We stayed for one night and two days as a family, and we also had two dogs with us. The dogs stayed by the entrance the whole time, but since we could see them when we opened the sliding doors to the Japanese-style room or living room, we felt reassured and were able to relax. We were able to use the BBQ facilities without any issues and had a wonderful time. It was very convenient to pass ingredients in and out through the kitchen window. The washer and dryer allowed us to wash and dry our laundry on the same day, which was extremely helpful. The owner also told us about a fireworks festival, so we were able to watch it at night—it was beautiful, and there were food stalls too, which made it even more enjoyable. We were also deeply touched that we received handmade coasters from the owner for free. Our daughter and son purchased handmade book covers as well, and we will cherish them. There were six of us plus two dogs staying together, and it became a truly wonderful memory for our family.

We stayed during Golden Week. Even though all the other Rooms were fully booked, we could hardly hear any noise from nearby, and we were able to spend a peaceful time surrounded by the quiet forest. Perhaps it was a season with very few insects, as they didn’t bother us at all, and the Facility was clean and very comfortable. Even the shampoo in the bath had a forest-like scent, and we felt that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. Thank you very much. After reading through all of the Room booklet again, I realized that shared Facilities such as the washing machine were located elsewhere, and I wasn’t sure how to clean up properly after using the campfire. It would be reassuring if you could add a short note on the red paper that was originally inside the fire pit grill saying that cleanup instructions are written in the booklet. Also, since it seemed to assume everything should be returned to its original state, I wasn’t sure how far we needed to go in putting things back—such as dishcloths or used towels. It would feel even more reassuring if there were a note like: “Please place used cloths and towels in the laundry basket.” We would love to stay again. We made wonderful memories with our family.

This was our first stay with our dog. All of the staff were very friendly, and we had a comfortable time. The Room was clean, and the indoor dog run had a cute photo spot where we enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink with latte art. Above all, the location is fantastic! Ten-Sh

The place was clean, we could enjoy a BBQ, and it’s close to ES CON Field, so we had a great time. The BBQ portions were a bit large for us, perhaps because we had children with us. Since there is only a shower booth (no bathtub), we used the bath at Tower Eleven. There is no TV or pajamas provided, so it would be nice if those were available. The staff were also very kind. Drinks and small daily necessities can be purchased until 7:00 PM at another shop within F Village.

My second stay in four years, and it was another wonderful experience. The Facility was just as spotless as last time, and you can really feel the staff’s careful daily work. We drove around to shop for local Hakuba vegetables, locally raised pork, and Shinshu sake, then had our accompanying chef cook for us. Absolutely the best. Check-in/out is contactless, but the service quality truly lives up to the word “hospitality,” such as having fresh towels prepared on the second day. Having four toilets and three shower rooms (two with bathtubs) is also something you’d expect from a Hakuba Accommodation shaped by skiers—very much appreciated. Spending time with friends over drinks, deepening our bonds, and talking about the future—if you can arrange a car and a chef, summer in Hakuba is unbeatable. If I had one request: stronger Wi‑Fi. A bit more speed would make online meetings even easier. That said, there’s no doubt this is an Accommodation I want to add to my regular rotation. We also visited Kurobe Dam. It’s less than an hour by car to Ogizawa Parking Lot, so it’s definitely a great sightseeing option.

We stayed as three families and booked three villas. Each villa had a lovely Room, and we had a very comfortable stay. The complimentary drinks and snacks at the management building were also a nice touch. Since it was still a bit early for ocean activities, we brought our own fishing gear and relaxed. The staff kindly arranged the setup so all three families could dine together, and we had a great time sharing BBQ, bouillabaisse, and sushi. We were worried dinner might not be enough, so we bought extra meat beforehand, but it turned out to be more than enough—everything was delicious. The clam miso soup served with the sushi was especially outstanding. Breakfast was also stylish, with bagels as the main item on the plate, and it tasted great. However, for children who don’t like bagels or for my father who has dental issues, they were too hard to eat—so it would be nice to have a choice of several options such as croissants or French toast. The yogurt was plain with no sweetness, so fruit yogurt or jam served on the side would be appreciated. The Room was comfortable overall, and both the beds and futons felt wonderful. One small inconvenience was that there wasn’t a place to hang bath towels; having one behind the sink would be helpful. There were hangers and a rack, but once we hung jackets and clothes it was full. Since swimwear is required in Rooms with an outdoor bath, I think additional hangers and space to dry wet swimsuits are necessary. I’ve noted some points here, but overall this was an excellent Accommodation and we would love to visit again. All staff members were kind and responded thoughtfully to our requests. The food, the bath, and the view from the bath were all outstanding. The staff were also very polite and kind, which we really appreciated. While we were having a barbecue, an incredibly cute, friendly cat with limited mobility came over—it was so comforting. If possible, we hope the staff can take it in and make sure it gets proper food.

