This was our second stay. We stayed as a family of six. The room was very spacious, and the view of the sea right in front was stunning. We made an early reservation to spend New Year's here. Thanks to this, we had a truly wonderful time. Thank you very much!

Despite significant delays due to heavy traffic, we were warmly welcomed. The Room and hallway were warm, allowing us to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. Both the coffee and breakfast were delicious, and we ended up eating too much (haha). Thank you for a wonderful time.

Stayed during the May holiday period. The Accommodation is in a remote area, and I felt quite uneasy on the way there, but when I arrived it turned out to be a very large Ryokan. The Room was a spacious Japanese-style room where I could relax, and although some Reviews mentioned the Onsen being a bit cool, it was just the right temperature for me—comfortable enough to soak for a long time. The friendly proprietress was warm and welcoming as well, which made for a calm, unhurried stay. Soft-shell crab tempura was served at dinner and it was delicious, but that was the only crab dish, so it felt slightly underwhelming given how much I had been looking forward to crab. (The other dishes were also excellent, and overall I was satisfied with the meal.) If you’re visiting specifically for crab cuisine, I recommend checking the details in advance.

We stayed here for our ski trip. The location is perfect, right in front of the ski resort. While there are minor points that could affect ratings, overall we were satisfied. The Facility is undeniably old, but the service was good and the meals were as expected. One concern was the slight odor from the drainage in the washing area, which was unfortunate given how great the Onsen was. Also, the cheesecake is absolutely delicious!

Even though dogs are allowed, the place was very clean and spacious, and we were very satisfied! It was disappointing that there were no amenities such as toothbrushes. The refrigerator was large, and we were given a Room with an oven, so we could cook what we wanted, which was great! There is no elevator, so carrying luggage up to the 3rd floor and getting our dog upstairs was tough. There was a dog run, but since there was no explanation, we didn’t know where it was; we only noticed it before leaving and couldn’t use it, which was disappointing. Since our Room had only a shower, we couldn’t go out leaving our dog behind, so we couldn’t go to the Onsen—having a bathtub would have been nice. We were bothered by the sound of laundry on the same floor late at night, but overall it was good and we’d like to stay again!

We stayed with our dog. It’s close to the station, the Room is spacious, and the amenities are plentiful—so comfortable it felt like a waste to stay only one night! I didn’t expect any pet amenities, but having pet pads and wet wipes provided was a big help. The drugstore in front of the station didn’t sell pet supplies, so guests traveling with dogs should be aware. As we knew in advance, there are stairs, so if you have a lot of luggage, staying on the second floor is better. We struggled at first because we couldn’t figure out how to unlock the door, but thank you for your kind support by phone and LINE. We will definitely stay again when we visit Hakata! Thank you!

We stayed at “Yuzu no Yado Senrien” in Yunogo with our family and our beloved dog! The Room where we could stay with our dog was very comfortable, and we were truly happy that we could enjoy the delicious meals together the whole time. Usually on trips, our dog has to stay behind or we end up spending time apart, but this time our whole family could be together from start to finish and relax with peace of mind. Using the Accommodation as a base, just step out into the Onsen town and you’ll find everything packed into a charming, walkable area—an atmospheric shrine, footbaths to soothe tired feet, and stylish, cozy cafes. We were able to take a leisurely stroll at our dog’s pace and felt genuinely refreshed. With such warm hospitality and the best holiday spent together with the family (and our pup), it became an unforgettable memory that made us think from the bottom of our hearts, “We’re so glad we chose this place.” We also used a private bath inside the property with our dog. It was not an Onsen. It’s a favorite Accommodation we’d love to visit again in a different season!

The meals were surprisingly luxurious for this price; both fish and meat dishes were incredibly delicious—I highly recommend staying for two nights! The bath was clean and left my skin feeling smooth. For our dog as well, it was comforting to be able to stay together anywhere ins

The Room was clean and spacious, and the Facility was great. The open-air bath was wonderful! It looks like you could have a barbecue on the terrace. There’s a rice cooker, plates, and more, so you can cook for yourself. I’d love to stay again.

The Room was spacious and spotless, with plenty of beds, and the appliances were all high quality, so we had a very comfortable stay! The tableware was well stocked, and everything was stylish—above all, it has great taste! The meals were also absolutely delicious! The staff were attentive and courteous, which made our stay even more pleasant.

