated. The Room and the food were both excellent, leaving us completely

A family trip with our dog. Everyone at the Hotel was very kind and helpful, and we had a wonderful time. We were especially happy to see our dog so cheerful and relaxed. The meals were delicious, the welcome drink was much appreciated, and we were able to use the Onsen in the ma

The dog run is very spacious and offers a great sense of openness. All the staff provide excellent service, making our stay very pleasant. The meals were incredibly delicious and satisfying. Seeing our beloved dog happily enjoy the "Wan-burg" meal brought a smile to our fac

This was our second stay, following our visit in June. For dinner, we enjoyed a Juyondai sake tasting set, which is not included in the all-inclusive plan, and were very satisfied. Breakfast was the usual selection, but the shark cartilage with ume “suisho” and the lightly pickled vegetables were especially good.

This was our second stay. We returned because we were very satisfied last time. This time as well, we were able to relax with our two dogs while enjoying delicious meals and the Onsen. I could soak in the Onsen at a leisurely pace, and it was truly soothing both physically and me

We stayed here as a couple to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. For us, having held our wedding reception here 30 years ago, the Imperial Hotel is a special place that has quietly witnessed the most important milestones of our lives. This time we stayed in the Tower Wing, and the view from our room was truly breathtaking. Simply spending time looking out over Tokyo felt wonderfully luxurious. What made us happiest most of all was that our room had been discreetly upgraded. We were deeply touched by this thoughtful gesture and felt the warmth that is so characteristic of the Imperial Hotel. We also visited the Old Imperial Bar in the evening, and it was absolutely wonderful. Enjoying drinks in a space filled with history made us feel as though we were savoring the very time and tradition the hotel has cherished. In the morning, we had breakfast at Les Saisons. Not only was each dish beautifully prepared with great care, but enjoying breakfast in such a calm setting was exceptional—a truly happy moment that let us slowly look back on these past 30 years together. During our stay, we were also able to see the banquet hall where we held our reception 30 years ago. To return to this same hotel 30 years later—standing there again and saying to each other, “A lot happened, but we were happy”—was more than enough to fill our hearts. Even after three decades, the Imperial Hotel remains unchanged in its presence, once again watching over another milestone in our lives. We were moved not only by the outstanding service and cuisine, but also by its accumulated history and genuine warmth toward people. We are truly glad we chose to stay here on such a special anniversary. We would love to return again for future milestones in life. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

Their love for dogs truly came through as they kindly interacted with ours. Since it was Christmas, they even gave our dog a wonderful present that left us deeply moved as a family! It became an unforgettable Christmas for all of us—including our furry friend—and we would love to

A wonderful private rental with a spacious and clean environment that was perfect for our beloved dog. The meals were delicious, and everything was absolutely perfect! One small suggestion would be to provide more detailed information about marking behavior for dogs. It might b

Just as other Reviews mentioned, the view was simply amazing. We stayed with our dog, and we really appreciated that they had pee pads, etiquette bags for walks, food and water bowls, and even dinner for our dog ready for us. It was the first time I’ve ever felt this refreshed at an Accommodation. We’ll definitely stay again!

We were looking for an Accommodation that allows dogs to celebrate a 60th birthday, and we chose Regina Resort because the Reviews were highly rated. It exceeded our expectations, and the whole family was very satisfied. They also arranged celebratory flowers and wine in advance,

I thoroughly enjoyed the flavors unique to the area and left completely satisfied. There were many thoughtful touches and services throughout the property that we could enjoy together with our dog, and I could really feel their “dog-first” philosophy in every detail. It was clea

There was a luxurious sofa for dogs, and our dog Hachi seemed to love it and happily slept on it. The bathtub was also large, so we could relax and soak comfortably, and the microbubbles helped soothe our fatigue. The meals were very delicious, with just the right portions, and m

We stayed with our child and our dog, and because our Room was in a separate building, it was very quiet and we were able to relax without worrying about the surroundings. Both the facilities and the Room were clean, and both our child and dog were comfortable—we were very satisf