We stayed here to celebrate our dog’s birthday. Our Room was on the 1st floor and built in a semi-basement style, so the greenery felt refreshing and relaxing. However, staying with a dog comes with a lot of luggage, so carrying everything was a bit tough. We also used a stove guard as a substitute to prevent our dog from dashing out. The Room had a simple, natural vibe and was compact yet tastefully designed. The open-air bath had a pleasant sulfur scent, and we were able to soak and relax. It would be helpful to have a rod for lowering the roll curtain—climbing onto the bench to pull it down feels unsafe. At night, insects are attracted by the light, so we turned off the light while bathing; if you’re not comfortable with that, it’s better to use it in the morning or while it’s still bright. Going from the shower booth through the living area to reach the open-air bath felt slightly awkward (lol). Meals were prepared in an easy-to-manage way, and all seasonings were provided, which was convenient. It was our first time trying this kind of stay and we had a great time. Lastly, taking out the trash was a bit difficult. There was quite a lot of trash left in the bathroom bin as well, so we threw it away together; I think it would be good for guests to check carefully since it’s easy to forget. The value for money was great, and having an 11:00 check-out time was nice. There aren’t many Hotels with such a lovely atmosphere where you can stay with your dog, so I really appreciated that the design didn’t feel different from regular Rooms. Thank you very much.

As a regular sauna lover, I stayed here looking forward to the wood-burning sauna, and it exceeded my expectations! Being able to do löyly whenever I wanted in the wood-burning sauna, then stepping outside for that icy “wow” moment—it was incredibly fun! Since it was midwinter in Nasu, I was worried about the cold, but after warming up in the sauna, it wasn’t an issue at all. We cooked using the wood stove, chatted while watching the flames, and whenever we got chilly we either soaked in the Onsen or warmed up a bit in the sauna even with our clothes on. Before we knew it, we had spent most of our time outdoors. Being able to enjoy Nasu’s Onsen was a huge plus! It has some of that camping feel, but with proper indoor toilets and showers—so it felt like living in an outdoor living room. It was a nature experience unlike anything I’ve had before. The Room was spotless, and the building design is beautiful. Falling asleep while looking out at the trees and starry sky through the large windows felt truly special. This time I came with friends and had a great time talking around the campfire, but next time I’d love to bring my kids and enjoy it as a family!

Our family of four and two dogs stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Unfortunately it rained on the first day, but we enjoyed dinner indoors in a lovely atmosphere using ingredients we brought with us. On the second day, we picked up local ingredients and enjoyed a BBQ on the wooden deck. There’s a sandy beach right in front, and our dogs happily ran around. Thanks to our Multiple Night Stay, we were able to relax and enjoy an unhurried time.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay. We also appreciate the Room upgrade. It was a wonderful Accommodation in a great location (quiet and conveniently close to town), and pet-friendly Accommodations are hard to find. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

To everyone at the Hotel, and Nagi—thank you for taking such great care of me. These two nights and three days truly helped me understand the concept of “luxury through simplicity.” It gave me a chance to reset by letting go of built-up fatigue and stress in both body and mind, and to spend unhurried time reflecting on myself. Next time I’ll stay for three nights and four days—and I’ll come see you again!

We stayed with our dog. The cottage was very clean and the Facility was great, and our dog seemed really happy and relaxed. The owner was also very kind and even told us about sightseeing spots. Breakfast was rice balls and udon, and since I don’t usually eat much in the morning, it felt like a lot—I managed to finish it—so I’m giving 4 stars. However, we were truly satisfied overall, and we would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us!!

With few reviews, I was half-excited and half-anxious, but the result was complete satisfaction! The room had a wonderful fragrance upon entering. It was spacious, stylish, and clean. The in-room washer with a dryer function was incredibly convenient. There’s an outdoor faucet to rinse off sand from your feet before entering the room. Although I saw reviews mentioning bugs, we stayed for two nights in winter and didn’t encounter any bugs at all. The café breakfast is exceptional. My daughter said their Croque Madame was the best meal she had on Miyako Island. And the coffee is absolutely delicious! We visited several coffee shops on the island, but this one served the best coffee by far. The location is also excellent—perfectly situated if you have a rental car to explore anywhere on the island easily. If I could ask for one luxury addition, it would be a bathtub. After staying here for two nights, we moved to a resort hotel that cost about twice as much for another two nights; however, my daughter preferred this accommodation over that one. Perhaps there are so few reviews because people don’t want it to become too popular and harder to book? That’s how good this accommodation is! When we revisit Miyako Island, we will choose this place without hesitation. Highly recommended!

I stayed here alone on a day when I split up from my friends during our trip. The chef and all the staff were very friendly, and we had great conversations. The food was delicious, and I ended up drinking more than usual... The Onsen with an open-air bath felt completely private both at night and in the morning, as my time never overlapped with other guests. It was raining, so I couldn’t watch the dog run or spend time with the dogs, which was a shame—but instead, I bought a dog neck pillow to take home.

The Room was clean and comfortable. The meals, handmade by the hostess, were very delicious and offered in such generous portions that we couldn't finish them all. We were able to enjoy our meals together with our beloved dog, making it a pet-friendly Hotel. It was an unforgettable stay. Thank you very much!