My spouse and I stayed with our miniature dachshund and chose the BBQ course. After arriving, we checked in at Bianco. We were then shown to our Room, and everything was explained carefully, including how the Room and the public Onsen work. You can buy a 24-hour pass for three public baths at Gozen-yu for 600 yen. We started with a soak at Gozen-yu, then took our dog for a walk around town before dinner. The atmosphere is lovely, but to be honest there aren’t really any tourist facilities like souvenir shops (lol). There are walking paths too, but we decided not to go into the mountains because we were worried about bears. Before dinner, they brought us the meat for the BBQ. A one-drink option is included, so I ordered a craft beer. The meal was more filling than expected and very tasty. One thing to note: you cook the rice yourself using a mess tin (camping-style pot), so it might feel challenging if it’s your first time—though I’m used to it as a camper. It felt less like staying at a Ryokan and more like casual glamping. Also, since you’re grilling as you eat, it’s not really a sit-down-and-relax style meal. After dinner we went to our second bath, Satsuki-yu. However, Arifuku Onsen is very hot, so you can’t soak for long. My wife tried to go for one more bath at Yayoi-yu before bed but ran out of time and ended up going back to Gozen-yu instead (open until 10 p.m.). In the morning we visited Gozen-yu again (open from 7 a.m.) before having breakfast bento boxes—those were great too. The Room was very clean, and best of all we could let our dog relax freely inside, which made us really happy. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance—next time I’d like to try dinner at Bianco as well.

We stayed as a couple with our dog. Our first visit was about 20 years ago, and this is our third time. Some aging of the facility is understandable. The best part is definitely being able to enjoy the Onsen in the room. The room is spacious and well-cleaned. We bought fresh seafood at a supermarket in Usami and enjoyed sashimi leisurely in the room. We’d love to come back again!

Dinner and breakfast were extremely delicious and satisfying! For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese and Western styles, and even select your preferred dining time. It was perfect!

The lodge was clean, and we were able to stay comfortably even with our dog. There were only two of us and one dog, so we didn’t use it, but there were futons laid out in the loft as well. However, those futons had some unexplained stains—maybe from a leak? I’m not sure if they can’t be removed, but it wasn’t pleasant. This time we stayed with a small dog, but I think we would use the lodge more often if guests could stay with dogs of any size. If it were possible to stay not only with one dog but also with multiple dogs, we would definitely like to stay again.

During my stay, there were few international guests, so it was very comfortable. The Onsen was also excellent. However, please make sure the air conditioning is working well in the 10th-floor lobby where the Onsen is located. I would like to stay again.

We stayed with our 3-year-old child. Since we were in the LOCA THE CLASS Room, there was a sauna in the basement and a large bath that could fit about 4–5 people. Including the post-bath relaxation area, it was very spacious and thoughtfully designed. It was great that even with a child, we could bathe comfortably. There was also a refrigerator in the changing room, stocked with plenty of bottled water. It was very helpful to be able to drink cold water immediately after bathing or using the sauna without having to go up to the living room on the first floor. We didn’t use them, but there were also powdered drinks provided for before and after the sauna. The living room was spacious as well, and there were two bedrooms. The Japanese-style Room had a tatami area that became almost full once two futons were laid out, which made it feel safe and comfortable for our child at bedtime. On the other hand, there was one disappointing incident during our stay. Early in the morning, the fire alarm suddenly went off with a loud siren throughout the Accommodation. We were later told it was due to an accidental operation in another Room, but it took about an hour for security staff to check and reset everything. During that time, the alarm kept sounding continuously, so we evacuated with our child to a relatively quiet terrace. Afterward, an operator contacted us to confirm what had happened and asked whether we would still be able to make checkout on time. Since it overlapped with breakfast and getting ready in the morning, we explained it would be difficult and they extended our checkout by about 30 minutes. We appreciate their consideration; however, we had hoped to spend a relaxing morning (including enjoying another bath), so that part was unfortunate. I also saw other Reviews on different sites mentioning issues related to fire alarms. As it seems many guests come from overseas as well, I would appreciate it if you could consider measures to prevent recurrence—such as providing clearer instructions at check-in on how to handle fire alarms. Overall, both the Facility and Room itself were extremely comfortable—this is a wonderful Accommodation that is easy for families to enjoy.

This time, my “Dokoka ni Viewn” trip took me to Mizusawa-Esashi, so I chose Yakushido Onsen because I wanted to stay at an Onsen. Last time, I think I came by car. This time, I stayed alone in a Japanese-style room with breakfast and dinner included at a very reasonable price, and I was able to enjoy the Onsen four times—so refreshing. I’d love to visit again.

The staff's hospitality and their response to our dog were extremely satisfying. The price is reasonable, and the view from the Hotel is fantastic! Overall, it was great. I would love to use it again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

The Room was spacious for a Hotel like this, and I had a very comfortable stay. The location is also excellent—close to the Azabu-Juban shopping street, Roppongi Hills, Azabu-Juban Hills, and Tokyo Tower—so I’d definitely like to stay here again!

Miho Shrine and Aoishi Tatami Street are very close by, making it easy to explore the area on foot. After breakfast, we were able to walk to Miho Shrine to pay our respects, and it was a very meaningful time. We stayed as a family of five, and the Room was spacious and comfortable.
